I stayed in the family suite. I love the room. And also the private beach and pools are nice. I wish the water in the pools were a little warmer than those. And it‘ll be great if they have a jacuzzi on the poolside.

Excellent service, very friendly, very clean. The morning buffet was the excellent with a many options I highly recommend it. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a 5 star place to stay for an affordable price.

The outdoor facilities are great. But the soundproof of the balcony door is terrible. Cannot fall asleep if you have a neighbor playing music and chatting on their balcony. You can hear everything they say.

Nice get away from the crazy cities

Came here for business and Rolling Loud did not want to stay in the middle of the city was looking for something quiet and nice. This was a perfect Not crowded no wild action exactly what I needed. Just wish I didn’t come here alone needed my “Sweetie” with me.

The head staff service Mr Top and two ladies in the front desk working in after of Nov 9 . Did an excellent. Job. Specially Mr Top made our day complete . He did an extra mile to accommodate us in dire needs . We thank you . Highly recommend the staff well trained and very hospitable .

We had a great time staying at the Ravindra property especially when we were check in the staff member was very accommodating. We had Ace helping us. Very nice facility but we were stayed only a short period of time. We definitely come back and will invite everyone to stay here is well!!

A great get away. ..

Very fine hotel with good facilities and very good service and friendly staff. Nice location at the beach. Regarding location, that is also the only 'downside' to this hotel. Its located in a areas with not much around (minimarked or any service besides the hotel). Taxi needed if you need to go enjoy anything other than hotels high service. (Hotel very helpful with that also) Would highly recommend this place, if you dont need to stay 'downtown'.

Returning after 5 years and liking it as much as the last time. Will be back in three or four yeats again. Great for families.

Family vacation

Spacious room and very clean. The room and all the facilities were cleaned and well maintained. The entire staff everywere where fantastic! We well return again next year.

The main Pool with the bar was closed during the stay. The room was pretty old. The ac in the room leaked.

Great place - a bit out of town so be prepared to take cars everywhere. But if it’s peace and quiet you are after you can’t beat Ravindra. Kind staff - stellar breakfast buffet and beautiful and clean rooms. Our family of 6 loved it and getting to the sights and town was really not a big deal.

Kid friendly place. I enjoyed the calmness and serenity. Highly recommended for a whole family getaway especially the villas with private pool. Very friendly staff but only a few are fluent in English but they are trying their best to communicate. Three dining experience on-site. Best breakfast buffet. A lot of choices! great for brunch!

Stayed here for 14 nights over Easter holidays Family of 4. The property is quiet away from the Hussle and bustle of Jontiem and Pattaya but close enough to get a cheap bolt taxi when you want shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are great and the hotel is clean and tidy. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was large and very comfortable.

Really like this place a lot. Quiet… pools … beach .. and staff really deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication to customer service/experience. One of my favorite places yet .. will be returning here.

Ideal for families, not in the center of Pattaya so you do need to get transport to go to the city center but it’s in a nice area

The AC unit was very loud making it difficult to sleep. Turnout off was not an option because it was so hot.

Not as good as it seems, rubbish breakfast

Hotel is ok, but too big/busy so not relaxing. The room was supposed to come with breakfast but there are so many people in this hotel that you don't get anywhere near it. There's a small coffee machine suitable for a household not for a busy hotel... A bit of a joke as it runs out of milk after 10cups or so. As for getting an omelet you have to fill out a paper but if you are foreign you will get ignored. You can't actually get to it anyway as they've put it in the corner next to the Mickey mouse coffee machine which has a huge queue. Same with the toaster, it's not suitable for large quantity of people. I had to settle for poached eggs which were uncooked. .. check out experience: we phoned and asked to check out at 1pm... They said no problem, 10mn later they kept pestering us every 5 mn to move out asap...

Good place

In a good location, right on the beach, although rooms do not face ocean. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff are nice although uninformed about Covid tests. Wi-fi is nearly nonexistent. Only beach restaurant without AC is open after breakfast. Overall, not worth the price.

Tranquil, awesome place to escape away from bustling city.

My parents's room (1154) couldn't adjust the air temperature. We tried to adjust to 22 c but the temperature freeze at 26 c!. It's quite warm while they stayed there.

Quiet Pattaya Beach Hotel

Traditional Thai Hotel, very quiet due to pandemic, very low occupancy so facilities all closed. Good size rooms, poor wifi connection and basic food.

The hotel was fantastic. Clean and not old unlike some Thai hotels I have been to in the past where they use old photos. I would definitely stay again.

Positives.. 5* for staff, Noo and her team made our stay great, she went out of her way to assist us with our taxi. Beautiful resort, lovely beach right on the resort. Negatives.. Beds are very hard. No Indian / halal food, resort will do very well, if they cater. Guests are very selfish and "hog" the chairs on the beach and pools. They place their towels on the chairs and dissappear. Resort must implement some measures to overcome this. Excellent place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!!

Good for family

Great vacation hotel

This hotel has excellent beach front with big palm trees providing shadow and sufficient quantity of sunbeds. We wanted to go to military beach but sea was very clean and water was good. Pool is also great surrounded by very nice garden. Staff is attentive. The quality of the room is good for the price we pay during top season. The only minus I had for me that the bed was a bit hard. Overall I would recommend this hotel for greatecbeach holidays.

Loved the pools and the fact it is not a high-rise hotel. Having its own private beach was a plus. I had a lovely spa treatment and the overall facilities were good. Fitness center, yoga, pool tables, table tennis and kids club were positives.

Though a bit far from main sites of Pattaya City, it is a place to stay. The pool is very beautiful and water is clean. It is ideal for resort for family trip. Towels are too old. The toilet and bath need renew.

Value for money.

Wifi is frustrating on mobile kicking on/off a lot. Toaster at breakfast hall is not good, only x1 and has to send bread through many times. Despite this a lovely hotel with great beach access and big pools.

Pool staff rude. Yelled at my kids for wearing flip flops at pool. Insisted I bring towels back to the bar area when done rather than leave on lounge chair. Pool is pretty but has dangerous trench around it. Real ankle breaker.

The staff was very polite and attentive. The property was extremely clean for the most part, but within the actual bathroom within our room there was mold and mildew in several places. The first day we got there the A/C wasn’t working. They got it working for the second night, but once we returned from some activities on the third day it wasn’t working once again so we went another night without A/C. With it being 100 degrees and high humidity outside there wasn’t a way to escape and get comfortable inside. It wasn’t a unique issue. We rented a total of 5 rooms and 2 of the 5 had no A/C for most of the stay. We did get a spa treatment which was great. But when we went back the next day there wasn’t any availability for the entire day/evening and the next spot was for late afternoon the next day. For a spa resort we made the assumption there would be plenty of availability for a spa treatment. Instead you’ll need to plan ahead and plan your activities around their availability, or just go off-site for one. They do have three very large pools that were well maintained and clean. The on-site restaurants are just average, with limited actual Thai food. Though reasonably priced, the food just wasn’t very good and we ended up going off-site for most of our meals. Overall it’s a nice facility and has polite personnel but the experience was poor and I would not recommend staying if you’re looking for a good resort with amenities and food that will keep you on-site.

A Really Nice Resort

Overall, a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and our maid did a great job. The pools are all in good shape. The beach was clean and pleasant. Property upkeep and maintenance was fine. Breakfast was very good, as was our BBQ dinner near the beach. Our only disappointment was that while room service was prompt, the food didn't taste very good. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

Lovely hotel. Great place to relax

Lovely hotel however the Solace bar was never open. Room was really spacious and overlooked the pool. Staff very friendly. It could do with a convenient shop on site and more choices in the 2 restaurants. There wasn't a lot around the perimeter of the hotel except a 711 and pharmacy. There was a hotel shuttle into Pattaya 3 times a day for a fee of 80baht each way per person. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice beach, nice swimming pools and overall layout of the resort. Only area of improvement quality of food and variety of menu for dinner because there are many better options nearby and it's a pity because set up of the restaurant near the beach and swimming pool is really nice.

Best hotel/resort I've stayed at! Room, service, breakfast all exceptional. Great location. Loved the Bar at the pool and the Whatever/Whenever concept. Rooms are provided with everything you could need with great views of the pool area Wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm in Pattaya, Thailand!!!

Completely misaligned expectations

Completely misaligned expectations of hotel. I booked it via hotel.com where it had fairly good reviews, was marketed as a 5 star resort and priced with a large discount. Hotel is worn down, room was smelling unpleasant and everywhere it is not very clean. Maybe ok for a 3 star hotel but even then the discounted price would have been too high. I addressed the issue with the hotel manager who after some back and forth agreed to refund all remaining nights booked and we moved to a much nice place in the area at similar price.

it was a very nice vacation little children have less to do at the premises, the play room for children is quite small the fitness and stretching class was excellent

Choose another hotel

Not notified when booking or when checking in of Convention and Concert taking up the beach area and one of the pools. Convention consisted of Adult themes with Photography and many adults heavy drinking from a free flow bar for the convention situated around children trying to play in the pool, concert and party was very loud and annoying until 11pm, many drunk adults still making noise until 1am !! NOT CHILD FRIENDLY.

We had a lovely stay here, hotel has it's own private beach which is great, 2 pools as well. Staff were so helpful and service was excellent. There pool bar was particularly good. Would defiantly go back there.

Great hotel with attentive staff! The beach is cloudy someday with no fault of their own but many wonderful beaches around. Also their pools are wonderful, spa is wonderful. Excellent breakfast!!

Good for family vacay

We had a great family stay here. We love the pools and the happy hours. Bed could have been more comfy for the price tho. Great area, away from the bustling and noisy main pattaya. If you're looking for a lively neiborhoods with lots of bars, this is not a choice for you!

Lovely hotel, shame about the cocktails.

A return visit to a lovely hotel in one of the best locations in the Pattaya/Jomtiem area for a beach holiday. For a lively location with plenty of nightlife look elsewhere. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. However I had really looked forward to a cocktail by the sea, but these were unbelievably sweet and the ingredients used did not allow for much adjustment. Disappointing - but my only complaint.

Good Hotel and staff . but we booking room for 3 people. Hotel set room for 2 people and add extra bed . It is so upset for me. Hotel staff just said only the room is same size.

WOW! Beautiful Could Stay forever!

This was by far one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed at. It has 5 Stars for a reason and possibly deserves 6 Stars.We stayed at the Villas with its own pool. SUPER NICE all the way! Great staff and not overbooked. The place had two HUGE pools plus the private pool in the villa, and the main pools were not packed. Lots of space for everyone. This is a must stay at Pattaya and I would love to go back again. If you second guessing on the high price per night Villas... DO IT! It will be worth it. GREAT SPOT and its must stay place.

A Good beach resort getaway

Cosy room with beach view. Walking distance to the swimming pool but water was very cold in dec. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seafood was fresh. Specially added on the breakfast and it was worth it.

Awesome hotel with great staff

As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted with a great smile by the guards at the entrance. The staff at the lobby welcome you with great enthusiasm and the same was displayed throughout the stay. The property is well maintained and the food is good.

This property is owned by Russians & geared up to only serve that market, one example, the satalite TV had no english spoken news, but they have Russian news. We travel a lot & this will be a bad memory! many other points, too many to mention, the Guest Relations Officer was condescending ond a little arrogant (not a Thai)

Family of 2 elderly, 2 adults n a child, each of us could find some activities or games to do. Liked the 3 pools n a kids pool, beach was clean although it is next to a yacht club. Food variety was okay but not much seafood, reasonably prices. Breakfast was average but fruits plentiful. WiFi was really poor, couldn’t use at all in the rooms, either too slow or dropped off frequently. Room condition was a bit old but still clean. Suggestions: some facilities for kids to play in the pool, like a slide into the pool, or some swimming aids, and upgrade the WiFi.

Good, but maybe more central next time.

Was just average... Nothing wrong .... But, nothing great !!! The location relative to places of interest was poor.. The shuttle was good, it goes and comes every two hours so leaves on the even and comes back on the odd.. If you want the action I wouldn't stay here... However, if peace and quiet and an occaisional trip out is what you want .. This is the place ..... Good all rounder!!!

Sublime resort

From arriving to this spectacular resort to leaving we were treated by a high standard staff always helpfull and smiling! The resort its self is picture perfect, well maintained with nice detail to it ! Rooms spacious, beds are super comfy! Restraunt has wide range of tasty meals and exotic cocktails to choose from Overall it is has hard to find something negative about this resort! It is all thumbs up from me

Vacation choice

The resort located little bit far from Pattaya city. But their facilities are great with 3 swimming pool and private beach. A lot of recreation facilities more. The view inside the resort feeel relax and service are great, served by polite staff.
