This place was super clean, nice comfy rooms and beds, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast was perfect. Only downside is shuttle is not available after 10:45pm. I would stay here again.

Great property

The place is quiet safe with good parking. Some more variety in with the breakfast and seating. A safe should be placed in the room as well.

They gave us an early check in and a late check out. The staff was great with helping us with most things we needed. The property is in excellent condition. It’s extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and has lots of options that change every day.

Great hotel...crazy number of children

Hotel was wonderful, but we happened to hit it on a very busy weekend with more loud, boisterous children than we could possibly count.

Great hotel and super friendly staff

Hotel has had an extensive refurb and it really showed. Modern, clean, with really good sized rooms. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only negative is the advertised airport shuttle. On day I was leaving a lady had ‘ordered’ the shuttle before me. She had so much luggage that the seats in the minivan had to be put down to fit all her cases. Meant the driver could only take her as a solo passenger. Given the timings I then had to take an Uber to the airport. Maybe hotel management should think of limiting luggage people can load onto the shuttle

I booked here for my daughter and I for a swim competition nearby. We booked a suite and it was perfect for the weekend. We had space for a very reasonable rate and breakfast was included. They also flexed to get breakfast a bit earlier so the kids could eat and get to the pool in time which was appreciated. My daughter also liked the hotel pool and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Modern property with excellent amenities. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern decor.

It was a nice hotel, with a awesome pool. But they did not have a tub in the room, which is advertised on the website. When you need a bath and its not available, it’s extremely frustrating when you need it and not have it. Breakfast was horrible. They dont have much and its doesn't taste good at all. Wish they would find yummier options.

Relatively new hotel, with lots of usb connections for devices. Hotel not far from Square One and other locations, highly recommend.

The hotel is well managed. The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen in the room has a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a dishwasher, together with basic bowls, plates and utensils. So if you want to cook instead of eating out, you have the choice. There is a swimming pool, a small gymnasium, and a laundry room within the building. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hitel

The only issue i have is they removed the folding stool where we placed your luggage, so you don’t have to put it in top of the bed. When you travel it gets dirty especially on the sides where you have the wheels. Other than that good experience. Thanks!

Ventilation system very noisy

We booked a studio suite room #210. The place is big and very clean. However the room provided was next some sort of maintenance room which was very noisy. I think it was the pressure pump which was going on and off very few minutes. It was very difficult to sleep. The breakfast was okay

Despite being very close to airport, the room was very quiet day and night. The breakfast was well above my expectation.

Breakin in car

One the very first day of checkin, someone broke into our car in the hotel parking lot. Unfortunately hotel don’t have any cameras in parking lot. And when asked they said are not responsible for the things happen in parking lot.

The bed had springs poking through, The chairs in the room had rips and had torn vinyl

I found my suite to meet my expectations. I only didn’t like that the hot pool and shower at the swimming pool weren’t functional.

The breakfast hours ended before 10am, and there didn't seem to be enough food.

This is one of the worst hotels i have stayed in. It is run down and everything from the furnishings to rooms have to be redone. There was a strong odor from the bathroom always, dustbins were not provided even in the toilets.

Spacious and quiet suite. Kitchen a little old but hotel soon to be renovated and price reduced so all fine.

The on-line pictures of the 2-bedroom suites showed an accessible shower, but on check-in we were informed that there is only one 2-bedroom suite with an accessible shower and that we should have asked for this at time of booking.

Stayed here on several occasions and never disappointed with our experience. This has become our go to stay anytime we are in the GTA. Rooms are excellent, quality breakfast provided, easy parking, easy check in and all the staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Hallways had distinct odours.

We are frequent travelers. Traveling a lot often makes you overly critical because you have so many comparisons to rate your stay. This property is the benchmark having stayed here before. The staff, the rooms, the location, the parking and the complimentary breakfast are the best. The staff is quick to address any of your needs. The hotel offers excellent value for the cost. Looking forward to our stay next month.

Great overnight stay

Great room for our stay. We arrived at 2 am from a late international flight and being very tired we were disappointed that we had to find bedding and make up the sofa bed ourselves - the room was to accommodate 4 - and other than that inconvenience the stay was great. The lady supervising the breakfast room was terrific, friendly, cheerful and attentive. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice of nutritious food -- freshly cooked !!!! The overnight stay (although not many hours) was great and would be especially great for a longer stay because of the suite with kitchen.

No hot water and no reimbursement for anything.

Comfy Stay

Was a very first time very awesome experience at the hotel and atmosphere was really good.

This is a hotel that houses immigrants obviously waiting to get settled. That's all fine, but it should be noted on websites as they take over the breakfast room and the kids are running all over the common spaces. You can tell they live there because they are in the breakfast room the entire time and treat it as their home. Groups of men are hanging together in front of the coffee, waffle maker and food in general just chatting. The place is a dump because they will not be putting money into it now until it's back to just a hotel. It was extremely disappointing to pay $517 for two nights ..it was outrageous for what we got. For that kind of money, we should have gotten a room refresh after the first night. The front desk staff is not even close to being welcoming. It's more that we were a nuisance. The only staff we would rave about is the manager of the breakfast room. We wanted to take her home with us.

The lodging experiece was pleasant overall but I had two incidents that made me uncomfortable : a last minute switch to Courtyard and I had to argue to get a setup comparable to my original reservation, then in the morning I woke up to discover that the catalytic converter was stolen from my car in the parking of Residence Inn/Courtyard, the reaction was less than normal, as if it is an ordinary thing, there are no cameras, no one tried to assume at least a moral responsibility, I believe this is harmful to the Marriott brand, for me when I park in the Marriott parking, the property insures the minimum security to its residents specially when I understand that this type of robbery is common the area.

This property is ok to stay for a week. The housekeeping staffs are good but the housekeeping scheduling is poorly planned.

Really really nice

2 nights outside Toronto

The property is located somewhat in the middle of nowhere, but if you don't mind walking (or a short drive), within minutes of a good selection of shopping and dining. The pool was small but nice and clean, exercise room decent sized and had what you need and was clean. If you like walking, there is a GREAT path not far away, Etobicoke Creek Trail. My room was huge and well appointed, full kitchen. I don't think I paid for that, so it must have been an upgrade. My only complaint was the breakfast. It was meh. Sure, it had a waffle maker, and scrambled eggs and sausage both days, but the eggs were flavorless, they needed some cheese to mix in, and the room seemed cramped. The coffee was good, but I wish they had it flowing all day. Getting to downtown Toronto by car was a nightmare. Not the hotel's fault, of course, but a Serious drawback, since that is where I was generally going. That said, I would stay here again.

Their breakfast choice was very limited need to add some halal option as well

This hotel suited all of the needs for my family and I during this stay. It was spacious and clean and the instructions given by the staff was accurate; even concerning the cleaning information.

Not what we booked

We booked a king bed but got a queen. Not worth the hassle to switch

Very disappointing: $30 for roll-away per night and could not get blankets for it. Hot-tub was not working, blanket for pull-down sofa was old and holy (I would have thrown it away 5 years ago). I registered for 4 people and only had 2 towels. Didn't even have paper and pen in room. Very expensive hotel rooms and poor quality.

Staff at the front were very pleasant. My room was a complete disappointment. Coffee maker had a broken lid, outlet covers were not secured to the outlets, sliding glass mirror in bedroom closest was broken near the bottom and was left exposed free for a potential accident to happen. Bathroom walls and door had dirty and finger prints. All the kitchen cupboard handles were grimy and sticky. And my family got stuck in the elevator for 1 hour and 5 mins on the Saturday night. Very displeased with the entire stay.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, I loved the way it was set up. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean.

Spacious enough for us, a family of four. It was great that we were able to check in early.

The room was clean. The kitchenette/bathroom cabinets could use a serious update. Tea kettle should be in kitchenette, not just a coffee machine. Pool only opens at 0700 so difficult to get swim in before work.

They upgraded our room to a one bedroom queen for free! It was a a good and clean room.

Fair pruced

I like the free parking and the full kitchen. I did not like that there were so many things that didn't work (coffee maker was broken.. then replaced with another one that was working but had a broken handle, bread toaster was broken and replaced with another one that was also not working.. one electrical outlet in the kitchen was not working. Reception told us to use another one on the other side of the kitchen. Window wouldn't stay open, fire alam had low battery - it was beeping the next morning. But they replaced the battery as soon as I reported it). I hope they ensure that appliances are working, before the guests arrive. Staff was very nice.

I was in a room with a full kitchen, sink/stove top/microwave/full fridge and dishwasher. It was basically a bachelor apartment. Very clean, was able to focus on work and no one bothered during my time.
