Owner was very cordial, delighted my wife is learning to speak Catalan, gave us a bottle of Cava (champagne). The spa is in an adjourned building, not bad but public.

We had a lovely one night stay at the end of our Honeymoon. Our suite was beautiful. The bed was big and comfortable. There's two balconies and loads of lovely light and views which you don't see in the pictures. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The spent tome in the SPA which was amazing and so well worth a visit. The location is great and in a quiet part of the town. Lastly the breakfast was fabulous. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to eat dinner in the restaurant. Would highly recommend a visit. *****

What an amazing stay at the Sant Jordi Hotel. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Beautiful, tasteful rooms, balcony with a view, amazing breakfasts, lunch by the pool and a lovely quiet pool area, so relaxing. All the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and nothing is too much. The rooms also come with Spa access to the Spa next door, this was amazing, so many water treatments and all complimentary. You can also have a massage or Spa treatment at a reasonable price. The hotel is in a great location for the beach and a short walk from the bars and restaurants. What more to say other than to book and have a lovely time.

Very happy with my stay at Sant Jordi. The staff are so wondeful, the hotel has beautiful facilities and the room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is very close to the beach, which isn't as crowded as other beaches around the Barcelona/Costa Brave region. The wellness spa in the adjacent building is also very nice and was the perfect way to decompress after a full day of exploring Calella. I am most definitely going to come back.

This is a very well-run hotel with friendly, attentive and welcoming staff. The room was very comfortable, although the "high-tech" lighting took a bit of getting used to. The buffet breakfast was good with a cooked-to-order option if required. The gym and spa were well-appointed and the pool area is a nice quiet place to relax in the sun. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away and the hotel provides free beach towels each day. There's not much going on in the evening, though, so we walked into the town centre for drinks and dinner - about 10 mins to the first bars and another 10 for decent restaurants, though there's a good local fish restaurant about 5 mins away.

The hospitality of this hotel is more than anything. Every single staff is nice, polite and helpful. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel when I run the Ironman race in Calella again.

The hotel was clean and the safe very friendly. They always went out of their way to make we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area.

The hotel was wonderful because our room was very comfortable and clean and equipped with everything we needed. The entire staff at Sant Jordi Boutique Hotel was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. They went beyond the usual in ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. Our reservation included access to Silence spa, which was fantastic. We will definitely return!

WOW! Just WOW! Incredible Hotel! Should be 7 Star! It is a true 7 star experience. The staff are out of this world! The Best hotel I have ever stayed, in all of Europe! A must visit for anyone traveling to the Barcelona, region!

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff very helpful. Had breakfast and the taster menu in the hotel restaurant, both were fabulous.

10/10 - couldn't ask for more!

We came to Calella for the Ironman 70.3 race and we had looked at multiple hotels before choosing to stay at Hotel Sant Jordi and we are very happy we decided to stay here. The staff provide first class service, nothing is too much hassle for them. The Spa is incredible, and the fact you get entry every day with your room was a lovely addition. Our double room had a wonderful bathroom and balcony, the bed was really comfy and the addition of the coffee machine was a nice surprise. If you have a chance to have the breakfast, make sure you do as it was superb. If we come back to Calella we will definitely be staying here again and we wanted to thank the general manager for his wonderful attentiveness and friendliness we experienced over the 5 days we stayed. Breakfast was amazing! Bed was huge and very comfortable- loved the chocolates on the pillow each night and the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Staff very friendly

Friendly staff, modern rooms, extremely comfortable bed (cannot emohasize this enough!) superbe spa. This hotel would be a 10/10 if it was in a nicer setting (i.e with a view / welcoming street) but we’re still glad we tried it out. Note that the spa is not in the same building.

great hotel close to beach

We stayed 5 nights for the ironman Having been before we decided to stay slightly away from the Main Street as a bit quieter at night although still only 5 mins walk to the centre and 2 to the beach It’s also only 2 mins from the race finish area The hotel is very clean, breakfast was great and the staff ultra friendly and helpfully - we also had use of the spa which was really nice the day after the race

Calella's Best!

A great experience from start to finish! Good communication pre-stay. Friendly efficient checkin. A lovely room and a good location for the beach with free access to the wonderful Silence spa next door. Best of all were the staff who without exception provided excellent friendly attention at all times. Would happily recommend and will return!

3 stars?

Being a 3-star hotel, we did not expect much of it, but we were surprised by the size of room we where given, as a family of 3 especially because we had just spend 3 days in Barcelona, also at a 3-star hotel, where the room was spacious and bright. At Sant Jordi the room was small, stuffy, and noisy. The beds were very uncomfortable. On the plus side, the hotel was clean and the pool well taken care of.

El personal ha sido muy atento y profesional. No nos gustó que nos tuviéramos que ir del spa a las 19:15h ya que ponia que cerraban a las 19:30 h y apenas tardamos 3' en cambiarnos... Por lo demás todo genial.

Séjour parfait !!

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans ce magnifiques hotel où tout le personnel est tres attentionné ! Le directeur de l'hôtel, Monsieur Francesc, nous a parfaitement bien reçu accompagné de ses équipes. Il nous accueilli de manière très chaleureuse et a été attentif tout au long du séjour à nous satisfaire. Le personnel parle très bien Français & Anglais. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre & climatisée dès notre arrivée. Nous avons testé la piscine de l'hôtel qui se trouve dans un patio central, un lieu calme et paisible. Nous avons également testé le restaurant El Drac qui fut excellent !! Un service exceptionnel, des saveurs parfaitement révélées et un personnel attentif à nos demandes. Un parking souterrain est disponible juste a côté de l'hôtel & le SPA se situe dans le bâtiment annexe. Merci a toute l'équipe d'avoir rendu notre sejour incroyable !

Servicio excelente, instalaciones espectaculares y el desayuno increíble. Lo mejor de todo el servicio, nos han tratado como nunca, grata sorpresa y repetiremos. El desayuno buffet de los mejores y las habitaciones, detalles y limpieza es 10. Gracias y enhorabuena!

Akkurat tilbake fra en 10 dagers tur til Calella. Må bare takke hotelet for et fantastisk opphold vi hadde. Vi ble oppgradert til suite og fikk en velkomst cava flaske. Manager og alle personale på resepsjon er så hjelpsomme. Flott rom, helt ny hotel. Vi spiste ikke frokost, kan ikke uttale meg om det, men frokostsalen så veldig fin ut. Det er også Spa på hotelet som vi heller ikke fått prøvd. Av og til glemte vaskedame å fylle på kaffe og te, men det er ikke så farlig. Anbefalller hotelet på det sterkeste.

C’est un excellent lieu de vacances

Excellent experience in Spain. High quality service in a very cozy hotel. This hotel distinguish itself from the typical huge 5 star hotel for its personalized service and for the sympathy of its staff. We took the Spa package and it was great. The location of the hotel is perfect as you are only at a 5 minutes walk from the beach. It has a parking (price not included in the offer I found in Expedia). Also they have a Michelin awarded restaurants and it is wonderful. We highly recommend to go to this hotel.

Sublime hôtel !!!

Sublime séjour passé au Sant Jordi Hôtel .Nous étions en famille avec notre fils de 5 ans qui a adoré . Petite bouteille de bienvenue pour nous , petit jus d orange pour lui :) Le personnel est au petit soin, accueillant et très chaleureux ! L’endroit est d’une propreté incroyable et très cosy. Très raffiné et élégant , il y’a pleins de petits détails très soignés . Le petit déjeuner est très varié et avec de bonnes saveurs . Un grand merci à Monsieur Francesc qui est une très belle personne ! Nous reviendrons très certainement séjourner dans ce bel hôtel qui a été une belle découverte .

Presque parfait

Hotel superbe et très bien situé, très très propre, et équipements modernes. La piscine est très agréable et l'accès au spa situé a moins d'une minute a pied et les petites attentions du personnel à notre encontre avec une bouteille de cava et deux coupes étaient très appréciable ! Mauvaise surprise cependant sur le restaurant de l'hotel qui était fermé, le buffet proposé à un prix astronomique et pas qualitatif pour un sou, un hotel très charmant et parfait pour un séjour en amoureux, pour peux de ne pas y manger le soir !

Todo perfecto,recomendable 100%.
