Muy buena estancia, el personas es muy amable y las instalaciones están muy limpias y en buenas condiciones. Una muy buena experiencia la estancia aquí.

Checked in around 8pm. Reported broken ac around 10pm after we gave it time to run a while. Late response from maintenance on broken ac. Took over 3 hours to try to fix the ac with very poor communication as to what was happening or wrong. I was told at least 3 times that he would be about 15 mins but we did not hear back until and hour or so each time. Finally gave us the option to move to a different unit with a working ac at 2am but it would be a downgrade from our jr suite which we accepted with the understanding that we would be issued a credit/refund for the downgraded room level. It has now been weeks and the hotel refuses to acknowledge or take responsibility for our inconvenience.

Excellent customer cervice! The property is in a very convenient area to where i wanted to visit. Definitely will visit again.

Need to keep up with it..

The hotel is one of the better ones but isvshoeing some wear. The showerhead was a bit clogged due calcium or mineral buildup. The sink at one time would have been nice but had cracks in it....a shame. Everything else was fine in the room, the hallway had a slight musky smell, but tolerable.

Hot weekend, cleaning lady said pool was available, and reception said it was closed, the only negative cause my boy wanted to swing out there, checin, room, AC and check out easy and fast. Safe and comfortable stay

Filthy carpet food was horrible and very expensive, says check in time was 3PM and manager vanished when I said was then 4:30 Pm and no rooms were clean, I say again carpet in room was absolutely disgusting not the cockroach’s enjoyed it - now there will be a canned response from manager below - get some air conditioning in the lobby

Decent room rate. Close to a shopping center. But old carpet everywhere. Breakfast never included and pricey for Mexico. Room windows have constant sun making it hard to keep the room cool in the summer :-o. And thanks to a greenhouse type glass entrance, the foyer/salon is an oven by 9am and all day.

It was good in general. I enjoyed my stay but I think, mostly for the price that they should include the breakfast. It is expensive and not necessarily good.

Good clean room, bit old, but well manteined. Good price and safe, specially for Nuevo Laredo.

No fue una estancia agradable, ´por la noche la llave de la habitación no funciono, tuve que bajar 4 veces a que la reprogramaran y solo pude entrar a mi habitacion hasta que me acompaño y abrio un empleado, lo mas molesto es que a pesar de ser poco mas de las 10 pm, la escusa que daban es que por seguridad por las noches se bloqueaban todas las llaves, POR FAVOR EN QUE OPARTE DEL MUNDO PASA ESO?, que no puedas entrar a tu habitación a la hora que quieras, lo cual obvio es mentira, pero hasta para mentir son malos, el empleado que me apoyo a abrir me dijo que en realidad tenían tiempo con problemas con su sistema de llaves y que no le han dado mantenimiento en mucho tiempo, en fin, una mala noche, ya no pude salir de mi habitación por miedo a no poder volver a entrar, la administración debe capacitar mejor a sus empleados para mentir y dar mantenimiento o modernizar sus sitemas

The air in the room was awesome

Hotel is very pretty and service is Amazing. Because of the glass wall and ceiling the foyer and hallways get Very Hot and the AC won’t cool enough

It’s a great place just the lobby and the hallway are super hot the rooms are cold but when you get to the hallway there hot that’s the only thing others then that is great

I stayed 2 nights. Room was okay but needs updating for the price. I had to go to the reception area because my key didn’t work. Went back upstairs and still didn’t work. Maintenance came and fixed the issue pretty quickly. I usually book through Expedia and was denied breakfast, like literally had us stop eating and leave the food at the table while they stood there. That was not mentioned at all at time of booking. It just says breakfast included at time of booking.

First stay

First time stay was very satisfying. Service was excellent, many of the staff were bilingual which helped. Breakfast was great,good buffet selection. Evenings in the restaurant was slow, probably due to short staffing. Room amenities varied per room, some of us had refrigerators and microwave, others had none, didn’t match up to their website descriptions, still overall was good, rooms were spacious,clean, and comfortable. Housekeeper went out of her way to help us in our stay. Would stay here again.

This hotel highly priced for the service provided. Also, the facility is not as clean as shows in the pictures. It was a leak in my bathroom, and I did not like it.

The layout of this inn made it feel like we were in a 5-star stay. The room was very spacious. They took forever in their restaurant though.

The hotel in general is nice, however, the webpage needs to be updated. Breakfast is not included as posted nor is the shuttle to the airport. This was why I had chosen the hotel in the first place. The walls to the rooms are very thin. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Also, taxi service hotel contacts is very much overpriced. It is very annoying to be overpriced just because you are a tourist. Hotel should contact taxi companies that charge true rates to the area. I will not stay at hotel again. A positive... cleaning service was above and beyond nice.

Clean room, good AC, they upgraded my room to Jr suite at no additional cost, the only concern was that the back of the automatic door lock had the battery sticking out on the inside of the door. But we had no problems with it.

WARNING ⚠️ stay away from Nuevo Laredo even if you have a Visa interview. People visisting for visa interviews are being targeted. You will be forced to pull over after leaving the airport and questioned possibly kidnapped for ransom. The airport taxis are probably in it and you are a target in their taxis.

Don’t like the hotel

Property is located on a corner with lost a trafic and the entrance is not well indicated. This was my first trip there and directions were given incomplete.

The pictures dont match the real feel

The hotel looks worn out. I had 2 rooms, and both sinks were clogged. I had a handicapped tag and the only parking spot for this was taken by a vehicle without a handicap tag, the restaurant prices were high.

The property is in an easy location to access.

Pictures are very misleading, the hotel itself is very outdated. Rooms were outdated , AC was not working to it’s full potential . It would cut on and off throughout the night , water in restroom smelled like sewer. I had arrived around 2 after a 6 hour drive and they didn’t allow me to check in because check in was at 3 . Most hotels I’ve been to were more than okay with allowing me to check in ONE hour early. I was tired and my 1 year old son was also ready to be able to lay somewhere. Location was okay overall but I would not stay here again .

Family friend hotel, good swimming pool for kids and adults, only complain very slow check in, only one receptionist for a long line of people waiting

Be Wary of LowLifes

Our overall experience was terrible there were all sort off lowlifes and cheap escorts onsite. We felt unsecure with the clientele inside the hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again
