Stunning small boutique hotel with lovely amenities

We stayed at this hotel recently for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration and were so pleasantly surprised and pleased with this hotel, their staff, the dining options to include 2 Michelin star restaurants. Shout out to the front desk staff as they were absolutely the very best and made sure our stay was perfect. Upon arrival we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and goodies in our room. Absolutely plan on returning!

You may need to rent a car. However the local bus arrives every 15 minutes or so for 6 euros per person.

Great boutique hotel with lovely staff

This hotel was on the main high street but it was so quiet and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, relaxed and very welcoming. Definately 5 star and would stay again in a heart beat!

The stay here was a 11/10. Sa Creu Nova is a hidden gem in Campos. The hotel itself was chic & lovely. The hotel vibe was traditional Mallorca meets modern contemporary. Interior design was very well thought out. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows felt like a giant marshmallow. The bar and dining experience was great. The onsite facilities were good. The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make the stay a perfect one. I would very much stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Mallorca a memorable one.

We stayed at Sa Creu Nova, Campos in August 2022 for a total of 5 days and to sum it up in one word - Amazing. The hotel is a boutique hotel which houses 17 rooms in total, to this effect the staff were able to dedicate more time to the guests and there was a real feeling of a 1-2-1 experience. There were exclusive features such as the spa room which consisted of 2 pools, sauna, steam room, loungers, showers which were both relaxing and also added the additional feature of feeling like royalty! Room cleaning was fantastic and the room would always be sparking. Breakfast was very pleasant, selection of breads, cheeses, meats, hot food (inc crepes). All hot food was made to order and they were always accommodating to vegetarians. There are two restaurants in the hotel, we tried one which was the Michelin rated Mediterranean restaurant. The food was stunning and the vegetarian options were very good too. Outdoor pool was nice, compact and lit up to be very welcoming. Marisa on reception looked after us during the week and really made us feel at home. My wife and I both believe that Marisa went above and beyond what we would have expected and it added to the positive experience we had. We truly believe it’s due to staff like Marisa which helps hotels get and hold on to a much deserved 5* rating. 5/5 and fully recommended!!

Stunning hotel but town too quiet

This hotel was a really lovely hotel. They have created a very sophisticated and calming place to have a quiet stay. The staff are friendly and leave people to their own devices. The rooms are very nice and again tastefully done. One of the main highlights for us was the bed. Honestly the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on and I had some very deep sleeps! The food at the hotel is very good. The evening meals are a bit too expensive for what they are but tasty. The lunch menu was excellent. The breakfast meals are great, good coffee, amazing orange juice and a satisfyingly long menu to choose from - and you can eat as much as you want. As the title suggests the only issue we had with our stay was the local town - specifically finding somewhere to eat. We had so many issues on an evening finding a) open restaurants and b) good food. A lot of the restaurants in campos have pretensions of being high cuisine, but they just aren’t.. when you did find a place that was open, you found yourselves the only ones there. I really wanted to eat good Spanish tapas on this trip and general cuisine and sadly it never happened outside of the hotel.

Vi havde et fantastisk værelse med flotte detaljer og en privat altan ind imod den flotte oase. Et fantastisk sted for privatliv, selvforkælelse og smagsfulde oplevelser. Fantastiske udeområder som indbyder til hyggelige stunder.

tolle Hotelanlage mit einem sehr guten Personal. Leider ist Campos etwas weitweg von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wenn man aber ein Auto hat, kann man das Hotel als Basis nutzen um Mallorca zu erkündigen

Gran hotel boutique con super ubicación

No le pongo 6 estrellas porque la aplicación no me lo permite, creo que es de los mejores hoteles en los que le he hospedado en el mundo, el staff es increíble, el inmueble es hermoso y la ubicación es magnifica, a 15 o 20 minutos de las mejores playas y calas de Mallorca

Heel ontspannen verblijf

Heerlijk verblijf, van alle gemakken voorzien. Supervriendelijke staff. Bedden en beddenlakens sliepen heerlijk, douche was lekker krachtig. Dorpje Campos huist pasr heerlijke restaurantjes. Taverne Julia en Restaurant Ferreria zijn top met fijn personeel.

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit sehr kompetentem Personal

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente in dem alten Stadtpalais, großzügige Zimmer mit allem Komfort, tolle Betten mit Kissenbar, ein gepflegter kleiner Garten mit Pool und ein wirklich super freundliches Team haben wir im Hotel Sa Creu Nova in Campos genießen können.

We stayed one week in this hotel for our honey moon. The staff was really nice, kind, and professional. The Spa is great, and all the services are at the level of a 5 star location. Thank you very much for this journey.

Klein aber fein

Our stay was great! All the staff & services are impeccable. Easy accesible by car as it's close driving between palma and the beaches. The breakfast was tasty as they also have a la carte menu. We also enjoy our room, the spa which you can book only for you and swimming pool. It's a great hotel to stay if you want to relax and just a calm hotel. We will surely be back to this hotel once we go back again in Mallorca :) kudos to the hotel & all the staff. Thank you for the hardwork! See you soon <3

Incroyable séjour !

Un séjour magnifique au sein de l’hôtel, tout e personnel est très attentionné et ils nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de toutes les installations de l’hôtel. La chambre était splendide, et le restaurant japonais une réelle expérience. Merci au barman pour les cocktails que nous recommandons pleinement, un super moment. Le SPA sur réservation permet d’en profiter pleinement, c’est l’idéal en couple. Je recommande a 100% l’établissement pour un séjour en amoureux.

Das Hotel bietet eine traumhafte Atmosphäre, leckeres Frühstück, viele schöne Winkel zu entdecken und zum entspannen sowie einen ausgezeichneten Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Betten sind ein Traum und waren zweimal am Tag frisch aufbereitet. Wenn wir etwas benötigten wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend geholfen. Es war eine wunderbare Auszeit in Campos.

Tolles Bett, Decken und Kissen. Klimaanlage top. Fenster super Schallisolierung. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Das Frühstück könnte für ein Fünf Sterne Hotel mehr Auswahl bieten. Günstige Lage zu den umliegenden warte buchten und Stränden, allerdings ist ein Auto erforderlich

Mooi arthotel in een nog niet te toeristisch dorp. In 2017, toen het hotel net geopend was, ook een paar dagen in dit luxe hotel gelogeerd. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om naar de fijne stranden en baaitjes in de omgeving te rijden. Als je van rust houdt dan is dit een mooie plek om maximaal 1 week te verblijven. Twee jaar later zie je wel dat het hele nieuwe eraf is, nog steeds luxe en mooi maar er is al ‘geleefd’. Personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam, je ervaart wel het verschil in niveau; zeer ervaren en ook nog niet helemaal doorgewinterde gastverleners. Zelf vind ik het prettig om aan de receptie en in het restaurant vaste gezichten te zien en dat wisselde vooral bij de receptie nogal sterk per dagdeel. Het ontbijt was in 2017 zeer luxe met o.a. verschillende kazen en zalm. Dit kun je nu ook bestellen maar tegen betaling. Dat is jammer en niet 5-sterren waardig vind ik. Klein ander minpuntje is dat er geen variatie zat in het ontbijt. Zeven dagen hetzelfde brood, zelfde kaas&ham en yoghurt met fruit. 1 keer van het diner genoten en dat was net als in 2017 wederom grandioos - een aanrader! De kamer was prima op de begane grond aan de tuin. Alleen deur sloot niet goed en er zat een kier waardoor er ongedierte naar binnen kon komen. Gemeld bij de receptie en het klemmen van de deur werd ietwat verholpen maar de kier bleef. Al met al fijn verblijf maar blijf werken aan alle facetten zodat het 5-sterren waardig blijft.

Un hôtel que l'on aimerai appeler maison!

Très agréble séjour, Personnel très accueillant et disponible, avec une mention spéciale pour Felipe aussi bon comme chef de salle que comme mixologiste. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix pour les petits comme les gros appétits. La cuisine du restaurant Tess de Mar est un plaisir à découvrir, je regrette de ne pas avoir eu le temps de tester Kairiku. Le seul bémol, s'il doit y en avoir un, la piscine mériterai d'être chauffée. Idéalement situé pour visiter l'île, le village est très agréable et proche de Sa Rapita et Colonia San Jordi pour le bord de mer.

Absolut excellentes Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und diese Freundlichkeit hielt den ganzen Urlaub an. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen. Einfach nur top!

Wunderschönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Alles einfach toll. Wir waren begeistert. Wirklich eine wunderschöne Oase in Campos. Selbst die Toilette beim Pool hat uns begeister. Wobei der Pool sehr klein ist, dennoch reicht er für eine kleine Abkühlung. Das Frühstück ist mal etwas ganz anderes. Alles wird serviert und ist mit Liebe zubereitet.

Sehr schönes, modernes, neues Boutiquehotel. Unser Aufenthalt im Sa creu nova war nahezu perfekt - definitiv weiterzuempfehlen! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Zimmer und der Innenhof sind wunderschön gestaltet. Hier war beim Design definitiv ein geschultes Auge am Werk. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Uns hat besonders gefallen, dass dieses Hotel nicht so viele Zimmer hat und es aus diesem Grund nur wenige Gäste gibt. Da in Campos selbst nicht viel los ist, empfehlen wir für den Aufenthalt hier ein Auto zu mieten. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es genügend gratis-Parkplätze, sogar in der Hochsaison und in kurzer Fahrdistanz erreicht man verschiedene Buchten, Strände, kleine Städtchen oder auch Palma (ca. 30 min). Uns haben nur drei Kleinigkeiten gestört: Beim WC gibt es nur eine Glastüre, die oben und unten offen ist, man hat also keinerlei Privatsphäre in einem Doppelzimmer. Am Pool gibt es zwar sehr stylische Liegen, die gut zur Umgebung passen. Leider lassen diese sich nicht verstellen, weshalb man nicht flach liegen kann. Unser Zimmer (zweithöchste Kategorie) hatte keinen Balkon, weshalb wir unsere Badekleider zum Trocknen auf das Fenstergeländer hängten. Dies wurde jedoch vom Besitzer nicht goutiert. Unser Fazit: Hotel top, jedoch sollte manches auch praktisch sein und nicht nur gut aussehen.

Absolutely perfect!!

Everything matches in this hotel! The service is impeccable, food is absolutely great, rooms are perfect, the temperature of the water of the pool is perfect. The design is just amazing. there is this touch of gold which can be found everywhere. We were just here for 3 nights but we would definitely come back in the future. We both slept like a rose, as the beds and pillow are absolutely great.
