This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian.

not as good as it could be

They say service quality is expectations vs experience. I was expecting what was advertised on this app. In reality there is no bar - its a cafe where with some lengthy effort you can get a beer. The sauna was 'being repaired' OK, but how about the opening the steam room ? this was being used for drying workers clothes. Breakfast was good but no cutlery, I had to ask several staff before they could find some. Typical of inattentive staff. Overall, I felt it wasn't as good as it should be . Location is great though.

The view from the room is very good. It would be better if the carpet smells less and there are more sockets on the two bedside tables.

Great hotel in general that is in the heart of the shopping district and within walking distance to pretty much anything you would want. Can also easily access public transportation or taxis. Bed was not the most comfortable, which was pretty much my only complaint.

Old fashion decoration but very clean indeed. Didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast so everything else is pretty good. Worth the money.

It is a high rise buiding. Hotel lobby is located at the 8th floor. My guest room is at 31st floor with sea and city view. The room is spacious and clean but dated. All common areas in hotel looks grand. Dined in hotel restaurant once. Food is good and price reasonable.

The food is excellent. Everyone was very nice.

Perfect stay in perfect hotel

Our stay at the Swish Hotel Dalian was absolutely wonderful. The staff where all helpful the room was cleaned the bedding changed everyday. The location was perfect. If we return to Dalian we will most definately stay there again in the future. We got a brilliant price from Hotels. Com which made it even more pleasing.

Good location at center of the city. If there is fitness facilities it will be perfect.

Great hotel

Good location, big shopping centres downstairs and around. stay in this hotel every time I visit dalian. Good customer service and nice environment . Comfortable bed, housekeeping staff very friendly .

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in and out were both quick and very easy. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety, but the dinner buffet is a bit expensive for the choices offered. Room was clean and very large, and the fitness center is well maintained. The pool is nice for swimming laps, I don't think it'd be great for lounging, but the sauna is also quite nice.

Booked and stayed for an overnight stay on my first trip to Dalian. Decent enough, very reasonable price and a good bed for the night.

Every time I went to Dalian i stayed at Swish-hotel. Room is clean and spacious, staff is friendly, it’s right in the centre of the shopping area. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my family and friend.

This Hotel is ok

Very few staff know English and this makes stay for foreigners difficult. Very limited food items in restaurant menu but food taste is good. Best location in Dalian. One can enjoy shopping and local food in the adjacent mall. Not very far from Dalian Airport (takes 20 minutest by car). Overall hotel is ok fir 1 or 2 nights stay.

Convenient & Inexpensive

It is located in a convenient spot. Maybe, due to aging of the building, the water pressure is insufficient for a good shower.

Hotel - though it is 4-star but it was quite old-fashioned already. Maybe last time it is good, therefore need to improve if it wants to catch-up with the new ones. Lobby is rather inconvenient as it is on the 8th floor. Lifts to room need to go 8th floor first.

Good hotel in a good location

The hotel had very reasonable Internet rates and was in a very central downtown location.The buffet meals were very convenient and good and the view from the room of the waterfront was excellent.much of the staff understood English and were mostly helpful.they arranged for a late checkout even on a very busy weekend.

A lush in experience in a beautiful city

The Swish-Hotel definitely makes an impression. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The amenities are excellent, including kettle, coffee, complimentary luxury toiletries, and even a shower and separate tub in the room. The location is also amazing - just a few steps away from great shopping, coffee shops and restaurant and a wonderful park. The staff were attentive, quick to act, and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dalian!

Convenient location,close to the train station

It's probably in a ownership-management transition consequently staff moral is low;staff attitude is mostly negative. Try not to stay here until changes are finalized, probably should wait a year or so.

施設は古くなったが、移動に便利で 買い物や食事がしやすい また　とてもリーズナブルな料金であるのが嬉しい 朝食の質が落ちたのは残念だが、それ以外には妥当なホテルです

房间隔音效果不好👎！

労働公園を真下に見るロケーションで景色は良かったです。トイレは温水便座が付いていて日本人には嬉しいです。

徒歩圏内に大連駅、勝利広場があり、飲食店も多数あるエリアです。お部屋は、アパートメントタイブで、浴槽、キッチン、ウォシュレットも日本式で使いやすかったです。

窓から外の景色が良い

5年ぶりに宿泊しましたが、設備が古くなりましたね。フロントで両替を断られました。江戸前の朝食がなくなってました。

初めてアパートメントに泊まりましたが、静かで非常によかったです。サウナとかあれば最高です。

アパートメントタイプ

8月に宿泊。宿泊は、洗濯機、調理設備などを完備したアパートメントタイプに興味があり宿泊。洗剤は自分で準備必要ですが、部屋で洗濯ができるのがよかった。乾燥機もついてるタイプの洗濯機。服を洗濯したい夏場には良かった。 立地は良い、買い物に便利。大連商場で食べ物の買い物もできる。 部屋の設備は、できてから時間は経ってるので相応。エアコンのにおいが気になった。窓を開けられないので、換気できない。 全体評価としては良いので、また宿泊したい。

大連出張ではいつも泊まるホテルです！

やや古いがしっかり管理されています。大連駅からは徒歩圏内、すぐ横の地下鉄の青泥窪橋（チンニーワーチャオ、簡体字: 青泥洼桥、Qīngníwāqiáo）という駅から大連空港、高鉄の大連北駅へのアクセスも良く、周りにショッピングモール、ATM、コンビニ、カフェも充実しており快適に過ごせます。中の日本食レストランは少し高いがクオリティ高く、クレジットカード使用可。唯一不便なのはフロントが8階で部屋へはエレベーター乗り継がないといけないことくらいでしょうか。今後もお世話になります。

宾馆的地理位置非常的好。窗外风景很美。因为是春节期间入住的，到处都在灯光秀。夜景非常的漂亮。

7階のレストランは営業しないのは非常に残念でした、毎回このレストランで友人を招待しましたが、なくならないようにして貰いたいです。

サウナを楽しみに選びましたが、スチームサウナは電源が入っておらず、乾式サウナは温度が低く足元が冷えるほど。 また朝食は和食レストラン之営業時間外でした。

予定より早め到着したが、希望通り準備してくれました。大満足です。

施設そのものは若干古いですが清潔ですし、交通やショッピングにも便利です。

日本人にも対応した施設かと思います。浴槽ある部屋、ウォシュレット、価格も良いかと思う 近隣スーパーでお土産め買った方が、空港より安いです

設備は多少古さを感じるが、リネン類など含めて清潔に、 かつ静かに過ごすことができ、また周辺にはレストラン、コンビニなど多くあり、地下鉄、バス、タクシーへのアクセスも近く、とても使いやすいホテルだと思います。

コロナウィルスの影響で、館内の店や周辺の店が殆んど閉まっていたのは残念だが、立体条件は良いと思う

部屋が騒音で煩く工事中の音がする旨サービスカウンターに電話した。曰く『宿泊客いる時は工事しない』と答え。 廊下でルーム清掃している人に確認した。曰く30階は内装工事している。 2度と宿泊したくない。

２泊しました。以前にも宿泊したことがありますが、シャワーが新しくなっていたり、エレベータがカード式になっていたり。 コンセントも日本で使用できるものが備えられいたり改善 されています。 スタッフも必ず挨拶してくるし、気軽に話しを聞いてくれます。 今回は食事なしでの予約でしたが、コンビニもホテル内にあるので 不自由することはありません。 日本語も通じるし（全員ではないが）不満などはありません。 １点だけ、日本の番組はNHKワールドプレミアのみです。 できれば民放が見れれば良いですね。

チェックインの時にデポジットで多額のカード払いをさせられた。ちゃんと返してもらえてるか不安

部屋にコンセントがなく、スマートフォンの充電に少々困りました。

朝食のばいばいｋバイキング色のメニューが豊富で美味しくまたウエイターの素早い跡かたずけ対応が良かった。

ベッドメイキング、アメニティの充実度、スタッフの対応など、とても素晴らしかったです。 難を言えば、シャワーの水量が足りなかったところぐらいですが、何かやり方があったでしょうか。

ホテルの施設は良いと思いますが他の部屋からの給湯の配管からの騒音がひどいく聞こえ深夜だと迷惑でした、<キーンとかなり大きな音です＞私自体自室のバスの熱湯を出すとき音がで隣の部屋に迷惑掛けたと思います。

ほとんど非常に良いにしたい気持ちですが、せっかく良い設備や調度品に埃が積もってるのが目についてしまいます。いままで大連に泊まったホテルは、設備が壊れたり不衛生な部分が不満でしたが、スイスホテルには、そのような事はありません。日本語で対応してくれるスタッフが多くて日本人には使いやすいです。ショッピングセンターに隣接しているので外食や土産物を安くて満足できる立地です。

日本語が通じ、スタッフは大変親切でした。帰りのタクシーなど、一階まで降りてわざわざつかまえてくれました。場所もよく、施設も良かったですが少し空調が暑かったです。

隣の物音と声が結構聞こえる！寝れない

シャンプーがなかったのと、水道のパッキンが弱って水を完全に止めるのに苦労した以外は十分満足できました

100vへの電源変圧器があると良かった。

清掃の方が日本語、英語をこなしている事に感動した。10日間利用したが、非常に満足。 他の従業員も同じことができたら最高なのだが。 設備は古いです。

아파트를 이용햇는데 직접. 요리도 할수잇고 세탁기에서 그날 입은 간단한 속옷양말들도 세탁하니. 건조한 방에 습도도 조절해주고 편리하고 좋앗어요. 다만 엘레베타이용 1층까지 가려면 8층로비에서. 한번 더 갈아타야하니. 그점만 좀 불편햇어요

立地は利便性の良い所でフロントの清潔感など非常に快適でした。しかし各部屋の設備は古さを感じました。一番気になる面は隣の部屋との壁の防音が悪く、隣の部屋に宿泊されている方の会話が聞こえるぐらいでした。宿泊先で隣の部屋の声などが聞こえるのは非常に不快適さを感じました。 フロントのスタッフの方は大変対応が素晴らしかった分残念でした。

역에서 5분거리, 호텔 뒤로는 백화점&아울렛 거리이고 길건너면 바로 먹자골목과 거대한 공원이 있습니다. 주변에 스타벅스 세개 있어서 모닝커피로 아아메 매일 마셨네요. 영어 일본어 중국어 가능이라고 되어있지만 중국어로만 대화했어요. 공항과는 지하철 12정거장이고 택시타면 30분정도 걸려요. 금연방 요청했더니 냄새안나고 깔끔했어요. 1층에는 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 돌아오는날은 짐맡겨두고 더 구경다녔네요. 또 묵고싶어요!

以前に、利用した時は、日本のテレビ番組が、隠しチャンネルとして、有ったが、今回利用した時は、ＮＨＫワールドしかなく、日本人の利用に、不便に感じた。

価格の割に綺麗で設備も整っており良かったのですが、滞在6泊中 エレベーターの階指定にも使うルームキーカードが何回も使えず、その都度再設定して貰う事になって非常に面談だったのは残念でした。

オープンしてから年数が経過してるので致し方無い部分はありますが、部屋のドアが力で引かないと閉まらないのは直してほしいです。 いつもは日航に泊まってましたが今回は価格が安かったのでこちらのホテルにしました。部屋は中国では狭め、立地条件は非常に良く裏手はスーパーやショッピングができ夜まで安全に過ごせます。 １Ｆにコンビニがあるが無人コンビニの為2次元バーコード支払いが出来ないと使用できません。喫煙者は部屋が喫煙でない場合８Ｆの屋外又は１Ｆまで下りないと吸えない。フロント８Ｆでエレベーターを乗り換えるのが少し面倒くさいです。

ホテルは年数が経つとなり部屋およびお風呂場の騒音が良く聞こえた、静かなところで寝たいです ホテルの対応は良かったです

時々、周辺の部屋から、ドアの閉まる音などのノイズが聞こえること以外は、ロケーション、清潔度等優れていて、とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。
