El Hotel es muy bonito, esta en una area de muy facil acceso a todas las actividades históricas. En cuanto al personal del hotel, fueron increibles, super amables, siempre con una sonrisa para el cliente.

I bought breakfast in advance however I didn't know that breakfast was from 8 to 11 am. They said that I can order my breakfast in the evening and it will be ready at any time I want. At 5:30 am the tables was served and I had my breakfast earlier.

It's nice and clean Hotel, with amazing location to Red Square.

The location is great, but what impressed me most was the staff and she service - the best i have ever experienced. Very polite, kind, knowledgeable. I would like to mention DENIS from the restaurant, who treated me with such kindness that I shall never forget. It was a wonderful experience. He always made my day . Thank you, Denis, thank you all girls and guys at the hotel for the world class services!!!

Fun stay near Red Square.

Short stay of 2 days. Location easy walking distance to Ref Square. Bit of a walk in the other direction for convenience stores. Found the room very cozy, clean and welcoming. Only suggestion would be the addition of a shower curtain.

Advertised as a 5 star nearer a 3 star. Tried to charge me twice fir my rooms. Over priced. Very average hotel. Only ting going for it is the location.

Good position and good service

The hotel provided good service and was in a great position. However, the wifi was slow in the rooms and it was disturbing that the fire stairs was used as a storage location and as the cleaners cupboard on all floors.

Oksana and Nastia are fantastic. Dining staff fantastic. Location fantastic. Just landed back in NYC and wish I was back there. Thanks for everything.

Great location, just 5-10 min from Red Square and Kremlin. The staff was really helpful . They were cleaning our room every day but I don’t think that the sheets were changed for our 4 days stay. If I’m going back to Moscow most probably would atay there again.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff who speak English and are very willing to help. They suggested concerts and other events for us, and assisted with getting tickets. If you order breakfast off the menu, its very good.

Good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff

the hotel is cozy and nicely decorated. We were checked in around noon. that was very helpful since we arrived to Moscow very early morning. However, there is no air conditioner. Windows don't have screens, so when we tried just open windows we got mosquitoes in a room. If you want to use the sauna, it is additional charge. for that reason I wouldn't rate this hotel as 5 star. the location is excellent. everything within walking distance. I would use this hotel again in late fall or winter where AC is not required.

Fantastic Hotel great location highly recommend

Brilliant location. Only 10 minute walk across the bridge to the Red Square and basically Central City . From the moment we checked into the hotel the staff were very pleasant and very helpful.. the rooms were perfect and clean. Room service was immaculate. Breakfast was absolutely perfect wide variety choice including the option of ordering breakfast earlier then the kitchen opens if you leaving the hotel before the kitchens open. you can't find the fault with the hotel fantastic value for money .

Best Personalized Hotel Service

The hotel was nestled in a quiet area, very boutique, with a small quaint area for outdoor sitting. The rooms were very well presented, clean, old style, felt like living in old Russia. The staff was the best part. They were very helpful in every respect, and accommodating in any way they could. Olga was always helpful in arranging transportation and even special times for my breakfast. Would strongly recommend this hotel, and I would certainly return here.

The location of the hotel is great close to the Kremlin, Red Square and St Basil Cathedral. It is situated on a quiet street. The rooms however I find to be a bit old and I do not like the shower which is a bathtub to be stepped in for the deluxe room. The room temperature is manually controlled and is interconnected to a few rooms. Hence if you have different temperature requirements from the interconnected rooms it will not please everyone. I find that some staff are not quite helpful at times. However Alla at front reception was really great and helpful at all times.

Great value for your money. Walking distance to Red Square without overpaying. Very good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a family room and had two full bathrooms.

Weekend in Moscow

Bit of a walk over the river if you want to get to the Kremlin and the local restaurants and probably 10-15 minutes away. However the staff are very nice and will help you get a taxi or find a restaurant for you. Nice place to stay

A very comfortable stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful.Good location, just about 10-15 mins walk away from the nearest metro and also the Kremlin. Very good breakfast.

The room we stay is just beautiful and clean. Breakfast is perfect. Kremlin and GUM is within walking distance. Price is affordable. I will definitely stay this hotel in the next time.

Room small & very warm air circulation problem

The main problem I had was that the air was not circulating well although we open the window I find very warm. Very clean, the staff friendly restaurant not very quiet as limited menu available each night

Great place close to Red Square

It is a great hotel close to Red Square. The nearest tube station is quite far away but for us this was not a problem. The rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary fruit on arrival is a nice touch. The beds are big and comfortable. The only downside was a noisy ventilation system in our room but the hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations to sort this out. I would have no doubt recommending it to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in the very centre of Moscow.

It's not a 5 star hotel!

It's definitely not a 5 star hotel! Room was extremely small, too small even for 2 people and 2 bags. Breakfast was also not good, the same food every day and very poor selection. If you order something (even just a hot water), you have to wait very long and ask waiter 5 times about your order and maybe then you get it. Also during our stay there was a problem with TV - and hotel couldn't fix it during 2 days! Also there is no alcohol at the hotel, so if you want to drink glass of wine in the evening, you have to go somewhere else. So I think hotel is overpriced and overrated. Only one person was helpful - Hassen, thanks to him because he was very nice to us and tried to solve all problems. I think the only one advantage of this hotel is location, it's really close to the Red Square.

Great Location

Friendly reception. English spoken. The hotel is recently refurbished and everything was new. The only drawback is the room size. You could walk about the bed but not much more. No chair in the room because there was no room for a chair. Cleanliness, however, was a plus. The breakfast included a large variety of items, all very well presented and of good quality. The best of this hotel is that it is about a 15-minute walk from Red Square, and if one is not to spend too much in the room, then it is a great option.

Room was tiny. The door is thin to the extent it feels like you're sleeping in the hallway. Design is vey typical for any hotel in "glubinka" - or a small town far from Moscow or St. Petersburg. The location is good for anyone interested to explore Kremlin. You can walk there, not drive (close to impossible with everlasting road works).

전체적으로 좋습니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 깨끗합니다. 식사는 이용안해서 모르겠습니다. 제일 좋은것은 주요관광지에서 정말가깝습니다. 근처에 맛있는 식당도 많고 지하철도 걸어서 10분정도입니다. 👍

Отель твердые три звезды, из плюсов квалифицированный персонал, за исключением ресторана, в номере чисто, вода в качестве комплимента. Минусы: отель старый отвалилась дверь шкафа, включать ТV приходилось вызывать с ресепшен, завтраки скудные (омлет, каша, кофе за отдельную плату) До 8.30 в ресторане не было хлеба и соков, видимо персонал опоздал. В мини баре только безалкогольное пиво.

Прекрасный отель категории 5* в центре столицы. Один из самых бюджетных вариантов в этом районе (подробного уровня), в то же время без потери в сервисе и комфорте. Прекрасный номер, удобная кровать. Рум сервис, халат, все принадлежности в ванной -- в общем, прекрасный вариант для отдыха в самом центре Москвы

Отдыхала в номере люкс. Номер просторный, удобный. Но очень плохая изоляция. Слышно кто и что говорит в коридоре и на ресепшн. Особенно в выходные слышны крики и музыка из ресторана. Рядом где-то есть номера для курящих, и от этого впечатление что курила я. Именно по этим причинам я съезжаю с этого отеля.

Номер на первом этаже был красиво декорировано но шумно не вероятно. Слышно было соседей и сколько ложек сахара в капучино им класть нужно. Переселили на другой этаж меня. Хороший номер. Чуть больше. Так что в целом все хорошо.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Leider ziemlich laut, da gegenüber eine Firma praktisch die ganze Nacht arbeitet. Leider wurden diverse Toilettensrtikel mehrmals vergessen aufzufüllen. Die Bar hatte ab dem zweiten Tag nur noch Bier.

予想外に部屋が狭くて、スーツケースを空けることができませんでした。もっと広い部屋もあったかもしれません。ただし、費用を考えれば十分な設備とサービスです。レストランでは宿泊者には20％割引を適用してくれて助かりました。味はおいしかったです。チェックイン、チェックアウトも早くて良かったです。スタッフも親切です。

Hotel bem localizado

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Fui andando ao Kremlin. Os atendentes são muito educados e nos ajudaram muito já que a barreira do idioma é complicado. Puseram o tradutor no google e nos ajudaram. Pela localização vale muito a pena.
