Nice elegant hotel. Great service on a very busy week.

All staff was good but specially Naveen was the Best

Friendliness of staff from reception to kitchen staff. Property is well maintained. Pity that Jacuzzi was not functioning and steam room was not powerful to enjoy the steam. Spa was fantastic although over priced.

Ended up in a smoker room (did not ask for it). AC controller apparently broke free from its human tormentors and started a rebellion.

5 star hotel with 2 star features.

Start with entry reception welcome was not so good. Room given had very bed outside view which lead non opening of curtains during the stay. No room replacement provided when asked. Qhe go for breakfastt and dinner some staff are looking to hide themselve when asked for service. Food was excellent with Cher ravi and staff rohit was giving their best to the customers satisfaction. In room some basic aminities was missing like irn board is there without iron. Switchboard hiding behind the table. Satellite box hiding under the table. Swimming pool is on top of the hotel in open. Spa facilities was temperory out of service.

They gave us two rooms in floors under reconstruction, the air did not work in either of them and the smell of paint was terrible, after we complained they moved us to another floor where everything was in order.

This is only a five star hotel by name but a three to four star hotel in terms of staff and service. There is no proper pool of cars available to guests. We reserved a Sedan for a trip to Patan for which the hotel charged 8000 rupees. When the time came for pick up, the hotel sent us a derelict taxi for transport, which was completely unacceptable. They did change the car after arguing for an Innova with a broken windshield. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good but the takeaway meals are appalling. We requested club sandwiches for takeaway. When we opened the boxes, we found the most ridiculous, small sandwiches, no fries, no napkin. Just the box. Besides, the rooms are poorly designed. The bathrooms give no privacy to guests. There is no place to hang clothes and no door isolating the bathroom. There is just a door for the toilet and one for the shower. Very inconvenient. Having been to several Marriott hotels in India and abroad I can say this is their worst offering in their “five-star” line-up. Not recommended

Experience at Renaissance Ahmedabad

Stay and the breakfast was good. Staffs were co operative and good. Taxi fares for hotel cabs were expensive.

Nice Hotel but lacks in few areas..

Food was Ok but Res, Manager Pradeep was caring & provided excellent service and made my stay enjoyable. The pool and fitness was closed for VIP guests being the only issue and made us leave 5 days earlier.. Otherwise was worth trying

Room wasn’t clean especially the bathroom. The quality of materials from towels to slippers was very poor.

Food service while dine in need to make better. It was not a service one expect from 5* property

Wonderful hotel

Had a very nice comfortable stay for 1 night at the hotel. The front desk was very swift in doing the checkin process. The club/executive room that I had booked was amazingly big and clean. 4 ppl can easily stay in this huge room. The room had all the Pre requisite from a 5 star. The breakfast served was elaborate and tasty. All the staff in the hotel followed strict covid precautions. I would love to stay in this hotel for a longer period of time to experience their hospitality to the fullest.

The staff were very helpful indeed, to name a few, Mohak Khurana, Pratik, Harsimran, and Lata at the front desk. Restaurant staff were also very helplful indeed. I regularly use this Hotel and recommed it very highly to anyone thinking of going there.

Good hotel and clean

The hotel is clean and quite.. Staffs are kind to help guests.　As it is located at a dry state, alcohols are not served in the hotel and other places. The location is good as it is close to the highway.

My experience about to stay in this hotel is average. I can not say it is so awesome but not bad also.

The Renaissance is a relatively new hotel with modern facilities. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Excellent breakfast and very courteous and pleasant dining room staff. Our special thanks to the manager Mr. Jagdeo Parmar who arranged car and driver for my wife and I for day trips around Ahmedabad and take us to Rajasthan after our pre-arranged car & driver proved unsatisfactory.

Stay at Ahmedabad

Amazing experience. Service was awesome. Check in and check out could have been better and faster. Special mention of Diya Biswas and others from the restaurant for awesome service with a smile .

A good hotel, needs some improvement.

The hotel though is situated in outskirts of Ahemdabad but do represent the Life Style Hotel. An excellent ambience with omni-beautiful services. The reception is very co-operative and they do are active in any kind of demand or complaint. The hospitality of Marriott group of hotels always remains intact and this has been proved by Renaissance Hotel also. The swimming pool on the top of roof is an executive luxury to enjoy water on the 11th floor. Though one con with this hotel I would like to mention is about the Gym facilities. They don't have much of machines. Only a simple multigym machine suffice. There are no Barbells and the dumbbells even are at the maximum size of 25 Kilograms. One bike Cardio was not properly working and lastly they do not have anyone to attend in the morning hours till 7:30. Your access through card is open 24 hours but than no lights or AC are accessible. Rather the spa facilities are very good having jacouzi, steam and massages available. The food section is OKAY. I didn't found it to the level of other Marriott hotels. Lack of some healthy waters for the morning like Cummins, Coconut etc. Though fresh juices are available and are cold pressed. Good range of Indian breakfast but lack of international breakfast. The chef and Stewart are co-operative enough to prepare anything of your demand (if possible). The hospitality of dinning Hall again remains intact. Finally the overall experience to the hotel is 4.5 stars out of 5, if I rate the same.

Breakfast in a luxury disco?

This a good, stylish, modern hotel, although they need to watch the maintenance as the basin tap in our room was loose as also was that in the business lounge toilet. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't like the loud music at breakfast, especially on the first of our two mornings, but the staff said that was part of the hotel's style. The volume really was rather excessive.
