Vale demais a estadia

Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Estava com meu filho de três anos, e o hotel deixou uma cabana com colchão, bichinho, kit de shampoo, sabonete, tudo especial para ele. Meu filho amou. Dormiu na barraca e não queria mais sair. Permitiram o check out tardio sem custo. Com certeza voltaremos.

Adorei o presente do meu aniversário. O travesseiro é muito alto.

Good hotel in a convenient location. My room felt a bit “dated”, but it was comfortable and relatively quiet. Really good restaurant connected to the hotel, and the area around the hotel did not feel unsafe. I was here for business and my meetings were within walking distance from the hotel. I would stay here again.

O quarto precisa alguma Manutenção. Ar condicionado verteu água sobre um móvel de madeira durante a noite. Tem serviço de massagem , mas poderia ter uma Sala separada p isso, porém é feita no quarto. Equipe atenciosa, Matheus e Leonice.

Room had malfunctioning a/c related to heavy rainfall. Resolved by moving rooms in middle of night.

Have stayed here in the past. Great location, clean rooms, great staff. Only trouble is the electronic key keeps "expiring" resulting in frequent trips back to Front desk to recharge!

Great customer service, really good breakfast. Employees from the front desk to housekeeping to restaurant are really friendly, helpful and extremely polite.The room was REALLY spacious, big wide windows, huge comfortable bed, big mirrors. Amazing location near bars, restaurants, supermarket, mall etc.. everything was perfect. most definitely staying them again.

Go somewhere else!

My stay was absolutely disappointing. Staff Is busy on their phones or talking to each other, the wifi signal terrible and hotel conditions lacking. Location and water pressure saved our stay. But never again!

Front desk Emmanuel was super helpful in recovery of my phone that I left in the taxi at arrival The parking is managed by 3rd party and I was asked to pay before the end of my stay No instruction on how to use the card on elevator

Comfortable stay while in BH

Had an enjoyable 4-night stay. Emmanuel checked us in. First night was in room #1403, which is very spacious. Had an unfortunate water leak in the bathroom due to very heavy rainfall that forced our move to room #801, also a nice room with a different layout. Breakfast was very good! The only improvement would be some lime slices for the papaya. Easy to walk to all the nearby attractions. There's a great Italian restaurant across the street on the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to entertainment district of Savassi. Great breakfast in Amadeus Restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms small. Sauna and lounging area are tiny. No swiming pool.

Housekeeper kept banging objects in the apartment above mine around 9:00 am every day, despite my complaint on the first day. The front desk agent said that there was not housekeeping at that time cleaning the apartment above mine. He was lying because I went upstairs and saw the housekeeper before I placed my complaint. On the third day, the housekeeper opened the door of my room without knocking on the door and almost saw me naked (I was changing my clothes to go to breakfast).

Great location, good size room

Great location, but the hotel needs a bit update. the flooring still have a carpet, for Brazil is too hot. the shower needs a bit o maintenance too to deserve a 5 stars review.

I liked everything! It was a joy to stay there! The room was very comfortable, the restaurant was amazing! The wine cellar was exceptional! Hotel staff, area all great! I have no negative feedback. Thank you, Diana

Great location, ok condition

The hotel a little basic, but I’ve been told that’s good for Brazil. Room was somewhat spacious, but the bathroom was small and the sink was very small. You have to wait about 3 minutes for water to become hot. Room condition was not great: old carpet and furniture, but the bedding was kept clean and fresh. Hotel has breakfast included in the restaurant downstairs, which is a proper nice restaurant, buffet style. However, there was a discrepancy between the extra charges showed online here and what they actually charged me, so I ended up paying more than expected. Overall, so so. But pretty good compared to other options for same price. Location was great too!

Excellent hotel. The building is wonderful but the highlight of this place is the staff. I have never seen so many friendly people trying to help, any way they can. The restaurant is wonderful so I invited friends and family over for breakfast and lunch. There are taxis in front of the hotel and going to other parts of town is a breeze. Will stay here again.

Convenient location but small room and no pool

Courteous staff and convenient location. Room is very small and unfortunately I was put on 2nd floor with now view, despite it being a VERY high rise hotel.

Close to city center

English speaking staff made things convenient. Restaurant in the hotel is decent. Watch out for the additional 15% fee.

Nice hotel near one of the best areas in BH

Although, I ended up paying for gym outside hotel due to the gym was out of order, I enjoyed the time in the hotel and the breakfast was very good.

Great Hotel in Great City

Great location in the heart of Belo Horizonte. Staff was helpful t all levels including wifi login. Near everything cultural in Belo. My favorite city (so far) in Brazil. Nice breakfast included. Rooms a bit small but good showed and A. C. Would stay again for sure. Our private guide Alaor was outstanding! David

Very average hotel

Hotel is very average. AC was not working properly in my room. They only moved me after 3 days. Overall the hotel is very average. On the other hand the breakfast was nice.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly. The food from room service was ok but not great. The mattress was too firm for my liking. But I generally like a fairly soft mattress.

Great hotel but looking a bit old in the corridors. Bathrooms very small, especially comparing to the size of the room. A computer with a printer downstairs would help with tickets and boarding passes.

NICE LOCATION, THINGS TO IMPROVE

nice area, perfect for business and tourism in this city, early chek in is not and option, they charge 50% room rate for this purpose. Most of the staff does not speak english, so you might be ready for misscomunicating issues. beds to small for a 200 lbs men.

Royal Savassi Bello Horizonte - A must

I was a little hesitant. The minute I walked in at 2am in the morning, the staff was very helpful, my reservation was ready and I was check in in just a few minutes. The room was nice upgraded with a nice decor. Felt very safe for a woman traveling alone. The restaurant has been voted one of the best Hotel restaurants in the city and the Wine selection with their own cellar has wines from all around the world. During my stay, I was able to walk to museums, shopping area, etc. Only 5-10 minutes from the Airport Connection Bus which was another easy and inexpensive way to get from the airport to the city. A big surprise to have a kind of like a room service for hot tea before going to bed. Before 10:00 pm the hotel offers a Tea courtesy which is brought to your room if you are in the room. They have energy savings feautures for lighting and air condition in your room. Stayed 7 days, and all 7 the staff was always pleasant and helpful. A warning for international travels, and I found out this is standard in most hotels in the area, they do not offer currency exchance so get some local currency before you get to the city. Banks in the area have currency exchange services and most malls also have it. If you are there on a Sunday, must go to the Market fair, a must if you like to shop in the street. Must merchants take credit cards. Overall my stay was great and will definetly go back to this hotel.

The hotel is nice, in a pleasant area, and well-maintained. However the service was indifferent to say the least, and the price steep.

The Good, the Bad, the Royal Savassi

The breakfast spread was excellent, and the dinner, though a little expensive, was also good, though a bit salty. Their extensive wine cellar and house sommelier were very impressive. The twin bed I slept in was very comfortable (ask about the pillow menu). The gym area was tiny, with few amenities including only 2 treadmills and a ceiling only about 6 feet high. Overall, this is a good business hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff, and good restaurant, but if you like to run, skip the gym and enjoy the beautiful Savassi streets instead.

Quarto velho e escuro

O quarto era muito escuro e não achei tão limpo. Eu tenho alergia e tive crise de alergia. O quarto é bem velho.

Albergo con camere molto garndi e ben tenute. Molto bella la sala dell colazione, con molta scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Frutta in abbondanza e molti succhi. Abbiamo soggiornato al primo piano e, al mattino, nel corridoio c'era un forte odore di cucina...non proprio il massimo. La vicinanza a diversi locali, fa sí che il weekend nelle stanze al primo piano si senta la musica fino a notte inoltrata. Nei dintorni dell'albergo ci sono ristoranti e diversi locali. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto solo un problema con il minibar in camera, hanno provato ad addebitare più consumazioni di quelle segnate sulla ricevuta. Si sono giustificati mostrandomi una ricevuta modificata a penna da loro, mentre la copia lasciata in camera portava le giuste consumazioni. Occhi aperti! Nel complesso è una struttura che consiglio, dove torenerei senza dubbi.

Ótima estadia

Nossa estadia foi ótima. Cama confortável, quarto bem escuro ótimo pra dormir, chuveiro com ducha forte. Colocaram uma barraca infantil no nosso quarto que foi uma alegria pra nossa filha, além de darem amenidades infantis (shampoo, condicionador,sabonete). TB disponibilizaram um escalda pés gratuitamente no quarto. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo. A gerente dele foi muito atenciosa com nossa família. Foi uma ótima experiência.

silencio no quarto

Meu quarto era o 202. Durante grande parte da noite de 26/7 para 27/7 houve ruídos do quarto 302, como arraste de moveis e alguém com sapatos de salto. Reclamei na recepção ,mas no dia seguinte continuou o barulho.

Hotel é bom. A praia do hotel é ótima. Quartos ok, mas o café da manhã acho que não vale a pena pelo preço, pois é a lá carte e somente um prato e uma bebida. Estacionamento fica longe.

Uma estadia agradável . Uma observação:acredito que deveria ser informado ao hóspede no momento da reserva que existe um calção obrigatório pelo uso do frigobar.

O HOTEL TEM OTIMA LOCALIZAÇÀO. CAFE DA MANHÃ SATISFATORIO. BANHEIRO BOM, MAS O BLINDEX NA VEDAVA TODA A AGUA

A suíte que fiquei era recém reformada, porém o banheiro era claustrofóbico, sem ventilação, nao condizente com o ambiente da suíte! Outro ponto que me chamou a atenção, foi que no café da manha, o suco de laranja era aguado, achei um absurdo, pedi ao garçom que me trouxesse um suco sem água dentro, impossível acreditar que o hotel coloca água pra render!!!

O hotel é agradável, apesar de ser mais antigo, são rigorosos com arrumação, limpeza, café da manhã excelente. O quarto que fiquei era super amplo, único ponto negativo é a ducha do banheiro. De resto, tudo impecável. Os funcionários são super solícitos e preocupados em oferecer a melhor experiência para vc. Em especial a Ana Carolina. Parabéns ao hotel e equipe!!!! Volto com certeza

Reserva não localizada

O checkin foi muito demorado. Não achavam minha reserva. Esperei bastante até que localizaram. Mais tarde vi que um outro casal também não tinha a reserva localizada na hora do checkin. Sugiro rever o sistema de reservas, pois é muito desconfortável ter a dúvida se você conseguirá se hospedar após uma viagem cansativa.

Custo benefício nao vale a pena.

O valor cobrado nao é equivalente ao oferecido e aos servicos prestados. Hotel precisa de reforma urgente! Sistema de reserva é burocratico (atraves de confirmacao de cartao) .. funcionarios nao sabiam da existência de beneficios silver. Porem a cama e o cafe eram muito bons.

Pessima escolha de hotel! O preco que é cobrado pelo servico oferecido nao vale a pena. Hotel velho e precisando de reparos, equipe de atendimento confusa e burocratica. Elevador quebrava todo dia. Apenas o cafe da manha e a cama eram boas, de resto nao recomendo a ninguem.
