The hotel is very nice and clean. Most of the staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice, but the hot food is not hot, the sausages, bacon, vegetables are all cold. We stay there 7 nights with 2 rooms. There was no shower gel in one of the room, they keep forgot it, I got my shower gel on the third day. On 02 January, the reception who work there around 8am, charge me extra 50 euros for the city tax. I told her the city tax does not apply to the children. She asked me how old are your children? Everyone knows children means under 18! If I did not say it I will lose 50 Euros. And the receptionist did not apologies, no sorry, just correct the amount for the city tax. And in the end she did not say Goodbye or safe journey…..

Not there long enough to do any exploring

Our late arrival was not a problem and the hotel staff was excellent when checking in. Parking was initially difficult, we had to drive circles around the hotel to find a spot where to park the car while checking in. After check-in, we parked the car in the garage beneath the hotel, without any problems with the room keycard. The bed and room were spacious and the small kitchen was superb. We had an excellent night's rest. Breakfast had enough options and was very good for us. This will be our go-to hotel when visiting France.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy taxi ride from and to airport. Room was clean and roomy. Only needed to provide adapters for charging phones for other internationally plugs. Also to be able to connect our own shows/movies from our iPad would have been nice because all local television was in French.

I liked that they had an airport shuttle, and the property was close to public transit.

Highly recommend. Immaculate, sound proof, comfortable bed, ecological, delicious food and great location near airport and close to railway station to Toulouse historic Place du Capitole. Staff was extremely attentive, especially William went out of his way several times to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely return!

There was no shuttle to the airport and this was not made clear on the website when I booked. Also, the restaurant wasn’t open and that wasn’t posted on the website when I booked either.

Included breakfast worth the detour.

The rooms are big and super clean. It feels new and modern. Everything was as expected. The included breakfast is worth a stay in this hotel on its own. First, there are so many options, and they all are quality ones. But the WOW factor was that they have divine homemade/handmade options. The extraordinary lady in charge of the breakfast cooks some of the items on the menu with her recipe, and not only does it make the place feel like home, but they are refreshing from the rigid standardized Marriott option.

Arrived late due to flight delay and beginning of Ukraine war. Front desk was awake and attentive. Offered some ideas upgraded us as I am titanium elite with Marriott

The security gate for car parking was broken 60% of the time. Particularly difficult to drive into the car park with very acute turns requiring many reversing techniques due to the extreme size of the concrete pillars. Parking bays were tight. Poor visibility on direction to the exits. Poor awareness that lift from car park was broken and hotel indicated it has been for some time. Impossible to carry large luggage up a few flights of stairs. Internet was down from Sunday morning until Wednesday, making business work extremely challenging. Staff were wonderful and loved their jobs.

The hotel is good for the purpose You get what you pat for

Very modern hotel which is only a year old. The room and its amenities were great - being able to chromecast from your device to the TV is the way forward in hotels. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Always come back here when working in Toulouse. Had one small problem with my room on one occasion and the issue was sorted out immediately. Could not ask for better. Ideal if stYing for long periods, with a well equipped,?self contained kitchen and local supermarket about 100 meters away.

Great place, close to the airport but didn't hear any noise. Little pool in a sun trap outdoor eating area, very clean place, great rooms and superb service. Highly recommended

Me alojé con un bebé, pregunté si el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto, podría hacerse, v es decir si tenían sillita para bebés, no me supieron contestar, porque no estaba el gerente en fin de semana. La cuna del bebé, un poco escaso el colchón, un adulto no dormiría en esas condiciones. Y una de las ventanas de la habitación no cerraba correctamente, por lo que no había climatización y tampoco había personal de mantenimiento, por ser fin de semana. Por lo demás bien.

Agencement du studio très bien pensé, décoration agréable, équipements bien pourvus : réfrigérateur, télévision, micro-ondes, vaisselle et couverts, rien ne manque. Juste 3 petits bémols qui ont fait baisser la note globale : - pas de peignoir ni de chaussons comme indiqué dans la description du studio - couette horriblement chaude, insupportable - pression de la douche très insuffisante

Un court séjour toulousain

2 eme fois que nous séjournons au mariott et toujours séduits par l accueil, le confort, la propreté ainsi que l agréable petit déjeuner. Juste un peu déçus cette fois ci par le buffet du week-end, moins copieux que la semaine. Ca ne nous découragera pas de revenir!

Très bel hôtel neuf. Bien situé dans un quartier neuf également et quelques restos autour. Manque un peu d'insonorisation vis à vis du bruit extérieur. Mais aussi non c'était parfait.

Parfait pour visiter aeroscopia et Airbus

Un séjour d'une nuit pour visiter Airbus et le musée Aéroscopia (500 Mètres) Très bon accueil et un service irréprochable le balisage COVID parfait et une superbe piscine. Je recommande cet établissement en dehors de Toulouse et c'est plutôt un avantage.

Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement neuf, chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort, stationnement relativement facile dans ce "éco-quartier" récent (mixte de logement/ zone activité bureau); points restauration à proximité proposant en été des apéro-concerts appréciables personnel de la résidence accueillant , aimable et prévenant excellent rapport prix/qualité bonne connexion wifi, super literie (lit king size) et équipements parfaits (bureau/chaises/coin kitchenette)
