The property was clean and spacious , the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are various dining options on site and others nearby to accommodate everyone’s taste. There are two pool areas , one family friendly and one adult only right next to each other but separated by a partition , each pleasantly spacious.

The hotel itself is nice, aside from the water pressure in the shower. The food at the 24/7 restaurant is a disaster though. It's worth it if you just want to relax, get away, and go to the spa. You'll just need to leave for food.

Enjoyed my stay it was my first but not the last

The stay was great but the room needs help. The rug has multiple stains and the walls were dirty.

I did not like they not have valet parking

Weekend getaway

Check in was a nightmare...my stay was the busiest week and the hotel did not have a room available for us originally but later accommodated..what i didnt like is that the front desk said "all reservations isnt guaranteed" despite making reservations. My room smelled horrible after we finally getting into it. Otherwise my stay was enjoyable...gambled lost money my kids had fun. Drinks was good and expensive.

Five stars all around

It was probably my 7 times staying there and as usual it didn’t disappoint. Will highly recommend

shower tile had mold in grout and corners. Carpet was riddled with stains. Took pictures and showed check in person and they moved me to a suite that was just as bad.

Had a fun experience

I enjoyed how close the dining and entertainment was to each other. Minimal travel. The happy hour was great at Dos Gatos. I also appreciated being upgraded to a bigger room but hotel staff was just not attentive what so ever. Called room service & front desk 10 times and got no answer. What if it was a medical emergency? Cant even get a refill on the complimentary water bottles. Overall, it was a nice stay for one time. Will not be returning.

We stayed 2 days here and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, the resort was clean and very nice. The room were amazing and very spacious. Me and my husband enjoyed the view from the 17th floor, it was breathtaking. We would go again.

Staff is wonderful. Limited restaurants

The room that I stayed in was dirty. In the bathroom there was hair was all over the bathroom and the wall near the toilet appeared to have fecal matter. I told the front desk about the condition of the room and was told thank you for letting us know.

Everything was great only issue I had was at the 24/7 diner the waitress for breakfast was not very attentive and did not deserve the gritiity of 30 plus dollars that they automatically add to an already expensive bill Other wise the room was amazing the hotel staff was amazing the accommodations where amazing can’t wait to rebook for three weeks

Hotel/Casino in Catskill NY with a view

Lisette at front desk, Darius the bellman and Tamica from housekeeping were all very helpful and supportive to make our stay very good. This was the third two night stay for my wife and I in just over two months We plan to visit again in December or January, maybe both We had the same room on the 18th floor corner each time It gave us time to unwind and enjoy the casino We take a leisurely 4 hour drive from Bucks county PA and are happy we found this property

The steakhouse was not open on Tuesday. The other food options were poor. We had to drive offsite about 20 minutes away to eat at a good restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hotel room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the casino was quaint but fun! We ate at the 24/7 diner and the food was really good! Overall we had an excellent experience and will be back in January! :)

The room felt stale and musky…. Like the room wasn’t used for a while…I’ve been here numerous times with no complaints which is disappointing.

Overall, it was very nice place and had a good time.

First time there and didn't know what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything you need under one roof. Clean, beautiful and convenient.

Resorts world offered many electronic gaming options which I enjoy. The room was big and clean with a nice view (16th floor ) and food options were perfect. A quick ride from Rockland county.

We booked two rooms in the casino tower and when we arrived they said they moved us to the cheaper tower. They refused to discount the rooms. I really don’t understand how you can be downgraded when you paid for a specific room type.

Had an amazing time. Will be back to explore more of this giant resort. So glad and proud this is in NY state.

Nice place to stay. Convenient. The only negative was that the bathroom had humidity drip marks, hand prints on the wall above the toilet and what appeared to be blood splattered on the wall in the bathroom near the make up area/mirror…. Other than that, it was a very nice room.

Nice for weekend getaway

I enjoyed my stay at Resorts World Catskills. The staff was friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my time in the casino.

The property is gorgeous the rooms were large and the bathroom modern. The only complaint was the help were unfriendly. Not rude just vapid.

Great, but not much dining choices or convenience foods

Stayed in the RW Catskill Casino hotel, king bed room w/ a sectional sofa and large 2 sink bathroom. Room seemed brand new. Nice casino and several places to eat. Only downside was the restaurants were weird, a few counter service and a couple expensive. Could use a nice sports bar or theme. Bar 360 had a live band with a large bar and only 1 bartender on a Friday night. 4 out of 5 may be back.

We love Resorts World but the house keeping staff needs to do better. We had food crumbs and a drink ring on the night stand from a previous guest.

EASY CHECKIN

there was a man and women arguing dropping big items they had the radio going most of the time very loud we left at 12;17 am we were very sleepy i am looking to be reimbursed for this night we did not have a

I believe they gave me the worst room because I used Expedia. She said they were booked yet the parking lot was more than half empty. We asked for extra water and creamer and it never came.

I have stayed there a few times before and it was always clean and convenient but this time i had a bad experience i went there with my infant 🚼 and room was not clean properly, the toilet was not clean and every time it flush there is a loud noise from the tank, the bedding seems like it hasn't changed there was other people hair found on the pillows and bedding i was very disappointed this time

Stay was OK except when we checked in the front desk asked if we would like house keeping as we were staying two nights. We said yes and the set the room to be cleaned at 11am the next day, after contacting the front desk in person five times the rome was cleaned at 5pm. Why did the front desk ask if we wanted house keeping and set a time if they had no intention of honoring it and why would it take five time to bring this to the attention of the front desk?

I really enjoyed this stay it was great. However, there were certain hairs on the shower floor. There was also candy wrappers under the couch along with a singular fruit gummy that we picked up so we would not be charged for that. Service and check in was really great though! Staff is nice! On the floor, there was a dealer who wasn't the friendliest. She was trying to smack hands away after saying no more bets placed. A simple “No more bets please” would have sufficed it wasn’t very considerate how she would smack other peoples hands. Overall, check-in staff and front lobby people were very nice and helpful! The pool and hot tub was AMAZING! Beautiful scenery inside and mostly quiet, either way it’s very relaxing! It was a great first stay at a hotel I like to look at the positive things versus bad and there were way more positive things to focus on which is great! Will be back soon, thank you!!

At the front desk when check out they asked to pay more taxes. I paid taxes already. They said expedia did not know about this taxes. So upset.

I had forgotten I had paid in advance. When I arrived I presented my ID & a credit card as payment for the room. The card was in my wife’s name as mine on the same account was misplaced. I was denied a room as my wife was not present, her being in a nursing home with dementia and no way to send permission and her ID as the clerk requested. As a result even though the room was paid for I was denied a room or a refund. Walter Hennessy

Perfect quick getaway

The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The bathroom suite alone was as big as a room normally. The t.v. was in an awkward place. As far as the gambling, not so user friendly. The drink service was horrible, and I did not notice any winners being paid!

Good place to stay when visiting Sullivan County.

A microwave somewhere in the hotel would have been nice. A room with things not broekn would have been nicein

My favorite get away hotel it’s just fantastic

The only thing that was nice about our stay was the area of NY there was nothing to do in the casino except gamble. No shops and only 4 restaurant 2 of which were Chinese, one diner and a steak house. Definitely need more variety. Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun in CT blow this resort away, hands down.
