Business trip to Wrocław

I like to stay at Scandic travelling to Wroclaw. It is affordable, well located, walking dustance to the old town. Also the parking is well accessible. My room was recently renovated. Breakfast is delicious.

My stay was as usually great, services are very good, specially your breakfast staff. Food is always delicious and people serving breakfast friendly. I’m very happy with your hotel, except I don’t have lack w ordering taxi for an early flight. Over all stay at Scandic hotel pleases us.

Wroclaw 2024

The room was ok for the price I paid. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. Personnel were not friendly. It’s close from the Old Town and the train station.

Great staff and very functional property. Easy walking distance to Main train station and to old town as well as an upscale shopping mall. Enjoyed the gym for morning work outs and the sauna for evening wind downs. There is in room coffee so no need to get dressed before first cup of coffee in the morning!

Convenient location

The hotel was located near the station, which is very convenient for an overnight stop. The room was clean, the bed was just a little bit hard. Breakfast is tasty and varied, definitely worth paying for.

It was good and had much space for improvement

Check in and room was as expected. Kids got a little gift of fruit, biscuits and juice which was a nice touch. Extra bed in the room was very uncomfortable and was making lots of noise with each smallest moved that kept me up most night so I didn’t get good sleep. Breakfast was good with good selection however I think it was much better last time we stayed

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty, there was a lot of food available. The room was a little cold, but not too much.

There is something to work on

Expensive on-site parking, strange smell of some cheap air freshener in the room, broken plug in the bath, annoying noise in the ventilation system. It was not too easy to fall asleep.

Great Hotel, great location

Generally very good, liked the location. 20 mins to the square, the railway arches next to the hotel were great. Good food & craft beers. The hotel was clean, nice bathroom & very comfortable beds.

Comfortable two night stay

Good two night stay - convenient to the main station and trams into the Old Town, although everything was walkable in about 15 minutes. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. We’d stay here again.

Express check in and very friendly staff allowed for some extra time before checking out. Breakfast with large variety of vegan products which was important for me. Everything on high standard from which Scandic is known.

Lovely hotel in great location

The hotel was in a great location just a short walk from the major tourist spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast as there was so much choice and it also had gluten/dairy free options which was a bonus for my wife. Would happily stay there again.

Wroclaw for two days

I stayed in the Scandic hotels beforte in the Nordic countries, there is where I discovered them and kept staying there because the locations are always right on, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfasts fantastic!

Had a great 3 nights here. Excellent room, comfy beds, fantastic breakfast. Great location. Definitely be going back. It was brilliant

Second time staying in this hotel. They happily organised a birthday cake which was delicious. Staff very friendly. Walking distance to main square. Variety of food for breakfast to set you up for the day.

Brilliant stay will definitely return

Great hotel in great location. All staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. We had superior room which was just perfect and very comfortable. All was great and including gym (very simple but did the job) and sauna but real winter was the breakfast! Incredible choice, great quality too

Hotel is OK and in the attractive location. Room was little dated and needs some work like repainting. TV had nothing to watch except basic polish TV propaganda. Nothing for westerners to enjoy. Breakfast was not included with my room rate, but it was very tasty at extra fee.

Nice hotel in good location in Wroclaw

The hotel is really nice and the breakfast buffet is really rich and of high quality. The room is large so is the bathroom (we used a Superior Room). The only disadvantage is the comfort of the bed - it could be much better and the pillows could be better.

Hotel is quite outdated. I found the standard of the hotel quite low for 4 stars. There was also strange smell in the room.

Hotel is an easy 10-15 minute walk to main station, easy to walk to old town, also very close to public transportation stops to make visiting other parts of the city convenient. Breakfast is nice, room is spacious, staff is friendly & helpful

Location,perfect,center of the City close to everything!!!! Tv programing rather boring selection,would appreciate more English spoken channels!!! Otherwise very pleasant experience!!!!

Overall a good stay. However, my remote control had no batteries so had to get up to change the channel every time. A bit annoying.

I liked that the hotel was well positioned for the Old Town and other amenities.The staff were especially helpful when our taxi had not arrived at 12;30 midnight and arranged a taxi to pick us up.The rooms were very quiet despite being located on a busy thoroughfare. The tea making facilities were good but we had to keep asking for the black teabags as we were only given 1 a day.

Our room is not as modern or new as in other Scandic hotels we had stayed in Scandinavia but it is a little cheaper in Poland. The property is in an old building from the 1960s. It has a table tennis table in the lobby which can be relaxing while waiting in our case for our taxi. The front desk is multi lingual and very helpful. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from both the main train station and the incredible Old Town. From the airport, just take the public bus and drop off at the Renoma (shopping mall) bus stop and the hotel is less than 8 minutes walk away.

Standic Wroclaw Is a Gem...

I can’t fault the hotel as a whole, my only issue with a twin room and both beds only having 1 pillow. Everything else was great, service, cleanliness, location etc.

Great place to stay in Wrocław.

Excellent location. Close to city centre, trams, and railway station. There is an excellent milk bar called Marche right around the corner that you can have an inexpensive breakfast at.

perfectly solid Holiday Inn-like experience. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible. Bed was pretty uncomfortable, no conditioner, only shampoo in shower (this is an European thing). Good location,very quiet. Did the job.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were fabulous. But the walls and doors felt tacky to the touch and old.

Not one of my best experiences

Quite poor service, ridiculously small gym, old rooms, not working AC, rooms face main road are quite loud, you get nothing but towel and soap as toiletries. Decent breakfast. I recommended standard rooms for ones who use hotel room only for sleeping.

Lovely Hotel in Wroclaw

Nice Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff.Lot,s of trams outside Hotel,i was in room 605 on 6th floor at front ,could watch trams from balcony patio door, good WiFi bathroom and shower very good.Air con in room excellent.Bar was on ground floor ,price,s cant complain.Check it is noon,we asked could we stay till 2pm as our flight home was 5pm,they let us stay till 2pm and no charge.

Nice hotel, food was good. Accomadation twin room was spacious clean, beds were comfy. Tea coffe facilities hairdryer and iron and board. What more do you need.

The property is ideally situated, also close to the Old Town. Veryhelpful and friendly personnel. Can recommend this property!

Not clean looks horoble, breakfast choice not good, suddenly put the price high up

Nice hotel, but maybe 3 stars?

OK hotel, maybe not 4 stars, but 3? (not sure about the criteria) Super service, positive personnel. Great to have a bar area in connection in case you don't feel like exploring anything else. I borrowed a bike for free - that is a great offer! (even though it could do wit a service - I reported that) A good breakfast with a wide range of choices. OK room. Nordic style. OK, but I don't like the use of "film" instead of real wood... I'm being a bit picky, but it seemed like the last finish of the redecoration of one wall of the room has been done in a hurry; a "film"/wallpaper decoration had a bad finish which made it look at bit cheap. The bathroom lacks heated floor - this is not good. A system with a heating fan with a timer on the wall gave heat, but not the one you want to have on your bathroom in a 4 star hotel. It seemed like there was redecorating going on in several rooms / hallway so maybe things will improve. I used the so called gym. The room it self was ok, but it is situated in the back - clearly in the back - and the area with sauna and showers were not really delicate - I did not feel like using those.

Perfect short stay

This is very much a business hotel, little confusion about the booking when we arrived but all resolved within a few moments, the room even though it overlooked the main Street was very quiet, although small was comfortable for 2 and spotlessly clean

Great hotel in Wroclaw!

I truly enjoy my stay at this hotel! Check-in was very smooth, and handled by polite and professional people. My room was more than adequate with a spacious bathroom featuring a very nice shower. The bed came with a down comforter, and was especially comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive for what was offered.

Good hotel near main station in Wroclaw

We stayed only one night but found this hotel ideal for our purposes. It's a 5-minute walk from the main station and about 12 minutes from the centre of the Old Town. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the facilities are good. We thought the hotel was good value for money and are happy to recommend it.

Great location to be able to explore the old town, and if you arrive or leave from the train station, from the airport it is a $4 bus ride to train station from there it’s a 10-15 minute walk to hotel, hotel has bikes they rent for free to guests to explore the town, great value

Fun city and hotel

We loved Wroclaw. It was a perfect hotel for a short stopover when traveling by train. It was just a few minutes away from the pedestrian historic area. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back given the opportunity.

Near shopping mall

The picture that was sent to me by Expedia showed me a nice room, when we checked in I was given an old dark room in the second floor only after finding small damages in the room where we moved to the room I thought I paid for , the first check in person did not want help told me to talk to Expedia when I got home , pictures of old room

Lovely hotel for a city break

I stayed here with my children and they really loved the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a big hit. There was plenty of sightseeing within walking distance of the hotel. We had a great stay.

Scandic Wroclaw

Scandic Wroclaw is a good hotel close to the centre of the town.

First class hotel in excellent location.

The hotel was perfectly placed for trams, shops, restaurants, banks etc with the Renoma bus stop for the airport, just a five minute walk away. My stay was bed and breakfast and the choice and quality of food was excellent. I had a twin room which was clean, stylish and spacious and being on the back of the building was very quiet. This is a great hotel and I used it for a first time city break in Poland. I really like Wroclaw. It has great character with the noise of the trams constantly whizzing by. I also found everyone so helpful and friendly, particularly the younger ones, who speak good english.

Perfect for business stay

Hello, I stayed 1 night at the Scandic Hotel and can only recommend it. It is both close to city center and highway, so its location is perfect in terms of accessibility. We had a company visit which resides south of Wroclaw and thanks to the location it only took 15 minutes to drive. The hotel is itself is seemingly new, the facilities the rooms etc. are all modern, clean and cozy. I should also mention the perfect breakfast. It was so reach and even included finest details, such as pancakes both european and american style, canadian maple syrup, original english breakfast (I am not a big fun of it though), fresh juices incluing tasty apple juice. I surely recommend this hotel for business trips. Best regards, Gokhan
