Nice facilities, full kitchens, nice fitness area

The hotel itself is very nice with friendly, helpful staff, located in a great area if you're attending an event at NRG Stadium. It's within walking distance of the stadium with many restaurants and shops also walkable. Getting in and out of the parking lot with a car can be a hassle if there's a lot of traffic and the area can be noisy. The gas station across the street is also frequented by many interesting characters but they cause no trouble. I had no issues with my stay here and I would consider another stay here if I ever return to Houston.

They gave my Studio King Room City view room away that I booked weeks in advance. They put me in a cheap room with 2 beds for the same price I. They Gave excuse of they are busy. No discount no apology and didn’t answer my email with this concern. They don’t care.

This property was top class. Quiet , safe The staff was nice. The rooms are very clean , large and beautiful.

The property was very conveniently located near Houston Medical. It was very clean and spacious with a friendly and inviting staff. Parking was not free and wish they would consider changing this!! But garage was nice and safe.

It was a very decent stay, very decent location. Breakfast was horrible only bc i prefer fresh, healthy, Staff was pleasant. Room was very decent. I would NOT stay there again though. It is conveniently located i must add with groceries store, amenities near by

Very convenient location if you're going to any of the medical facilities in the area, the hotel even provides shuttle transportation. The staff was incredibly helpful, and really did their best to make it feel like a home away from home. While not excessive, the amenities were more than adequate, and the free breakfast was a nice addition. It's buffet style, but there's a reasonable number of options. There's a supermarket right around the corner, and the hotel will even shop for your groceries if you provide a list. Only slight downside was the daily fee to park a car in the on premises garage. While convenient, it seemed like parking should have been included. We'd definitely plan to stay again if in the area.

We stayed in the 15th floor. The room had a terrible smell probably due to old carpeting. There was plenty of space for my three kids, however, it's not a hotel I will be staying at again.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious with a full kitchen, living area, and bedroom. We would for sure stay here again! Also it was within easy walking distance to NRG stadium and places to eat.

The property was in a good location to walk to the NRG Stadium and back. There were several people walking with us and a lot of venders along the way, so it didn’t feel unsafe. The room was a good size. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

Got charged a smoking fee. I never smoke in rooms for that reason. Called to ask but the only response i got was there's nothing they can do about it.

Disappointing stay

This hotel was worn out and the bed was extremely hard. I have been disappointed in Residence Inn's over the past few months.

Very convenient location for traveling to and from the convention center. Nice kitchens allowed for convenience of a longer stay. Very clean.

It was a great location. Only downside was the room we were in had a very loud AC unit. Every time it kicked on it was loud.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Expedia is a horrendous site to use.I will NEVER use their site again!

We went to Houston for health purposes, this hotel's location is strategical, very close to Medical Center and accesible to other places.The front desk clerks were friendly and helped with all our needs! It was our second time staying in it and highly recommend it!

The staff, in particular the breakfast crew are fantastic! So friendly and helpful. I loved our room.. very clean and spacious and modern. The shower was awesome the water on the tin drain sounded like. “Calm app” . A short overnight but I would definitely come here again. A bit sketchy feeling outside the hotel but parking is locked and hotel is well staffed so I was not concerned once on the property

It was great service from beginning to the end

Room itself was beautiful and well appointed. Bathroom extremely functional. My only complaint which is a big one is that there was a glob of hair in two of the bath towels. Yuck!

Staff was friendly. Answered any questions I had. Made sure I got a room with walk in shower. All of that and not one employee had that attitude that you get from todays younger generation. Will stay here for now on when we come to MD Anderson , which is about 2 miles away. Breakfast was great as well. Very pleased with our entire experience.

Nice clean hotel rooms daily breakfast was okay

We stayed at this property for the Beyoncé concert and this was by far the best hotel to stay at if you want to be very close to the NRG stadium. We were able to walk to and from the concert with ease. The area surrounding the property is a little unsafe but the property itself is clean, well kept and the service and staff were amazing. They serve a full breakfast which is included in your price as well. The room was huge and included everything you would need including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and soap conditioner and shampoo. I would definitely choose this location again if I ever need to get to the NRG stadium quickly.

Chantel was the best, this hotel is always nice and clean.

Very clean and looks updated. Bedroom is spacious, quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast was great. My kid enjoyed the indoor pool.

This Hotel is why my family and I are now switching from Hilton to Marriott. Everything from the suite to customer service was excellent. The only I didn't like was the location of the shower handle. We are now a MARRIOTT HOTEL member. This HOTEL in Houston made it so. I have spoken to family members all ready to go here whenever they visit Houston! Customer satisfaction 10/10!!!

Great place! Friendly staff, we arrived after a very long day of travel and the front desk gave the kids popcorn which definitely made their night. Well stocked commissary and very clean rooms.

Really good stay and comfortable room. I would’ve given a perfect score but the foldout bed had crumbs on the mattress. Aside from that, stay was perfect.

This Inn is clean and is in a perfect location. Food chains are nearby, within walkable distance from the stadium, and have a fridge and dishwasher within the room, and a laundry room across from the pool and gym. Lastly, free breakfast in the morning.

It was excellent all around

Too expensive

Room was a decent studio size. Bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been wiped clean. There were crumbs in the counter top of the kitchen area. Doors for the rooms make lots of noise when shut, so definitely woke up many times throughout the night at the shutting of doors. Check in was pretty easy, & keep in mind they do not offer free parking ($9 a day), & they do not have security monitoring the parking garage so not sure what the fee is for. There are many people walking around the hotel. Smells like a dentist office, I think it’s a hotel where patients and family members of nearby hospitals stay at, so it’ll be a good hotel to book for those reasons.

Enjoyed the stay and the hotel

It's a nice and convenient place to stay. The room is big and very nice, beds are comfortable. Breakfast are very nice, it has the most adequate breakfast choices for the a few places we stayed during this extended trip in different cities. Parking is extra $9 per day.

This is a really great hotel with nice, clean, comfortable and very functional rooms (incl. a small kitchen). We very much enjoyed the stay. The included breakfast was great with a wide variety of food etc., but we would have loved that the dishes would have been more eco-friendly (ceramic instead of Styrofoam, real silverware instead of plastic).

Elevators Not Working.

Everything was good except that the elevator was not working for 2 of the evenings there. I had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. It was terrible. My baby went too and I had to also carry him while taking my luggage up. I hope they fix them.

The dinner at the hotel resturant was good. The rooms were very clean. The elevators had lots of problems and would not work sometimes. Had to walk up to the 7th floor. Not too bad for us, but there were guests who just couldn't handle it. Need to make sure the elevators are working at all times

My son and I traveled to Houston to watch the Manchester City game at NRG stadium and this hotel stood out to me based on its reviews, which were so true. From the moment we walked in, the lobby was clean and open. We checked in at the front desk and were given our room cards and were extremely pleased with our room. It was spacious and clean and the AC felt so nice after traveling. We enjoyed the short time we were in the city and appreciated that the hotel was only a few blocks away from the stadium. The breakfast was great, they had a spread from scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, waffles, fresh fruit and much more. It was a little disappointing that the hotel restaurant didn’t offer lunch, but they did serve dinner from 4 pm to 9 pm and stayed open later on game night. The hotel advertises that they have a complimentary shuttle that takes guests to the nearby medical centers and/or stadium, however, on game day we are were informed that because of the traffic, we could get dropped off near the stadium, which was fine. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this hotel and would definitely stay again!

I stayed at three hotels this trip and this was everyone's favorite. The suite was top of the line. The shower was beautiful. All 5 of us were comfortable and safe. The parking garage on site was convenient. This is a must stay for any of my future Houston trips.

I told the lady at the front desk that I will pay cash for my stay well she charged my card anyway I stayed there before that has never happened I feel some kind of way the bill was over 400 dollars i hope it was not because I am african american

Loved this hotel and was very impressed!! The staff was wonderful and helpful. Parking was very convenient as they had their own parking garage. It was only $9 a day compared to other hotels at $30 a day. The room and hotel was very clean. The location was central to everywhere we needed to go. They also offered a shuttle to the medical center. I would absolutely stay here again.

It is a very comfortable hotel, very nice, the rooms are very well furnished and clean. The gym is very complete and has a pool. All clean. The hotel staff is friendly and discreet. I definitely plan to return.

Fabulous rooms and breakfast for families

This was one of the best hotels our family has stayed. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot items and clean seating. Rooms were HUGE! My kids loved it. Very close to NRG center and there’s a free shuttle. I want to come back soon!

I like the property because it was close to my son apartment. It was very clean and the employees were friendly,
