For the price and location, this is the easiest place for foreigners coming to China.

They were racist and did not let me stay there and cancelled my reservation.

Spacious and close to public transportation with a 24-7 convenient store and restaurants downstairs. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

Big mistake!!!!!! Not recommend for tourists

Manager very accommodating and friendly given we arrived very late at night due to train being delayed. Used phone to translate into English. Manager was very polite and helpful. Could not fault her for her customer service. However the reception was a room within the building itself. The building, corridors, lift and our room stenched of cigarette smoke to the point it was overwhelming even though there were no smoking signs. The room had dust so thiick on a ledge and the lounge was worn peeling vinyl. The beds had a wooden board over the springs and a thin foam mattress so it was like sleeping on the floor. Using the shower the cigarette stench intensified so much you had to get out. We realised the water hitting the shower curtain was releasing the absorbed smell. We also saw the curtain was covered in black mould!!!! By morning we could hardly breathe from the stench of cigarettes and back pain from the bed we decided we could not spend another hour let alone a week here. Even our daughters were feeling it. Felt so sick by the time we left. I can not describe just how bad the cigarette stench was so shockingly sickening. It took well over an hour to check out and organise reimbursement of our money which didn’t arrive till about a week later. Not recommend for tourists!!!!!! Should have realised when the taxi driver at station had no idea how to get there!!!!

Locals only

If you are a foreigner, you have to fill out forms at 9am the first morning. So if you have a connection flight that morning like we did, and wont be there to fill out forms, they will kick you out and refund your money. So at 1030pm we had no hotel and went back to airport to try to sleep on the bench, There is no info about this on the website. Had google translate to communicate which still makes for limited communication

There is no reception, theperson didn't speak english, after one hour calling trying to communicate with the person he came, the appartment was in another building than the one stated... it was not clean and in need of some maintenance... very dissapointed, wasted my time. will never go again.

Good apartment for family stay

The service and host is very nice and helpful. The apartment is close to local shopping center and subway, very convenience. The hotel rooms is nice and big, everything is in good working order. Room is comfortable and quiet, very happy!

Good stay not great. Great help at the reception

The reception lady is very nice. Though cannot speak much English, he translated in Chinese and she was extremely kind and helpful. Thanks to her and her colleague.

Overall, this apartment was just ok. It was hard to find and especially difficult when we don’t any Mandarin to talk to the driver. The receptionist did not speak any English so she was using her phone to translate. The room was not a one bedroom as described in the site and the bed is so hard, I end up crashing on the couch for comfort. There’s always someone smoking in the elevator and it smells like a chimney even though there is a big sign that says no smoking. On the bright side, the location is very convenient and you can walk around.

Room is very spacious. Generally very clean. Kitchen not equipped at all. Very hard to find the main entrance of the appartment.

Poorly maintained service apartment

The room is huge but the bed is not clean. Told the staff that I would like to change the room but my request was turned down due to high occupancy rates. Well... I dont see many guests at the level 6 check in counter.

Stay away from this place!!

This is a horrible place to stay. My mom stay this place for just one night and can't wait to check out. The bed sheet is dirty and smell. we don't know if they even change the bed sheet. old furniture. I understand this is a apartment style, but didn't expect it's such horrible place. I am not recommend anyone stay there.

Great place to stay

It was great to have so much more space than a standard hotel room would offer. The staff were happy to give us extra dishes, etc. for the kitchen, and even produced an iron and ironing board. The use of Google translate (or something similar) made communication easy. The location is excellent, including easy access to western grocery store and subway. We spent 10 nights here and I would highly recommend it.

No AC for 30 degree C outside

Room reaches between 28-30 degree C but no AC. The management office say no AC for the whole building until mid-May. There is a salon next door. Ppl smoke outside and remodeling going on in another unit 8am. Room is big and with refrigerator and washing machine.

Nice hotel close to public transport and shops.

Very pleasant and quiet. Staff are very helpful. No problems with our neighbours.

基本上是整個套房，交通什麼都方便，公交直直搭一下就到中軸線

跟北京中軸線的高級旅館比起來雖然稍微遠一點，但是地鐵、公車都非常方便。房間很大，不介意打地舖的話，一家子都可以入住

トイレとバスは、ぜひ改善しなければならない

這住宿環境不錯，安靜，可以整個家庭4大同一間房，有家的感覺，有煮食及洗衣用具！距離地鐵站有些遠，步行的話需要25-30分鐘

Not a hotel standard

This is actually not a hotel. More appartmrnts where some of the are to rent. Very difficult to find the reception. No signs and had to ask in Chinese how to find room 605 in 6. floor. Beds extremely hard and water all over in the bathroom.

Room not tidy

The room was not tidy enough. Cockroach can be seen moving around.

是類似日租型套房，接待處在第二棟的6樓，入口處無標示，花了一些時間 找尋。房間以兩個人的住宿來看，空間使用大，有洗衣機 廚房可以使用。 浴室排水不良，易積水。 附近吃 的地方很多， 距地鐵站約走15分鐘（1.3公里）

一次還可以的住宿體驗

洗完澡之後，浴缸會漏水（不知道其他房間是不是也這樣）；如果沒處理浴室真的會淹水。但其他還算可以，附近有公車站，但是地鐵要走15分鐘，旅行一天回家還要走那一段其實會有點累（尤其是夏天）。另外，走一段路就可以到三里屯，這點真的還不錯。

位置很好，服务也不错，就是停车收费比较贵。总体还是不错的。

접근성 굿.

전반적으로 모두 좋았습니다. 시설도 좋았고 근처에 접근성도 많이 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

It's a great room with friendly staff. Very spacious, with two big beds. Too bad it was a bit difficult to operate the washing machine. And the kitchenware was sub-par. But overall, room itself was great, good view and comfortable.

Lite slitet och kallt på rummet då de tydligen inte sätter på värmen förren 11/11. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som verkligen försökte hjälpa till med allt möjligt fast de inte pratade engelska.

位置近三里屯、工人體育館等，步行至地鐵站約10公鐘。房間整潔，員工有禮貌。

Appartamento Confortevole

L'appartamento è spazioso è confortevole l'unico problema è che non è molto segnalato e quindi difficile da trovare. Il personale parla solo cinese.

Close to 3rd ring and the leafy embassy district

+ very comfy 45 sqm family room. - the Check-in is difficult to find (entrance 2 on eastern side of building, take lift to 6th floor, room 605). - taxi cannot stop near correct entrance => suggest to pay cabbie Y2,00 exit fee and bring you into -2 level underground garage and take lift from there

房間大舒適，但是保潔上需改善，住4人房物品未補足，毛巾沐浴乳經常不夠，茶包咖啡包只給前2天，都須到前台再領取，櫃台人員服務良好。

Geen aanrader

Appartement in appartementen gebouw dat verhuurd wordt als hotelkamer. Kleine keuken maat zonder enige kookspullen, servies of bestek. Airco werkte niet, veel lawaai maar geen koelte.

地點方便，房間也很大

閑静だけど便利

見つかりにくい場所でしたがなんとか探し出しました。解説があると良いです。場所は欧米系の人たちが多い場所で閑静でした。部屋は充分に広く小さいキッチンと冷蔵庫や洗濯機があり長めの滞在に向いています。家族四人で利用しましたが、また利用したいと思うところです。

雖然是公寓但是服務很到位，而且也很安全，附近該有的都有，很方便

整體都很好，地點也佳，交通方便、樓下就有便利店。 唯獨會有煙味從空調傳出，特別是在夜晚時，濃到令人不舒服。

일반적인 호텔이 아니라 처음에 찾아가는데 어려움이 있었으나 택시를 이용할 경우 접근성이 나쁘지 않습니다. 자금성과 천안문, 천단공원, 왕징, 798예술거리 등을 둘러 보기에 적합한 숙소였습니다. 아파트형 숙소였으나 음식을 조리해서 먹기는 어렵습니다. 냄비 등 조리기구가 구비되어 있지 않고 심지어 숟가락이나 식기도 구비가 되어 있지 않습니다. 단순히 숙소로써의 역할에 충실한 듯 합니다.
