Outdated property needs an upgrade real bad
It was great
The only downside was dated bathroom. Need to renovate to match hotel standard.
I have had the worst experience. The staff was unprofessional and no amenities were provided inside the hotel and the room was dull. I would give zero star to the hotel.
Memorable
Friendly staff .good location
Trip To Navi Mumbai
Not value for money
Beautiful hotel property and close to highway. Spacious rooms and good amenities!
Jerk management rules but overall okay
I traveled with my family including an infant and stayed here for 2 weeks. I selected to stay at this hotel as it was closer to pediatrician "Motherhood" which is 24 hrs(just in case I need to take my baby to doctor). The hotel also seemed in good location with lot of businesses around. What annoyed me was their strict rules. They do not allow outside guests in room, so I had to meet my visiting family n friends in the lobby. Also they do not allow outside food, which is understood as they got their own restaurant business to run. The jerk management made a big deal when I bought an infant food from outside. I had a big argument with security and some manager for how can they ban infant food when don't cook that. Finally some other manager intervened and let us go with the infant food we bought for the baby. Restaurant food is good. Their morning buffet menu has almost same menu every day, they change one or two dishes only. It kinda got boring to eat same breakfast everyday. Hotel is clean, bathrooms are small. They say restaurant runs 24 hrs and but when we called in-room dinning, the person who picked up phone always said the chef is busy making breakfast so it will take time to bring food to the room. If it wasn't for my baby/pediatrician needs then I don't think I would want stay back at this hotel. Rather I would have stayed at The Park hotel in Belapur.
Conveniently located within walking distance of various markets and shops. Property felt safe and secure with 24 hour security. Did not get a chance to use any of the amenities, but there is a spa and a gym. Not sure if there was a swimming pool. Had in-room dining once, food was quite nice. NOTE: hotel does not allow guests to bring in food or drinks from outside, even leftovers, which was a big surprise to me. Room was generously sized and well appointed. Bedding materials were visibly old and mattress was quite stiff. Internet speed in the lobby was acceptable but in the room it was barely functional. My international 3G data plan was slow but much much faster than the hotel’s internet. Hotel was priced fairly for the services, will stay there again.
During my stay at Royal Tulip Navi Mumbai, it felt like this hotel wasn't able to anticipate my needs. There was no in-room dining menu available inside my room, so I hit the "in room dining" button on phone to request one. No one answered the phone, so I had to call front desk to request the menu. After I got the menu card and picked what I wanted to eat, I again pressed the "in room dining" button on the phone, but no one answered. I had to again go through the Front Desk to initiate the process of requesting food. The food was delicious, but this hotel really made me work for it! On the last day of my stay, my room key stopped working. After some troubleshooting by hotel staff, it was determined that there was a problem with the system on door itself (which would require maintenance), so a new key wasn't going to do the trick. In other words, my stay was anything but trouble free. I would consider trying a different hotel when I visit Navi Mumbai in future.
To have proper details for the complimentary breakfast
Average mattress not at all comfortable, seems like wooden planks, had mosquitoes singing at night,
Disgusting room - mold all over walls and cracks in plaster work. So bad I immediately left after one night of a seven night stay. Hotel was definitely NOT as asdvertiaed and neither Hotel Management nor Expedia was willing to do the right thing and refund our unused nights. Last time I book on Expedia. AVOID THIS HOTEL Will be posting photos of the disgusting rooms!
guest can not visit after 10 pm you can not take your food or drinks in your room every time they come and cheak in room no priveses
Overall very good stay, very comfortable. The new spa was brilliant, the Maharashtrian food festival superb, the gym experience was good, the swimming pool needs a bit of attention, but overall a very pleasant stay.
Room good and clean and suitable for business traveller. The restaurant service was not great, slow to make a simple order. The food tasted ok but nothing special. IT is also in a dry area but there is a dedicated bar open until 11pm
Fantastic hotel but they did not know when I checked out at 8.30am even after I spoke at the reception & collected receipts. They called up at 3 pm & asked to check out . They also said I used the water bottle in the mini bar whereas there was no bottle at all, I asked them to let me out faster by cutting Rs 200. It was absolutely mistake of hotel to have not put the bottle in mini bar.
Off the highway. One of the best hotels in Navi Mumbai. We liked the hotel, staff and rooms. Check in process was slow. Otherwise everything was good about our stay. We will definitely come back.
Job well done. Made our stay comfortable.
The staff was very helpful.
hotel needs to work on sound insulation. Mumbai traffic from the highway was loud - horns blaring all the time. Shower/bathroom needs cleaning. Much visible mould on the shower walls, toilet/bathroom door was very dirty from the inside, room needed due sweeping/mopping as I found rat droppings on the floor behind the bed head. TV was decent but hotel needs to update its “Dishtv” box for occupants to access further channels. Pillows were a little tired - needs to be thicker. Hotel refused to refund me one night stay even though I brought it to their attention within their cancellation period. Hotel manager Anil C was unhelpful and directed me in an impersonal manner to Expedia. Following this, I received an even more unhospitable email denigrating me. This was unwelcome and a shock from an industry which is supposed to exercise hospitality. Expedia refunded the one night after some negotiation. Uniforms of breakfast/dinner employees were often stained suggesting their uniforms were not washed before their shifts probably due to the fact that they had only one pair of uniform. Shubham and Sarkar the room maids were great. Bharat, the porter, didn’t come to our room to help with our luggage upon request but once downstairs, he seemed helpful. Hotel claims to change currency but didn’t have enough money on the premises and no apologies was extended.
Nice hotel. Facilities are very clean. Comfortable.
bad beakfast and too much noise, the room manager is not very nice, and playing game with you always
Air condition was not working. They have a centralized air conditioning with Thermostat control in every room. My room was taking forever to get to the required temperature. I Changed my room but the same problem persisted.
Comfortable and clean
Service not great, room comfortable
Nice Hotel but need to work on Food and Breakfast
Overall nice Hotel but food was very expensive and they didn’t have breakfast early in the morning ready , so inspite of having breakfast package it was useless
After working all day in the heat and humidity and surviving typical Indian traffic, the Royal Tulip was a welcome sight. The hotel was clean, the service was excellent during my stay.
An amazing place to stay in New Mumbai.
It was a great experience! I really enjoyed the stay. Good amenities, friendly staff, amazing food. Breakfast buffet is having good variety of options. I will give them five star for this stay.
A comfortable stay with big rooms
Good location and comfortable stay

Ok good hotel to stay
Stop near expressway
Just a quick overnight on way from Mumbai airport . Good to get out of Mumbai and be by the expressway for morning travel. Room was clean , good bathroom with rain shower, wifi connection. Nice buffet breakfast.

Excellent A+++ - You Will LOVE This Hotel
This is one of the best hotel experiences we have experienced in our years of traveling. I can not write enough good compliments about Royal Tulip. It is our first time to stay at the hotel. We arrived at 3am to another hotel where we had planned to stay and they did not have our reservation. We looked on Hotels.com and saw the good reviews for Royal Tulip and made our way there by Uber arriving at 5am. The management allowed us to check in at that time even though the official checkin is 2pm. They even upgraded our room to an executive suite because they understood our predicament. The entire staff from door, to desk, to restaurant, to room assist is A+++. Thank you Royal Tulip for making our 3 night stay a dream experience!
Nice but far from Mumbai activities!
Although is a very good hotel for the price, people must know ahead of booking that it takes 1:45 hrs to reach the hotel fron thr Airport! On the other hand, the air is much better!!! The breakfast is under expected.
Timing
Overall are very nice but you need care about customer requirement.
Everything is great about this hotel. The best part is WIFI! Super awesome.
Bad Experience
I am staying at this property for last many years, on the same dates for 2 nights for a pooja at our temple in Kharghar. We booked the room a month in advance, requested for a King Bed & a Non Smoking Room, the reception allowed a room 504, on opening the room we are surprised to see it occupied by a couple who abused us, then 506 was allowed which was not King bed but twin bed, was promised another room next door on the same floor, after some time am shifted to room 102 on the 1st.floor, King Bed but a stinking Smoking room, the wash basin was leaking, the window lock was broken, think the hotel is not being maintained. I feel Cheated and would definitely look for options at Kharghar again for the next year.
So far the best hotel.
Best hotel ever. Mostly the wifi is so awesome that I was able to work effortlessly. 5 star for all. The only problem is the food. Its way too expensive.
Great place to stay in Navi Mumbai
The hotel was comfortable and exceeded expectations. Friendly staff and a great location. Would recommend this hotel to friends.
Modern clean hotel
This hotel is well maintained with modern features comfortable bedroom good bathroom etc. The menu in the restaurant is not extensive and does not have many western style options especially at breakfast but the food is good quality.
Good Option for a hotel in Navi Mumbai
Nice Staff , Good Chinese restaurant - very obliging
Great hotel, not worth 4.5 stars though.
Excellent stay. Staff was very courteous. Pick up from airport was good and made it convenient, although it was a separate charge
Not bad
The air conditioning was not great and there are no blackout curtains so was very difficult to sleep
Good stay
Good stay. Breakfast spread is average. No alcohol! Wow!
Best in Kharghar
Hotel isn't of the best construction, not the best linens on the bed, no down pillows, no bar, no spa. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. BUT, it is the best hotel in the area, food is great, service is top notch and internet works well
Luxury hotel
The hotel was amazing but the buffet breakfast didn't have much options. Only the problem was airconditioner, rest everything was amazing !
we always book this hotel for leisure trip
