Beautiful property in an idyllic setting with friendly and helpful staff.

A quiet, charming, fantastic location with an absolute stunning view. One of the best interactions you will ever have with Villa staff. And one of the best stays I’ve experienced in quite a while.

Hidden Gem

Best property to stay at on Mahe in Seychelles as a home away from home. Splendid views over the bay where we saw marine life swim past. What makes the place extra special though is the personnel. They are always available to assist when required.

We arrived to meet our wonderful host who has gone above and beyond in so many ways, words cannot Express how thankful we are! This is a beautiful villa with an amazing view , super clean and amazingly peaceful. Highly Recommend!! Just what we needed. Thank you so much 🙏Hubert

The villa was amazing, especially for the price, and Hubert is an excellent host! I can’t thank him enough for helping me after I was sick with the worst hangover possible. He took me to get food and made sure I made it to my ferry on time. I highly recommend Sailfish Beach Villas. Thank you again Hubert!

Gorgeous view from the living room and a terrace!

Room with a View!

We booked last minute and we’re not disappointed. We used their airport pick up service and all went smoothly. Waited with fresh iced tea at the owners home. Went for a wade..or swim..the villa is gorgeous with great views and well equipped. The only problem is if you don’t have a car, it is quite a steep trek to the beach. Ordered in, and slept off our jet lag. Highly recommended!

Great villa....very large and well equiped. The owner , Debbie is very kind and gives great info about the island. you must have a car if you stay there.

Beautiful spacious villa with wonderful ocean views.

Unbelievable view that the pictures cannot capture. Could not recommend Sailfish enough. Hubert was incredibly helpful and made the stay as enjoyable as possible. The southern end of Mahe is fantastic and Anse a la Mouche is a great place to stay if you want to visit beaches like Anse Soleil, Petite Anse, Anse Intendance, etc.

a slice of paradise

An exceptional host, the most stunning view and huge villa. If you want peace and tranquility and happy to cook this is the place. There is a local market selling veg, fish and supermarkets very close. There are restaurants but they are pricey and I was very happy to cook given the fabulous kitchen facilities and stunning view. Totally private ....book it!

Beautiful setting overlooking the bay. Located on the south end of the island which is more laid back yet close to stores for supplies you may need. Very well managed with lovely grounds around the villas.

Perfect place to stay in Mahe. Spotlessly clean, breathtaking ocean view, absolutely quiet, confortable bed, very spacious, kitchen very well equipped and the host Debbie is exceptional, very kind and helpful - she gave us very useful informations.

Lovely accommodation but you need to hire a car

This is a beautiful villa and Debbie is really lovely and very helpful. For 35 euro she collected us from the airport and took us to the villa which is on the other side of the island. She offered to stop at the supermarket on the way which we should have done as there are no places within easy walking distance near to the villa. Although there are some buses you really need a car unless you plan to cook for yourself as there were no bars or restaurants nearby. The beaches near the villa are small but lovely although the villa is up a very steep hill if you plan to walk. The villa has a lovely outdoor seating area and balcony off the main bedroom which also has a sea view and aircon. The villa has great facilities including cooker, washing machine, iron and tv. Thank you Debbie for a lovely stay.

Amazing view

Great location if you want to soak up the beauty of the Seychelles and relax away. Amazing view from both balconies, if you are in a group this location can accommodate 4-6 with ease. We enjoyed the villa to ourselves and didn't even use the extra bedroom or bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, I'd be looking forward to returning on my next trip to the island. Great value for the location and view.

Great service, what a view

We stayed for 2 nights at start of our trip, very nice experience, although short. Very friendly service (Hubert picked as up at airport late at night, they arranged groceries for us as shops were closed by time we arrived, they helped with car hire at short notice, and gave us good tips on island and places to see). Villas are a bit remote maybe but really in an amazing setting with an epic view, very private and huge! Need car to get around and see beaches (nothing is walking distance from villa) Power was out on island our first night so had some alarm issues in middle of the night which was not great but owners were very quick and willing to help. Great experience and would highly recommend, especially if you are a family or 2 couples.

Beautiful villa stay in Mahe

Beautiful villas that are spacious, clean and stocked with all latest amenities. The villas are far away from the main city and restaurants and it would be advisable to rent a car while staying here The owners are very helpful and welcoming. They contacted me after I booked through hotels.com and provided me with useful tips and advice. They picked me from the airport and also took me shopping for essential items Wifi is provided at additional costs and you repay for amount of data used which can get expensive

Wonderful Villa with a beautiful view over the sea

We hade an amazing time staying at this very spacious villa. The view from the huge balcony was glorious. It had a fully equipped kitchen and large lounge area. The two double bedrooms each had ensuite with bath and shower and a further toilet was there if needed. Debbie Was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble. A car is recommended but useful anyway to explore the rest of the beautiful island. Would definitely recommend a stay at Sailfish Villas!!!

More than three star!

This villa was more than we expected for the price we paid. It offered a service individually tailored for you so in fact you could spend more for a personal chef, or massage moving it from a 3 star to 5 star experience if you wished. My friend and I only stayed for a long weekend before she returned to the UK but we would have been happy to stay longer. There was somewhere to wash your clothes as well. All the villas were a good distance apart so it was quiet and felt private. The owners were lovely and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Debbie provided a map of the local area and talked us through what was available locally in terms of beaches, shops etc.

Good hotel

Was pleasant overall. However, I was surprised by the fact that only two 500ml water bottles are provided for free per day for a double occupancy. This part felt really cheap.

Luxury self catering accommodation

Self catering villa, very modern, spacious. It is located on the south end of Mahe which is quieter than Beauvallon. The Villa is on the hillside with great views of the bay, there are 6 properties, some are semidetached. This was the best accommodation we had during our stay. The owners are very helpful and the service is good with daily cleaning. The owners speak excellent English and communicate with you in advance of the holiday The beaches are easy to access by car only a short drive, you could walk but if you are staying here you probably do need a car. Can recommend Dive resort Seychelles for scuba/snorkelling and there is a good takeaway. Spice Garden and Chez Plume are good for meals, again need a car

Next time I bring my whole family

What a stunning place with a wonderful view. The host Debbie made me feel right at home from the start. Next time I want to bring my family here!

Stunning apartment in paradise

The apartment was breathtakingly beautiful. We had a view over the bay and the ocean from our spacious balcony, and each of our bedrooms had its own balcony. The place is extremely spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed being able to cook a few meals and eat them on the balcony. Debbie and her brother Hubert were also very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and solving the couple of minor requests we had immediately. Washing machine was a bonus. I wouldn't try renting this place without getting a car, though, as it's on a bit of a hill and your only other option for the island is the local bus. Only minor complaint is that beach towels weren't provided, but not a big deal. An amazing place and I'll stay again if I'm ever back in the Seychelles.

Excellent place for rest

We stayed in this apartment after sailing in catamaran. All was excellent - staff, conditions and our manager Debbie. She did everything to make our rest better - she drived us to restorant , select the place for our friends and many others

Breathtaking views, amazing villas

I cannot recommend the Sailfish Villas enough! Our host was welcoming and more than happy to help with anything we needed. She arranged our care hire, internet, port transfers, even stopping off at the supermarket so we could get supplies. The villas are huge. There was only 2 of us but 4 people could fit comfortably. The view is breathtaking straight out to the sea. Without a car it is a bit far from anywhere - as the beach is quite a long way down a steep hillside and the climb back is a challenge in the heat! Otherwise I cant recommend these villas enough!

Perfect honeymoon spot!

The Sailfish was a fantastic stay! We were welcomed to a beautiful villa by Debbie, and the entire stay was perfect. The villa was clean and spacious with all of the amenities of home. The location is in an area of the island that is away from the main city which is nice and quiet. We still had access to stores and restaurants, great beaches, and the local fish market. We went with the previous reviewers suggestions and rented a car, which I too suggest. The villa also had a security system which gave peace of mind in leaving our valuables there. Overall it was a relaxing and hassle-free experience and we look forward to going back.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Debbi empfangen sie hat uns sehr liebevoll alles erklärt und sich viel Zeit genommen. Die Kommunikation mit ihrem Bruder Hubert im Vorraus war ebenfalls problemlos und super. Er hat uns ein auto organisiert , auch der late check out hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen. Die Villa ist nicht modern aber man hat alles was man benötigt und die Räume sind groß mit viel Stauraum

Struttura e location meravigliose. Il padrone di casa è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile. Consiglio solo di aggiungere qualche utensile e alcune stoviglie in più in cucina.

Perfekte Lage mit Ausblick. Super Raumaufteilung im Haus. Super freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch bei größeren Problemen immer zur Stelle war und sofort eine Lösung fand.

Casa grande e ampia, vista dalla terrazza superiore pazzesca sull'oceano. Il proprietario Hubert è fantastico, il primo giorno ci ha fatto fare un giro veloce per farci vedere le spiagge vicine e ci ha accompagnato a prendere l'acqua.. super!

Really good !

We had a really great stay in one of the Sail Fish Beach villa. The villa is well furnished and have an amazing view in Anse à la mouche. Beach, shops and Good restaurants around the villa. The villa is located in one of the nicest places of Mahé. It’s perfect for for holidays ! Futhermore, Hubert is a really nice host with good advices. It made our stay even more confortable. We recommend +++ !

Preciosas villas con vistas.

Las villas están en el sur de la isla en una zona tranquila , algo por arriba. Tienen unas vistas increibles sobre Anse la Mouche. Las habitaciones son grandes y todo estaba increiblemente limpio y habia limpieza diaria. Los dueños eran muy amables , atentos y dieron mucha informacion sobre la zona. El mejor sitio donde he estado en las Seychelles

La vue est magnifique, l'appartement est spacieux, il est nettoyé tous les jours, le personnel est sympathique et Debbie est très accueillante et serviable. Il est indispensable de louer une voiture pour découvrir tous les charme de l'île.

Bonne qualité mais pas d'accès direct à la plage

Logement de très bonne qualité, avec une belle vue Ance Lamouche. Nous avions la villa n°3 toute équipée avec 2 chambres, un grand séjour salon et une terrasse. Seul reproche le mot Beach dans le nom pourrait faire penser que nous sommes au bord de la plage, en fait les villa sont à flanc de colline et de l'autre coté de la route, avec une bonne pente pour y accéder, une voiture semble nécessaire pour séjourner à cet endroit

Villa mit Aussicht

Die Villas liegen im Ort Port Glaud an der Westküste. Die Rezeption liegt auf dem Niveau der Straße. Die Villas liegen am Hang. Man erreicht sie über eine steilen Weg. Also viel Gas geben und Klimaanlage ausschalten. Die kleinen Mietwagen auf den Inseln sind nicht so leistungsstark. der Emfang durch Theresa war ungewohnt geschäftsmäßig und kühl. Ungewohnt bei den sonst sehr freundlichen Seychellois. Die Villas stellen Strandtücher zur Verfügung, die man an der Rezeption mitnehmen und tauschen kann. Unsere Villa war geräumig, hatte eine große Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Großes Bett mit gutem Liegkomfort. Walk-In-Dusche im Bad. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend, aber die Sitzmöbel empfanden wir persönlich als unbequem. Traumhaft der gemeinschaftliche Pool. Leider gab es nur auf einer Liege eine Polsterauflage. Der Sonnenschirm war defekt und konnte nicht aufgespannt werden. Der Garten und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Für diese Unterkunft ist ein Fahrzeug sehr zu empfehlen. der nächste schöne Strand ist ca. 3 km entfernt.

Non è sul mare ma in collina!

Gestore disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Credo che ci sia un problema di fondo. Le foto traggono in inganno perché sembra che le proprietà siano sul mare invece sono vista mare ed anche abbastanza in alto. Se non hai un auto non puoi neanche comprare una bottiglia d’acqua visto che non ce n’é neanche una in frigo e non ne vendono. Gentile è disponibile il gestore ripeto ma le foto ingannano.

Villa incroyable (et entièrement équipée) sur les hauteurs de l'anse de la mouche. Louer une voiture est préférable car l'endroit est un peu reculé (ce qui en fait bien entendu son charme). Debbie est vraiment une personne charmante, réactive et très pro ! Merci

Definitely a very good choice!

We had a very pleasant stay (12 days) at Sailfish Villas. The view and scenery is outstanding. The Villa is spacious and it is very quiet at night, unless you leave the windows open (the road is not close by but you can still hear a bit of traffic). There is no AC on the ground floor but it was never a problem, if you keep windows close and put the AC on in the first floor. We then used to shut it down and night. There is a big fridge and a freezer, but the kitchen could be better equipped. There are very few restaurants near by, but those we tried were really good. Anchors Caffé was our favourite. Service was excellent, there is lady cleaning every day! And Hubert was doing his outmost to make sure that we would spend a good time, thanks again! What was missing though was a pair of sunbeds, should there had been some we certainly would have spent more time outside the villa (on the balcony or the garden).
