Safe and so close to the PAP airport.

This is my favorite place to stay in PAP!

I did enjoy staying there. the staff was supper friendly, especially the servers.

I would give my stay there a poor rating, although the staff was excellent. I made a few friends there. Patrick, the driver, is very kind and helpful; there was Donald also the door keeper and helper; Reginald, the server and others. Also the food was excellent. However, my 104 room had a broken chair, you couldn't lock the bathroom door, the AC thermostat didn't work, you could see the wear and tear of the furniture, etc. I did sleep well, but for almost 200 dollars a night room, they can do a better job.

They need to put towels and wash cloth place need to be renovated.

My staying was great. Staff provided good service, very friendly and safe. You feel protected while in premises due to the level of security measures.

This airport is a must book if in port-au-prince. The front desk staff are very professional, information and are serviceable. They ensure that we knew about the airport shuttle and made a reservation for us so that we wouldn't miss our flight. The dining staff are also very friendly. The service that you will receive as well as the amenities are top tier. Will definitely be booking and staying longer next time.

The breakfast is great, but whoever is the chef way overcooks beef, chicken, and fish. I had the worst, burnt-to-a-crisp hamburger I ever tried to eat. Salmon was cooked to a dry, tasteless slab.

We saw a few roaches and the carpet dirty. The mirror and toilet seat were broken. No microwave in room which was a big inconvenience for us.

I think this is a great property, the location is perfect, very clean, and most of the staff are friendly including the security guards. Overall it's a great place to stay. The only thing is; they should have one day of the week where they have a special lunch buffet for the guests and the bar should stay opened later at least on weekend; 9:30 is too early. That would have been nice if on weekend they have some kind of entertainments for the guests. Overall the place is great. I will give 8/10.

Checking was easy, and front desk staffs , bellmen were friendly. We got one of our rooms super early than we expected. My only complaint was the sliding bathroom doors in both rooms can’t stay close. They need to fix them. AC works properly

Property is not As nice as it used to be. The AC do not work in the rooms and the food is not fresh as it used to be. Yet, they are charging more per room than before.

They need to do maintenance in the plumbing system.

The hotel was great about communication regarding the hotel shuttle to/from the airport. The pool was fun and refreshing. The area is as safe as it can be. This is not the fault of the hotel, which is very security-conscious, but outside of the hotel, all of Port-au-Prince is experiencing insecurity.

It was terrible! ac does not work, the room is dirty the carpet verry dirty.

They do not let you use Netflix or any streaming service on their internet and it is super slow. The room had cockroaches. The food is good but pricey

Good airport location and security

Servotel is a safe reliable place to overnight close to the airport. The in house restaurant is always very good. This particular time the roof was full of mosquitos that we had to kill and then sleep with sheet over our heads which wasn't that much fun. It is usually really good but got an off room or an off day.

First, Servotel did not respond to my email requesting shuttle service. I had to call the day before my arrival. There was a friendly woman on the phone. She promised me that the shuttle would be at the airport. Upon arrival, there was no shuttle, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
