Unfortunately the property is undegoing a significant wxterior reno. The rooftop is closed. Gym was awful.... staff were nice.
It was very good, amazing service.
Great location, hotel however is in need of refurbishment
Enjoyed my time at the Isrotel. Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff!
The staff were attentive, polite and quick to assist. The showers were large and excellent. The breakfast food and staff were 5 star! The rooms are a little dated, but overall value and location are excellent for Tel Aviv. We would stay there again.....
Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them . Opposite beach , near restaurants and shopping. Great poll area on rooftop.
Cost/benefit is fair at this hotel. Nothing special, but a good hotel close to the beach (mind you, "near", not "on" the beach as the photos on the website seem to demonstrate).
Quiet properly, close to everything, beach few minutes to walk, nive view from roof top swimming pool
Beautiful property located in a highly desirable area of Tel Aviv, less than half a block from the Mediterranean Sea. Staff members are very friendly, courteous and helpful Management is also very responsive. Rooms are truly beautiful. I highly recommend a room on a high floor overlooking the sea. Hotel is very clean and in tip top shape. Room rates are competitive and reasonably priced compared to some of the other not so great hotels in the area. Hotel has a swimming pool with stunning views of Tel Aviv from the top 30th floor. I highly recommend this facility without any reservation. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Tel Aviv. .Thank you Isrotel Sea Tower for a truly memorable stay.
Our stay was terrific. The hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. The best part was the staff as they were so accommodating to all our needs. They helped set up all our tours, recommended places to eat and called all our taxis for us. I would come back just for the excellent service they gave us. Five stars all the way!
Loved the view and the close proximity to the beach. The staff was very attentive to our needs and very professional. The hotel is close to great eateries. Will definitely recommend to my friends
Fantastic pool on top of the building (level 30) with amazing view of the entire city!
Great location. Clean and pleasant staff. Convenient parking. The place a bit …. Old . No complaints
Nice
Suits are nice but less fitting with Sofa bed for teenagers
Good hotei ,its clean and good breakfast But air conditioning wasn’t good. Nothing to do in hotel
Everything was close by. The beach, restaurants, and supermarkets
Very nice suites ! Only note Is the pool that is on the top of the building, so amazing for the view, but should be maintained better as a 5 star hotel The rooms were amazing and the bathrooms too!
Employees rude and not cordial. I called 1 day before to ask for an earlier check in, they told me that regular check in would be 3 PM but they could do a 1 PM that we would have no problem. When I arrived (around 11 AM) the “no problem” 1 PM became “let’s try”, then changed to we don’t do this offers (so I was lying). Net I went for lunch, returned 1PM and obviously room was not available (despite being empty). And employee were rude. Additionally to that hotel is in a strong under construction area, a lot of noise.
Awesome vies if the ocean and the 360degree view from the room top pool was spectacular.
The hotel in grate location the face of the building anda with mueble facing falling apart No bell boy to help with lagg
The outside of the building looks a bit run down, but the property and rooms were very clean and well kept. The gym is tiny and rundown (3 treadmills and a broken nautilus machine), so it would be better to run on the boardwalk. The hotel restaurant downstairs was actually very nice and had a good array of food at the breakfast buffet. The parking is a bit tricky, and you will get yelled at by the parking attendant if you do not prepay you parking ticket before leaving. If you try to pay at the gate you will have a standard rate, not the hotel discount rate for the parking. Once you figure it out, your car should be able to go in and out of the garage with the cameras reading the plates. The rooms were simple but clean, and they had everything you needed. The location is great. There were 3 convenience stores on the block, and a great Thai and Mexican restaurant a block away. The beach is a block away as well. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke English and Hebrew. Overall, a clean safe reasonably priced hotel near the beach.
A lot of space
Grate hotel at best location little scary the marble facing the hotel exterior fooling and thy install net to secure
Next time I will look for a different hotel
The hotel was nice and the location is great. However, it is definitely not worth $400 a night. Especially because there are no meals included. The main bed was fine, but the open couch was extremely uncomfortable.
Excellent staff member and room I would definitely go back
This was a very nice place. I don’t know that I would stay there if I was on vacation, but it would be great for airport, layovers, or business meetings.
The staff were so nice, hotel was just ok, they need to update the rooms but the ppl r so kind, staff were very accomodating.
Super friendly staff
Staff super friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel.
Pleasantly relaxing
I was booked at another hotel for an 8 night stay in Tel Aviv. It was very clear that hotel was not acceptable. My husband and I walked into the lobby of Sea Tower. We were greeted by Guy at the front desk, he showed us a great room and we booked the rest of our stay at Sea Tower. We spent 7 great nights. The room was comfortable and had air-conditioning that could bring Frosty the Snowman back to life! The cleaning staff were efficient and attentive we were given extra pillows and amenities when we needed them. The location to the beach and promenade is very convenient. Guy, at the front desk, gave us many, many suggestions for restaurants and activities that suited our tastes. His knowledge of the area, when this was our first visit to Tel Aviv, enabled us to enjoy the city like locals. We enjoyed everything from fine dining to street food, all delicious. My husband and I were able to return home, relaxed and refreshed. Our visit to Tel Aviv was saved by the staff and accommodations afforded us by staying at Sea Tower by Isrotel.
The property is very well situated for beach and eating out purposes View from our room fantastic I would stay there again
Nice view from the rooftop pool. Very close to the beach. Very helpful stuff.
I love this hotel, We come here every time we visit Tel Aviv excellent location and comfort. The best !
The check-in process was straightforward. The room was a decent size and was clean. We were upgraded to an ocean view room with a balcony, as we were celebrating a special occasion, which was very much appreciated. I believe including breakfast would make this a stronger stay. The pool area was very beautiful, though a bit windy and small. It was clean as well and commands a very beautiful view of the ocean. The HaYarkon location though not the most beautiful, is very convenient to getting to the beach and surrounding areas.
Great pool and breakfast. Rooms were good size and clean. Good experience overall
Pool on the roof
Shell and Guy were amazing! Also Gad other great encounters from the staff. Great location and breakfast. Only thing to improve are the beds that are way too firm.
Ideally positioned, rooftop pool
The Hotel is in a great location and we had a wonderful view of the beach. However, the building itself is pretty old and we found a roach in our room. Need to get rid of carpet in the rooms.
Well located, nice rooms, very expensive continental breakfast.
Great stay
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly, professional staff and very clean.
Location is very central and steps to the beach, dining and shopping. Staff was exceptional and a special shout out to Yael for making us feel extra welcome
All is good
Very aversge hotel. The hotel is old but generally clean. Staff has no idea about customer service. When checking out nobody asked how was the stay, did not get even a goodbye from them. The baby crib was too small for 15 months old, so we ended up sharing the bed. The double bed consists of two small beds and there was a gap when two beds were connected. Terrible breakfast and exceptionally overpriced for what you get which isn’t much.
Located on the beach within walking of Jaffa Old City, Dizengoff and plenty of restaurants.
Great place to stay.
Business Trip
The location of the hotel is excellent, a couple of minutes walk to the beach front. All of the staff at the hotel were exceptional & extremely helpful with all my requests, which there was a few as it was my 1st time in Israel. A special mention should go to Jay who went above and beyond what is required.
Worth the stay in Tel Aviv
A nice hotel right by the beach, very centrally located, and had nice staff and nice view. My room smelled a little bit like smoke when I first came in but other than that it was very clean and spacious.
Great place to stay. Close walk to the beach and the promenade. Amazing staff and very helpful. Special mention to Guy and Inbar at reception. Highly recommend.
