Very nice, pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice area as well.

The stay was good. However, the bathroom in our suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We think the person above or below us may have been smoking in their bathroom. We need to keep fan in bathroom to get rid of odor. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was good, staff was very courteous.

2nd Time

Was there fpr a cosmetic procedure, the accommodations they provided was outstanding. Extra pillows, towels ect. The house keepers were extremely helpful as well. This is my second trip for these reaso and had the option to stay at another hotel that partners with the cosmetic facility, but for all of my past stays with this particular hotel, could not surpass my experiences, especially being so far from home to heal prior to travel.

Awful Highway Noise

The highway noise was awful. Be sure to ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. Beyond that issue it would have been a wonderful stay.

The room was very spacious, the courtyard and pool was beautiful

The first night there they had no water in the morning for hours. The hallway smelled like sulfur. Someone opened the room door while we were sleeping. I had it latched. I would not leave any valuables in the room.

Cold and dark

The heater did not work. The bulbs were missing from the lamps. No one from engineering onsite. Front desk was nice though.

I enjoy staying here when I'm in San Antonio. Perfect for my family and my dog.

My honest thoughts

Staff: To me, it looked cool that they were all dressed in black. However, they weren't hospitable. They weren't rude either. It was just very obvious that this was a job, just a job. Location: It felt very safe. However, it is literally, right next to the highway, and I could hear it all day and night. Fortunately, I'm not a light sleeper. Maybe other rooms aren't like this. My window faced the highway. Cleanliness: It was clean enough. However, it was obviously done without much care. I did like the floor was entirely tiled. The property is spread out, and the common areas are well kept and look good. There's an area for the dogs that is not fenced and is covered with astroturf. There's a weird smoky smell in the elevator that I always used.

We loved this! We stayed just my boyfriend and I. But, it would be a great place to bring kids to! Spacious, kitchenette was fabulous, the common space was great!

Excellent for setting up shop for work trips and a home base. Super close to the airport and the friendliest staff. The suite was perfect for a solo traveller for work. Would stay again!

A lovely stay but we were a bit stuck without a car. Not many dining options around. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy but I will definately stay again if I find myself in San Antonio in the future.

I did not like the fact that there are no maps illustrating where you are in the facility or where you can go to the lobby. I also didn’t like the fact that there are no usb ports or c ports anywhere for the amount of money per night.

We had 12:30am a staff member knocking at our door, something about a complaint for a couch. They had the wrong room number. Breakfast options on a daily basis were good, we were there for four days. The gym was nice and fully equipped. The only issue was that there were children constantly running down the hall and yelling. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay at.

We needed to find a nice place that was pet friendly as we were looking for some AC after hurricane Beryl and a place close to a quinceanera we attended. Excellent place!

Renovated nice place to stay

It could have been a cleaner in the bathroom and there was a spider in my bed. Breakfast was good and customer service was good as well.

Clean location, easy access to the airport… extremely loud with no insulation in windows. Staff put me in front room and I asked to be moved and they accommodated without question but put moved me to back room away from traffic noise. However I listened to the access door to the building slam close repeatedly during the day and night. Airline noise is loud too but that’s too be expected with location.

The hotel was nice but when we walked into our room, there was roach crawling across the kitchenette counter.

The only issue was the breakfast dining room. Too small and not enough tables and chair for big families.

The room itself was not bad but definitely dated. However, the bed was terrible, charge for parking each day, and breakfast ends at 9 AM, so forget about sleeping in. I'd probably not stay here again.

Staff were friendly, accommodations were clean and staff responded very quickly when we had an issue with the TV and the shower curtain (that needed to be replaced).

Cleanliness was ok but it was very loud at night. We had multiple knocks all throughout the night. Also, in one of the drawers the packaging from a “personal massager” was left behind. Luckily I found it before my young daughter did. Probably would not stay again.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in San Antonio. Cesar at the front desk was super nice and Maria at the kitchen was nice too. Pros: Breakfast was good and free. Use of washer and dryer was free. Parking fee $10, which is reasonable compared to California. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Cons: Iron does not heat up well and for some reason, the TV keeps turning off. I would definitely return if I’m in San Antonio.

Very convenient location, great staff, I was there for the eclipse barbecue and it was delightful. Everyone there was pleasant to interact with and very courteous. I would stay there again.

Would definitely stay again. So handy to the airport. Easy to get an Uner to/from downtown.

Flight was delayed. Never made it to the hotel

I was okay and good but basing from others properties I’ve been this months of February and March , Marriott is kind of pricey and the thing is why I need to pay for my parking , whereas it’s not even near the tourist area😖

No EV station and $10 parking fee!

This hotel is nice except for the parking situation. $10 per night. Also there is no EV charging station as depicted in the amenities.

Rooms are so clean

I was on the first floor, and between the hours of 10:00pm and early morning people coming and going with a some noise. If was on a business trip i would've complained but i was their on a friend's and family stay.

Had an excellent stay. Service was great, room was very nice, breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend.

The AC was out all day/night despite telling management multiple times. The room stayed at 80 degrees. They brought me fans to compensate. Worst hotel stay.

NICE ROOM BUT VERY NOISY!!!

WAS TOLD BY THE CLERK THE FASTEST WAY TO OUR ROOM WHICH WAS PARKING IN BACK AND WALKING THE LENGTH OF THE HOTEL TO ROOM 302. FOR TWOMRETIRED HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUALS THIS WAS A HIKE. MAYBE EMPLOYEES SHOULD LEARN THE LAYOUT OF THEIR HOTEL. DON'T GO BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT WAS TOO FAR.

No daily room cleaning. Also we were given a handicap room.

I was surprisingly impressed how amazing all of the staff was. They treated us with the utmost respect and customer services. I expressed to my husband that we need to stick to hotels by Residence in by Marriott hoping all hotels have this spectacular, high-quality of customer service. Maria in the breakfast cafe was extremely kind too. She absolutely went above and beyond to truly prove how their hotel sets apart from others. Thank You for making our stay seamless and taking care of us so well while we visited from out of state.

Wonderful kind staff

Property is close to where I was visiting.

Unfortunately Expedia advertised this property with car charging capability but it turns out it was not so. Stop making misleading advertisement Expedia. Also the cleaning personnel never showed up. The bed was uncomfortable also.

The front desk and housekeeper were both very considerate and helpful.

Maria was extra sweet at breakfast during our stay! She made us feel like we were at home and offered outstanding hospitality! Two bedroom suite was roomy and perfect for the whole family. The courtyard area was amazing and entertaining. We had a family lunch here and enjoying the outdoor seating. Used the outdoor gas grill to cook. Parking charge $10 per night.

Quick and easy check in. Great room. Can walk to several places to eat. Uber was able to pick us up at the front entrance.

Great Property if You're Hard of Hearing

This clean and friendly place with a good full hot breakfast was the loudest place I've booked in 50 years of travel. Highway noise was at times deafening. Adjacent room noise was typical for dorm room level activities. Book here if you cannot find a location further away from the street noise.

The reason I downgraded the overall to only 3 stars was due to not having internet for the first 3 days I was there, and it finally came through the last day.

The staff were so friendly and the hotel wad so clean. The outdoor entetainment space was amazing. I loved it!

Stayed with my daughters for two nights. Was like a studio and had all the amenities needed for the kids. Would definitely stay again here.

San Antonio Stop Over

Only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant night. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was great. Decent breakfast as Hotel breakfasts go.

Facility and staff were good.

Reserved a 2 bedroom suite. The 2 bedroom suite was full of womens hairs on the beds and pillows. When we brought it to the attention of the management team they simply gave us new extra sheets and 1 pillow. We wanted to request a discount or another room and they stated we had to reach out to the third part who we reserved the hotel with (Expedia).

Impressed. Receptionist was friendly, check in was easy and fast. Hotel was very clean, Suite was just as the pictures showed. Price was worth it.

Our stay was great as always. This is a favorite for us in San Antonio.

Tv did not work

Our TV did not work for our stay. Staff came to take a look but no issue resolved

Having just watched the moving truck roll out of our driveway and still six days until closing on our property, the Inn was a welcome respite. It has space to stretch in the suite, welcomed our kitty cat and we were able to cook our own meals. A little home away from home at a very reasonable rate. We will look for them again.

Breakfast was excellent and the lady in the kitchen would assist my son with making his waffles she was very sweet, attentive and made sure we were happy and enjoyed our meal.

Better communication about having to pay to park. Doubled charged and then over charged the amount to begin with.

There is a Chester’s Hamburgers next door. Easy walk and a good burger. Older property but parking was ok.

Property is very close to a busy interstate and the airport therefore the noise was pretty loud.

Lovely room, comfortable and clean with everything you need. Outside activities nice, plenty of seating. If your a light sleeper you may hear some highway noise and airplanes, surprisingly I did not hear sirens. I felt very safe due to the property having locked entrance.
