You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: CAD 150 per stay
A damage deposit of CAD 200 will be collected before check-in.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

Special Instructions

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. A mandatory damage deposit is collected at check-in. If the deposit is paid by credit card, the deposit is fully refundable via credit card within 2 business days after check-out, upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment. If the deposit is paid in cash, the deposit is refundable via bank transfer within 10 business days after check-out, upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
