Breakfast is nothing. Just noodle soups for both days. Nothing else. Very poor
My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars. Here is the story: Upon arrival for checking in, i was advised by the receptionist on duty (named Hong) that I would need to pay more for the 3 kids that accompanied me and the family to the resort. I had booked the entire 3 bedroom villa which says sleeps 9, and i had 9 people in total. Hong advised me that both she and the resort were aware of the fault/discrepancy between the booking platform and the resort but that there was nothing she could do and had to apply the charge. I was advised that i would need to pay 350,000 dong per child per night. I then proceeded to ask her what the extra charge would cover and was told accomodation and the buffet breakfast. When i asked what the buffet breakfast included, she told me that due to low number of guests, the buffet breakfast selection would be exceptionally limited (which was a complete lie as the buffet breakfast included maybe 10 or more dishes to choose from) almost like she was trying to lower the resort standards. When asked about extra bedding for the kids, Hong advised that the resort could not provide this, and there wqs no extra water bottle for the kids either.
