Staff very friendly and especially the Super service from Nantawan Nuannark way above our expectations. Bravo! Will book again just because of her level of service. Amazing worker.

I thought it was a nice place to stay

The check in was very easy and quick. Unfortunately while the room was accessible for a wheelchair its bathroom wast very easy for to get into and only had a tub but not a shower as I requested and there were no grab bars by the toilet. Otherwise the room was spacious and the double bed was comfortable.

Beds are very firm. No teabags, 2 sachets of coffee and cream so we had to buy milk from room service. When we asked for more got 2 more coffees and said ‘we don’t have teabags!’

Outdated and terrible signing in the lounge area. acceptable rooms and breakfast

Excellent hotel

The hotel was amazing, live, excellent lounge music, live music in the restaurant...breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff very helpful.

Bad bad bad

Omg...the owner of the place ..he has poor english and he kicked as out !!! Becouse we arrived at 8 pm ?!!! The hotel almost like ghost house...no one is there beside...the owner was almost naked when we saw him

almost all of the agents at the check counter don't speak english---bad time trying to communicate--one of the agent name-- MEY was bad and rude --- and no customer service training. I would not return to this hotel again.

Nice hotel in trang

It was a decent place to stay for one night. It had a feel that it was originally a really nice hotel but its starting to show its age. The ceiling in the bathroom over the shower seemed like it was coming down a little bit but it worked for the night as we were passig through

Nice hotel close to bus terminal & shopping

Room was very nice, and all staff were more than accommodating. Whenever you went to leave the hotel the door was always opened for you. The staff made all our transfers for us. Good breakfast. Prices are a bit higher for Thai standards. Beautiful pool with swim up bar. It looked like it is just about time to drain the pool, and give it a good cleaning. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Good hotel for transit

Nice hotel with great service. In our room on 10th floor facing east we could very clearly hear the wind. Not many guests around.

Adequate accommodation leaning towards nice

Beds are too hard. Tea & Coffee available in room but no milk. Asking for milk is hard if asking in English. A "Superior Room" is nice but still quite small for what the name implies. Staff were friendly and attentive but only know a very small amount of English

Perfect thailand welcome

Stayed a week plus organized a wedding in 2days. Staff is excellent.

The only real option in the City of Trang

Hard beds, depressiv light in the lobby area, horrible pillows, otherwise an ok hotel. In lack of options it is my preferred hotel in Trang city.

Upon arrival the hotel didn't have the room that we requested via telephone call direct to the hotel. The room that we should have received was already occupied for one day. After complaining the hotel offered to give us the originally requested room the next day. What was a bit disturbing was that the room they gave us upon check-in was smaller than the original room request. Other than that the swimming pool closed too early at 7:00 pm. The hotel management should consider closing the pool later than what they are now. The hotel is nice except for the two things already mentioned.

Internet connection from room is terrible...

I have to go trang every year and no many hotels in that city. The biggest issue is internet connection. Since 3 years, nothing improved.... Very disapointed.... Not sure i will come back next time.

Worth the money

Nice hotell who have it all. Close to down town and to Robinson shoppingmall. Ok breakfast really only sadisfied with all.

Quiet surroundings yet central

First visit and overnight in Trang. Driving and needed a convenient hotel with secure Carpark. The reception was helpful and my reservation details and room were obtained without delay. I requested help to find a restaurant for good local food and the reception as well as the lady singer performing at the lobby lounge helpfully suggested a good restaurant and menu as well as obtained a reliable Tuk tuk cab for me. Made my day pleasant after a long drive.

Best hotel in Trang

This is the second time that we stay at this hotel. Best hotel in Trang and value for money. Breakfast is good cause we like local thai food not international buffet.

For Trang, it's the best quality/price choice. The buffet breakfast had nothing and not so good, maybe because we were not many guest that week, but, the dinner (a la carte) was very good.

Not one of the best.

As Trang is not a popular tourist destination it is obvious that they are trying other alternatives to earn income. Unfortunately, our stay was over the weekend and the hotel bars and restaurants were full with locals and apart from their over the top behaviour these facilities were almost impossible to use. After paying full rates we arrived only to see local advertisements for discounts of 60%. The employees need to be trained at hotels in tourist destinations as they are reluctant to show friendliness and the level of service is very low.

Great jump point for islands

Enjoyed everything from great staff.pool,restaurant and rooms.matrsses a little hard but not complaining.trang was our closest airport to trang islands and enjoyed our stay.

lovely renovated hotel

A lovely renovated hotel.Rooms were clean,staff were very helpful.We had dinner in the Restautant lovely restaurant meal at very reasonable prices.Overall a nice hotel

Un très bel établissement, un personnel adorable et à l' écoute !

Hotellet i stort var ok, poolområdet i stort renoveringsbehov. Saknades parasoll. Trädäck helt oanvändbart, poolbaren ej i funktion. Om du inte vill ha Hallalkött så har inte frukosten mycket att bjuda på. Personalen generellt dåliga på engelska.

Grand hôtel propre mais les chambres sont un peu petites, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très moyen !

Tolles Hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel für diese Region. Das Frühstück ist eher kleiner ausgefallen. Keine Säfte und wenig Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer top und sauber. Hatten einen Tag einen Fahrer an der Rezeption gebucht, zum Bahnhof Kantanc/Love Station und zu den Stränden. Wunderschön.

Alt var i topp stand som vanlig. Hjørnerom er absolutt å foretrekke. Frokosten hadde forbedret seg betraktelig. Vi kommer igjen som vanlig.
