Nice Place to Stay
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was tidy and spacious. It was a little bit noisy at night but that is to be expected due to the location. Good 3 star hotel. Id stay there again.
I did not like anything about this property. It was noisy until very late at night and it was noisy very early in the morning. It was not clean! We had bugs in our room. I had to switch the room in the middle of the night. The AC was not working. The Coffee machine in the lobby was not clean as well as the cookies jars.
Excellent value, good breakfast
Great location, walking distance from light rail, Old City, restaurants and shops. Large room and Bathroom, comfortable bed and clean. Good breakfast. Building is old but excellent value. I would stay there on my next vis
Good value
The hotel is a good choice when it comes to the quality-price ratio. The rooms are nice though they can afford some tweaks. the location is good and is less than 15 minutes walk to the Old Town.
Mold in rooms, staff was rude when I tried to check in multiple times.
Great location, great food and great service! Easy cheeking process also the hotel kept my spot after I landed 8 hrs late! I highly recommend this place!
I have travelled internationally every week for the last 13 years. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Great location! Everything else is not good.
The hotel could be a very nice one, but it's lacking attention to cleanliness and order. It is perfectly located within 10 min walking distance to Jaffa Gates of the old city. The rooms are large, but the furniture is a bit outdated. You can tell that the bathrooms were renovated not too long ago, but the condition (falling out door handles, dirty calking, etc) and cleanliness are far from ideal. The breakfast was limited, but ok. Do not even try their scramble eggs, they are not edible. The furniture in the breakfast room has seen it's better days. The service is non existent with a couple of guys starring at their phones all the time. Also, we had two very rainy days in Jerusalem and the hotel's stairwell was flooded. So, for two days we had to walk on water to get to our breakfast. The reception guys were nice, but not very helpful. They could not help us booking a tunnel tour and we complained about the broken bathroom door handle for 3 days in a row just to have it still falling out of the bathroom door on the morning of our departure.
Great location with helpful staff. Hotel needed to be updated. It was raining during our time and it rained into the stairways and the carpet was wet! Noisy, maybe because of the hostil next door. Breakfast was not at all like the pictures show!!
The bathroom was a mess and the breakfast was very very very bad.
no so good
Great location. Easy access to Old City. Good breakfast. Very helpful concierge.
Terrible
Don’t stay here! Worse hotel I have stayed in for many many years.
Worn out carpet and marks on the wall and bathtub and not very clean in general. Elevator didnt work. However buffet breakfast was good. Noisy pub next door. Next day we moved to another room as part of a tour. This time much better but still only 3 stars.
Elevator always down and I need to pull my luggage all the way to the third-floor TV was down there try to fix it but they failed filthy dirty hotel not recommended ,
the hotel told me that breakfast not included and I have to pay tax of 17%
The room was spacious and the bathroom is updated. The staff at the front counter were not very friendly. My room only got cleaned once in my 4-day stay.
Dirty rooms (poop in toilet and all), gave us the wrong room and refused to change us, at 7:30AM woke us with drilling and other construction noises without notice (and did not care about the complaint), photos on website are of some renovated rooms, said didn't have an extra towel... endless list of disasters.
problems in the room: bad smell, door not closing in the bathroom, TV not working and carpet not clean. All in all as one goes on the lift the renovation leftovers are shown.
Very Nice Hotel, Great Location
This is a simple hotel, and I had a very pleasant stay for 5 nights. The location is great, centrally located downtown. My room was really nice - large, with plenty of drawer and closet space. The bathroom is great, large with modern fixtures including bathtub and an excellent shower. My queen bed turned out to be 2 twin beds pushed together, made up as 2 twin beds. But it was comfortable and worked for me. I paid for the breakfast, which was only about $10 more per day, and this was the only shortcoming. There was a decent selection but only 3 hot dishes, hard-boiled eggs and fairly dry scrambled eggs each day. The shakshuka was available on 3 days, but it too was usually dry. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a very good value.
Great city location; morning city noises are loud.
Great location for visiting Old City and Gethsemane. Staff was excellent. Not great for sleeping in in the morning though. Windows did not keep the city noise out at all so we were awakened each day early in the morning by garbage trucks and street work. Wifi was not very strong.
The location is perfect. Room spacious and comfortable. The staff was nice and welcoming.
Boutique hotel in great location
This is a boutique hotel in a great location, one block from popular Ben Yehuda Street and close to the city’s light rail. It is not a luxury hotel but if you go expecting a solid three-star hotel in a central location you will not be disappointed. Refrigerators, dual shower heads and free wi-fi hotel-wide are among the amenities. The free breakfast is not as elaborate as at the luxury hotels but more than adequate. All in all, Hotel Shani is a good value in a great location.
The location is very good and it is walkable to the old city. The hotel needs renovation and I believe that it is under way in some parts of the hotel. We didn’t like the food selection for breakfast because it was mostly cold foods. We would choose a renovated hotel if we were to stay again.
The hotel is very well located. The staff and service is excellent. The rooms are large. I would definitely go back when in Jerusalem.
Room was extremely dirty. Dust behind doors and behind cabinets. AC vent filthy. AC doesn’t work at all. Shower extremely small. Phone not working, TV remote works but only to change channels (not batteries). Wood floor by bathroom rotten. Pay $30 more and stay at close by Ibis.
Eli and Natan were the managers on staff. Both were fantastic and very easy to work with as we made adjustments to the time to stay
Find another place, a lot of central hotels nearby
First of all the “hotel” is very expensive for what it has to offer, which is practically nothing. No complimentary anything (not even water). The shower flooded the floor, it was cold in the room and not very clean overall. You could hear all the other guests from the room and the noise from the outside. The Staff was not very friendly either when asked if they had water to sell. The WiFi is spotty and it says that it is under Weak Security. Two days prior I requested the shuttle from them to pick us up from the airport which is advertised on all of their booking sites. They would not answer the phones. Upon calling Hotels.com they tried to call as well, without any luck. They wrote an email for me and still I received no response. 10 hours AFTER we checked in, I received an email saying I can take public transportation from the Airport, with no apologies. It is 02:00 AM once we arrived and since I had not heard back from the Hotel we did take public transportation which was cheap and easy, then a Taxi to the hotel. However, I did not ask for ways to get here, but if they could provide their shuttle, so I thought they’re response to be very rude. The cleaned our room once and forgot to replace the towels. Also, I booked two rooms with twin beds and once we checked in they gave us two rooms with one queen bed and did not change the rooms for us. The hallway smelled like fish and the bathroom by the breakfast area is nasty. The only thing good is the central area.
Nice Stay in the Heart of Jerusalem !
Great Stay. Good crew !
Needs better management
The hotel is nice but and very well located but needs a better management. They fall on the details: cleanlessly, room order, decoration, more service oriented staff (they are polite but don't solve problems), etc
The hotel is situated in a retail area and about half an hour walk to the old town
nice staff and generally OK hotel with very good breakfast, but there was no running water for an hour and the disco 15m from our windows were very noisy.
I travel to Jerusalem on a regular basis. I spend most of my time in the “downtown” area. I was very happy to find Shani Hotel. The price and location were perfect. And so was the hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was abundant. “Happy Hour” was a lovely way to nibble snacks (free of charge) and meet other guests. Was the room a bit noisy? Of course - the hotel is in one of the busiest areas in the world! Maybe because I live in Brooklyn, I’m used to street noises and have learned that the air conditioner is the perfect “white noise” to ensure a good night’s sleep. By the way, the bedding was especially cozy. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great breakfast, clean well appointed rooms. Heater needs improvement but over all a good experience ! Very well priced
The room was large and clean- the front desk was abrupt but helpful, house keeping were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and wonderful
The breakfast was really good, and the night shift front desk was great.
some floors have been renovated and the floors that have not can only be described as disgusting so pray you are not in them as a prison cell is more inviting.i booked a junior suite saw pics was happy however when i got there they put me in a 2 bed suite which was a hovel and not what i booked carpets were worn dirty walls and bathroom door had a massive dent pretty horrific my 8 yr old refused to take off his shoes and coat and started to cry so i went down and made it very clear what i thought and they tried to talk their way out of it by claiming they thought this was more suitable for me unfortunately for them i am very assertive and vocal so they offered me a junior suite which was much better however they dont have 2 queen beds as advertised but a large king and a sofa bed but i was happy very nice room
Room smelled like sewer, had to transfer to a smaller room ( that was thebonly one available) and didnt get credit for thebdofference in price vetwern both rooms. Staff was helpfull accomodating the change of rooms, but its upsetting that they dont do whats right.
Great location, walking distance to old city and Ben Yehuda street.
The staff was nice but the breakfast was awesome! way above and beyond what we expected! great spacious rooms
The only good thing about this hotel was the location. There's nothing else good about the place. It' was dirty, the staff was rude and could not help with anything, and between the hotel patio next door and the street it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. What ever you do don't stay at this hotel.
Noisy area
Next door to axcenima or club where screening is all night long. One can’t sleep!
After traveling for over 27 hours this was my first hotel in Israel. The property itself is a little hard to find and there’s no parking available directly there. But one of the receptionist told us where we could park. It is located in a spot that is close to many restaurants and shopping. It needs to be cleaned. There is dust and dirt by the shower, all along the floorboards in the bathroom and it was hard to keep the windows closed. If you have a room that faces the back part all you’re going to hear is construction. We woke up at 6:45 AM to very loud construction work and we couldn’t go back to bed. We didn’t hear the people in the adjoining rooms which was nice but you heard everything that was going on outside. Needless to say I didn’t get a lot of sleep. There were no amenities that were provided to us from the hotel and when we first checked and the gentleman who processed it seemed irritated that we were there.
My plans had changed and I didn't stay there but I couldn't get a refund or change my dates for my stay.Sad.
Convenient location to Jerusalem old city. The room is spacious and clean. Walk to city local community entertainment events and many restaurants
Very clean room, excellent location, friendly and professional staff It’s was our pleasure to be guests of this hotel
Worth every penny
For the reasonable price that we paid it was definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly and flexible with check in/check out time. breakfast and happy hour was amazing! The location is flooded with restaurants, gift shops, bars and many more. Our room was spacious and clean
Our 2 bedroom room was given away prior to arrival even though we have paid in full two months in advance. No management was reachable for the duration of the say (4 nights). Replacement room was regular size and no match for the reserved room.
Great for sightseeing
Excellent location for sightseeing - 10 minutes walk from the Old City. Some of the furniture may be a little tired but I had a very quiet room and a wonderful night's sleep. The staff could not have been more helpful.
Our first night was extremely disappointing. The en-suite two adjoining rooms on the 4th floor had a very unpleasant smell, carpet was sticky and dirty, toilet stinks, dusts everywhere. We were just so exhausted we fell asleep that night. My aunt and mom fell sick the following day. Glad we were transferred to a better en-suite room as shown on the website.
the hotel was located in a very dirty area, room was uncleaned and dirty, I found white marks on the bed sheet. didn't have internet in the room. do not stay here!!
AWESOME
Great hotel, the room is big , breakfast is awesome, a variety of everything each day, make the difference reception desk personnel always helpful and with good attitude, also a happy hour afternoon was nice, proximity to the old city is a plus, as well as parking lot recommended by the hotel, no complaint just plus and plus and plus, definitely will come back to Shani Hotel
No sleep and an unfriendly staff
We arrived after the end of Shabbat. We were rudely "greeted" by the person at the desk, who not only told us that our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for a while, but that we should "take it up with Travelocity." We were then charged an additional $50 so our son could sleep on the couch! At 10:00 pm, someone opens our door, by mistake, and starts to come in. At 11:30 pm, someone opens our door and hands us a blanket that we didn't ask for. Oh well, we were tired and just looked forward to getting some sleep and starting our vacation in the morning. We booked this "boutique hotel" to be near the Old City, but not on Jaffa Street as we didn't want too much noise. Boy, were we wrong. I've never been in a room with such thin windows...you could hear everything over a quiet whisper outside. And there was a LOT of noise outside. A loud bar was showing a soccer match on a giant screen, with giant screams every little while. Construction noise, car alarms, trash getting picked up at 5:00 am--you name it and we heard it. We thought surely that was just Saturday and it would be better on Sunday night as it was a work night. Nope.
Lovely hotel in central location
Nice comfortable room, great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
A horrific experience all the way around
Looking to get taken advantage of and pay for 6 extra days at a hotel for days you were no longer even at the hotel? Looking to stay at a hotel and get a room you never requested? Looking to stay at a hotel with major construction next door? A hotel with disgusting and rude staff? Then Shani Hotel is the place for you! I arrived at this hotel and was shown to my room which wasnt the room I paid for. I complained and then even after showing them my Orbitz confirmation of the room request they took no action. I couldnt sleep all night because there was major construction going on right next door, and the rude and disgusting staff refused to do anything about it. The room I did end up getting was dirty and disgusting, and when I took a shower water poured out the door all over the bathroom (there was no memorial plaque for the prior guests who probably slipped and died). Worst of all, because of all of this I checked out of the hotel after only 1 day of a planned 7 day stay. The manager at the front desk assured me they would refund me the other 6 days. They never did and still charged me another 6 days even after leaving. To get my money back for the entire hotel stay, I put in a dispute with my bank and they refunded my entire bill. If you would enjoy a hotel like this, be my guest. For people living in reality, stay as far away as you can and never look back.
Clean, comfortable, excellent staff, good location
Good location in Jerusalem. Basic but very good value. Easy to get around, but parking is difficult to load and unload luggage.
Good hotel in West Jerusalem
The hotel is well-situated close to Jaffa street and Yehuda pedestrian street with many restaurants, banks, and shops. The best aspect is the nice 10 minute walk to the Jaffa Gate of the old city. The hotel has nice rooms and a good buffet breakfast. Our one problem was the night noise coming from the dance club right in from of the hotel and associated street noise. If you are noise sensitive, request a room on the other side. We did this after the first night and the management moved us. We were a family of 4 and the spacious room had two twin beds for our kids and a double bed.
Location, Location, Location, nice hotel at a grea
A Great choice to stay in Jerusalem. A few feet from Ben Yahuda St. and not much further to Jaffa St. and an easy walk to the old City and Mehane Market. Our room was comfortable; clean; well stocked with quality soap, shampoo, body lotion; and there was a Jacuzzi tub which seems common in Israel. Breakfast was included with many delicious choices. They even had a happy hour with slight food included. My only minor complaint is they could "tidy up" the stairwells etc. which either were cluttered or just not up to the lobby and hotel room standards.
I just Love Shani Hotel!
This Boutique Hotel is the best I've stayed in all my travels and located just 15 minutes walk to Machane Yehuda Market (Shuk) and the Old City. From the time of my reservation, Rabie has always been very responsive and on top of things, including the 3 tours he reserved for me. Our room and bathroom are clean, A/C is great, breakfast is the highlight of the day with great selections, and most especially Rabie and his staff are awesome, friendly and very helpful. Since I'm always up at 5 am, I'd go to the restaurant to have my delicious cappuccino. Rabie, just want to thank you again for the room upgrade and our unforgettable experience you made possible in Jerusalem. Monsour, Samer, Max and Mane (Front Desk), thank you for always being patient with me with all my request and queries. Chef Salim, Chef Asst. Raid and Srour (Restaurant), thank you for always being there with me having coffee and chatting early in the morning even with your busy schedule. Special thanks to Raid for buying the authentic Turkish coffee for me from the Old City. Your guys really Rock! Until then... To Da and Shalom! Felix
Great location and nice rooms/
Great location, 2 minutes from Ben Yehuda Street and 10 minutes from Western Wall and old city. Really good breakfast food and nice stuff.
Wonderful Hotel in a great area
Awesome hotel, really large room, very quiet, great area, but the best was the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.. I was there on business and needed some assistance with logistics and they were full of information and ready to help me!
Just OK
Superb location, high value, great breakfast, yet all is average at best - no distinguishing features
Centrally located hotel
The hotel was just a 2 minute walk to Ben Yehuda Street, one of the main shopping streets and it was a 10 minute walk to the old market. The reception desk was always manned and the staff friendly and could answer any questions we had.
Outsatnding every time
I bring groups to Jerusalem regularly and love this hotel. The hotel staff, particularly the managers went out of the way to help. The rooms are huge, and the breakfast is really good. I have no qualms in recommending this hotel
Great location, friendly staff
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, did their best to make us fill satisfied. Hotel location is great! within walking distance to all tourist attractions, the surrounding environment is very good. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel offers complimentary afternoon snacks and fruits. Great place
Excellent boutique in the center of town
Nice hotel, centrally located, dedicated staff, good breakfast -- it was a pleasure!
Great location Nice room Very bad breakfast
Great little place
Stayed for a couple of days to take in the sites of Jerusalem. The hotel was great, and well positioned. The staff were friendly and helpful with finding cool bars and awesome food. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal too!
An awesome breakfast and a friendly and helpful staff. Also a great location to walk to both new and old Jerusalem. The only major drawback is the noise from the Irish Pub right across the street, but if you keep your window closed it is manageable. We enjoyed our stay.
Nicely appointed hotel
Just one problem the selection of th channels was abysmal
Best Service Ever at Shani Hotel
The Shani Hotel is an amazing Hotel in Downtown Jerusalem. Close to everything, the Hotel was clean and very comfortable. My suite was very comfortable although a better sofa would have been nice. The service was absolutely amazing with Hotel staff assisting us with everything from scheduling trips to locating great restaurants. The staff at Shani Hotel truly made our stay a pleasant one. I will stay at the Shani Hotel every time I visit Jerusalem.. Thanks again for the Iron and Ironing board and the Box Breakfast. That was Special.
conveniently located
This is a nice hotel located right in the center of it all, 10 min to Jaffa Gate of the old city, 10 min to Mehane Yehuda. It's located on a nice quite street with one minor problem. The front of the hotel and the rooms with Windows onto Darom street are right across from the Dublin Irish pub. They never close and have loud music past midnight. The windows are not sound proof so you hear everything. So if you stay there ask for rooms with Windows away from the front/onto Darom. Their breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Well priced in a convenient location.
Nice staff, fair price and good location. Excellent breakfast. Fairly small but clean room. The only issues were that the room temperature was a bit warm and the wifi connection was very bad.
It was a very nice stay other than beds being too soft.
Great hotel with excellent service. The only caveat is related to nearby construction. A large high rise was going up next door and the noise was crazy. I'm sure it will be done shortly and this place is still worth a stay.
great location and clean hotel. Breakfast was very average. Otherwise, ok
A lovely little hotel
The Shani Hotel is perfect. The rooms are really nice, the staff at the hotel are the most helpful, friendly, and professional that you could ask for. My cell phone got stolen and they helped me do all the cancellations, etc. that I needed with the Israeli phone company. The breakfast is plentiful and good. The neighborhood is fabulous--easy walking to major sights, transportation, and great restaurants.
Center of Town
Noisy, but not terribly so. TV was kinda fuzzy. Room was spacious and mostly very clean
Services/Facilities not available as advertised
We were disappointed to find that the services/facilities listed below were not provided/available but were listed on the booking site. Had we know this would not have booked the hotel. Winter, very cold mornings and nights and dark at 5pm so we wanted a cosy hotel. NO laundry service NO hairdryer in room (after requesting twice, one was sent up. Noticed people in the breakfast room with wet hair so not just our room missing the dryer). NO bar/lounge (was a small louge setting in a corner of the breakfast room - cold and zero atmosphere. No bar at all) NO complimentary bottle water NO coffee maker (there was an electric jug and instant coffee sachets) Hotel is in a great location but not happy about being misled as to the amenities of the hotel.
Could have been terrific, they dropped the ball
The room was terrific, large, nice bathroom, great shower. The aggravating issues were with security of the room, breakfast, housekeeping, and a poor response to repeated requests for help. Check in was no problem, however it took tremendous effort to pull the door shut so the snap lock engaged, and the door was misaligned so the bolt could not be used. After the room was finally cleaned on the 3rd day, the housekeeper left the door ajar. Instead of breakfast as advertised, there were vouchers for restaurants away from the hotel, difficult to use on our tight touring schedule. One restaurant was not even open for breakfast. I have yet to be reimbursed for our out of pocket as promised. Our room was not made up after the first or second nights!! We had to ask twice each evening for clean towels before we got a response. The owner, partying with his friends who had every other room in the hotel, said he was too busy. We got multiple stories from multiple employees as to the lack of service. I am still awaiting a response to my request for compensation other than a free dinner offered too late to use in Jerusalem.
The place is nice but there are restrictions on hot water. This is quite inconvenient to be told that hot water is not available at all times.
Good location in Jerusalem, but with tired rooms
We stayed in the junior suite. Overall, this hotel should be rated a three star, it is by no means a four star hotel. Paper thin walls, internet didn't work most of the time, wooden-like flooring buckling at many areas, and fairly loud at night. On the positive, it was a good location and the breakfast was quite good.
Nice hotel. Room is clean. Good location. Not searchable in the popular Taxi app GetTaxi, which is not convenient. Walkable distance to Old City, but still would take half an hour or so.
A great little hotel in central Jerusalem
Excellent hotel in an Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was OK but not great.everything else was excellent..
business traveler
The hotel is at an excellent location and an excellent price. Great for someone who is in town for work but not attending a convention or who is on vacation and wants a central place in Jerusalem to hub out of. It was clean and comfortable. The only drawbacks were the shower which looked really cool but in fact was totally impractical for actually taking one, and the TV which only had news stations on or stations that played music videos. Hence nothing to watch after a long day at work and just wanting to relax before going to sleep. Also, the wifi was spotty. The one suggestion I would make also if if you need a quiet place to sleep, be sure you ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the street. There is a bar open very late across from the hotel and the street noise was heavy. I noticed the noise even when I checked in during the day and anticipated the problem and asked to be moved to the other side of the building which worked out great noise-wise.
Good inexpensive hotel in Jerusalem center
Great location. Hotel is in a good condition. spacious rooms and bathroom.
Great stay in a great location
Staff was very personable and helpful. Room was clean, bigger than average, and with expected/listed amenities. Everything in the room was modern and in working condition. Shower was nice, with an optional overhead showerhead (it was a little short, though, if you're tall). 10 minute walk to old city, lots of food options immediately available. Overall a great experience without hiccups.
Good
Wonderfull view, near centre Good experience
Good hotel
Good hotel
Great intimate hotel in a prime location, close to light rail, convenient to most sites, and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly, English speaking staff. Lovely breakfast. Large, elegant and well appointed rooms. It would be nice if the rooms had a real desk (the bar style counter doesn't cut it) and robes/slippers.
Right in the heart of things
Comfortable hotel in the heart of central Jerusalem, just a block from the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall. We booked a large corner room. Very helpful staff. The hotel breakfast served is adequate, but don't expect anything approaching the lavish fare at the 5 stars, on the other hand our room was less than half the cost. The only issue is that the proximity to Ben Yehuda means that it gets noisy at night, which was an issue for my wife but not for me.
Very central location
The housekeeping could be improved, nice big rooms
Great location
The hotel location was its biggest advantage. Located in the city center and in a walking distance from many city attractions. The room was OK. It was a room with additional bedroom. Only the bedroom add AC while the other room add some kind of a chiller that was noisy. The room was a bit old and one of the windows shade was missing so it wasn't so comfortable to sleep late. the in-room refrigerator was helpful. Breakfast was good with variety of eggs, vegetables, fish, cheese and cereal. For overnight stay it was fine and we enjoyed Jerusalem.
Very nice new hotel in the city center
Central location, very good room , very clean. Will stay again!
The location very good with most of places to eat, including a Mc Donald’s, very convenient for kids Parking available with cost but that’s rare, so it’s a plus. We had two connected rooms great for family travelers. The hotel in general is good, rooms are small but with everything you need even a fridge. The breakfast buffet has wide variety. The main elevator was broken and the service elevator and area were not as neat as you would like. Rooms were clean but just didn’t feel super clean. The dinning room has a very strong not nice smell. Staff were all very nice.
The recepitonist told us that we were in the wrong hotel saying that there are two hotels with a similar name. She couldn't give further instructions. So we had to take the car again, drive away and when I called the number I had on the booking, she realized that it was us and confirmed that she made a mistake and that the hotel was correct as well as the booking. We had to drive back. The description of the hotel says that there was a parking place avaiable at an additional fee. She sent to a parking space nearby. There was no special fee for the guests of this hotel and the price was otrageous.
Kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Could be cleaner. Also there was a problem if we locked the door, we were locked inside the room, but the staff were quick to come to our rescue.
OK breakfast (especially on saturday/shabbat). OK value-for-money. Spacious room. Noise from the street.

Had a really good stay there. All went well. The only problem was finding the place. Took over an hour driving around using Waze. Expedia lists the address as Darom 6, instead of Shammai. And couldn't see any sign. Finally, after asking several bystanders we located it. Need to make a big visible sign that one can see while driving to the site and update your listing on Expedia.
