Fresh clean sheets and towels, comfy bed. What more do you need?

Easy access. Easy parking. Friendly staff

The staff was not friendly or helpful! The bed sheets were dirty and smelled like body order!The floors were sticky and the shower area had mold! It seemed like this hotel was or is used like temporary housing. It seemed very unsafe and saw beer bottles and cigarettes throughout the property. Will never stay here again! Perfect for homeless people!

The room had not been swept. The bed was broken.

Stay was ok not bad but the bathroom set up was horrible. Bathtub away from from everything. Didn't have a place to put towel or cloth for when you get out of shower.

The clerk working the front desk was very accommodating and informative. He provided a beach towel in order to wipe down my motorcycle in the morning from the morning dew and it was very helpful. He should be commended

5-night stay. Friendly staff, every interaction was pleasant. I called down because I had a problem with the TV, the guy was there in a few minutes and fixed the problem. Affordable, I feel I got my moneys worth. I would stay here again.

The guy at the counter was super chill. Made my first time at a hotel go smoothly. The coffee mess was great and they had vending machines that were convenient. Id definitely recommend staying here when you have a flight due soon af SAT

Property has roaches in the rooms and it was not a clean, hostess was very rude and unprofessional

Waited 5 minutes before someone appeared at the front desk to check me in. Dirty room, long strands of hair on floor, finger prints on window, finger prints of lights above beds, could tell shower was not cleaned, only wiped down. Stain on bed skirt. Old furniture. Only thing good was it was quiet on 3rd floor, price and bedding smelled clean.

I was not able to check in as I did not have the right id so ,all I noticed was the sign out front was pretty much blocked by bush or trees coming from the west on wolf street

Could wash the sheets and towels more often I got a towel with a long black curly hair my daughter and I are both blonde 😳😳

The gentleman who checked me in and helped me with even keeping from needling to go to the store. My room was very spacious and bathroom was big and clean… no noise, quiet, nice people, laundry some vending, restaruant for room service, plenty of ice. Little Red Roof Gem hiding by the airport! I am so glad I chose this hotel this timer. I’ll definitely come back and maybe even go up and say hello sometime.

Good location

Room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Loved that they have higiene items readily available. I just wished they had a mini fridge. That was the only down for me.

The bed was comfortable and it was clean. There were many plugs in the room, even though some were broken. The safe was unusable and I couldn’t get WiFi. They would not let me switch to a room I could get WiFi either. But the staff was friendly, but since I was there 4 nights and could get WiFi was the only issue. The hotel is a decent one.

Property could use a deep clean. My room smelled a little musty. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Nothing don’t come here. Broken da bet elevators and ghetto people.

Ok so I've stayed at red roofs at other places before and let me tell you they weren't that great so I was really surprised at how clean and well kept the place was! Even the beds were super comfy and the pillows were so fluffy! I even forgot were I was when I woke up lol we go to San Antonio a lot and this will be my staying hotel from now on! I found the one!! Oh and close to everything! It's safe and just perfect!!

The hotel was decent but kind of out of the way

One of the worst experiences at a hotel I've ever had. Phone didn't work in room 140, no refrigerator, and no microwave. Room was super small, restroom smaller, and there were people outside the room around the parking lot who looked suspect. I'd advise you to take some protection staying at this place. Staff was alright, never staying at this Red Roof ever again.

The overall quality has declined - we unsuccessfully requested soap and shampoo four times. Our room was only cleaned twice in six days, unfortunately not the best experience.

Excellent stay. Room was very clean and pleasant. Hotel is quiet, safe area, easy parking. I will stay here again next time Im in the area.

The property is nice, albeit a bit in need of a refresh. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Too soft. Almost mushy so that it makes it hard to get out of bed. Otherwise, a good property. I would stay here again.

Everything was great from check in to the room standards and definitely the price and even check in

There was a dead bug on the bed. The top blanket was stained and appeared dirty. There was a live roach crawling on the counter in the bathroom close to the cups and bath towels. I took one of the and trapped the bug. I was not able to comfortable stay. I left around 6:30am.

XPeople in the parking lot all night. Too much activity late at night.Obviously, there were business transactions going on with some very accomodating womenin the other rooms.

Pretty isolated. Average to below average rooms, you pay for what you get so I can't really complain.

I needed something within my budget for my long stay, this hotel marked all of my boxes… the price, cleanliness, it was quiet… actually this was the only place in my price point that was this clean around the area I needed to be. Thank you Red Roof (San Antonio, TX - airport area)!
