TravellerGood facilities and property but very awful management, terrible customer service, very backward in using technology to drive business. Made me pay again on checkout for my two nights stay after prepaying on Expedia.com, said contract with Expedia has been terminated because they don’t remit payment, but they are still listed on Expedia till date, and I’m the latest victim of this rather sad scam, till date I’m yet to be refunded by Expedia, wondering how long this will go on. God will judge.

Feedback on Randolph
The accommodation was good and the bed size and matrass were good. I did see mosquitoes in the room which implies regular fumigation will be required. Their internet worked for a few hours and then went off. It was not never fixed until I left. There is an opportunity to improve their internet services. Water from the tape was not flowing regularly. I presume their were issues which they tried to fix. The location of the hotel is great. About 40 minutes drive to the airport.
