A fine stay

Some of the amenities and restaurants seem to be closed and it’s a little out of the main tourist area but it’s comfortable and all the folks that work there are all very nice and helpful!

Overall, we're very satisfied. If there's one thing that can be dealt with, I want to suggest some smell in the bathroom. With the provided spray, temporarily smell got better but after 30 minutes, bad smell came up again. I don't know exactly from where, but it was unpleasant odor for sure. But again, our overal satisfaction is really high!! I want to stay again!

The staff are amazing and so helpful! The spa was so relaxing! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Disappointing. The quality of the hotel has definitely plummeted. I stayed in the executive lounge and they failed to clean it. There was a significant leak on the 11th floor - it wasn’t attended to until 48 hours later. Please do not book VIP visitors here.

The service in general was good. The facilities inside the room that we had stayed were great except the bathroom and bathtub in specific: we would like the hotel o consider to change the bathtub into a shower because the currently provided bathtub with round and sloppy (inside) edges was too dangerous for the elderly people. I had a fall into it and found it difficult to pull myself up and out. If the bathtub would be replaced by a walk-in shower, I would definitely consider to come and stay in this hotel again. Thanks.

Exceptional

Overall good experience with the room, staff, services, and view. First thing I noticed before entering the bath area was the light mold on the wooden door, which I was surprised to see. Guess it's expected with Guam’s humidity, but more thought to cleaning would've been great. Secondly, the little kid pool needs better filtration and clean water. You can see the dirt build-up in the center. Not sure what the hole is covering but that definitely should be cleaned for the children.

Infinity pool was great, room was clean. Friendly staff, easy parking.

Feel at home

The lobby area in this hotel is positively spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Twice I had questions and both times someone arrived to help in minutes. Checking in and out could not have been easier or more pleasant.

Brewer Stay

The room was a bit dated, there were some very small ants in the room and not enough hot water. But your service, breakfast’s, the free happy hour in the evening more than made up for it. The 2 pools were great too. On a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being the highest) I would rank you from 8.5!to9. The maid service was top noch also

The lundry serveice is very unique.

It was a good choice for a leisurely and comfortable rest, but it was a pity that there was no convenience store where I could buy even a simple drink.

Got the corner suite with jacuzzi...beautiful room and spacious! Staff was very friendly. Ocean views were fantastic!

Comfortable and clean!

The front desk staff was most helpful and accommodating. Additionally, when I arrived at my room, the housekeeper had just checked it for cleanliness and assured me that she would bring me whatever I needed.

The amenities were offered and lined up in the bathroom. Housekeeping was checking on our room when we arrived. The front desk staff, particularly Kyla, were all very helpful. Thank everyone for their kindness.

Really enjoyed my stay!!

I stayed at the Rihga Royal Hotel for 6 nights and it was comfortable and the balcony view was amazing. I also enjoy the great hospitality that the driver Jack showed. They have a service there that picks you up and takes you to the airport, mall and other places and that alone was worth it.

인피니티 수영장에서의 바다조망이 훌륭했고, 조식식당 근처 시설물에 거미줄이 있어서 놀랬음. 몇년전 방문때(쉐라톤호텔시절)보다 직원수도 줄어든 것 같고, 활기차던 모습과는 조금 다르게 느껴짐. 해피아워 라운지 바 이용쿠폰으로 간식과 음료를 마실 수 있어서 아주 좋았음.

처음 배정된 낡은 방은 냄새가 너무 심했어요 다행이 다른 방으로 교체해 주셨고 남은 여행기간 내내 잘 지냈어요 하나하나 리모델링 해야 할거 같아요

Excellent Resort

We stayed in the bayview corner suite, but we prefer the oceanview corner suites. Rooms are bigger! It does need some renovation. But enjoyed our private swimming on our balconies

Most Comfortable Bed

The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. I had a front desk staff helpe with my bags to the room upon arrival which was super nice. They offered the best breakfast service I have ever seen in a hotel. The guest happy hour at the point was a treat to attend every evening. Watching the sunsets at the infinity pool lounge was breathtaking. The maid service came daily to place fresh linen on our bed and refresh our towels and water. Our room was well furnished, clean, and very new looking. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. There were some bugs mostly nats and mosquitoes though which is expected in a tropical location.The hotel did a very good job dealing with both in my opinion. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel room had a couple areas that weren’t cleaned up well prior. Quite a few chip crumbs on the side of the bed. Were not informed that the club lounge on the 10th floor was closed. It’s actually on the first floor now but didn’t realize that until the end of the stay. The club lounge on the 10th floor needs a sign to indicate that since the people at check in didn’t mention where to go

A moldy room not fixed from a storm from year ago

Comfortable and clean

The staff were so friendly and attentive-we received one complimentary bottle of wine our first evening and vouchers for breakfast and happy hour for every other day of our stay. We loved our private balcony with hot tub! I got totally pampered in the spa one afternoon while hubby relaxed by the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing shows a hotel that appears to be located on the beach. I booked a room with an ocean view thinking that I would be able to look down at the beach. Well, the hotel is not located on a beach. Instead the beach is about 10 minutes away.

We booked a room with a private hot tub on the balcony. It was wonderful! The staff were so helpful and attentive! We were sent a complimentary bottle of wine our first night and vouchers for breakfast and happy hour every day. When we had an issue with our hot tub jets, someone from maintenance came and fixed it right away. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

Good

I am very upset regarding my departure. I booked transport for 5am but because another hotel guest was late for their scheduled transport they drove them instead of waiting until I was to go. I was 35 minutes late to the airport. I had to rush knowing I just had surgery and I had a reservation. Besides this awful service, I had a great check in experience and pick up driver.

Quiet and peaceful place with amazing view. Loved friendly staff, especially Korean-speaking front-desk staff and 10th floor lounge staff. Will definitely come back!

I paid full price for my hot tub not working and they couldn't give me discounts because i made onlin reservations very disappointed room still had still had party favors in the room and balloons

The hotel is okay. Should have been upgraded some when new owners took over. The surroundings is dirty and unapealing. Staffing is minimum. No bell boy or anyone out front when you drive up. Very boring atmosphere at entrance. We enjoyed the buffet and bake shop. Could be 5 stars if upgraded.

I decided to book a staycation overnight because of its facilities. I am a local and prefer to book weekend getaways at places that aren’t too busy/packed and open to the public. The facilities looked updated and modern on websites so I decided to give it a try and it was a complete scam. My instinct was right, the food, rooms, service, and facilities are less and mediocre. Save your money for a hotel by the beach in tumon. I am a platinum member on expedia and this is my first review ever.

Love that every room has an ocean view. The hotel is away from the crowded tourist areas which makes it feel more exclusive and private. Love the bidet in the bathroom. The gorgeous views are breathtaking. I especially enjoyed the decks by the pool area that overlook the ocean and are literally steps away from the water.

All staff were amazing! We absolutely felt the warm and welcoming Hafa Adai spirit during our stay. It is an older hotel however there are renovated rooms I would suggest to book. The bakery offers fresh baked goods and coffee. There are several restaurants on the property but only had lunch at La Cascada. It was fine for what it was but Guam offers amazing food selections all around the island. The views of the ocean from our balcony were breathtaking and will be returning again in the future.

Disappointed Overall

Everything was closed most of the day. The restaurants food quality was very poor. Not a place if you want to stay and relax. My room was very good, and clean, but other than that I was not impressed with this hotel in any facet.

Quick one night stay. Hotel is older, but perfectly fine.

The house keeper stole my belongings. The hallway to the rooms stink. The outside surrounding is not clean and presentable. I will never stay there again.

Hotel was a bit run down. I didn’t feel relaxed. The shower kept expelling water onto the floor inside bathrooms out to hallway. I requested for additional towels to wipe it down and was told by front desk, per manager… I was only allowed the 2 in my room.

One of the best reasonably priced hotels in Guam.

Even well known brand hotels in Guam tend to be a bit run down. This hotel is no exception. However, the service was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Visiting on business it was handy to have a desk in the room but it needed a light and a desk chair.

The front desk accepted a reservation of dinner in a restaurant in the hotel but it was closed.. unbelievable. Family pool was under renovation and fountains in front of the restaurant was also empty of water. Price was reasonable considering the conditions though.

we had breakfast at the buffet la cascata and we noticed there is so much flies flying around the food that was being served. The buffet areas are pretty dirty like the trash from the coffee cream, sugar condiments are next to the coffee maker. The toaster looks absolutely dirty and disgusting like its not being cleaned after. The appliances are outdated and its very hot inside. I would rate my experience a 2/10. Not worth the $35 fee charge for free bfast.

Bad experience

Found out show head links water from connector and bathtub is draining very slow... notified front desk.. show head havve replaced, however bathtub still draining slow. .. then 2nd day discovered tiny anns crawling and during night its crawling on my body... I havve not reported until check out due over working at work site and too tired to move or deal with... front desk person informs I should report it.. like it was my fault that I haven't been reported...

Cockroach on the siding door kind of ruined the vibe of the experience. The fridge took a while to get cold. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and I enjoyed myself, but this last trip was pretty disappointing.

There's a better place

Choose somewhere else. This hotel smells like mildew and there is mold on everything. The beds got to be at least 20 years old. It's obvious from the stains all over the floor that the rooms are not properly cleaned. The pillow has blood marks on them. I would have left if I planned to stay longer than one night.

Stayed the RIHGA property in Guam and it was beautiful. The location was nice and the view is great. But unfortunately we experienced something that should not have happened. The tub in our room had a massive leak. As in the carpet and the floor inside the bedroom was also wet from all the water that was running out of the tub. We requested towels and the towels didn’t get to the room at all. Request was made repeatedly and the phone in the room was not plugged in and had nowhere to be plugged in. Also, we requested for the manager to come speak with us and they didn’t even bother to show up. The front desk was nice and as I mentioned the location, the view was nice, but this experience is not pleasant at all. They didn’t even offer a different room so we can finish taking our showers. If the management and the hotel itself could be rated it would be a 1 star.

It's very nice Hotel, supper nice view, beautiful swimming pool. Good breakfast, nice view from restaurant. However, the beach at the hotel is not good for swimming, but it will be excellent for taking photos

Property has a lot of potential. Lack of upkeep makes it look like an almost deserted feel to it. Breakfast buffet area had fruit flies all over items making it uncomfortable and unable to eat. Overall great location but definitely needs an upkeep

Picturesque view

We had a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a large balcony Jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. The rooms were clean and updated although the living room was a little crammed with furniture but still picturesque!

Warm hospitality

As always, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was always helpful and hospitable. The suite was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We will definitely return again. Thank you.

Overall, it was decent. However, I had a hard time using the shower in the bathroom because of the inflexible showerhead hook and the showerhead. The water coming out from the showerhead was flowing horizontally and there was no way I could fix that. The water temperature changed constantly from hot to cold.

Great staff

Breakfast was great. Room wifi was not stable, every time I moved few yards, it got disconnected and I had to get it reconnected.

Room was dirty daily-never vacuumed. Housekeeping didn’t come; had to ask almost each day. When they came they didn’t provide a bath mat, coffee or body wash-had to keep asking for it. The toilet was heated & the view was fantastic though. There’s some animal or bird every night that is so loud it distracts from hearing the ocean peacefully.

We stayed here for 8 nights and everything was the best. The hotel was very quiet and all the staffs excellent. The breakfast was great and the lounge service was so good. really want to meet them again.

Get lost in comfort and love

It was the perfect romantic staycation getaway. The room was perfect for relaxing and refreshing. The view was beautiful. Looking at the stars while chilling in a hot tub was a fantastic experience.

The bathrobes in the closet smelled musty and damp, the hot tub outside was not cleaned so we couldnt use it. There was a dead cockroach in our room when we woke up in the morning. The restaurant felt damp and muggy, had a musty smell and feel.

Hotel didn’t acknowledge my special request of 1 king bed. Rooms trash bins didn’t have trash bags. Requested trash bags from two housekeeping staffs. Totally ignored. Front desk staff was very accommodating Vanessa and this other guy. Sorry I forgot his name.
