Rooms cmfortable and clean in a ice neighbourhood . 30 min walk to city center

Great parking garage with plenty of interior height. Well lighted and attractive. The room was great. Had a large TV good Internet, comfortable bed high quality linens.

Disappointing

Have stayed here many time and always been happy, however was extremely disappointed this time with rooms, quality of the breakfast and unfriendly staff.

Great Experience at Sercotel!

Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

An amazing hotel and a lovely experience

Absolutely incredible hotel!! We booked for the Azkena Rock Festival and were stunned when we arrived at the property. Our suite was massive, with a full size kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom and lovely views. Excellent hotel facilities and really lovely accommodating staff. Cleaners came and were flexible as to when they came. A 10 minute walk to the festival, close to bus routes.

The suite was beautiful and clean and the staff were fantastic. However not being allowed to use the kitchen in our suite because it’s only for those who rent for a minimum of four nights is extremely disappointing. (We had the suite for 3 nights). Also no coffee machine in our room or at least a free coffee station in the lobby is super disappointing considering the room was pretty expensive.

Spacious, but we were very disappointed that if you wanted to use the kitchen facility you had to pay 30 euros per night! They even turned the water off in the kitchen. No cup and saucer, teaspoon, absolutely nothing! So although first impression was that the apartment was great, in fact, it was pointless really, would have preferred somewhere smaller and friendly. Would definitely return to Vitoria-Gasteiz but not to this hotel, sorry!

Superb

Hotel was excellent. Best I have stayed in. Did not use the rooms kitchen . A bit expensive to use it as an added cost to the room. There is no need anyway as after a beautiful short walk into the city it is a gastronomic heaven and so cheap!!! Will definitely stay there again. Only thing missing is a pool

Very clean, large rooms, stayed for 1 week.

I stayed for one week at this hotel. It has very large rooms compared to normal European hotels, very clean, breakfast in the am is delicious and lots of variety to choose from. The only complaint I have is that the rooms show a kitchen is included, and that is not the case. You get a refrigerator, but the rest of the kitchen costs 25 Euro/day. I was disappointed once I found that out. The electricity is not ON to those appliances. Located in a higher class residential neighborhood, but a quick taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I would definitely stay there again

Good staff, OK hotel

Staff really helpful. Hotel kitchen set up wasn't well thought out. The cutlery and crockery came in a big box. No tea towel or wiping up cloth. No detergent. If a full kitchen is provided then it should be of a much higher standard. We ended up not using it as it wasn't user friendly. Good beds, good spaces.

Excellent, tastefully designed modern hotel with - spacious rooms featuring separate living, kitchen and sleeping areas. Spotlessly clean - located in a lovely residential area. Rooftop bar with outstanding views. Good to have the kitchen facilities for the fridge and sink but disappointed that the full use of the kitchen and provision of tea/coffee maker would incur a hefty additional charge. Arrived on Sunday - useful to know that everything locally closes on Sunday afternoon.

Nice big 1 bedroom suite with a view

This hotel is a great value for your money. Staff was friendly and helpful and it is also in a beautiful building. The breakfast is also great. We stayed just one night but was glad we stayed there.

Couple's retreat

The front office manager was excellent in providing orientation and great tips for 'tapas/montaditos' in town. We're lucky by getting a room on the 7th floor with a veranda beautiful view over the beach.

After a change if travel plans this hotel was a gem of a find. We only had 1 night unfortunately, could easily have stayed longer. The suite was luxurious, staff excellent and breakfast superb. Only downside was no kettle to make hot drink. Small detail but did not detract from the hotel.

Relaxing stay in Vitoria - Gasteiz

This is a great hotel if you're planning a longer stay (i.e. 4 days or more). It's more like a condo or apartment complex than a hotel and it's just far enough from the downtown area that you'll want to drive. The rooms, which are really suites, are beautiful and very modern with lots of space, but you'll have to push the staff at the front desk a little if you want something.

Very convenient and nice and quiet. Very easy to get to centre of Madrid and then catch the train to north Spain first thing in the morning

He estado alojada 4 días 10-13/09/24 Todo me ha parecido fantástico,limpio,silencioso, en un lugar d lujo a 25-30 min de Vitoria centro andando en un entorno muy cuidado. El personal muy agradable y dispuestos para ayudarte. Lo recomiendo al 100x 100.

4" ist die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wert Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Küche (Nutzung gegen Aufpreis). Das Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren sehr großzügig und Schränke von ca. 6,60 m Breite. Das Hotel war außerdem noch stylisch. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war überragend.

Desde el momento en que llegué, me sentí muy bien recibido por todo el personal. La recepción fue especialmente amable, eficiente y resolutiva, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier consulta o solicitud. La habitación era muy acogedora y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Además, el ambiente general del hotel era muy agradable y relajante.

El hotel en general esta muy bien El bufete del desayuno esta bastante bien lo unico es que la tortilla parecia de supermercado. El gimnasio un poco desastre y por la tarde imposible de estar parece un horno. El restaurante del hotel no nos gustó mucho para el precio q tiene es muy normalito.

Pegas y no muy buenas formas a la hora de darnos una cuna para nuestro hijo de 2 años. Que eran muy pequeñas y que tenía que dormir en nuestra cama o pagar una supletoria.

No está en el centro, pero es fácil llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés. Apartahotel cómodo, grande , con salón, cocina y dormitorio, cama adicional en el salón. El uso de la cocina tiene coste adicional. Decoración muy bonita.

No acustumbro a indicar este tipo de comentarios, pero paso a enumerar: La cocina del apartamento en obras, recepción vacia a partir de las 00:00, literalmente tuve que dar mil vueltas para poder llegar a la habitación después de esa hora, habitacion congelada calefaccion fuera de servicio, cafeteria pauperrima etc.

Pedir una cama doble y te entreguen dos camas individuales se esta convirtiendo en un hábito. No me casé para que mi mujer duerma a mi lado sino conmigo. La habitación amplísima con cocina y salón. El aire acondicionado ruidoso. La grifería de la ducha con algún fallo y una puerta de un armario chocaba con el tope de la puerta principal. En general buena experiencia pero con detalles que penalizan la impresión inicial en la calidad.

De suite no sé qué tiene, son apartamentos sin derecho a usar la parte de cocina (35€/día). La limpiadora me quiso echar para limpiar a las 10 am, le dije que me iba a quedar a trabajar un rato y volvió al poco, entró sin llamar, con el cartel de no molestar en el pomo, que a ver si me iba ya. Y me dejó allí tiradas los cambios de toallas/sábanas. Desayuno muy flojo, muebles básicos y ya con trote. No le daría más de 3 estrellas. Hay hoteles mucho mejores y más baratos por el centro.

Tuve un problema con su web pq no me enviaron la conformación a tiempo y realicé una segunda reserva por la que no me devolvieron el dinero. El wifi no funciona y el agua caliente tampoco. Experiencia nefasta.

Para ser un 4 estrellas es bastante justo en calidades. Para acceder de la habitación a la salida, el ascensor te deja en la planta 0 pero todavía tienes que bajar 3 escalones y abrir una puerta para salir al pasillo. Para ser “nuevo” no han tenido muy en cuenta las barreras arquitectónicas. En el baño no había agua fría. Se nos olvidó una prenda de ropa en un colgador del baño, llamamos para comunicarlo, confirmaron que la habían encontrado, contratamos una empresa de paquetería para que pasasen a recogerlo y resulta que de repente ya no tienen esa prenda de ropa, que no han encontrado nada. La atención deja bastante que desear, poca profesionalidad y seriedad.

Sólo estuve una noche como para hacer una valoración lo suficientemente precisa. En principio, todo correcto. Quizás el precio demasiado elevado.

Amplio, pero sin calefacción ni agua caliente, el 6 de enero, un desastre… para no repetir en la vida Nos confirmaron que tendríamos calefacción y agua caliente para la vuelta del concierto y a esta hora segué igual. La peor experiencia de mi vida

Um lugar para hospedagem confortável.

Um lugar estratégico para desfrutar de Vitoria-Gasteiz, porque está a 20 minutos do casco histórico, caminhando por um grande parque (caminho peatonal muito agradável).

Grand appartement moderne et propre. Un peu bruyant car nousetions juste au dessus de l'entrée du parking payant de l'hôtel. Gros inconvénient la cuisine n'est pas utilisable si on réserve moins de 4 nuits. Les meubles sont vides et les équipements désactivés sauf le frigo. Pas de machine à café. Quand j'ai été demandé à l'accueil comment faire fonctionner le micro-onde j'ai découvert ce fonctionnement. Les clients en courts séjours n'ont pas accès aux mêmes services et cela n'est pas expliqué ni avant ni à l'arrivée, pourtant cela se ressent tres fortement.

Repetiré..... Me gustaría que admitiera mascotas sin limitación de peso.

No me gusto que las duchas estén sucias y llenas de hongos, los desagües están muy sucios, al inodoro le falta limpieza. La habitación está bien diseñada, tiene una cocina muy funcional, sin embargo no la pudimos utilizar ya que eso suponía un cargo extra, con la tarifa que pagamos debería haber sido suficiente.

Goed voor 1 nacht.

Het is modern opgevat, maar toch zeer onpersoonlijk en het duurt lang voor je op de kamers bent.( Lift en lange gang. ) Het restaurant was niet open, dus eten moest in de luidruchtige bar. Bovendien kon de rekening daar niet op de kamer gezet worden. Ontbijt was ok. Fitnessruimte ok.

El hotel bien, pero encontré una araña enorme en la cama. Informe a la mañana siguiente y me dijeron que informarían a la gobernanta.

Appartamento ampio e pulito. La nostra camera aveva la cucina in manutenzione e quindi non era accessibile... per il resto ok. Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Très chouette hôtel,très confortable et propre. Cependant,loin du centre.Dommage qu il n’y ait aucun ustencil dans la cuisine( même pas une petite cuillère).

Buenas habitaciones con zona cocina americana, salón, vestidor, habitación y cuarto de baño grande. La cocina lleva un pago adicional de 30 Euros por noche, un poco excesivo. Sólo es de uso libre el frigorífico. Como sugerencia, dejaría libre también el micoondas sin pago adicional. Al viajar con niño solicitamos cuna y cumplieron con una cuna grande y límpia. Hotel completamente acristalado. Si hay sol se acumula calor (aunque en Vitoria haga frío). El aire acondicionado hace lo que puede, por lo que hay que dejarlo en marcha aunque no estés en la habitación.

Las habitaciones están muy bien y muy limpias pero cobran un plus por el menaje de cocina

Guter Aufenthalt mit Überraschung

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit zwei Räumen, Zentrum ist per schönem Spaziergang zu erreichen. Das Kleingedruckte hat uns überrascht, auf der Buchungsübersicht heisst es, dass das Zimmer eine Küche hat, es wird jedoch nicht erwähnt, dass die Benutzung 30 EUR kostet (nur im Kleingedruckten), das Zimmer hat daneben keine Annehmlichkeiten, die für ein Viersternehotel normal wären (wie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher). Wir haben uns deshalb Plastikgeschirr kaufen müssen und Kaffee erst in der Stadt getrunken

Apartahotel con habitaciones muy generosas.

Moderno, funcional, apartamento con sala de estar y cocina muy amplio. Se podría pasar una buena temporada de forma muy cómoda. Ubicado en una zona residencial de clase alta. No está céntrico, una media hora caminandoa buen paso hasta la catedral. Tuvimos algún pequeño.problema para cargar las consumiciones a la habitación, que no pudieron solucionar, a pesar de que todo estaba correcto en nuestra reserva, y se habían garantizado con la correspondiente tarjeta de crédito. Un misterio..

Excelente jantar mas falta de manutenção dos quart

O apartamento estava deteriorado. Entupimento da banheira, cortina a cair...falta de limpeza na casa de banho. O jantar estava ótimo e o estacionamento era muito bom.

Très mauvaise expérience, hôtel voleur

A l'arrivée le personnel n'était pas très aimable suite à la demande de notre carte bancaire soit-disant pour prendre l'empreinte pour la caution, alors que la chambre avait été payée intégralement plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée. Nous pensions avoir une chambre et c'était un appartement. Nous y avons séjourné qu'une nuit, nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine, donc rien sali hormis évidemment la chambre et la salle de bain mais dans la normalité. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise plusieurs jours après en allant à ma banque. L'hôtel s'est permis de retirer 58 euros, ce qui fait une nuit à 145 euros. A ce tarif on n'aurait pu aller dans un 5 étoiles. Pour qui, pourquoi???? Mystère. Peut-être aurions nous dû passer le balai dans la salle de bain (qui n'est pas présent évidemment puisque nous sommes à l'hôtel ''humour"). Impossible de réclamer puisque nous n'étions plus en Espagne. Ca fait 10 ans que nous sillonnons l'Espagne et jamais vu ça ailleurs. Hôtel à ne recommander à personne.
