Loved the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful view from breakfast / lobby area. I was pleasantly surprised there was a kitchenette, desk area, extra seating, and dressing area. The location works well for us. We travel to Austin several times a year and this will be our new go-to hotel.

Super friendly staff and VERY CLEAN hotel!

I was so impressed with the friendly, attentive, and professional staff. They acknowledge and greet you every time you walk in or out of the building. The hotel and our room was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The room was modern, bright, and very spacious with a full kitchen. I really felt like I would be comfortable staying there for a much longer trip if I ever needed to. I plan on this being the hotel I stay at every time I come to visit my family in Austin. Thank you!

The breakfast selections were not as good as in years past. My family and I have stayed here the last 3 years and the quality of the breakfast has gone downhill since last year.

Visiting Austin

The staff was very friendly whether it was saying “good morning” or welcoming us back. The morning breakfasts were very nice. The washer/dryer was very helpful when on a nine day trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, room was quiet, but the standout experience here was the front desk staff. Grace was extremely accommodating to myself and my guests, her friendly attitude and professional demeanor sets the standard for what hotel staff should be.

Nice rooms, there was a smoke spell when we checked in at night but it was gone in the morning . Billing issues were resolved by friendly staff

Nice extended stay hotel in a good location. The room was mostly fine, except for a few issues like a slightly wobbly toilet, noisy people upstairs, and a very bad smell at 4 a.m. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, though, and the pool and gym area were great!

Hotel was beautiful and clean, staff was sweet and welcoming, and the free breakfast every morning was great.

The pool was a highlight! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our wedding. The staff was helpful, breakfast was good, and rooms were spacious. They let us practice rather-daughter dance and first dance in the conference room. Great stay. Not walkable but very safe and close to the hill country and Barton springs

Absolutely lovely interior - very spacious. Great pool area and breakfast is hearty. Close to Whole Foods and Costco so if you ever fancy making your own food - you can just pop by them 8 mins away

The property is clean and the staff was extra friendly. The room was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. There are no amenities within walking distance. The location is kind of secluded off a service road.

Very nice hotel, rooms layouts are great with all necessities and in excellent condition, very clean and cozy. Location is convenient for shopping and get to other areas. We are very happy with our stay in this hotel.

Sleepless night

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist who told us she had a “nice quiet room” for us (which I had specifically requested) That room was anything but quiet! Loud outside air conditioner units going on in the middle of the night. Hardly slept that night.

Outstanding Service

Our stay was fantastic. The staff treated us with welcoming hellos or welcome back. We were in town for a wedding and the staff acknowledged us as we left and wished us a good time and upon return inquired on how things went. Great service. From check in to check out.

I booked this hotel for a quick last minute trip and it was easy to book and everything was very nice, relaxing and clean. Beds were really comfortable, clean sheets. They also had nice free breakfast. My family and I will be coming back.

Nice quiet stay

There was a lot of road construction taking place in front of the hotel which made it difficult to access. This is of course no fault of the hotel.

Everything was great, except the jacuzzi was not hot. Barely warm. And I even asked the front desk before heading out to it.

Great stay overall

Pretty good stat overall aside from two small things. The living room TV was broken and didn’t function over than showing static. And the towels weren’t all clean and there was dirt (could’ve been something else) on the desk. Was a comfortable stay overall and would book again.

place is like it looks on the pictures. clean, modern (build in 2017). staff is friendly and efficient. highway access makes it easy to get around; took between 10-19 minutes to most place in Austin from the hotel.

I got there two hours early and they told me my room was ready.. howeve they were going to charge me $50 to check in

Our stay was great. It was what I expected. We needed space for a five day stay as we can do an overnight at a smaller place. This was perfect. Just the right size and having a kitchen made all the difference. The service was excellent. And the space was very clean.

The property seems pretty new, high ceiling room and super clean at the most. I requested early check-in the night before and front desk was very helpful. As a hotel manager in other property I'd say front desk needs more training to deal with 3rd party reservations. The laundry machines need maintenance and cleaning.

Everything okay

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn nearby. I come to Austin once a month to see my Grandaughter. For the last 3 years. I came this last weekend for the birth of my Grandson, I came up early to be ready, not knowing the birth time. It was approx 10:30am. The manger said a room was ready but she had to charge me $50 for early entry. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. It's not the $50, I could buy the Hotel. It's not the money, I explained my circumstances and she didn't care and was quite rude telling me to go to the Hampton if I didn't like the $50 charge. I am a 42 year CRE professional who helps Marriott and others find sites. This was not professional. Good Employees are hard to find now but this was not going to get you more customers because I will now put out on LinkedIn and other social media how you should avoid this hotel.

Immaculate and Appreciated!

Coming from the airport fresh off a full day of traveling we didn't want to make the 1.5 hour drive home at 12:30 am, so we chose Residence Inn. As soon as we walked in the door I knew this was a good choice. Modern and inviting, clean and thoughtfully appointed, the entire complex was very much appreciated by these two weary travelers. We were very impressed with the layout and appointments in our room. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very thoughtful floor plan and had a ton of room! The bed was absolutely wonderful with clean and crisp linens and comfy pillows. While we didn't need the kitchen, aside from the coffee pot, it was well appointed and even included a 2 burner electric stove top! We are extremely happy to have made Residence Inn our recent travel stop and greatly enjoyed our brief stay there.

The property was very clean and spacious.

Loved the saltwater pool with the infinity edge. My only complaint is the slight mildew at the bottom corner of the shower. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel is updated and clean

The facility is clean and new. The coffee maker still have an old filter in. Some towels are not clean. It took a while to check in because of credit card issue which never happened at other hotels.

Families, just stay here

This place is so comfortable, clean and inviting! Good hot breakfast that is well stocked regularly, welcoming and friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with a very convenient kitchenette. We stayed here because of it's close proximity to our family. I will be staying here again!

Staff professionalism and always in good spirit to assist customers. They made us feel enjoyable staying there. We love the pool and the barbeque area. The room was spacious and clean. The area around the hotel was safe. The only incident we encountered was a bag full with left over food and utensils from the barbeque was mysteriously disappeared when we left unattended around the pool or lobby area. Overall, we and the kids had a good time at the hotel and we definitely stay again if we happen to be in Austin in the future.

LOVE the room design!

Booked and paid through Expedia and then my card was charged by the hotel itself. Expedia is great but I’m unhappy about the additional $370 charge on my card by the hotel.

We really loved our room and if when we return to Austin again we'll definitely be back there. The only problem was there is a beautiful pool, but it's completely out of the sun. It would have been nice to have been able to lounge in the sun while enjoying the pool.

While the pool was closed for a couple days because we ended up being in Austin only a few weeks after the big ice storm hit it was all worth it because all the amenities were awesome!

Great for Business travelers

It was a great stay. We were there for out of town work and it never get like a hotel, it honestly felt like we were staying in a nice apartment complex. The staff was courteous, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking for our work trucks.

Facility was top notch in all aspects. Staff was friendly and clearly understand the meaning of customer service.
