The ocean view is excellent.

The property is spacious and just across distance US Embassy Manila.

I DO NOT recommend this place! This Condotel does not appear to be managed very well. My wife and her family rented two units for two nights. Both units were not very clean. One of the “non-smoking” units smelled of cigarette smoke. The other did not have Wi-Fi and they were told that the owner “might have forgot to pay the bill”. The parking situation is also horrible. Basically, it is as if the owners of these units left an hour before guest arrival and did a poor job cleaning. My feeling is that the property managers (SugglePod) should perhaps focus less on very strict guest rules and focus more on making sure their employees and owners maintain basic standards and what they advertise. I wish I took the time to read all the negative views about this place. However, if you are reading this, you are doing more than I did. My advice is to save yourself a headache/disappointment and stay away.

I truly regret booking in this property. Small roaches all around. Don’t do sudden move in bed or else the frame will collapse as in OMG, me and my son wasn’t able to sleep peacefully. No kitchen and dining tools. I had to request for it. I had to buy paper plates, cups and spoon and forks so we can eat. Air condition is not working properly it doesn’t cool. Lobby’s aircon is much cooler. Everything in the room is old. Lavatory is clogged. You need to wait few minutes for the water to get drained. Caretaker Divine is not approachable. We checked in 2 hours late because of our travel delay. I ask if we can check out a bit late for about 30-45 mins but this caretaker just refused my request. I regret booking an old condo unit where I though I can feel a bit of a staycation. It wasn’t at all!

The unit is beautiful and indeed you can see the beautiful sunset from Manila bay, also the caretakers especially Ms. Devine is so nice and friendly to us.

Its near the embassy and the office so its highly recommended for those who have embassy interview and medicals.. also just walking distance to the mall it’s just so very convenient,love to stay here in the future for vacation.. its highly recommended

if you have business at the US embassy, this is where you want to stay.

If they going to publish this unit for rental, at least do their part of keeping it in acceptable condition. Unit smells old and roahes are everywhere. Sheets and towels are flithhy

I booked this property for my relatives because they had an early interview at the US Embassy. It was for just one night but it definitely turned out to be unforgettable! The condo room itself was old looking and the sinks were all clogged up! The only good thing about this place was its proximity to the US embassy. It was literally just a foot bridge away.

Pillow cases are ripped and dirty. Room smells bad

This property is located in the slum area of Roxas blvd. Homeless people make walking around feel unsafe.

I like the unit. Although it’s a bit old, still Excellent for families. It’s also near places where we want to go.

Disappointed

It was an 8 days stay for my family. We thought we booked a good room. Pictires on listing is different when we got there. Utensils are not sufficient enough to accommodate 6. We expect a fully equipped kitchen. Its so hard to cooked. Tv is so small. Sink on the other room is clogged. I don’t recommend this. Pillows and blanket is not good. Even worn out type. I want to take a photos and upload this on my review however I feel bad about it. Please do upgrade your unit as you have a good view. Your fridge is perfect but not the other stuff on your unit. There is no doormats this one really is the worst for us. No means to do laundry. Laundromat is far from the place.. it says also 4 pool but there’s only one.

Shower did not work properly.No hot water shower was dirty I couldn't get ahold of anybody for any other of the issues

Constantly fighting bugs in the room!!! The hot water pot leaked. The first bathroom with shower was…. We didn’t use that shower. Had an amazing view!! The people that worked there were very nice and friendly and helped out anytime we asked. To be honest it felt disgusting with all the big spray everywhere. Tried to contact the host with no luck at all and Orbits couldn’t even get in touch with them. 4 THUMBS DOWN. I’ve stayed in better kept places. It’s like here your accross from the us embassy you’ll deal with it . People have some respect for the property you offer!!!!!

Room was spacious and clean. Nice hotel. Would like for a security guard to have been at the door to keep beggars away though. As soon as you stepped outside had people asking for money.

Wifi Signal- Bad internet/ no internet connection despite they change the modem data signal- no signal inside the unit regardless if smart/globe no shampoo no tissue no soap Pass to this condo, never again.

Our stay was good, things were located close by that we needed.

Closer to everything.

I booked the stay for my in laws, and unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication and disconnect of what was supposedly booked and said between the host and my in-laws. It was frustrating and at times consuming in getting it sorted and corrected. Thank goodness for Expedia in their assistance. Overall they said the place was clean, spacious, and appreciated the quick response from the caretaker. The only complaint was WiFi was weak.

Table furniture are broken, top stove not working and microwave there is no way to use , bug and balay cockroach is everywhere by daughter got each and hives first day stay in that hotel, beautiful place just need the cleaning and furniture to do better

The unit is abysmal. There is no proper bed. The bed is just the springbox that when you lie down you feel the coils, extremely hot and tattered sofa bed. Please don't recommend.

Great place!

I paid on a proper payment When we try to check in early. Our room is dirty and stink.lots damage inside.i saw a few cackroach. So i told my family to touch up clean this erea. Furnitures are damaged.no cable tv. Good communication on care taker but no good maintenance on the property. Confusing to check in too. Sorry not coming back this property ever again.
