The chef and dining staff went out of their way to accommodate our vegan needs. The Hot Spring pool and spa are top notch. This hotel was definitely a highlight in our two weeks trip to Japan!

We also had such a peaceful experience. The rooms were so spacious as well, I could've stayed there all day. The spa was also top notch and should not be missed. Couldn't recommend and say enough good things about our stay at Roku.

Wow, just wow. I was traveling solo and enjoyed two nights at the Roku. I could write a novel about the joys and pleasures of my stay. From the service, to the spa, to the incredible property— true perfection. Would rate 10 stars if I could. The staff saw I was alone at dinner and brought over some books and reading material. The worst part, was leaving. Hope to return, truly memorable and special.

全体的には良い印象。欧米系のお客さんが多いせいか共用部分が寒すぎるくらいエアコンが効いてる。その為、風邪を引きました。 朝食について、2泊したがbuffetのメニューが一緒でした。そこらへんのビジネスホテルの方がよく考えてます。
