Service is top notch. I stayed in two rooms. Shower temp adjustment doesn’t work well. There is a smell in the lobby sometimes that’s not pleasant. Also the street leading to the front always has a sewage smell. Once you pass the spot the smell is gone. Overall it’s a decent hotel.
Good value, nice amenities.
This was a very nice hotel for the price. The beds were very comfortable and came with down pillows. One of the rooms was a corner room with 2 windows. The hotel has a very nice pool and hot tub, but you must wear a swim cap in the pool. Consider ordering your own rather than buying from the hotel as they are pricey but can be ordered via local stores for very cheep. The breakfast buffet is wonderful but quite pricey. We only had it once due to the price. The daily room service crew was top notch. The hotel could use a bar area that is easier for non-Chinese speakers to order from.
Comfortable and clean sheets and bed. Large rooms. Close to subway station and shopping areas. Very polite and helpful stuff.
Service and Quality
Executive floor, facing south is very noisy due to their window was not properly fix with sound proof. Manage to change to west which is better. Couple of times without refilling hair conditional and all tissues. Breakfast is getting worse by days, as they refry the bacons and sausages.
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options and some especially refreshing fresh juices. The views from the room were lovely, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel welcome. The hotel was also very clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d be happy to stay here again!
The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, with the subway in a walkable distance. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, with a few members speaking English, yet all making a genuine effort to provide excellent service. The breakfast menu remains quite the same each day.
Nice and clean
Staff were great. Cleaners, laundry, lobby, taxi management, check in. The room was rather dated with a very complex ighting system. Cleaner challenge for all the surfaces but they did really well.
The hotel is ok, the “suite” is a regular room, the hotel charged for the extra bed, eventhough we indicated that we were 3 adult guest, maybe the lady at the front desk thought that we could sleep together in the king bed. The extra bed was horrible. Most of the staff at the restaurant didn’t speak english, there were not too many foreigners. The Club lounge was ok, but the western food had no variety, cold cuts, cheese, salad, fruits. The chinese food was great though. The buffet breakfast was excellent but the coffee was too strong and bitter for an americano. Great location
Don’t use the facilities. This isn’t Marriott!
Hotel is nice overall, with large rooms and comfy beds. The club lounge is ok, a little tired, and quite basic in offering. What lets the hotel down is the pool area. It’s dirty, obviously nit maintained and at the time of our visit (4:30pm on a Saturday), very untidy, facilities not working and general ‘we don’t care’ attitude by the staff.
5/10
Booked club room but stayed in standard room on Level 9. Hotel looks so outdated! I originally booked Renaissance Wangfujing but erroneously changed to Renaissance Capital! No special amenities in room; WC don’t flush well; shower drainage was slow, etc.
Our 7-night stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff is exceptionally helpful, ensuring a comfortable visit. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food--something we enjoyed every morning. It was also easy to get around as the hotel is conveniently located within a short distance to a subway station and a 35-minute drive to the Beijing Capital Airport. The only disappointment was that the spa was not open during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
The property is located at the very convenient location where you can get access to shopping centers and popular site seeing places like CCTV building and Ding Zun tower.
It’s disappointing that there is cooling in the hotel room. The aircon is centrally controlled and couldn’t be turn off even from the hotel room.
This is the designated hotel that I stay when I travel to Beijing for business and pleasure. Rooms in Club floors are more comfortable than ordinary ones. You can also enjoy of using lounge for afternoon tea, breakfast and happy hour entertainment. Great place to stay.
Had to change rooms twice before eventually giving up and settling with the 3rd room, because of the reek of cigarette smoke in the rooms. Hard to believe they are supposed to be non-smoke rooms. However, the staff was super nice and helpful, not only carried my luggage to the floor after seeing me having trouble with the big backpack but also went back and forth between the rooms and front desk, saving me time and trouble. Greatly appreciated.
Great choice to stay for business travel
The hotel receptionist Fiona is a hero. She helped me to find my China phone left in a taxi. Without her help, my business travel in China would have much trouble. The hotel also provided plenty of choice in breakfast, which I rated the best among other hotels I ever stayed in Beijing.
Room for improvement
I’ve had a few days in the Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel, which gave me some impressions. Some were good some were not that good. Certainly, their staff made the good impression to me, as each one of them will walk the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. However, the hotel isn’t the newest and so you can see that on the interior throughout the hotel. Damaged items with a poor repair and not well-maintained hotel, give a poor impression throughout the entire hotel. I would rate the hotel as a 3.5-star hotel and not a 5-star hotel. The only 5-star experience is the service, some of the staff is providing to their guests. My room (2413) was spacious and clean, but would require some make-over or remodeling. Hotel Internet speed is terrible slow... As I would have club lounge access, the breakfast was due to a local holiday in the main breakfast restaurant / café. At 08:40am all the staff was busy with keeping up with the massive number of guests. But still items were not refilled nor available, as No water or terrible tasteless coffee. Which got relaced by a very attending servant “Sam”, who did his best to make me feel comfortable. In all over the hotel breakfast isn’t recommendable, as already mentioned. Consumed items are not refilled for approx. 45min, the all over picture doesn’t give you a relaxing impression to enjoy your breakfast.
Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel
The hotel is a very good hotel. It’s ten minutes from a metro station, the room has all the comfort and the buffet breakfast is perfect for occidental people because has all kind of food included a various choice of sweet food,I definitely advise this hotel.
Very comfortable and Club Bar excellent. Also Breakfast is excellent. I would recommend highly.
superb service
I have to tell you that this hotel was aesthetically beautiful from top to bottom and the service was amazing. John assisted me with several things relating to mail, train ticket, venue tour tickets, change and directions. I thought he was the manager in the way he engaged with me. The room was so swanky with the automatic blinds and deep soaking tub and bold design fashion. I would definitely do them again as this was one of the best examples of hospitality. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well!
Walking Distance to Soho and good location
Exceed expectations
The service provided by all the hotel staff has been simply outstanding. I'm a frequent traveler and I've been to many nice hotels. But I must say that the staff at Renaissance really impressed me. I believe it's a culture that they always try to exceed the guests expectations and requests. Eg. When I requested for an extra pair of room slippers, I get 3 pairs. When I asked for 1 more bottle of water, I get 2 more When I requested for a car booking to great wall, the concierge booked a car for me, provided us with bottles of water to ensure we have enough water to drink during the long journey and even wechat me to ensure my family of 5 with elderly and kids arrived safely. Special thanks to Chris, Chuck and his team at the concierge who made all these arrangements for us. Simply amazing! Rating of 6* service.
Its old. Everything is old. Facility is old and everything.
Great service and nice location
Very enjoyable stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and satisfied all our needs. Breakfast buffet is nice. Only thing they can do better is they always forget to refill water and other daily necessities for the additional person ( we have 3 person in the room)
This is the hotel where we stay at every time that we visit Beijing. I like the location, lots of restaurants and stores, the staff is attentive, trying to help you however, i've noticed in our last two visits the staff speaks little english. We stay at the club lounge so the rooms are located on floors 22nd to 25th, the lounge is at floor 24th. The first thing that we've noticed is they keep the door closed to access the lounge. The staff must turn the A/C ON!!! especially because the place is crowded during breakfast and dinner!!!! we didn't get the rooms close to the lounge, they were not even available, they sent us first to a room in floor 9 to leave our suitcases and later around 7pm we got the room that turned out to be a suite, it was nice but the room was too hot (we couldn't get cooler temps with the A/C). During breakfast the staff turned on a fan..... not enough for the lounge.
Good location. Nice beds and towels. Quiet. Great breakfast! Staff helpful.
Super nice staff, nice building. Would recommend.
Felt like luxury, beautiful deep bath and soft beds, spacious room. I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast.
The toilet made an awful noise and the breakfast quality has gone down from previous times.
very good and enjoyable stay. cooperative staff
Very good executive lounge and wonderful breakfast.
love the hotel they were very friendly and helpful
Comfortable, hotel in good condition
Hotel was very nice, comfortable and in great condition. The happy hour was great, but the incidental fees are pretty high.
Very nice hotel for a great price. The only change I'd make is to not have glass walls in the bathrooms.
Beautiful hotel and nice room in a good location.
I had a club level room for the free breakfast and access to the lounge, with free food and drinks 12 hours per day. This may have upgraded the room quality as well since the room was large and beautifully decorated; quiet and comfortable in every way. Quibbles are only one usable electric outlet. Also some of the furniture was not well-made and the bathtub drain stopper refused to work the first 20 times. A washcloth does not make a good stopper, so I kept the water on. The lobby and restaurants were as nice as a W hotel. Maybe nicer. The service was good by China standards which means somewhat impersonal but gets the job done. There were no lines or waiting anywhere; in the lobby, restaurants, pool or elevators. English ability in the hotel was adequate for simple things but failed if you had a question. The neighborhood had a lot to offer both the mall across the street and the restaurants and other businesses within a block or two. The subway was walking distance, at the other end of the R&F Center which also had about twenty restaurants of all types. The pool and gym were surprisingly good and the breakfast buffet was excellent as you would expect from a good hotel in Asia but heavily emphasized Chinese food with limited Western food of mediocre quality (baked goods, cheese, etc.). The massages at the spa were over-priced as usual in any hotel but there are two massage parlors within a block that are very reasonable but don’t expect English ability there.
All good
Central location. Clean. Excellent club benefits
Stayed in a club room and the hotel offered daily complimentary evening nibbles and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), which was a nice experience enjoying them over the city view during sunset. Clean and classy hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a central location which makes travelling convenient.
Just super!
This is the second time that we have stayed at a Renaissance property and we again had a terrific experience. The hotel is kept in excellent condition and the staff very attentive. Any concerns that we had were addressed promptly and resolved satisfactorily. We stayed in a "club" room which included free access to the excellent fitness center and the outstanding buffet dinner and amenities in the club lounge. The breakfast buffet included in our booking was marvelous. It included a wide variety of foods (everything very fresh and often made to order) and the service was exceptional. We will most certainly look for another Renaissance hotel the next time we travel.
i booked a deluxe room yet the hotel told me they received the confirmation letter which my room is two single beds. Took me almost one hour to check in, at the end they gave a room mainly for those disable people. Room is smelly and i cough whole night could not fall asleep. It’s terrible experience to me.
Nice stay
Room is excellent. Location is good too w subway nearby.
Excellent
Proper five star
Very good hotel, great service. Large, comfortable rooms and beds
Non smoking facility?
A guy smoking in the hallway right outside the room even though it says non smoking facility. Should make sure the rule is enforced.
Didn't get help for reservation at front desk for online booking to get better room rate.
Exceptional experience
The best service. Great food. Clean comfortable rooms and service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location. Great VIP service. Very nice VIP lounge!!! Loved it. Recommend highly. The managers polite and asked us if we needed anything several times. Very helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough. 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The check in service was very slow and only one person working at the time we checked in. The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Leo, manager of restaurant was fantastic !! My husband has severe seafood allergies and he made the kitchen staff aware and helped him to eat safely. Thanks Leo !! His english was great for tourists !!!
Great hotel at a location close to shopping mall
Lots of great food close by and 5 minutes of walk to subway.
Exceptional comfort and service!
Arrived late in Beijing, tired after a long delayed journey, to be met with limo pickup. I had injured my foot and was on crutches. Immediately on arriving at the hotel a wheelchair appeared and Chris helped me to reception and then to my room. Daniel the manager greeted us and also gave us incredible attention and service. We rested in our very comfortable room and then ventured to The Garden Restaurant where we received impeccable service and food. We were served by Ruth and compliments to the chef for an amazing meal - highlight of our trip. Sweet and sour fish was incredible. We again had a car take us to the airport. We checked out with Daniel. I have to say he runs an amazing team. I can see the elements of great Leadership here evident at every level. We are very glad we chose this hotel.
Nice hotel with excellent gym and breakfast
Always stay in this hotel as it closes to my Office. The gym is always good and breakfast buffet gives you a reason to keep going to the gym. Also very kids friendly. Everything about this hotel is good.
Oasis in Beijing
Excellent Hotel in great Area in Beijing, Never stay in other hotel again, I found the perfect Hotel , great Italian restaurant
The hotel was nice and the Club lounge convenient. The only issue I had was that they would not allow me to order room service to be delivered to the Lounge and told me I would have to go back to my room to order. I had chosen to book the Club level because I wanted a comfortable place to work but it was not very convenient to have to go back to my room to eat and stop what I was doing. I wasn't ordering outside food, it was room service from the hotel and the fact that they couldn't accommodate it and told me to return to my room to order was a little disappointing.
great
Worth it
Very friendly staff and so helpful, the bed are extremely comfy, I will go back one day
Good stay
A very pleasant and friendly staff. Making you feel warm from the moment you step in... Rooms have a good layout and are well maintained. Lighting is adequate but could be slightly brighter. Restaurant options are good and well served.
SPACIOUS ROOM
Every time we go to Beijing we stay at this hotel. We get the room at the club level on the 24th floor because it includes breakfast, tea all day long and cocktails in the evening. There is a meeting room at the club lounge, we made the reservation, free of charge, of this room for 2 days and it was great, our chinese guests were impressed with the hotel and the attention of the staff during our meeting During breakfast there is a noodle station where there's a guy cooking noodle and dumpling soup. We love to have this soup for breakfast, you will also find eggs, salad, fish, cold meats, etc.... in the evening, after having meetings or visiting factories, you have the chance of having wine with some bite size food or salad.
Location not as ideal.
All staff from front door, housekeeping, food services are good. Just the location is not as good. It took us 2 hours to get from airport to hotel due to traffic jam and location.
Wifi is kind of slow otherwise I would give it all 5 stars.
Loved my Stay
This was my first stay at a Renaissance in Asia. I couldn't not have expected a better stay. The only aspect of the stay that could have been better was being able to catch a taxi from the hotel in a more timely fashion. On the day I had to go to the train station for a trip to Shanghai, it took almost 30 minutes for the hotel staff to hail a taxi for me. It was a busy mid-morning day at the hotel and I was not late for my train so everything worked out fine in the end.
Good business hotel
Location was convenient for is. Mall across intersection has good range of restaurants and shops. Hotel has good breakfast bufffet included in our package.
Excellent service and impeccable property
Absolutely fantastic staff who are customer focused. Excellent breakfast and impeccable property.
Nice place
Very nice place but breakfast buffet was too expensive.
Air conditioning did not work and the bathroom smelled.
Staff are awesome and very attentive
Whenever visiting Beijing, I always stay here. The staff, especially a couple of their managers just go out of their way to help, including this week with Alexander S - awesome hotel.
Very good location, close to everything. Free WIFI can access facebook. Great breakfast.
Modern interior
My husband and I was very impressed by the exceptional services provided by Kobe who worked at the concierge desk. He not only negotiated the seats with the ticketing office for the " Kong Fu Legend ", a show that I highly recommended, but he also arranged the transportations without charges. The car was waiting for us right after the show finished.
Great staff and room
First thing I noticed when I walked in the room was the tub. It was amazing , the set up was great. Everything was cleaned and Well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel, great staff. Fantastic breakfast-
Lovely, easy, great start to the day with wonderful breakfast selections. Loved the staff. Extremely helpful and kind. Will stay again in the future.
Great hotel. Convenient location. Excellent breakfast.
not well managed
Staff not well trained. Poor English. Breakfast staff not well trained and area not cleaned well. Smoking was permitted on our floor. Concierge was excellent
Modern, spacious, and great lobby/lounge floors
2 American buddies traveling to Beijing under the 72 hour no visa policy, so we wanted a clean, modern, dependable hotel for our 3 nights. We both travel all over the world, and my friend was surprised that it wasn't $300+ per night when we arrived at our room (I booked the hotel and trip plans, so I knew the value we were getting).
Comfortable and Nice Hotel
We enjoyed our 3-nights stay at Renaissance very much. Definitely one of a highly recommended hotel option to anyone who is travelling to Beijing
Super elegant and comfortable.
I was in Beijing for a 24-hour layover on the way home from mountain-biking/camping in Mongolia. I figured I would treat myself to some real comfort after the physical exertion. I picked the right place. The bed in my room was totally comfortable. I soaked in the tub while enjoying CNN on TV. (I had been out-of-touch in Mongolia.) The bathroom is elegantly appointed with glass walls and blinds that can be let down if privacy is needed. Everything I needed was at hand in the bathroom. The swimming pool, free to guests, is indoors and big enough for a real workout for us lap swimmers. It's just the right temperature. The location is good, one block from the subway, which I used to get from/to the airport for 29 RMB. A large shopping mail is just across the street. The only thing I would improve would be complimentary coffee/tea. There was a hot water pot, but no 3-in-1 or other coffee that I could find in the room, Could have been an oversight by the maid.
Excellent hotel well situated for most things with Metro close by. We had Club Room which we would recommend. Staff were great and really helpful and friendly particularly Summer Guest Relations Manager and Chuck Concierge.
Good location and price
Stay is pleasant
Good rooms, service, location, excellent breakfast
Stayed 6 nights and had nearly no complains. Good room. Good service. Many can manage a bit of English. Excellent breakfast - kept us going for 6 mornings. Expensive in room dining - though many good restaurants nearby. Dull swimming pool and ridiculous policy of wearing swimming caps else not allowed in the pool (they sell caps if u don't have..duh!) - also you need to wear their slippers if u want to enter the pool area... and you can take it off only near the pool! Strange!
Nice hotel close to central business district!
Most professional and most friendly staff! Nice and comfort room! Nice fitness facility! Really convient location and best breakfast ever! Really nice view from room! Besides, You can inform front desk people if you need early check-in or late check-out, it is easy!
Convenient location
We stayed one night. I had previously asked my assistant to call ahead to request a room in a higher floor and facing away from the traffic. We ended up on the 15th floor but facing the traffic. The road outside was always busy full of honking. The Ac was a bit strange. We moved the temp. down to 18 but the temp stayed 24 degrees. It would not budge. The room was warm. Housekeeping did not supply enough toiletries or towels. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. There were many choices- Chinese and western. We would stay here again. The location is excellent!
Nice hotel. Close to subway. Nice restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.
High Quality and Hospitality in Beijing
The hotel was really nice and in convenient location. Rooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. The daily inclusive breakfast was outstanding. Multiple restaurant dining options from casual to more formal. The service at all levels, from front desk reception, concierge and bellman was outstanding. Also, we enjoyed the state of the art health club, pool and spa. Overall, A+ outstanding rating.
Asked for a non smoking room and got a room that smelled like its a smoking room, but they changed it ASAP. The service was excellent! Will stay here again.
Great location close to subway right in the heart of the business district.
Stay elsewhere
At 1:30 am, there was incredibly loud construction going on in the lobby which none of the employees seemed to acknowledge. The shower was lukewarm at its hottest temperature and the sink was clogged. For a 5-star hotel, it was a major disappointment. The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet.
Comfort All Around
An absolutely top-notch hotel. I read the reviews about lack of English-speaking and that does not seem to be a problem AT ALL now. Everyone, from the doormen to the front desk to the concierge spoke very good English. As for the hotel itself, it's a very high quality place. The rooms are fantastic, and arguably the most comfortable bed I've laid on in Asia. This was my fourth trip to Beijing and I'll never stay anywhere else but here. The location is great, right within the CBD. There's a subway station just a block away, and you're only one switch from the airport line. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.
Amazing Hotel
This is a great hotel: good location, impeccable service, modern, wonderful rooms. The hotel is located within a very tall building in the centre of Beijing, next to the busy business area and a big mall. Lots of restaurants around, from Chinese, to Thai, to North Korean (yes there is a North Korean restaurant not too far away). The concierge is at 4th floor of the building, fast, efficient, and very polite. Everything you need will be taken care of. The breakfast is THE BEST I have seen in 10 years of business trip. You have freshly cooked noodle (chef preparing), the same for meats, and for eggs. Fresh fruit bar with smoothies made on the spot from any fruit you want. Fresh pastries. All you ever wanted and a little bit more. After that breakfast I can skip lunch. (the lunch there is more poor than the breakfast! go somewhere else for lunch) The rooms are modern, clean, and very beautiful with large window bringing much needed sunlight and panorama view on the town. Just to give an idea of the details, you have a drawer with all cables to connect your laptop to the TV (HDMI, VGA, etc.) I can only recommend this hotel
Highly recommended!
Excellent hotel, new, good location, great value. I will stay here from now on.
Perfect
Stayed there for a week. 2nd time this year. Nothing bad to say at all.
Modern Renaissance
This hotel is amazing! The service was one of the best we've had in Beijing and the staff moves in a much faster pace unlike a lot of hotels in Beijing. The room is very modern with great color scheme. The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom had great features ... such as mirror in the shower and a separate soaking tub. The hallways were clean and did not have the smoky smell that other hotels have. The 4th floor, where the reception was a great place to lounge and at night it was lit up like a club!
Great hotel
Stay 2 nights on business trip. Great location with mall just beside.
Nice hotel in modern Beijing
This is a very nice and modern hotel in the eastern downtown. It's close (5 min. walking) to the next metro station and has good restaurants and shopping possibilities near the hotel. Don't expect to much from the staff regarding talking to you, as their English is very, but very poor. That really surprises me, as even the concierge has problems to understand you. It's very common that Chinese people don't understand a single word of English.
Spectacular view in downtown Beijing.
Our second time here. Upscale rooms with spectacular view from rooms and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.
English speaking at an unacceptably low level.
I gave it a two out of five because the English spoken by the staff was grossly inadequate and frankly, not acceptable. As American businessmen, we seek out American hotel chains because we need, and expect, English to be spoken in the hotel. Aside from a few basic words welcoming me and pointing me to my room, employees knew no English. That is not acceptable at a hotel the level of DoubleTree. We seek American brands to assist us with our business efforts - knowing about local attractions and safe restaurants to go eat; knowing how much time it takes to get to airports or different parts of the city; being able to ask for bottled water in the hotel restaurant and instead being brought hot steamed water because the waiters/waitresses do not know what "bottled water" is - and in the hotel restaurant!!!! I had this same experience at the Hilton Beijing. I will not be staying in another Hilton hotel if I am not with a Chinese guide due to the fact your staff cannot speak English. Thank you.
Guest room touch up required
Overall good in location, facility, and service. Service however at reception and breakfast were weak. Guest room was a bit aged and touch up became necessary, particularly for wooden floor and curtain. Room cleaning was also questionable, as I found a very visible dust on the centre of the wooden floor.
Nice hotel close to everything!
Excellent location on the third ring, , you can get to the airport (very early of course before the traffic starts) in 30 minutes, during heavy traffic hours the commute is long, very long. There is a shopping mall at walking distance and if you don't feel like eating chinese food There is mc donalds and starbucks. In front of the hotel, there is a coffe shop where you can get decent sandwiches We got a club level room, highly recommended, the breakfast is included and you have cocktail hours (from 6 to 8pm) where you can sip a glass of wine and have some good snacks. We were told those benefits where for the marriot rewards members..... But we were able to enjoy them The traffic is really really heavy all day long so, always bring your ipad, lay back and start reading your book until you get to your destination
Good location in Beijing
Still a nice "swank" hotel. Rooms are starting to get a little dated. Some of the curtains falling off the rail in the room.
a good luxury stay
we stayed for 4 nights at the hotel. location was good very near to the subway station, mall, restaurants etc. beds were very clean and comfortable. the staff was very helpful and cooperative. very fast check-in and check-out too. not to forget the buffet breakfast, good and fresh food, though not enough variety for vegetarians.
Bling bling everywhere - but room for improvement
This Hotel is a shiny thing... it looks very nice but some small details can shed some shadow over the hotel-experience. The room is very clean and spacious, the staff is polite and friendly (and that means something in Beijing...) and overall the hotel looks very nice. Downside during the last stay: The bed was so soft (or just used for a million years) that it really hurt my back and the room facing the street is very loud during the night - for a hotel of this category one would expect better windows... Apart from that stay is very nice, breakfast is very good and also the pool on 27th floor is nice - if not too many kids use it as their private bathtub.
Excellent Service in a top Design Hotel
From the smooth check-in to the overall service at the Renaissance Beijing Capital this hotel is excellent in every respect. The club floor rooms are spacious, the bathroom/ rain shower well designed with a modern feel and detailing. The breakfast every morning was so rich you had difficulty in choosing between asian or european cuisine and the fresh fruit/vegetable juice bar was a nice addition for the health concious.Would definetly recommend this hotel expecially if you are travelling with children.

Love it! Will come back
