Breakfast every morning was amazing!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell Palms. The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming from security to housekeeping. They were approachable and helpful, especially Richardo, what a gentleman. Thank you guys for everything, we can’t wait to come back again. I also want to shout out Duplate restaurant on the plaza for accommodating us and preparing special meals for my husband, we appreciate your hospitality. The breakfast was wonderful every day, thank you.

I never got the password for the wifi and was without service.

This was my second stay at Sea Shell Palms. My first experience in May was very positive, so when I returned to Jamaica, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It is near Ocho Rios. Tower Isle is quiet and Sea Shell Palms offers great value for the cost. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests select what they would like for breakfast the day before and it is delivered to your door in the morning- delicious and filling. Everyone at Sea Shell Palms is friendly and the balcony with chairs is a nice place to sit and relax, read, and talk with staff and other guests. In front of the hotel is a plaza with everything I needed- grocery stores, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, post office, and church. When I was at Sea Shell Palms in May, they were working on putting in a swimming pool. When I returned in November, the pool was ready and I enjoyed swimming laps. So my stay was even better this time.

Nice cozy comfortable and clean the convenience of an all encompassing studio apartment with the feel of a suite. The staff was great especially the security. My new fav place to stay in Jamaica

1st let me say that the people that worked the property was nice and one of them even saved my life (jade), 2nd was the fact that there is nothing to eat in the area if the one restaurant closes, 3rd if venture to far away from the property and the locals realize that you're not from there, you may not make it back to your room, 4th the water is turned off at about 6pm and that's that, 5th if your toilet and shower work at the same time than you have a winning room, over all I'm all for supporting local businesses wherever i might visit but i like to eat and i would like not to be robbed by the pool, although they do have security and they are visible on the property but if you leave to go to the store you're basically on your own. Dont make tge mistake i made, go to a resort.

Hot water was not hot; TV could not get local channel Overall not a bad place to stay. Security Guard on duty wore many hats, and did a good job.

Properly was wonderfully peaceful and accommodating to me and my child. We had the suite and it was conveniently stocked every cleaning dat with watwr and juice as needed. Cleaning was grewat. Wifi acess was great. Water pressure and temperature was amzong. Definitely would recommend to all who want somewhere cozybto stay for a short time or extended stay. Plus the complementary breakfast everyday was delish! Thanks Seashells. Iwill be coming back soon

My dislike was my room was not clean for 4 days and the kettle taken from my room and when I speak the young lady told me she cannot control the behavior of the staff neither can i control my husband or children. That comment was very personal all because I have a complain about the service. I had to check out 1 day early because I felt violated so i need my refund back . Please confirm my complaint and send my refund back to my card. Thank you

I liked & enjoyed my 1bdrm suite. It was beautiful & very comfy. The TV in the bdrm wasn’t working for the 1st 2 days. But they came & fixed the problem. The pool was a beautiful nice size. 3ft-6ft. But the surrounding of the pool was gravel, dirt & rocks…

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. The pool was very big and spacious. Overall I will definitely book here again 10/10

Only issue we really had was the water is shut off at 8-10pm each night We were not told about this And we like to shower before bed each night Once we asked about the water issue They happily fixed the issue and we had water each night after Great room, breakfast is good Staff are very friendly and helpful

I went to sea shell palms for my birthday weekend it was great the pool is nice rooms are clean bed comfortable and friendly staff. I must say a security guard was very nice to me I think his name cue r something he took me to the room and ensure I was ok the night I came to the hotel I will come back to visit

The room was clean, staff was friendly and service was good. The property itself is in need of some renovations which I am sure is in the plans.

Its a very relaxing and you have a peace of mind.

The staff is very good , but the water pressure was very very low in the bathroom , the property is under some renovations which is very good , because the room that we stayed in can have some modern make over update , large flat screen tv , slide standing showers etc etc but the stay was very good just need some modern upgrades

Amazing staff! Ms. Meek was friendly, helpful and informative. She made my stay exceptional. Mr. Murray provided quick answers to all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the area. The Driver Ritchie is the most safest and patient driver I've ever rode with. They all made my stay wonderful!

The location is really nice and quiet but the building need renovation and the bed too small

My stay was only for a couple of hours. Although it was one of the few options available due to calling just one hour ahead of time, staff was quite helpful, pleasant, rooms were quite basic (as expected), but very clean. Breakfast was delivered to the room. Good choice for a quick stay.

The staff was amazing

Sea Shell Palms is located behind a shopping center. It is easy to find from the main road. My room was very clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, spoon, and tea in the room. Breakfast is delivered to the room each morning and the restaurant, ice cream shop, and supermarkets are close by in the shopping center. I sat outside on the veranda and enjoyed the ocean breeze while I read and ate. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They knew a wonderful driver who took me to the beach and other areas. During my 8-night say, the hotel was working on adding ground floor rooms and a swimming pool. I had a great stay and look forward to staying at the Sea Shell Palms again.

Although the property is under reservation the rest of the property is beautiful especially the garden areas. Can't wait for the pool and jacuzzi to be ready in the next few months.

The property is secluded but does have quick and easy access to restaurant, supermarkets and shopping.

It was a very pleasant experience. The security guard did a great job helping me get checked in. He suggested sugar pot beach which I really liked. The apartment was clean and spacious. My choice of Jamaican style Breakfast (mackerel run dung) was excellent
