We LOVE Innsbruck ❤️ This hotel was not located in the center of town but it was a short and beautiful walk away:) We loved the convenience of parking our car, which can sometimes not to easy. Our room was very nice and comfortable:)

TravellerThis is such a brilliant hotel. Decent size rooms that were really clean and modern with a decent breakfast. The restaurant at the hotel is also really good and reasonably priced. Bus stop located out the front of the hotel, but not that far to work to the Old Town. Supermarkets are are also located very close by. Highly recommend.

Location, rooms, food were excellent. Some staff seemed stuffy. This may have been due to English not being their primary language. There was a problem with the check in. The hotel said I had booked twice. It took a while to straighten out but, in the end, they dropped the additional room.

TravellerRifi's is a comfortable hotel near the airport that checks most of the boxes. Unfortunately, there is confusion about its airport shuttle--which Expedia describes. Long before our trip, when asked about hailing the shuttle, the hotel managers were silent. Finally, they said the shuttle did not run on weekends but did promise to provide us with something. Instead, we took an airport cab for € 16. I asked to be reimbursed but never heard another word. The return trip from hotel to airport was not paid by the hotel and cost € 10. I was not happy with this kerfuffle.

Et nyere pænt hotel, hvor alt er i orden. Her var P-plads til bilen da vi ankom, selv om der ikke så ud til at være mange pladser tilbage. Vi havde udsigt til bjergene fra vores værelse på 6. Værelse og bad var rene og i orden. Maden var udmærket, selv om vi mangler vores danske brød, men det kan vi ikke forvente når vi er sydpå.
TravellerRymligt rum och badrum. Bra avlastningsytor både i rummet och badrummet. Helt okej frukost. Gratis parkering. Ca 15 minuters promenad till Gamla stan. Enda nackdelen var att Ac:n inte funkade. Och det blev ju tyvärr ganska jobbigt då det var 27-30 grader dessa dagar vi var i Innsbruck. Men förutom Ac:n, ett mycket bra ställe om man kommer med bil.

The hotel is modern, clean and stylish. Free parking for a car, we got Innsbruck welcome card which included great deals in the city for your stay. I loved that there were 2 very different pillows provided for sleeping, so that i was able to switch my pillow to the one i found most comfortable. The breakfast was great and overall service was fantastic. I would absolutely stay again.

Es war alles in Ordnung, auf Wünsche wurde Rücksicht genommen. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Großes Frühstücksbuffet, Eierspeisen außer Rührei kosten extra. Dies finde ich beim Gesamtpreis für die Übernachtung dann doch übertrieben.
