Amazing place to stay

A wonderful property with the most friendly staff. Everyone is so friendly and personable. I've never stayed anywhere where I remember the names of so many staff members for their delightful service. From Robert, Ron, Tyree, Jodson, Emmanuel, Orlando, Tiffany, Rebbeca, Fabienne and more besides. Everyone is there to make your stay the most special and relaxed time possible. The property is also really lovely, set in picturesque landscaped gardens right on the beach it is a true island paradise getaway. The breakfast is very nice and there are plenty of lunch and dinner options too. There are also water refill points throughout the property, so you won't go hungry or thirsty. Overall, an amazing place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to the island! Thank you so much to everyone at Rock House!!

Great stay

This was an amazing property. Room we had was an Oceanfront pool studio and it was spacious and the views were amazing! Enjoyed sunrise. The staff was extremely welcoming, hospitable and attentive. Everything about the food was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Super clean rooms and overall facilities.

First and foremost this property and most of the staff was great. With the exception of the check in process. Yes, we did get here without any reservations and were living life post thanksgiving tryptophan on a wimp. Came to this hotel because Expedia was showing vacancy. The front desk girl helping us basically turned us down but after showing her the availability on Expedia she asked us to make the reservation and wait 30-45mins for it to show up on her system. Long story short they had us waiting in the lobby for over 4hrs to finally give us a room. The manager Frank came to try and mediate the situation and asked what would make us happy. We said an upgrade. He claimed there wasn’t any upgrades available but his colleague said it was, as long as we canceled it through Expedia and purchased it from them directly. Made me feel uneasy because if it wasn’t for Expedia they would have lost our business but ultimately they didn’t do ANYTHING for wasting our time in the lobby for 4 hours. Frank the manager over promised and under delivered.

Slice of heaven

This was the most amazing boutique hotel! This is in a quieter side of the island in Blue Mountain and you feel very isolated from the busier Grace Bay. Worth every penny and made a very important birthday extra special. We had a one bedroom with a plunge pool. While the main pool is nice, we were shocked so many people enjoyed that all day and not the private slice of beach. The resort is also surrounded by a reef system that’s awesome to snorkel. Vitas Italian based restaurant was amazing and we made several stops at Cocos Boutique for gifts, Tylenol and great advice. The main office helps setup activities for you and most come with travel to and from. We could not be more grateful for the team of staff that made it so pleasant.

Love the hotel! Very clean and friendly staffs

Beautiful and unique spot compared to other more “beach” hotels. Very private and great for couples.

Gorgeous property. Everything was so clean, the staff were happy and helpful, and all the L’Occitane products smelled amazing. A perfect place for meditative relaxation. The only downside is the small beach, and the sliding doors in our villa were difficult to open/close. Otherwise, perfection.

The condo/view was very nice but the hospitality for some people SUCKED it seemed like most staff had an attitude & they seemed like they didn't want to be there. We came across Berlandie & she was nice & helped us out.

What I didn’t like was I asked to stay extra day and I was not acknowledged

I’m so happy I chose to stay at this property for my vacation! The view, the room, the pool, the staff, the food and drinks was Absolutely Amazing! I really enjoyed my stay here! My Birthday trip was Perfect! I will definitely stay here when I visit again….10/10!!

Property was very beautifully maintained with fantastic views once you got off the main road. Excellent infinity pool and small, non-walkable beach with excellent free amenities (kayaks/boats/snorkeling, lounge chairs, outside rinse shower, sunblock). Not alot of activities and only one restaurant and one bar tied to the property as of yet, so a car rental is needed...but you are within 15 minutes by car in either direction of the rest of what Provo has to offer. Good for people who are looking to relax or those who don't want to stay right where the partying is happening.

Rock House is a nice luxury resort. Everything was 10/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Very relaxing

Due to a mistake by Expedia, booked hotel by accident at a super-inflated price. Realized the mistake within a matter of minutes, but the hotel refused to budge and offer a refund, even 15 minutes after booking the reservation. It is a nice resort, but way overpriced. I understand Turks isn’t cheap, but the rate we paid for Rock House was a ridiculous amount. Also, they’re rated on Expedia as 5 star hotel, which is a bit of a stretch.

Rooms , pools , property in general is great . Super clean. Comfortable , luxurious . Unfortunately the staff is very badly trained, waiters, beach personal. I would expect a more robust menu and better quality food. Said that the food is super expensive for what you get back. Rooom service took forever. Its a shame because the place is beautiful

Great property with excellent restaurant

The Rock House resort was so freaking beautiful from the views, room, great customer service this by far has been one of my favorite resorts I stayed at out of all my travel destinations!!!! The Rock House resort exceeded all my expectations plus more!! This was my fiance’ first time in Turks and she loved every second of it! We stayed in the Oceanfront pool view room and this room is a 10/10. The staff at Rock House resort were amazing and very attentive it felt good to get your moneys worth. I honestly will only stay at the Rock House resort going forward when I visit Turks and Caicos again!! I had to show the world the beautiful Rock House resort in Tik tok and hope it bring more exposure to this luxury resort! Thank you to the wonderful Rock house resort for making our baecation full of beautiful memories!!!

Amazing property. Transportation is a bit challenging on the entire island

Beautiful property but I'd say the customer service was not what I thought it would be. There staff at the front desk were horrible with getting you your taxis. Other than that the rest of the staff was very nice.

The property and views from the room were stunning

Liked the property, the beautiful beach and the well equipped gym. The Food was also great and so were the staff. Felt very safe and attended to.

Absolutely beautiful property, layout, pool, rooms, and restaurant and bar. It really is incredible. The snorkeling right in front of the resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well appointed and nice and clean and cool (and it was hot out!)

This property was stunning. The beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean was the best I’ve ever been to. The cocktails were delicious and interesting. The pool staff were extremely friendly and social. Good was mostly very good, albeit very expensive (and small portions). All in all , I’d go back , strictly a place for rest and relaxation with a great vibe.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. From the front desk team to Jodson at the beach—everyone was supremely pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be back soon.

Loved the Rock House. Food and view was amazing. Honestly, the staff were great! If you’re looking for a great vacation, this is the place. I would recommend getting a rental car if you would like to get around the island the house does provide parking.

Service does not match what you are paying at all… We went to the shore club as well for half the price and service was much much better. This made the stay over all more enjoyable at the shore club. Beach is extremely small and no activities are available on the beach.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a rave! The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and gorgeous, and the staff help make your stay extra special. Special shout out to Marie and Emmanuel who were literal superstars!!

The hotel itself is beautiful. The food is great. The beach pales in comparison to Grace Bay though.

Property was amazing, staff was amazing amenities were amazing, only thing I will say is the restaurant didn’t have much diversity. You definitely will need to go out and eat at different spots. Breakfast is free and it’s not buffet style and I liked that a lot, you order what you want from the menu. I will definitely be back. Housekeeping came twice a day. They were on point with everything. If I could I would give them 10 stars

Overall great experience. Staff friendly and welcoming. Literally like having your own private beach & never overcrowded, but on small side. We would suggest renting a car. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. Average taxi $25 USD one way. Bring small bills b/c very hard to get change; no ATM on site. Type A & B outlets (US outlets). Special thanks to Woodens, Cynisha, Fabienne, Peterson, Francesca & housekeeping staff! Beach area includes: - kayaks & snorkeling gear - infused ice water - beach towels, loungers & umbrellas - complementary sun screen & aloe vera Hotel provides several private alcoves overlooking the water with loungers & chairs. Since it is a tropical island there are random areas of coral in the water so you may want to bring water shoes. We rented one bedroom suite w/pool overlooking ocean, which exceeded our expectations! Very clean & private with beautiful view. Suite Includes: - fully equipped kitchenette - Palmolive dish soap - Finish Jet Dry dishwasher detergent - Nespresso machine - hair dryer - mini washer & dryer - single load all laundry detergent - 2 count Snuggle dryer sheets - robes x2 - flip flops x2 - small safe - loofah - toothbrush x2 - L’Occitane products: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap & hand lotion - small bath salt - comb x1 - cleansing facial wipe x2 - bottled water We suggest booking Island Vibes snorkeling excursion - request Palmer - he rocks!

Best place to stay in Turks and Caicos. Staff is very friendly and can assist you with booking activities as well as transportation. Views are incredible and pool is unreal. Would suggest booking rooms above the pool. Food is also delicious and live music on some nights.

The Rock House is FABULOUS!! The room and property are beautifully appointed, and the staff are friendly and hospitable. We will definitely return to Turks, and we’d love to stay at the Rock House again!

I choose this hotel on the internet because it looked and read that it was secluded and that is what I desired. We did get assigned the proper room but found the location to noisy. The General Manager saw to it that we were moved to an upgraded room and location and were not charged for the upgrade... Top Shelve service to say the least... great location, hotel, staff and Management. 5 Stars! A. Lawrence

Our stay at Rock House was amazing and one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The location is perfect and only minutes from the airport. The food was exceptional. This is truly a luxury hotel and we can't wait to go back!

We had a brilliant time - the staff were incredible, extremely helpful and welcoming! Thanks to Franncesca, Peterson, Robert, Monica, Gerald, Berlandie, Frank, Orlando and everyone who helped with all our questions, provided recommendations, carted us around and managed to help us find last minute bookings. The pool and restaurant team were always smiling and made the overall experience that much more wonderful! The lobster pizza and Drunken Lobsters - exceptional! The resort is beautiful - the walkways and views are stunning, the pool area is pristine. The only real downsides is that it is very remote (which is also an upside!), so you do need a car / rely on taxis as you cannot walk anywhere, so this can also get very expensive. Plus there is construction but for the most part that didn't disrupt us.

Rock-y House

My husband and I stayed at Rock House over the Christmas Holiday. It is was a beautiful property and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was a one bedroom oceanfront suite. It was spacious and the pool was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, they seem to be having an issue with the septic system as you could smell it around the resort and it would get so bad in the room (especially at night) we closed all the drains and kept the bathroom door shut with the fan running most of our trip. I did my makeup in the bedroom mirror to avoid spending any extra time in there. We mentioned the issue to the front desk but once heard other guests talking about it we realized it must just be a widespread issue. They are working on building out the second half of the property so there was significant construction noise. We were thankful our room was on the other side of the resort from the main construction area but felt they should be notifying guests ahead of time about the construction. The food was fresh and tasty but dining options were limited, pricy, and hours seemed to change every day. There is also a 10% service fee and 12% tourist tax on every bill (plus additional tipping was very expected) so meals added up. Overall, we had a nice trip but disappointed by the hotel considering the cost, all its recent press, and Leading Hotels of the World membership. Save your money and stay elsewhere but stop by for a cocktail at the Cave Bar to take in the view!
