The property was about five minute walk from a station and not too far out from the city center

Holiday.

Overall, it was really good. The size of the room it was big.

Front desk questioned on extra towers - note no room clean up for 3 days, absolutely unnecessarily. Hotel should be rated 3 star at best

Just an all around great experience overall

Good location, near many restaurants. Easy to get around with Go Taxi or Uber.

Great hotel with spacious rooms - quick walk to Susukino

Hotel is convenient. Within walking distance to restaurants n shopping. But is pretty old. Caters to tour group. Reasonably priced.

Fantastic hotel! Views were spectacular. Easy walking distance to several transport options. Staff very helpful. Room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Loved our stay!

Nice stay with an affordable price!

The property was great. However the AC is forced to low during autumn/winter and the windows are unable to be opened, so it was quite hot in the room.

Very spacious room and walking distance to most attractions and shopping areas.

Parking fee is annoying

Got a single room, but it had enough space for a two beds. That was pretty nice since that meant I had some extra room to use for exercises. Furnishings and everything is a bit dated, but honestly, I didn’t show up for the hotel. I came for the city. The location is pretty convenient and great for grabbing groceries when I needed them late at night or walking to the downtown area. I also didn’t bother with the breakfast or the bar area, so I can’t review those.

Couple Trip

The staff was quite helpful in recommending us places to eat around our area, even provided us with a map. The parking was paid for and it uses a lift to park the cars. There was even a gift shop in the hotel lobby. The room was quite spacious too.

Everything I could have asked for, affordable central Sapporo accomodation.

We arrived just before midnight due to flight delays and the staff were so accomodating. The room was spacious for our family of 5 and very clean. Nice quiet location and close to bars, restaurants and shops. The staff and service were amazing, everyone was very friendly.

Great location for our family of four - we took the train from Sapporo airport and walked with our luggage to this hotel. Do- able even though it’s the snowy conditions. Opt for the breakfast buffet because it is delicious and has a lot of Western and Japanese foods to choose from. Easy to walk to the main drag of restaurants and shops. Comfy beds for the four (2 teenagers) of us in one large room, which is not easy to find in Japan. We had to have two separate hotel rooms in Tokyo.

Good facilities, but a little bit far from downtown.

Generally it was good experience, little disappoint from the hotel to ask for extra money to extend the checkout in 1 hours although they were not fully booked. Rather than that it is in a good condition and was convenient.

This is a great place to stay. Staff are friendly, breakfast is fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and location is convenient.

The pods do not have AC, and the ventilation fan is not enough to keep the pod from being very hot and very stuffy. If there was an ac unit with a vent in each pod, or even just a better fan system, this would be absolutely wonderful, but I woke up everymorning poorly rested and sweating.

Nice hotel

Hotel is a little out of the main shopping area 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was poor never changed all the time i was there and with a number of coach parties staying there can get busy at times. Room size was good and a very large bathroom. Overall it was a good hotel worth the money.

Location was great, very short walk to nakajima park and the touristy downtown area. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff helped us book a table at a restaurant. We stayed here om the first and last day of our stay, and were very happy with it.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Professional staff (my 1yr old was screaming as we walked in amd no one batted an eye, for which I am very grateful), within very easy walking distance to a park and the touristy entertainment part of town. My only negative is the unexpected 1,500yen parking fee (I had assumed that with its own parking tower, it would be free parking for guests). But overall, extremely happy with our choice of hotel.

Room is super clean but little disappointed about the fact that it doesn't have a swimming pool. Other than the pool, it was such an enjoyable stay.

雪が凄かったので、キャリーケースを引いて最寄り駅まで行くのも大変なところでしたが、ホテルから札幌駅までシャトルバスが出てるのが大変有難かったです。

Zeppでのライブ利用でこちらのホテルを予約させていただきました。 立地条件はバッチリでしたし お部屋は綺麗で静かで コンパクトにまとまってる感じで使いやすかったです

私がホテルを選ぶ基準としてはお値段がリーズナブルでかつ部屋の清潔さで決めております。安いイコール汚いでは困るので、ある程度口コミを見てから決めます。 たまたまなのかもしれませんが、テレビ下の備え付けのテーブルの後側の桟が、全部ホコリ？と言うより大きめの消しゴムのカスみたいな物が桟の上にスーーーーと沢山落ちていました。 3連泊だったので、汚れている部分を写メってフロントの方にお見せして、お掃除をお願いしました。 その後お掃除して頂けました。ありがとうございます。 新しいホテルではないので、 普段のお掃除は丁寧にお願いしたいです。 すすきのや観光地には歩いて行ける距離です。札幌駅への送迎バスもあるので　不便さは何も感じられないです。

宿泊中気分が悪くなり、知らない土地ということもあり救急車を呼んで病院へ行きました。 深夜の出来事でご迷惑をおかけしたのですが、男性スタッフの方に最初から最後までご親切に対応していただけました。 チェックアウトの際も声をかけてくださり本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。ここに泊まってよかったです。

朝食がおいしくてスタッフが親切

施設は古さを感じますが、スタッフの方が皆さん明るく親切で、朝食ブュッフェが種類がたくさんありおいしかったです！ 今回は仕事だったのでやめておきましたが、スパークリングワインがあるのはビックリしました。 次は観光で来た際に泊まりたいです。

朝食が良かった 1人または2人は奥のスペース、家族等は手前のスペースに分けていた 朝食ビュッフェにハンバーガーがあったのだが、バンズとパティが大きくてそれだけでお腹がいっぱいに。小さいバンズだと嬉しい。

무난함과 적당함의 극치(모두에게 추천)

3명에서 숙박을 이용했는데, 엑스트라 베드도 적당히 크고 괜찮았습니다. 가격대비 크고 깔끔한 방, 괜찮은 뷰(방에 따라 다르겠지만) 지하철과 가까운 위치로 괜찮습니다. 물론 삿포로, 스스키노와 먼 것은 단점입니다. 조식도 맛있고, 직원들은 친절한 편입니다. 운이 좋으면 한국어가 가능한 직원도 출몰하니 참고 바랍니다.(아마 일하는 요일에 따라 다른듯함)

朝食は大満足。北海道の美味しい食べ物が沢山選ぶことができて良かったです。 今回、禁煙ルームが満室だったため喫煙ルームに宿泊しました。今までも家族で喫煙者がいるため喫煙ルームに宿泊してますが、今回の喫煙ルームは今までにないほどタバコの匂いがきつく、空気清浄機を回したら空気清浄機からタバコの匂いが出てくるため近所の薬局で消臭剤購入して使用してなんとか過ごせる匂いになりました。 ヘビースモーカーと一緒に寝泊まりができ無い人は喫煙ルームは選択されない方が良いです。 フロントの方はかなりクールな対応されます。応対にスマイルを期待する方は塩対応と思われるかも。対応はきっちりしてますよ。

清潔感があるよいお部屋でした

大会観戦のために約1週間弱滞在させていただきました。ビジネスホテルにしては部屋が広く使いやすかったです！ また、毎日清掃が入るというのではなく、自分でごみ捨て･タオル交換のみ、部屋の清掃全てなど頼むことができ、それもとても良かった。 ただ、時期も時期だったようで、宿泊客は海外の人(中国の方)が多く、アウェイ感はありましたw 廊下での話声は聞こえますが、でも隣の騒音が酷いなどはなく良かったです。 1つ上げるとすれば、部屋の掃除を頼みましたが、なぜか風呂場のコップを替えてもらえなかったことくらいですかね。2回部屋の清掃を頼んで、1回目は交換なし、2回目は2つコップがあるうちの片方だけ交換という感じでしたww

全体的に良いホテルだと思います。 ただ、朝食時のスタッフ(アルバイト)だと思いますが、気配りがイマイチでした。

위치는 좀 멀지만 청결하고 넓어서 좋았어요.

トイレが汚い。ウォシュレットのリモコンをちゃんと掃除して欲しい。空気清浄機が夜中に故障してピーピー鳴って起こされた。スイッチを消したので加湿されず翌朝のどを痛めていた。チェックアウトしホテルを出たら団体のバスや工事車両が駐車していて雪道の中歩くのに不安だった。大きなホテルなのだから誘導員やチェックアウトの際に一言ぐらい欲しかった。

部屋も広くて値段もお手頃でとてもよかった

全体的なコストパフォーマンスがいい。 ホテルの滞在の全体を決めると言ってもいいレセプションの対応がとても丁寧で良かった。これが良いと後の滞在がとてもリラックスしたものになるので個人的に重視している。 朝食のバイキングも種類が豊富でおいしく満足だった。 少し不満だった点がサービスの水が500ml1本で足りず、自販機が偶数階にしかなくやや面倒であった。翌朝掃除のスタッフに頼んだら快くもう一本頂けたのはありがたかった。あとシャワーカーテンの臭いが気になった。

Zeppでイベントのために前乗りで一泊させて頂きました。 Zeppがすぐ横の好立地。 大通りあたりまではナビで見ると徒歩では３０分まではかからない距離で、車では１５分くらいだったと思います。 ホテルの敷地に駐車場がついているのがとても有り難かったです。 駐車場のおじさんも親切な方で、チェックアウト後はホテルの駐車場は使えないので、隣のZeppでのイベント中に停めるためのすぐ近くのコインパーキングの事も親切に教えてくれて助かりました。 ありがとうございました。 お部屋は１６階でした。お風呂とトイレは別だし、お部屋も広く綺麗にされていたので過ごしやすかったです。 何度か他のホテルでありましたが、こちらではシャンプーなどは薄められてしゃばしゃばな感じもなかったです。 フロントの方達は見渡した感じ愛想のなさそうな方が多そうに見えましたが、それさえスルーしてしまえばホテル自体は良かったのでまたZeppやあの辺りに用事が出来た時は利用したいと思います。 観光の外国人がめちゃくちゃ多かったです。 ホテルの外のエントランスにキッチンカーが来ていて買ってしまいました笑

4인가족 2싱글 2슈퍼싱글배드 조식 포함 깨끗하고 친절하게 응대해줘서 좋았고 주차타워에 주차도 편하게해서 차가있다면 강추 오도리공원도 걸어서 접근이 가능 하니 더 좋음

部屋快適、しかし寒く感じた

部屋の温度がなかなか上がらず寒かった。

今回は二度目で３名で宿泊しましたが、部屋が広くゆったりしていて、ベッドもマットレスが良いのか、ぐっすり眠れて疲れも取れました。 バスルームのアメニティ等も、とても良かったです。 機会があれば、また宿泊したいです。

近くに中島公園と言う大きな公園もあり、どこに行くにも便利な立地でした。 ホテルの従業員さんも感じが良く、お部屋も綺麗で、景色もお見事でした🌃👏✨ とても素敵な旅行の思い出が出来ました✈️🌈 大変お世話になりました。 どうもありがとうございました😊✨

ススキノまで散歩感覚で行ける

良いホテルでした。

食事も美味しい。フロントスタッフも客のやりたいようなプランだけではなく、きちんとアドバイスしてくれる。

매우 만족스러움 룸서비스도 좋고 청결하고 삿포로 시내에서 방이 제일 넓었어요 화장실이 매우 청결하고 욕조도 있어서 좋았습니다

家族旅行でextrabedを入れてもらいましたが、中学生、高校生の子供にも十分な大きさでした。宿泊費も安くすみ、ありがたいです。朝ごはんもおいしかったです！ソフトクリームを自分で作れるのが子供は楽しかったそうで、味もとても美味しかったとのことでした。

高級感があり、綺麗でとても素敵なホテルでした。

また泊まりたいです
