So bad

Location is so far from antaliya,staff in hotel is not good and not friendly,the menu of foods not changed and not delicies,activities are little ,we like table tennis and they sey pey 10 euro for playying,one night they dont have any activities and we dont know how we can do!totally i dont come back to this hotel absloutly.

Very relaxing week. We were placed in the Selin hotel which was an upgrade. Great choice food very tasty. Italian definitely worth the €20. Staff very attentive and friendly.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The resort is in a good shape and well managed, hiccups here and there but staff was going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Yana in guest services was always super helpful, Nazgul at front desk as well. Lifeguards were plenty and professional, both at the beach and pools. Food was excellent at the main buffet restaurant, but not so much at the a la carte restaurant that we tried. We got a swim-with-turtles trip from some out of resort watersports company and there were no turtles at all. We found out there's a known place with plenty of sea turtles under the bridge 5 mins walk up the embankment. They love eggs and cheese. Fulia is a big hotel and two elevators are not enough, look to get a lower floor. Nice entertainment / animation. Beware of the shops selling same stuff you can find outside of the resort but at 3x the price.

The pools and entertainment were good. The service was slow food repetitive, drinks and outside bar disappointing, never enough staff on, Beds in the room were very uncomfortable ( hard ). Towels on sun loungers could never get a bed and bar chairs uncomfortable I received my VIP bottle of wine but no cork screw to open it with.

In general it was OKWe spend good time at this hotel it was clean

We booked for 2 separate beds, but the hotel gave us 2 bed attached to each other. We just find out about the arrangement when we were in the room. We were made to believe that the beds can be separated, and it will be fix so we unpack our stuff. The reception called that the bed cannot be separated and they can transfer us to another room if we want to. We want to and we chose to, that is why We booked for 2 separate beds, but then our stuff is already unpacked and it will be troublesome to packed our stuff again and to move to other room. We wish we had the room we originally booked. Thanks.

Hotel ok overall, but a few disappointing factors including poor room cleaning service - towels & robes not changed, just picked up & refolded - had to phone reception to request clean ones. Reception made no attempt to check when late check-out requested, just said not possible. Bathroom needed redecorating, and cleaning was poor. facilities were good, but pool water was cold as in the case in most Turkish hotels. Only one visit to an a'la carte restaurant included in all inclusive deal, but most were unavailable or closed - very disappointing. Not catered for the English - no English language kids tv channels in room or movies in the kids club. No English tea available at all, and even if you bring your own teabags, there is no milk available in the restaurant in the evenings! Also some of the activities need to be paid for e.g. hire of tennis rackets. Not a lot to do if the weather is bad.

Great hotel for a relaxing holiday!

Very large and comfortable rooms. Very delicious food almost every hour of the day. The only problem is the slow WiFi connection but that's not a big problem.

Nice close to beach..

Food was good staff were ok, hotel needs modernising and not much around locally, but plenty of activities within the hotel although we got hit by a storm and pool was out of action for 3 out of 5 days of our trip..

Outstanding all inclusive resort

I found this property to be all anyone might want from a summer resort. Everything is done with class.

Nice one for family with kids

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für jeden ist etwas dabei sehr gut, dass man die Anlagen von drei Hotels alle nutzen kann. Dadurch findet man immer eine ruhige Ecke oder wenn man möchte Unterhaltung und Abwechslung. Die Qualität der gebotenen Speisen ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Die Freundlichkeit und Zuwendung, dem Gast gegenüber des Personals könnte besser sein. Sehr schön waren die Cabanas am Strand. Man muss jedoch 90-100 € pro Tag dafür extra bezahlen.

Ikke noe 5 stjerners hotell

Veldig veldig dårlige senger, var som å ligge på gulvet og null service på de i resepsjonen. Det lekket vann fra både dusjen og toalettet på hele bade gulvet. Vi klaget 7 ganger på dette og det ble ikke gjort noe før etter 3 dager. Ellers bra mat og mye som skjer av aktiviteter

Nach einem drei stündigen Flug und einem selbst organisierten Transfer kamen wir gegen 00:00 Uhr im Hotel an, der Mitarbeiter Seymen begrüßte uns mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Vorerst wurde unsere Buchung welches wir über Expedia gebucht hatten nicht angezeigt. Nachdem wir 2 Stunden auf unser Zimmer gewartet haben wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Zimmer erwarteten uns Fliegen, welche wir ca. eine Stunde lang versucht haben aus dem Zimmer zu jagen. Wir entdecken eine Kakerlake im Zimmer und baten das Hotelpersonal das Zimmer erneut zu wechseln. Wir hatten uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht nun sitzen nach vier Stunden hin und her auf dem Balkon und schreiben diese Bewertung mit Hofansicht…

Die Anlage ist einfach riesig. Vorteil hier, für jeden ist etwas dabei und man wird permanent unterhalten. 1-2 ruhigere Orte gibt es doch auch. Unser Zimmer war durchaus abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber. Schimmel in der Dusche und allgemein kein ordentlich geputztes Bad. Was uns wirklich gut gefallen hat, war die Qualität der Speisen. Speziell die türkischen Gerichte waren wirklich lecker. Allerdings wirkt sich hier auch wieder die Größe der Anlage aus. Die Essenssäle wirken eher wie eine große Kantine.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, leider haben wir nicht viel davon gesehen, unser Zimmer ging seitlich raus. Davon abgesehen ist die Lautstärke bis ca. 12 Uhr Nachts nichts für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Fast jeden Abend Laute Musik vor dem Aishen Club ob Karaoke oder Live-Musik hier könnte man vor 12 Uhr nachts kein Auge zumachen.

Horrible hotel! First day we spent 3 h searching for food for our 2 year old. No one helped and everything was closed from 15.30-19.00 to long for a child. Our room had nothing for the child. Even when we asked for a potty they said yes we will fix but nothing. The bed they had placed they forgot to put up properly and only folded out 2 out of 4 legs. So when the child climbed up it fell all over so he crushed a glass with cut open his hand so he couldn’t swim the entire trip. Good wasn’t great. The service was HORRIBLE. We have stayed 50 nights now in different hotels in Turkey. NEVER have we met anyone not friendly of service minded until now. And they were all over the place! We have never had an issue with asking for help or a place to clean the baby bottle but they refused. So our child got to reuse bottles that we had only rinsed out and he had terrible diarrhea. My husband, who has a stomach as a rock, got food poisoning from the buffet.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vorallem das Bad. Die Zimmer wurden flüchtig geputzt, war nicht sauber. Unbedingt Meerblick buchen, wenn man nicht auf Ventilatoren und Anlieferung blicken will... Reinigungspersonal eher unfreundlich, mussten jeden Tag zur Reception, da Zimmer nicht geputzt wurde, trotz Zettel draussen. Servicepersonal sehr aufdringlich - brachten Zettel mit Telefon Nummer oder Social Media.

The hotel area is huge. You can use all the other kamelya hotels pools, beach, bars etc. This is very good. Breakfast just above average ( no smoked salmon for example) lunch and dinner is great. We had sushi on one day, other day good fish selection. We had italian speciality dining which was excellent. French speciality restaurant was closed for 3 days because lack of interest ( strange, in the 3 hotels there is no 10 people who can afford 25 euros extra for an a la carte dining? Maybe tooo many cheap people around… In the bars no blender, no frozen margaritas, daiquiris…. I recommend this place but it could be better drink variety.

Erg fijne accommodatie met heel veel restaurants, bars, zwembaden etc. Wij vonden dat er voor de kleintjes weinig variatie qua eten was. Voor de rest was alles erg goed verzorgd en kom je niks tekort.

+ Stort och välvårdat hotellområde, bred strand, maten med många val av maträtter och av mycket bra kvalitet. - Dålig städning, gamla och slitna sängkläder och handduk. Kosmetiska produkter av väldigt billigt kvalitet. Stranden är smutsig och ovårdad. Gamla solsängar, gamla och slitna strand handdukar.

Wir waren das erste mal bei Kamelya. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, Animation war top, Personal top, Anlage top!

Vanha vaatii remonttia,huoneen lattia epätasainen, rantabaarissa ei alkoholia, aitoa alkoholia vain lobby baarissa.Fylia ja Selin todella tarkka anniskelun kanssa. Ruoka 8lihyvä äyriäiset,kalat , erilaiset pataruoat ja grilliruokaa, 5 Snackbaareja. Iso alue, jossa7 uima-allasta ja 3 hotellia.Rantahietikko täynnä tupakanstumppeja ja muutenkin sotkuinen, vaikka jokaisen varjon alla roskis.Paljon lapsiperheitä ja eläkeläisiä. Hieman tylsä paikka. Pääportilla odotteli paikallistaksi huijattavia turisteja (mittari rikki). Dolmus Manavgatiin menee hotellialueen edestä.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön. Leider ist das Wasser im indoorbereich zu kalt( gefühlte 10grad. Das Bett im Zimmer 3503 ist die Umrandung defekt. Essen und trinken Top. Reichliche Auswahl, auf wünsche wurde eingegangen, sehr lecker und reichlich

Staying at Selin in april 2023

Very good hotel. We were at Selin 7 nights during first week of april 2023. The food was fantastic..we had 4 rooms and totally 10 persons. Everybody satisfied with hotel accommodation and specially buffet restaurant. The food at Turkish restaurant was not so specially amazing compared fuffe at the first floor. The staff were kind and serveral spoken different languages. Entertainment out side around the pool and at evening was also good for all ages. We missed a pool with warm water for days the temperature was lawer. Very good facilities for tennis and football lovers. Aqualand was almost closed during our staying. Turkish hammam was free and enjoyable. Other therapy massage was good but expensive compared to the quality. Water pressure at 6. Floor is poor and some times no water in bathroom.. Conclusion: this hotel gives good values for money .

Super hôtel c’est la 2 fois que je vais dans cette hôtel et je suis toujours ravie. Ils y’a pour tous les goûts. Dommage il parle pas français , pour les enfants

Wir kommen wieder!

Das Kamelya Fulya wird definitv wieder gebucht. Alles hat gepasst: Strand, Service, Sauberkeit, die Zimmer , Unterhaltung für Groß und Klein. Das Kamelya bildet mi Fulya, Selin und Aishen fast eine Kleinstadt. Man kann alle Pools und Spielplätze benutzen. Wasserpark ganz neu. Auf der einen Seite wird Livemusik gespielt, im Amphitheater Shows. Alles was das Herz begeehrt. Das Publikum ist im Fulya sehr angenehm. Ich hätte gerne verlängert, das Hotel war jedoch ausgebucht. Das einzige, was nicht gepasst hat: Man hungert zwar nicht und es gibt immer etwas zu essen, jedoch war die Auswahl / Buffet für so ein Hotel zu klein. Das hab ich in der Türkei auch ganz anders erlebt. Aber das sind wirklich Luxusprobleme. Ich kann das Hotel ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Arbeiter und super spiele/ Unterhaltungen am Pool. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Vi havde en fantastisk ophold. Dette hotel kan klart anbefales især til børnefamilie. Vi har selv et barn på 1 år. Der var en masse børneaktiviteter, børnepool, køleskab fuldt med en masse lækkerier til børn (mælk, kakao, danino yoghurt, dessert m.m) Det var rent og flot, der var service 24/7. Venlige personale. Flot område. Lækkert sandstrand. Dette er et hotel vi godt kunne tage til igen næste år. Tak for denne gang :)

A wonderful vacation

One of the hotels we enjoyed. Those with small children - I highly recommend this hotel. Lovely atmosphere in a hotel, amazing shows at night, large pools, one of the most impressive kids clubs, small but very enjoyable rides. The only thing that lowers the score, is that the main restaurant is small with a small variety of dishes - besides everything was great

Sauber schmeckt keine Langeweile

Es waren 3 schöne Tage das hotel sehr sauber und man sieht das sie sich auch wirklich mühe geben essen auch wunderbar auch sonst gab es nichts zu meckern

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal im Kamelya Fulya und sind immer noch begeistert. Die weitläufige und top gepflegte Anlage bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung während des Urlaubs. Das Personal haben wir als ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt. Besonders angenehm finden wir, dass man sowohl in der Hauptsaison im Sommer, als auch zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt immer freie Liegen, sei es an einem der Pools oder am Strand, findet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
