An amazing oasis in a busy city, the staff were welcoming and friendly, helping with any questions we had and organising taxis and tours for us. We ate at the Riad on our first night and had a huge tagine, so big we couldn’t finish it. Our rooms were functional, clean and comfortable.

It was a good stay. The place is nice and clean.

We had a perfect stay at Rıad Samsli. It was spotless and the breakfast was more than ample , all home made wıth fresh orange juıce each mornıng. We had breakfast on roof terrace and ın breakfast room. There was shower gels and soaps ın bathroom and one bathrobe. The young lady supervısor was charmıng . There was a young man workıng at nıght, he helped us plan our route. The Rıad gave us a key to let ourselves ın and organısed taxıs to/ from aırport, well worth ıt( 15 euros each way) A great , safe locatıon to sıght see from . 5 mıns from El Jema and 10 from palace. Would hıghly recommend Thank you, Rıad Samsli and your professıonal staff.

Riad Samsli is a lovely, quiet, well run Riad, in the heart of the Medina. It would be hard to imagine you could improve substantively on what is on offer here. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and all are lovely people, and the Riad feels welcoming and safe, a real home from home. I would happily return here and loved every minute of my stay.

The hotel is clean and staff is great. Breakfast was ok, but not many options. Any luggage more than a backpack is hard to transport there as cars can’t get in, roads are not smooth. It’s like a little maze to get to the hotel. There are locals around offering to help carry luggage for $5-$10. Area is good for shopping and dining. It felt safe but I’d choose to stay in a different area next time, more accessible.

Beautiful and well appointed riad

Beautiful riad in amazing location. Rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was attentive and friendly and food was delicious. Highly recommend staying here when you travel to Marrakech!

Beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech. Great breakfast every morning, clean rooms, and beautifully maintained grounds. I would stay here again on a return trip to Marrakech. The only issue I had was with the WiFi - it was a little unreliable at times.

Nice stay

Riad staff where excellent, welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was tasty and filling. Downside - the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The room itself however was small yet clean and well decorated. Overall a good stay however would not book again simply down to the beds.

We had a great stay at the Riad Samsli. They could not do enough to help. They arranged transport to and from the Airport. The breakfast is very good. I would stay again.

Clean

This is a great Riad, easy to find, nearby everything, restaurants, cafes, shops, touristic attractions, and the Riad itself, very clean, quiet, food is good and staff are very welcoming, friendly, caring and respectful. They make you feel like they are hosting you at their house on how caring they are. I love this place, we will definitely go back and highly recommended.

Outstanding

It was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were amazing, they colllected us from the car they arranged to pick us up from the airport (15eur). The service was impeccacle, tea, coffee, breakfast. Super friendly. Clean, beautiful and traditional inside and out. I will recommend to anybody to stay here

Great stay

Thank you everyone for a lovely stay. This hotel is perfect location, that is located just off one of the main streets in a quiet location. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. We definitely stay again if we was in Marrakech.

My stay at Riad Samsli was beyond amazing. From the loveliness of the riad, the cleanliness and decor of the room, the breakfast in the mornings and the friendliness of the staff. It went beyond my expectations. I felt like the riad was my own home. I even had a tour get cancelled last minute due to unforseen weather and i notified the riad staff late last minute - not only did the staff sete up on another organized excursion for early the next morning, they even found another interested guest to join me and share the cost and experience. I also had to lunch meals there and they were the best meals I had from anywhere during my time in Morocco. I would be so happy to return to Marrakech again just to come and stay again at this lovely place. Thank you my Moroccan family!

Was overall fantastic. Some of the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered, who bothered to remember details about us and our stay. If we come back to Marrakech, I will be staying with them. Thank you to the staff they made the stay that much better!

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Good advice about what to do and where to go. Location is great. Just remember you cannot get a taxi to the front door of this property. It's in a narrow alleyway so you'll have to do some walking. Make sure you know the exact location of the Riad. Room was basic, but comfortable and clean. It could do with a little bit of maintenance. The room I was in didn't have air conditioning. Just a fan, that was a bit noisy on the faster settings. The design on Riads is so good that they keep out a lot of the heat though, so it never felt unbearably hot. Breakfast was delicious. Fresh, hot bread every morning. It's disappointing that they charge extra for bottled water. They give you a small bottle for free on the first night, but thereafter you'll be charged. Given the tap water is of dubious quality I think a small bottle of water for at least brushing your teeth would be adequate. I'd definitely stay here again.

They have a wonderfully decorated inside and a wonderful roof top area to hang out on.

Gorgeously decorated, authentic & well positioned Riad. Central location but quiet, with the most stunning roof top terraces. Service & staff friendly & charming. Loved my stay, tried to re booked but sadly full. I’d defo go back & highly recommend a stay here. Loved it.

Perfect stay

Ok place to stay for couple of nights. Centrally located yet quiet. Public outdoor parking nearby available for a fee. Rooms a bit tight and wifi signal at upper floors quite weak. Polite and helpful staff. Quite weak water pressure in showers and half blocked drains. Overall acceptably clean. Ok-ish breakfast.

Great stay!

This was my first Riad and it was a very pleasurable experience. Greeted with some great mint tea, getting situated and settled into the room and Riad was very smooth. It is a an amazing place from the rooftop to the whole inside of the Riad. Very attentive staff that helped when needed, otherwise felt like a private home even with other guests there.

This riad is exceptional. Family run. Great food and service. On the edge of Medina near shops, market, restaurants. Beautiful courtyard. Enormous rooftop terrace. Small pool. Highly recommended

Riad was nice and cosy. Located in the Medina, ~10 min walking distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Staff was friendly (they prepared some breakfast for me to take early in the morning on my last day). Overall, had a nice experience. Would prefer better breakfast options, on the healthy side, and served at earlier hours.

The property is a beautifully renovated riad, a very tranquil environment including some lovely larks (birds) and mature plants that add to the peaceful feel of the riad. The staff are professional and very helpful. The riad is exceptionally clean and the rooms are particularly comfortable , the whole place is a traditional style riad , and i do recommend you stay here if you are looking for this experience...the breakfast is also good , omellete , fresh banana cake , banan smoothy, fresh pomegranate, coffee tea .very happy.

I have the pleasure of visiting 15 hotels every year, but seldom end up reviewing them. Riad Samsli stands out as an exceptional hotel experience. The location, staff, and food are all fantastic. The staff were some of the most helpful and welcoming I have experienced. To top it all off we had a couple incredible dinners. The chef is outstanding!

A lovely Riad in the heart of the Medina. Just a 5 minute walk to Djemma al Fna Square and many of the attractions. A warm welcome awaits. Rooms are clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! Everyone went out of their way to make my stay a good one. Thank you to all.

No complaints whatsoever. This riad represents extremely good value for money and the team were very hospitable (many thanks especially to Adnan and Hamid). The location is very walkable and the interiors/exteriors of the property really have to be seen to be believed!

Relaxing refuge in great location

Wonderful stay in the Marrakech room. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous spread of omelette, yogurts, breads and pancakes. Terrace was a wonderful spot to rest and relax, tv room and gathering spaces throughout. Front door is a little hard to find, but called and they came to find us. Good location, short walk to Jemma Square. I would stay here again

Lovely quiet riad. Its the perfect place to escape the crazy medina. The staff are lovely and Adnan was a great waiter. The location is good too, Very close to Jemaa el- Fna, Badi Palace, Bahia Palace and other shops.

Riad Samsli was awesome. Convieneintly located within walking distance to all the major sights. Most importantly the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.

A great place to stay

I spent 3 nights at the Riad. Hafid was a great host and was very helpful. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. We had dinner at the Riad two of the nights and highly recommend it. The food was fantastic. My friend had a massage too and she loved it and it was good value for money. Overall I think it’s a great option if you want to experience the heart of Marrakech and I would definitely stay again.

This riad was absolutely magnificent. I loved every aspect of it. My room was spacious and elaborately furnished with beautiful artwork, tile work, and intricate design throughout. The pure essence of Morocco took center stage. The staff was impeccable. Housekeeping was cleaning constantly. There was not one flower or pillow out of place. Breakfast service was delicious and served in the garden. Fresh squeezed orange juice with homemade cakes and M’smen were my favorites along with the rich fruit preserves. The location was terrific, on a quiet street in the Medina, but only a few minutes walk to the bustling Jemma el Fna square. I will definitely return to Riad Samsli on my furture returns to Marrakech.

I tralvel alot and this is my first time trying what is called Riad, and it was great experience, i loved everything about it, specially the staff they were the best, extremely friendly, specially Hafeez, Mohammad and Lea who was there on internship and all the other staff, try it and you'll love it as much as i did

Peaceful stay, very friendly staff (but not intrusive). Wonderful breakfasts taken with views over the rooftops of the medina. Beautiful decorations.

Wonderful Marrakech Riad

I have just returned from a ten day stay at Riad Samsli and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The riad is tastefully decorated and has wonderful original art on the walls. The days were hot and sunny and since the evenings were cool the fireplace in one of the living rooms was lit for us to warm up and relax. We had two good meals at the riad that can be ordered in advance . The rooftop terrace is great for sunbathing . Breakfast is served on the terrace as well. The staff are ready to help and make you feel at home. It is also in a good location and quiet.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Il vero plus è la colazione deliziosa servita ogni mattina, il servizio sempre disponibile e la posizione comodissima per visitare la Medina.

Was een uitstekende Riad met geweldig personeel. Alles kon, niets was teveel. Uitstekend ontbijt en super schoon. Elke dag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Goede airco en heerlijke centrale ligging.

Le riad Samsli a dépassé nos attentes en terme de beauté et d'élégance. Chaque partie commune de ce riad est meublée et décorée avec un goût exquis Le personnel est charmant et attentionné. Le dîner est exceptionnellement bon et copieux. Le petit déjeuner 'maison' est excellent et varié. Bref un riad à recommander absolument.

It is definitely nice place. We checked in almost midnight due to our flight was delayed, though they welcomed us with glasses of mint tea! Place is quiet, breakfast is amazing, most of all, all stuff is so kind and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

Très joli Riad situé au cœur de la Médina. Un endroit calme et cosy pourtant à moins d’une minute à pied des rues commerçantes. Petite chambre mais très bien décorée et surtout très propre. Petit déjeuner gourmand et copieux! Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant du début à la fin. Merci à Adnan et Sofiane (et les autres 😉) pour leur gentillesse ! Excellent séjour!

La ubicación es muy buena, la tranquilidad y las terrazas Desayuno completo. Personal amable y buen trato. Destacar en este aspecto, que tuvimos un desafortunado inconveniente pero que tanto el responsable como el chico que trabaja allí, perdón porque no recuerdo su nombre, un gran trabajador y mejor persona hicieron todo lo posible para solucionarlo. Incluso añadir que este mismo chico nos acompañó a las 5:30 horas al punto de recogida de nuestros traslado al aeropuerto. Al final, es lo que se tiene que valorar de los sitios.

I’d like to recommend Riad Samsli Hotel Marrakesh because we had such an amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite, especially we were so lucky to meet Sofyian, such a wonderful person, as soon as we checked in the hotel, he gave us every assistance we needed. Beginn Reise durch Marrocco

Ich war das erste Mal in Marrakesh und hab mich gegen ein Hotel und für ein Riad entschieden. Die Lage in der Medina ist fantastisch man erreicht alles ohne Umwege. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, hab gleich einen Tee bekommen. Es gibt zwei Innenhöfe, einen mit Pool. Die Dachterasse ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist einfach aber sehr gemütlich mit großem Bad. Es gibt keine AC aber der Ventilstor reicht. Ich hatte nur ein leichtes Frühstück mit allem was es braucht. Würde immer wieder kommen.

Personal muy amable El edificio es una belleza (las habitaciones también): patio, fuente, terraza...y una pequeña piscina, todo de estilo tradicional. Muy buen desayuno.

世界遺産の数カ所に歩いて行けるほど立地が良い。施設はエアコンの効きがよくなかったけど、シーリングファンで十分だった。朝食はボリュームがあり満足。スタッフも皆さん笑顔で親切でした。

Struttura in posizione ottimale per la visita di tutta la città

Personnel disponible et a l'écoute. Bon accueil avec du thé et de très bons biscuits. Petit déjeuner copieux et tres bon. Hôtel très bien placé, proche des souks. Dommage dans notre chambre il n'y avait pas de wifi ainsi que dans certains endroits de l'hôtel. Le savon pourrait être renouvelé quand il est vide. Piscine non chauffée donc elle était froide (en mai).

Riad et personnel exceptionnels

le Riad est très beau aussi bien à l’intérieur, qu’à l’extérieur avec plein de recoins pour se reposer et se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Et en prime, le personnel est charmant, bienveillant et attentionné. Et en plus le petit déjeuner est excellent. Nous sommes restés un soir manger au Riad et le couscous et les brochettes étaient également très bons.
