The location is wonderful. Lots of dining and shopping options The rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower was the best.

Breakfast options were lovely and delivered to the room, we loved the building security as well.

Stylish, clean, quiet hotel in a perfect location for walking out to lots of tourist spots. Our room had a view of the Eiffel tower which was amazing and unexpected (4th floor). Really can’t fault the hotel at all!

Nice location. Clean. Room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Although I realize this is not always possible, staff allowed an early check in that was much appreciated. Very much enjoyed our stay.

What are the most incredible hotels? I’ve stayed at interior so beautiful. Staff is incredible always making sure that you’re fine. Who has breakfast delivered to their room in the morning loved it.

This property was a great stay for us. Really convenient location with Metro station less than 5 minutes away and the same for the either tower. The services were great, breakfast every morning was pretty normal but sufficient and delivered every morning at 7:30. I’d recommend this stay for anyone interested in staying near the Eiffel Tower.

Great hotel with amazing location. I spent new year’s eve with my husband and it was perfect. Closed to Eiffel Tower and metro entrance. Very clean and kind staff. Definitely be back to the same hotel when return to Paris.

Dream trip to Paris

We stayed for one night. It was a very nice hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff was very welcoming and nice. They held our luggage while we toured on the day we left. It was by dream to lay in my bed and see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night and that is exactly what I got. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fisrtly, all about if hotel was “kindness!” It’s great service by hotel team it was really make us HAPPY😆 But sometimes missed room make up, and small miscommunications, hopefully can improve the part.

The property was nice and a good value. The area had low lighting but had many restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay! Very close to the Eiffel Tower, close to cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We opted in for breakfast which was a nice personal touch as well, catered to your specific requests.

My partner and I only spent one night and we felt welcomed. The staff are second to none, thank you to Jeremy, Ocean and Linda for accommodating our needs throughout our stay! Location was great and easy access to commute, train station was close to 3 mins walk if not shorter. It was a rainy weekend but will definitely return on a more warmer and sunny season. Staff was amazing, Room looks amazing, Bed was Massive a little to firm for my liking but great bed none the less. Only down side was the early hour noise from pluming from another rooms usage (assuming but noise came from bathroom)

Some people at the front desk were nicer than others. My room had a very squeaky bed and the bathroom door had paper towels stuffed in the handle to cover the hole. Also rooftop was always a bit dirty

The service was excellent. The hotel is near the Eiffel Tower, boat rides, and Norte Dame. The room is super quiet. The bathroom is small, but the room has a table and chair and a good TV. There is not a lot of high-end shopping in this area, but it is a very clean area. The hotel serviced my every need. Cabs were there in minutes.

Staff was very accommodating letting us check in early without charge. Area was safe and walkable. Will certainly stay here again!

Clean and usable with good size bed and nice decor

The staff were courteous and friendly. The lobby was charming. Our room was very nicely decorated, comfortable bed, nice closet with enough hangers, a safe and hairdryer, small towel warmer in a modern bathroom, and kitchenette. The terrace had a lovely view of the Eiffle Tower with seats. The metro was just around the corner. Walkable Dining options. About 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. We wish the shower had a fully enclosed door with stronger ventilation, and softer bedsheets and towels.

Great staff

The room that we had a leak from the bathroom. The floor around the bathroom and hall would get soaking wet and the room smelled musky. No discount was offered just was stated they couldnt do anything because they were booked. Im no fool they know theres a leak there and they sell that room to expedia. Thankfully it was a short 3 day stay and it is in a good location but i wouldnt stay there again

Took my girlfriend to Paris for her birthday and I booked this hotel couldn’t book a better hotel then this absolutely amazing hotel definitely staying at Rayz Eiffel hotel again.

This is a gem of a little boutique hotel that had spacious rooms and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the upper floors of the hotel. Had a cute little rooftop terrace as well open to the guests!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come stay here again!

Absolutely loved it! Far exceeded my expectations in both the room area and service. Front desk staff was friendly and willing to help. Bed was super comfortable. Black out curtains kept the light out well and did not have any issues with hearing our neighbors. I was blown away finding out we had a full kitchenette. Microwave, fridge, stove and all the silverware to go with it! Yummy bagel shop and pastry shop a few doors down. About a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. I don’t know if I’ll make it back to Paris but if I did, we would definitely stay there again!

We had an excellent 2 week stay at the Rayz Eiffel. The area is very convenient and safe and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the Ecole Militaire metro station.The room was a decent size for Paris and had a kitchenette which was very convenient.The only drawbacks were the room was very dark even with all the lights on and the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of for an older person.We would definitely stay there again.

This is a little gem a lovely and friendly hotel arrived early and the staff sorted all the check in and stored all the cases. We then when in Paris and reserved a WhatsApp when the room was ready. Email instructions for getting in the main door (was pretty late getting back) receptionist sorted everything out bags in the room all ready. Great roof top area to view the Eiffel Tower at night(with some fizz).

I can’t say enough about how good Rayz Eiffel is!! The staff is amazing the location fantastic, the facilities are modern and clean a mere 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Don’t miss this one!!

The front desk was Closed at the time we arrived, we had to book another hotel because of that, I contacted the hotel to get reimbursed but they only refunded me 1 day, I did not expect this kind of situation, Expedia should not promote this Hotel at all.

Arrived earlier because of my flight schedule, when I arrived to the hotel the front desk didn’t help me or offered options for an easy check in, but the kept my luggages at least. Couldn’t use the faucet in the kitchen because the pipes were brooken… the floor got wet and it created a smell in my room… The room services is not that good as well. Other than that, the surrounding area was great! Walking distance from the eiffel tower, restaurants, public transportation and the café just right besides the hotel is one of the best! There was always a big line.

Fancy hotel in central Paris

Very central location in Paris and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Some great restaurants and supermarket nearby. The room is quite large but expensive for the level of amenities and quality of hotel eg no one at the desk when I checked in and no access to the hotel or 11am.

Nice hotel

The hotel overall was very nice. The room got a little warm at night but I didn't realize they had cut off all the air-conditioning to the building because of the time of year. We finally did open the window, and it was pleasant. The rooftop was a little disappointing and not what I envisioned after seeing the hotel pictures. I hotel was very close to the Eifel Tower and the front desk people were great to work with.

The property was very close to the Metro station for easy access to outings and excursions. The back side of property literally one block down were cute boutiques and there were many restaurants. The breakfast was great to start the morning delivered straight to the room each morning.

I had an excellent room with an Eiffel Tower view. The front desk staff are so very nice and knowledgeable. The daily breakfast is delicious. Very nice comfortable room. There was a kitchen area in the room as well. Plan to stay here again on my next trip with family.

The property was located in a very nice area, walkable to most visited areas. Clean and comfortable, small but was expecting that based on other hotels in Europe. What I wasn't expecting was to be told by the front desk, when asked, that only one bath towel per unit is allowed. I asked to clarify, one towel for 2 adults? yes!! very disappointing in that aspect. If I could have found a Bath Store on my walks I would have bought a dozen towels for the other guest also!!
