Absolutely amazing Hotel, beautiful and like stepping into the set of a movie. Our view of the pool from our room, was such a wonderful surprise upon check in. Yusuf at the front desk was so helpful showing us around and always had a smile and a polite word to say. He Truly made us feel at home. The restaurant had a delicious and very extensive breakfast as well and the dinner was so exquisite, I’m happy we chose to eat there every night. You also definitely can’t miss the Hammam experience at the spa, you will leave feeling like a new person! Hahar, Aliza and Hamsa took such great care of me and made the experience very delightful. I loved it so much I went again the next day. I highly recommend you visit the spa! Overall, excellent hotel and I would definitely visit again.

I travel a lot and this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. Would come back tomorrow if I could! Spa lovely and restaurant great too.

The staff and the location.

Five Authentic Moroccan home turned into a lovely hotel,it maintained the charm with modern amenities. The staff very friendly. It is a bit of a walk from the gate/ door of the old city, which is through a bustling market.

An oasis in Marrakech

Stayed 4 nights for a conference nearby. Despite being so close to the centre of things it was perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. Excellent staff and service

Really good hotel and great staff. The only issue was that it's was really loud and difficult to sleep. I think this was due to our room placement (on the corridor/stairs to the restaurant and bar). It was loud at night and in the morning when setting up for breakfast. It's a shame about the noiseas I would have came back the next time I'm in Marrakech as everything else was great.

Hidden gem in the Medina

A beautiful place to retreat to after hot and busy days getting lost and haggling for local treasures in the Souks. The terraces and multiple lounge areas throughout the property make this a luxurious place to rest.

Great location in/at the edge of the Medina. Staff very helpful, arranged transport and guide for us. If you have not been here before, suggest you arrange transport from the airport BEFORE arrival, and call for the hotel porter when you get to the Medina gate to confirm what they look like (cabs can't enter, it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel, and depending on your flight and baggage you may not want to lug it yourself). Google maps worked flawlessly for our visit, lots to see within 20 minutes on foot. 8 minute walk to the center square, there are many great restaurants in the area. Good food at the hotel, lovely fruit and croissants for breakfast. Will absolutely stay here again for any future visit.

It is located far from center and you have to navigate thru streets to find the place. Any way good experience and would recommend the place.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. Such a gem of a riad

Nice hotel

Riad Dar Justo is a great hotel to stay in. Great service, very clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The only tip I can offer is to contact the hotel before your arrival so someone can receive you from the car. Cars cannot go close to the hotel. It is about 900 feet away from the limit that cars can go.

Great location!

Lovely lovely property in a great location

This riad is tucked away amidst the hustle and bustle of the city just steps from the markets and many other points of interest. The property is stunning and wonderfully maintained and the rooms are extremely clean (amazing cleaning staff)! I would definitely stay again for the amenities and beauty of the property!

We stayed here with the family in Aug 22 and what a delight - an oasis of clam in the hustle and bustle of marrakesh. would have no issue with recommending this to anyone. not too far from all the major sites which are easily walkable to

The building is traditional and relaxing. The staff have been so polite and helpful. Ideal location in medina but no noise or hassle. Try the spa as well. Very happy with our choice.

An outstanding hotel in the heart of the old Medina of Marrakech. It is a Riad (a traditional building around an open central courtyard) with restaurant, bar and roof terrace. Rooms are of a very high quality. Breakfast was superb. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you are seeking a beautiful traditional hotel in the heart of Marrkech. You won't be disappointed!

Appreciate we were the only residents but there was very little effort put in by the staff. Breakfast was average and we had to go to the kitchen to ask for service! Good service on arrival from one member of staff. He went out of his way to help find parking and get our bags through the medina to the riad.

We had a fantastic stay albeit cut short by the current Covid crisis. This is a beautiful Riad right on the edge of the Medina and what makes it even more special is the staff. They are always happy to help and this was highlighted when it looked like we could possibly be finding ourselves stranded awaiting a rescue flight and the management offered us our room free of charge until we were repatriated. I would highly recommend this hotel and would once again like to thank the management and staff for their kindness during a difficult time.

Amazing riad

I stayed at this riad in September 2019 and had the best stay. The room was beautiful, service impeccable, and location very central in the medina. For the price - this was an amazing deal!

Great stay in the very hart of the Medina

Great stay. The hotel is a beautiful Arab house located in the very hart of the Medina. everything is restored and modern but keeps to the Arab style which gives you an authentic feeling. All the staff did a great job and were very helpful with everything we needed. I would like to single out Ismail from the rooftop restaurant who did an amazing job helping us with our meals and serving us drinks with a top quality service attitude. We would very much want to return in the future,=. Definitely Recommended!

Disappointing experience

The experience if staying in a riad was actually very nice and this one has beautiful patios and structure, however our room was a box with almost no ventilation and a lot of moist that you can even smell permanently. Also, the terraces do not have the charm and beauty what I have experienced before in many other riads. Finally, although most of the staff was nice and friendly, the people at the front desk are not too professional, sometimes address your requests in a very rude way, and the way they offer you fees for services (trasfers, excursions...) feels very fishy, like nothing was established, they were cheating and you had to bargain like in the shops of the medina... Sadly, I have to say that Dar Justo would be a much more pleasant place if they would take care of these details, but as it is now I think it is not worth the price. I’d rather go somewhere else next time.

Beautiful oasis in the medina

We happened upon this riad by luck. We had booked accommodations at Dar Habiba based on beautiful photos and what appeared to be a lovely locale. Upon arriving, we quickly realized we were in a backpacker-esque low budget hotel. Unacceptable, we frantically got online to look for something else. My friend remembered she had been there the year before because she had used the spa services associated with the hotel. Thankfully they had one room left and they sent a porter to retrieve us and transport our bags. We felt like we had arrived at an oasis. We headed up to the rooftop terrace for dinner, where we received the most courteous and attentive service from Hicham. We stayed there for 5 hours. The riad has numerous lounges and nooks where you can escape and enjoy relaxation.I would describe the decor as simple elegance. We felt so fortunate to have found this lovely riad, especially because they closed the day we checked out for two weeks of renovations. As beautiful as it was, I couldn't see the need for them, but it shows the high standards that they have. I highly recommend this riad.

They gave us a room on the ground floor right in-front of the pool. We heard every person walking through the courtyard from our room, from non-guests coming in to take photos inside the pool area, to ppl coming in and out late night. I was there late April so it was not hot, but the room felt very humid and wet.... the towels would not dry. Also, when we wanted to turn no the A/C it was nonexistent.

A stunning and serene Riad in a great location

Fantastic stay, beautiful pool and Riad. Location was fab, right in the middle of the souks and about a ten minute walk from the main square. Check in was a bit later that said but that was quickly forgotten one we made it up to the beautiful rooftop garden.

Hidden gem

Down the narrow winding alleyways of the Medina you'll find a great hotel. We enjoyed the courtyards, rooftop seats and bar and friendly staff. We would stay here again.

A lovely oasis in Marrakech.

Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast on a sunlit partly covered rooftop. Beautiful internal courtyards. Quiet and very comfortable.

Overall really good, everything except the bed head

Riad Dar Justo is a wonderful, calm oasis amidst the bustle of the medina. The rooms are all unique and gorgeous in their own ways but what really makes this property unique is the fantastic staff, specifically Neza, who really goes out of her way personally to make certain that each guest's needs are met and that their stay is a memorable one.

Great hotel in the middle of Medina

The hotel and staff were great! Very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say is that this hotel is in the middle of a Medina and a bit hard to find especially at night. My friend and I had difficulty finding it and had to ask locals for help (asking for help is not free- FYI). The front desk and restaurant staff made our stay very lovely. The rooms are cool during the hot summer days and the pool is refreshing.

Pretty hotel but no hospitality.

The room and hotel were nice looking however the AC was not working in our room. They told us they fixed it but when we got back from dinner we realized it was still not working. It was really hot in there so we asked for another room and they told us no. We opened the windows to get some air flow but they opened to the lobby which was bright and loud. Again the next day we asked someone else on the way out about the AC and when we got back from our tour it still was not fixed. We pulled the thermostat off the wall and realized all it needed was batteries. I guess the "technician" couldn't figure that out. After talking to 4 people they finally got it working for us and then proceeded to blame us for being hot because we had the windows open. With the exception of one women, the staff in the hotel and restaurant were really not helpful or attentive. They acted as if they were doing us a favor.

Great stay in a perfect, authentic location!

Seamless transfer from the airport to the hotel, with very friendly driver and guide who carried our baggage to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations of where to visit and go to dinner. They also set up a camel ride and transfer and day at the spa next door

The could improve

The hotel was nice overall, but is always a b&b with a 4 star hotel price, daily cleaning of the room doesn't seem to happen

This a lovely place to stay. Well decorated and beautifully thought out. The staff are so attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

lovely place with a spa

Very lovely place to stay at the chaotic Marrakech. Call them if you cannot find the hotel, it is very much hidden away - don't attempt to ask the local, just call the hotel. They sent someone to fetch us. The place has a spa with it, and the hammas with black soap is a must have. Make sure you book one on arrival.

Le Riad est accessible uniquement à pied donc même avec transport il faudra chercher à pied le Riad ce qui cause des désagréments dès l’arrivé. Les lieux sont très propres, magnifique décore, le restaurant est fabuleux et pas spécialement excessif. Les services du spa sont très agréable. GROS bémol sur le service en chambre, les affaires personnelles sont constamment déplacés (trousse de toilette, linge…), nous avons eu des disparitions d’affaires (argent, parfum, batterie externe), la direction n’assume aucune responsabilité dans ces pertes….

Établissement tenu par une dame sans compétences professionnelles véritables. Son personnel à ses ordres …Nuitée trop cher pour le bruit et les petits déjeuners misérables, concernant le rapport qualité prix.

Lo dificil, encontrarlo. No está señalizado como uno se esperaría. pero es parte del juego. Una vez encontrado...no se encontrarles defectos. Esta muy bien. Huele bien. Una oasis de paz.

Καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο δωμάτιο,προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό. Όσο για τις παροχές του ξενοδοχείου θα ήταν η μικρότερη απαίτηση να υπήρχε ένα μικρό ψυγείο, για να πίνουμε μες το καλοκαίρι ένα ποτήρι κρύο νερό. Ο βραστήρας για ένα καφέ θα ήταν πολυτέλεια. Ένα μικρό σαπουνάκι και ένα μικρό αφρόλουτρο για δύο άτομα, για τέσσερις ημέρες, ήταν αρκετά σύμφωνα με την πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου. Κρίμα γιατί αδικούν το ξενοδοχείο με αυτή την μιζέρια και οι τιμή του δεν είναι και από τις φθηνές. Ευχαριστώ. Νίκος.

Établissement très joli et bien placé, personnel très serviable et très aimable. Côté pratique: ils vous passent un portable durant votre séjour pour pouvoir appeler dans Marrakech et utiliser Google maps.

Superbe séjour Trois nuits et un service au top ! Très propre, les employés sont très accueillants et souriants ! Beaucoup de conseils et pas de soucis d’être en plein cœur de la médina. Le petit déjeuner est copieux
