One of the best hotels in Sharm

Excellent stay, very comfortable and fast check in, new room with stunning view on the sea 🌊 One of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh I will definitely be back soon!

Very large complex. Beach access a little hard if you are not in great shape. Had a terrific massage. Nice variety of food. Bar area great. Staff very friendly.

The facilities, gardens and beach were beautiful. The availability and variety of restaurants and bars were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious. The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved! What could be better was that the room and bathroom was a little dated and could do with refurbishment.

Stay somewhere else

Nothing in our room Worked. The hairdryer, the shower didn’t drain, the pool outside of our unit was green and old, not even the phone to call reception worked. Honestly, way too much money for Egyptian standards and what we got

Paradise on Earth

Seriously, not only are the sea, reef and beach are stunning, but the resort itself is immaculate and impeccable when it comes to the service they provide. My friend and I finished a 10-day trip around Egypt in Sharm-el-Sheikh, which now I understand was the best choice. Exploring Cairo and Egypt can be very chaotic and overwhelming, so having a break from crazy traffic, pushy vendors, and not always good service provision was a blessing. I could spend hours writing about this resort but I'll summarise it below by listing what impressed me the most: - the place is thoroughly clean. Not even a tiny bit of dirty goes unnoticed and there is always someone cleaning the entire place here and there (and the place is huge!) - the food is inclusive in the package when booking a room and its quality is beyond. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were equally impressive and delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff and a big thank you to Kalid (who makes omelettes). - the bar and restaurant staff are incredibly well trained, friendly, polite and made us feel always welcomed and at home. Big thank you to Mohamed Alshshtawy, Mahmoud and Ibrahim. - the reception, again, well prepared to deal with international standards and tourists. We arrived a bit earlier to check in and, although our room was not ready, the reception kept us well entertained so we didn't notice time flying by until we were taken to our accommodation. Thank you Anas and Valeriia. No space for more, but you get the gist!

Best location in Sharm, gorgeous hotel, top team

Our stay at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort was 5-star in terms of friendliness of the staff and awesome location. The all-inclusive price was unbeatable and the buffets were fine and well maintained. The cleaners and everyone we met were just top friendly and we couldn't have been more impressed. Men clean the rooms and we thought the bathrooms could have been better cleaned.

Is a massive all inclusive resort that’s on the expensive side. However the location is awesome as the private beach has a great reef and it’s v close to the fascha cliff bar which is incredible. Staff work tremendously hard and are friendly/helpful. It caters mostly to Italians and Russians, Italians especially as they get their own animation team. Meals are okay though Egyptian deserts are not great. Lots of unnecessary rubbish created by wrapping cutlery and towels each day and using plastic cups/styaphone plates for snacks. Not environmentally friendly hotel in that respect. Diving/snorkelling tours etc half price when bought in old town

Fine if you don't mind roughing it a little.

First obstacle is finding the place, or rather finding someone who can find the place. There's another Reef Oasis in Nama Bay, but this one is in Hadaba, which is full of resorts with names that evidently all sound the same to many locals. Once you are here the first thing you will notice is that pen and paper still govern everything. On the plus side just about everything can be taken care of within the resort. There is a 24hr pharmacy and various other shops between the beach and the theatre, and there is a 24hr clinic right by the Sentido reception (which is more chichi than the Reef Oasis reception, though both have ATMs that also exchange selected currencies including £$€). On the subject of money, don't be surprised to be asked to exchange crisp new currency notes for old ones or coins: nobody here accepts the latter two for fear of not being able either to spend or exchange them. Egyptian pounds are allowed to look tatty, but foreign currency has to be 1) pristine and 2) folding. The Russian language is to Sharm in general as the German language is to Turkey. If you're like me and your Arabic isn't up to much, knowledge of Russian (or, to a lesser extent, Italian) will make communicating a lot easier than simply expecting everyone to speak English. If you have any experience of mass catering you will probably be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. For something a cut above, you need to leave the resort (and be aware that not everywhere serves alcohol).

Our flight was changing, so we must leave the hotel one day before. Unfortunately we must pay this lost night to. The service in the restaurants was very good per example Mostafa Hossien was great.

probably the best reef in Sharm - right in the middle of Ras Um Sid natural park; wide variety of food, very fresh and delicious buffet; nice and clean territory, vast and cozy rooms; great animation stuff, especially Karina, Victoria, Katia and Aliona children's animator! Great location - close to magical Farsha Cafe and il Mercato area with many European style cafés and restaurants. pretty nice gym with good fitness coach. Guys at the reception often were very helpful and managed to solve different issues. - to solve some issues at the reception usually takes a lot of time; the disco at the beach is something too loud and annoying; as it is the family concept hotel, sometimes it can be a little bit boring for young people.

Booked a sea view room with king size bed preference (instead of two separate twin beds) apparently they don’t even receive the info were it stays the preference. Not so welcoming staff, they argue between each other a lot to. Outdated rooms with furniture in bad conditions. Common areas like pools, restaurants gardens on the other hand are great. The beach is really nice also.

We liked the private beach, the view was spectacular and the poolside bar- this is why we gave it a 4. We didn’t like the twin beds rather than a king and had to be moved, the food was basic and breakfast times weren’t what the brochure said, so, we missed breakfast and the manager was argumentative rather than helpful. Basically the bar and view saved it for this hotel.

the hotel is very big, and scattered onto a large area unlike any other expectations. Food served was good, drinks and others depends on one's taste.

It was reeal fun staying there. The kids activities were amazing. the beach was very clean and the view was stunning. will go back for sure. the staff is really friendly and very helpful, everyone is trying to serve at their best!

What a disappointment

I went with my sister for snorkelling - the reef is fantastic and we saw loads of fish, including a manta ray. But, and this is a big "but", the noise on the beach is at an unacceptable level. They have what they call "animation" for the Italians staying at the hotel and loud music was thumping out most of the day. It was so loud that we could hear it even when snorkelling far from the beach. This ruined it for me. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get up and down from the beach - this is very tiring (for more mature guests like me!!). The quality of food was not good and the service in the restaurants (especially at night) was abominable. One night, we had to wait one hour to be served - and often the food had run out by the time you got to it. I believe the hotel is severely understaffed, particularly in the food and beverage departments. I would not go back if you paid me. It is a shame because the reef is so good - also, I have to point out that many guests were trampling all over the coral which really upset me. I think notices in all languages should be placed in the rooms to educate people as to the fragility of the environment and the damage they are doing by treading on the coral.

Il suo punto di forza è il reef. Il buffet sia a mezzogiorno che la sera è variato. Tutti trovano qualcosa di loro gradimento. Tante piscine sparse nel villaggio con il loro bar. Serate con musica dal vivo per chi non vuole partecipare a quelle preparate dalle varie animazioni presenti (italiana e internazionale). Lo consiglio anche per le famiglie. Un consiglio: se andate nei mesi di “punta” alzatevi presto se volete un ombrellone o un lettino in spiaggia.

El hotel esta espectacular el personsl en genersl.es muy amable y siempre estan a la disponibilidad de ayudarte pero recepción deja mucho que desear. 1. No se dan abasto para atender a todos en el check in. 2. Su servicio de taxi que ofrece es pesimo y ni te contestan el whatsapp y preguntamos en recepción y no supieron resolver. La playa es espectacular no dudes en quedsrte en este hotel.

Il Resort è bellissimo , ampio, pulito, confortevole. Molto comoda la navetta che porta al mare con Servizio continuativo. Sia in spiaggia che nelle numerose piscine forniscono i teli. Il personale è gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Belle le escursioni organizzate dal diving center. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

Spiaggia bellissima con accesso al Reef. Ottima cucina con molta scelta . Terrazza panoramica bellissima . Unico neo le stanze un po’ vecchie

Vacanza partita male dovuta a tutte le malelingue Covidiote ma poi una volta arrivati a Reef Oasis tra mille peripezie abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima. Abbiamo avuto la camera 7120 che è vicino alla reception (vista giardono) ma era praticamente sulla piscina riscadata dei bimbi. È un villaggio con molti italiani in quanto è presente fisicamente il Touroperator Veratour la quale gestisce un animazione fantastica; senza di loro il villaggio svanisce. Ora ho capito perchè si chiama animazione, perché danno l'anima sti ragazzi. Lollo, Mattia, Seba, Cristina, Diletta, Ivar, Mario il dejey, Mauro, Giorgia, Manfredi, Antonio il neomelodico, perdonatemi gli altri se non vi ho nominato. Abbiamo trascorso una vigilia di Natale indimenticabile e una settimana piena di spettacoli a dir poco divertenti, grazie a Lollo. Ragazzi vi saluta Davide. Ви фантастичні. Un ringraziamento anche Perihan la dolcissima Signora alla Guest relation che mi ha dato informazioni ottime su dove fare i tamponi ( li fanno in hotel). Spero di rivederci l'anno prossimo. Se devo trovare un punto negativo il cibo un po ripetitivo e limitato rispetto agli altri resort dove sono stato, ma cucinato bene, anche la pasta. Ricorco che questa è la baia con la spiggia migliaro di Sharm per i periodi invernali in quanto riparata dal vento.

O hotel é bom em relação à estrutura, a praia privativa e os restaurantes. Os funcionários são extremamente desagradáveis com flertes que nos deixam constrangida (mesmo acompanhada). A recreação do hotel é totalmente voltada pra russos e se vc não é russo eles simplesmente ignoram vc e seus filhos.

Отличный Риф. Отель средненький, максимум 3 звезды

Отличный Риф, наверное лучший на побережье. Зеленая отличная территория. Отель сильно "уставший", убираются в номерах плохо, а ссылаясь на пандемию вообще убираются раз в 2 дня. Белье на кровати за неделю не поменяли не разу. При уборке не всегда меняют полотенца, даже если они лежат на полу. Мы в номере не было, не помогло даже обращение на рецепшен. Вообще, на любой вопрос тебе предлагают прийти через час, а лучше завтра, в надежде, что ты забудешь. Бассейны работают до 18:00, но поскольку работать лень, всех выгоняют в 17:00. Рыбный ресторан хороший, в остальном кухня средняя, голодными не останетесь. Максимум 3 звезды.

Достойный отель в шикарной бухте

Бронировал номер с видом на море, номер 7226 на втором этаже рядом с ресепшен и главным рестораном, где был доступен wi-fi, и хотя до пляжа было не очень близко, 10 минут спокойным шагом и 15 минут обратно - это полезная зарядка, и в любом случае ближе, чем идти от Sentido или ждать шаттла с пляжа в отель. В целом отель на твердую 4*: чистота и приемлемый комфорт в номере, работающее оборудование, сносное питание с относительно небольшими очередями в ресторанах, вполне приличные напитки в барах. К недостаткам можно отнести нехватку лежаков на пляже (впервые пришлось занимать шезлонги до рассвета!) и завышенное соотношение цена-качество (более 200 уе за ночь)) Поскольку мы были всего 3 суток, нам не удалось оценить индийский и гриль-рестораны - все было забронировано, поэтому предлагаю администрации отеля рассмотреть возможность онлайн-бронирования ресторанов для самостоятельных туристов при бронировании номера! Также при таком уровне цены и комфорта отсутствие бесплатного wi-fi снижает оценку отеля. При этом отличная работа персонала, живописная территория и хороший живой риф в безветренной бухте - компенсировали эти недочеты. Спасибо за отличный отдых, в этот отель хочется вернуться!

Localização maravilhosa e serviço terrível

O hotel é antigo, com móveis antigos, mas ok. A cama não é muito boa, mas não é a pior que existe, travesseiro também não é muito bom. O verdadeiro problema do hotel é o serviço. Funcionários extremamente despreparados, mal educados e que não sabem falar nenhuma palavra em inglês. Pior que colocam essas pessoas pra servirem o buffet, o bar e tudo mais. A comida apesar de ser abundante e variada não tem qualidade nenhuma, por conta disso o desperdício é enorme porque as pessoas tentam achar alguma coisa boa pra comer e ficam pegando de tudo e largando, além disso se quisermos um suco natural temos que pagar por fora, um absurdo em um hotel que se diz 5 estrelas all inclusive. A única coisa que se salva nesse hotel é sua localização, de fato, bem na frente do melhor coral de recifes de Sharm.

The room not has wifii, wifii works only in the reception, at night the animated group make too much noise and this disturb to sleep, the food are good, but the juice is 100 artificial. But in geral is a good hotel and is a nice place to snorkel

Tutto perfetto, barriera corallina stupenda, cibo buono. Il personale sempre gentile e pronto a coccolarti, resort pulitissimo lo consiglio a tutti.

cura degli esterni, in particolare i giardini. In generale personale molto cortese, qualche riserva su alcuni inservienti del ristorante, a volte TROPPO solleciti a sbarazzare il tavolo (alcune volte non avevi ancora terminato...)

Bella la spiaggia. È la sola cosa che vale la pena. Il resort è vecchio e maltenuto, sporco e maleodorante. I bagni sono incrostati di ... immaginate un po’ di cosa!! Troppa gente perché la struttura fa parte del circuito Veraclub. Moltissimi ucraini. Cibo accettabile, anche se l’organizzazione dei pasti e di tutte le attività è sempre confusionaria e caotica, personale improvvisato, che non parla inglese ma solo la lingua locale, troppi camerieri ragazzini senza voglia di lavorare che ridacchiano alle spalle dei turisti. Anche lasciando le tanto caldeggiate mance non si ottiene nulla perché la pulizia non sanno proprio cosa sia. Il peggiore che mi sia mai capitato a Sharm. Non mi sento di consigliarlo.

Reef oasis ноябрь 2018

Были в ноябре 2018. Пляж - оочень много людей (пройти между лежаками сложно), риф-отличный, пантон(квест-дойди до моря), еда-до главного ре-а не дошли, далеко от номера. Ели в итальянском. Приятный, милый ресторан. Аквапарк-детская зона была закрыта, из 6 взрослых горок работало 2. Номера чистые, но старые, чуть на голову ребенка не свалилось кем-то отломаное бра светильника. Большое кол-во кактусов разного вида, тер-я большая, но ухоженная. Анимация скудная. Жили 4дня. В целом не плохо, но на больше дней не останавливались бы .

Отель очень хороший, стоит своих денег. Большая зеленая территория, огромный пляж, хоть и много отдыхающих, всегда есть свободные шезлонги, даже в 10 утра. Еда понравилась. Всегда можно было найти что поесть. И мясо и курица и рыба, много овощей, паста, всегда разнообразные блюда, кроме завтрака( омлет поднадоел конечно). Поесть можно в любое время, всегда где-нибудь есть перекусы( пицца, мини шаурма, овощи). Риф красивый, рыбок много, но из редких экземпляров удалось встретить только рыбу-лев. Мурен, скатов и других экземпляров тут не встретили, хотя в других отелях такое посчастливилось ранее наблюдать. Из минусов: wifi - можно сказать что его нет, т.к. Он не позволяет отправить даже текст в мессенджере, лучше берите сразу местную симку, поберегите свое время и нервы, понтон старенький подбитый, иногда наливают кофе в пластиковые стаканы-это жесть.

Tæt på stranden, flot koral rev.

Dette er bestemt ikke et 4 stjerners hotel. Maden er ensformig og ens på alle serveringssteder. Bemærk at de holder noget som kaldes "hotellets tid", hvilket betyder at når man kommer fra Danmark, skal man stille uret frem 1 time når man ankommer, men Hotellets tid betyder at uret skal stilles yderligere 1 timer frem, altså 2 timer frem. Dette går at når der er all incl. på hotellet skal man være til morgenmad kl 7-10, så du skal huske at stå tidligt om ellers får du ingen morgenmad, det samme gør sig gældende om aften. Fra kl 18-21 er der mad, igen skal du være aften sulten kl 16 dansk tid for at være der til kl 18. Kl 19-21 er det umuligt at få plads på nogen af deres resturanter da de er fyldt med italiener og ukrainer. Det lamer og bimler i deres resturanter, som om du er i en skole kantine. Personalet har ingen overblik, først får du et bord, så skal du til buffeten som stor set er tom hele tiden, igen vente og når det endelig er lykkedes en at få fyldt tallerken, så er ens plads sørme blevet taget. Da vi kun drikker sodavand, fås det kun i glas, som er så små at man hele tiden skal spørge om mere, det tager en krig at få og så er det altid varmt. Mad oplevelsen er kun til 1 stjerne. Den indiske som man kan komme på 1 gang under sit ophold all incl uden drikkevarer, er altid optaget så glem det hvis du er der i en uge. Rengøringen glemmer at lægge håndklæder til 2 personer mange gange under opholdet, hvilket vi gør opmærksom på, ingen vil tage ansvar. For lidt liggestole

Район отличный! Риф для снорлинга - лучше придумать тяжело! Кормежка - супер. Напрягало отношение персонала, такое впечатление что в отеле очень мало персонала на обслуге! И они очень устали, поэтому крайне раздражительны! В остальном отличный отель !

J'adore cet hôtel, la vue et la plage sont fantastique, on y mange très bien, le personnel est juste parfait. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. Après avoir fait une quinzaine d'hôtel à Sharm, c'est celui que l'on préfère. Une valeur sûre.
