This student housing and not a motel. The beds are very low quality and there are not TVs in the rooms. This is perfect for the young adults who travel on a budget. We were in Windsor for a concert and this was the last available room in the city. For this reason, we were glad to find sleeping accommodations. Would not book again.

A little in the noise side but is understandable due the nature of the location.

Understanding that this is student dorm accommodation, the students still on campus were very noisy, even in the early hours when guests are trying to sleep. No food available locally, everything is closed outside of Uni time.

The price is right! Large fridge and microwave but you need to bring your own dishes and cutlery etc. Its dorm room with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom, the beds are okay definitely dorm quality not hotel. Suits my needs perfectly

Very clean facility. We’ve stayed at this property 3 times and each time we have been happy. Towels, bedding, full sized fridge and microwave. Ice machine. Front door attendants and security. Will stay again.

Liked the full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Would suggest addition of coffee vending machine in lobby as there is no convenience store or coffee shop within walking distance. No gym or movie room as listed on web

Pros: Front desk staff are very friendly. Parking lot is specious and close to the building. There are two modern cooktops in the public kitchen on the first floor. This is very convenient for people who like to cook by themselves. Cons: A little bit cold over the night in the bedroom (mid May). Turned heater on, but it seemed just blowing cold air to one of the two bed rooms. I should have asked front desk, but was too sleepy.

I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s a clean and a very friendly environment. Great place.

Room has absolutely no amenities. No kettle no coffee maker no dishes. For a “residence” I would expect a few kitchen items. You can tell this is a dorm room masquerading as a hotel room. But no attempt to make it a bit more comfortable. Very loud from the people partying out side to the paper thin walls. You can hear everything. No couch or chairs to sit on. Kitchen has a table an 2 kitchen chairs. Now for this bare bones room i could tolerate it if the price was reasonable but the price was over $300. Will never stay here agin. Has a prison vibe to it.

Always very clean and staff are very polite and helpful. Stores and restaurants are definitely NOT walkable - you need a car.

It was a pleasurable 4 days. Peaceful. The only complaint is they were doing construction on the property right outside my window that started at 7 a.m. Other than that I would highly recommend if you’re ever in Windsor.

How did I not notice this is a DORM

I did not realize this was a dorm when I booked this. I guess I did not look closely. The place felt like a dorm, with old furniture and cheap beds. But the reason our family left this place for another motel is because our rooms ( 2 bedrooms and a small entrance room that had a fridge and microwave, but no sofa or anything ) smelled badly. Originally I thought it was musty. I have a very sensitive nose. It smelled like the smell of the burnt wood you get by sawing a lot. When I finally guessed as we were leaving, he said there was a carpentry shop on the roof and they were doing summer work. If you don't mind a dorm room and you can't smell very well, this might be the place for you. I'm glad we left.

Convenient

This is good basic accommodation. There is a fridge but only a microwave for cooking. There are two separate bedrooms, each with its own desk and TV. It was very walkable for me, with decent shopping and food choices within 3 kilometres, but little within 1 km.

Very clean and spacious. Open green areas with walkways. Staff was helpful. Laundry facilities on site. Tim Hortons and Subway were in the campus, open on weekdays. Another Tim Hortons was only a 4 min drive away. Near to the Windsor Outlet Mall.

Fantastic deal for a clean, quiet place to stay. The kitchenette in the room however was not equipped with any cutlery, dishes or cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. Otherwise the place was wonderful

I would love to go back

Basic 2 bedroom college dorm with small kitchen, clean, reasonable price. Construction all around the campus caused travel nightmare coming back to room late after concert. No food near y.

Overall clean facility and seemed to be family friendly.

There is no "hot plate" in the rooms as led to believe. There is a rather grungy kitchen on the main floor with 2 cheap toasters and 2 ovens that looked disgusting.

Nice college grounds. Fridge was unstable when trying to open and could not adjust the feet. Cable to TV was defective causing "snow" on the picture. Blinds let in too much light.

Good bang for your buck

The bed a full size, but was comfortable enough, very spacious room and the kitchenette area was a bonus.

The property was clean. It was easy to find. The staff was friendly.

Dorm like rooms.

My only complaint was that the fire alarm went off at around 12 pm on the Tuesday Night which woke me up from a sound sleep and I had a hard time getting back to sleep after that. Plus I had a hard time getting the WiFi to work.

The air conditioner did not work there was no hair dryer and it was filthy

Paid $170 for a students dorm. That was over paid Beds are single and dirty. I would never stay there again.... we left the room in the middle of the night because the beds were not comfortable at all.
