Relaxing time

Well kept, family friendly hotel. Lovely outside area with multiple pools. Good food and drink selection.

Good hotel

It is good hotel, the staff are very good and professional, I opposite some problems and Mr. Alaa market manager solved soon. The food is limited and no varieties, also, the drinks are limited.

I got free upgrade, if that is the superior room i can't imagine how the standard would look like

The hotel was great and staff very friendly . The animation team were amazing specialy Tattoo.Tanya and Olya The aqua was great my kids love it and also the kids club they waiting for it everyday. I'll go there again as soon as possible

below average resort and will never visit it again

This resort is in bad condition Bathroom are very old and floor has a lot of cracks Cleaning was very awful and you need to call the reciption every time you need cleaning room was very dirty when we came and Air condition broken for more than 4 hour so we have to stay out of the room people in the food court some of them very rude and not helpful at all food quality below average and this is not variety in the food all inclusive package is fake as you only allowed for soft drink (tang) and they cheat it with water to save more for all the customers if you ask for coffee (this is extra charge) !!! if you ask for water bottle (you only have 2 per day) and more will be with extra charge

A good hotel best when limited guests

We stayed at this Hotel for 3 weeks. At the outset it was brilliant although sadly, as time passed by, a large amount of children arrived and the parents chose to ignore them! This wasn't the Hotel's fault of course, but it would have been better if parents had disciplined them more. The staff at the Hotel were excellent and offered the best service possible. Food is edible although repetitiive, but we were in Egypt and as long as you can accept their style of cuisine then it doesn't have to be a problem. Our room was spacious and clean. Continuous transport to the beach which is a walkable distance away. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable time

Отдыхали всей семьей, гостеприимный отель, хорошие бассейны-с подогревом. Горки небольшие, но все работает. Кормят хорошо. Все было очень достойно.

Le personnel du restaurant est limite désagréable, je n'ai jamais vu la réservation de tables dans un restaurant par le personnel pour avoir du bakchich ......

I did not like the hotel

the food was very bad , the quality, variations and taste was not good, generally the worst thing was the restaurant and the food

كانت إقامة رائعة و استمتعت انا و اسرتي في الفندق ، الخدمات كلها متوفرة و الpool و الaqua رائعين ، البحر رائع و كل مشروبات و الطعام ممتاز

Preis-Leistung absolut super

Wir hatten im März eine Woche Aufenthalt im Royal Lagoons. Das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich und immer ausreichend, zu jeder Zeit. Der Service war sehr freundlich und wir hatten eine Woche Erholung pur. Schöne Poollandschaft. Zum Entspannen würden wir jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Es wird aber auch Animation und Weiteres geboten, dieses Angebot haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber groß und schön angelegt. Flughafen, Hurghada Stadt und Einkaufszentrum sind gut und günstig mit dem Taxi zu erreichen.

Det der stod som beskrivelse af hotellet på expedia passsede ikke. Oplyst 2 restauranter men kun et åbnet og derfor kø ved den lille buffet. Ensformig mad. Vil ikke vælge dette hotel igen.

Отдых в Хургаде в декабре 2017г

Хороший отель с огромной территорией, красивые бассейны, песчаный пляж до которого 3 мин на автобусе отеля (бесплатно). Приветливый персонал, всегда готовый выполнить все наши просьбы! Питание отличное, все очень вкусно и разнообразно, есть выбор даже для самых разборчивых в питании людей! Создаётся впечатление что повара работают круглосуточно! Балуют чудесными десертами и всегда есть разнообразие фруктов! В номерах уютно, хорошая мебель, новые матрацы на кроватях! При заезде в отель у нас были небольшие нарекания по поводу чистоты в номере, но думаю это недоразумение возникло исключительно из за постоянной заселенности отеля, просто неуспели немного убраться, т к мы приехали в 2 часа ночи персонал старался как можно скорее заселить нас. Все вопросы относительно номера в течении 12 часов, т е как только мы выспались и ушли из номера полностью устранили и даже шторы сменили на свежие! Очень приятна такая отзывчивость людей! Все ребята в отеле общительны и очень приветливы, говорят что очень скучают по туристам из России! К слову мы с мамой прилетели с пересадкой через Стамбул, нас встретили в аэропорту предоставив трансфер до отеля, все было быстро и безопасно! В самом городе все спокойно и солнечно! Приезжайте и ничего не бойтесь! А мы отдохнув в этом замечательном отеле непременно приедем сюда еще!
