Clean rooms, responsive personnel

Great spa

Not the best location for a romantic getaway but definitely the most amazing Spa. Breakfast was very simple, the products were fresh. I didn’t like the a la carte food from the Parc restaurant, for all tourists to know that’s not how Romanian food should taste like and it’s very poor quality, please take a taxi and go anywhere else to eat or just order.

One particular lady at the wellness area reception was rude all the time... There was a lot of noise from parties, from the courtyard or somewhere else, kept me woke up. Other than that- nice hotel. The gym's area for stretching and calisthenics needs to be improved.

Hotel has an integral spa -- indoor and outdoor swimming polls, six person jacuzzi, spa center offers massages but has free use of sauna a steam room

Relaxing Stay with friendly service

I have stayed here before and it’s a really nice hotel. The pros: the pool, gym and spa included is kept up and running, clean and well maintained. A very nice option to have while is why I chose the hotel. Breakfast is included and has good options and most days wonderful fresh omelette station. This trip there were a few mornings things were not as fresh but overall good selection. I think things could improve with staff serving fresh coffee vs machine coffee. The beds are quite comfortable though the pillows could use an upgrade. They are quite hard and would make a world of difference if they upgraded them. Great location to the park and easy access to tourist locations via Uber.

Small Issues, but fantastic Staff!

first of all, amazing service. arrived extremely late at 3am due to plane being delayed, but still got a great couple of coffees at the bar. room was not too bad, bed was perfectly fine, but: - wardrobe could not be used as doors were out of their hinges. - bathroom is very small, door cannot be closed once sitting on the toilet - shower was disappointing on 3rd morning, no water pressure at all.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The gym area was quite nice, although it appeared to be not only for hotel guests, so it was quite busy. The breakfast included a great variety, but everything was served cold. Both mornings the food was served in warmers, but there was no heat applied, resulting in cold eggs, bacon, sausage, and all of the other “hot” foods. We also had loud upstairs occupants that stomped all over the ground late into the night, bug that was an issue for us because we are light sleepers.

Bellow expectations

Not satisfied at all. Even repeated customer, the hotel seems to be fully booked but only 6 employees were for 480+ guests (as a waiter was talking around ..)

The excuse for everything: “we are fully booked “

There is a joke about this hotel: - Can I have a city view room? - Sorry Sir, we are fully booked.. - Can I have another room because this one is dirty and some lights are not working? - Sorry Sir, we are fully booked.. - what time is breakfast time ? - Sorry Sir, we are fully booked.. The excuse is always the same, as a repeated play list in an old multi CD player.. Just wanted to ask the management of hotel, what about if they should have this room chair and paying for this room some hundred of euros of 3 days of accommodation .. should they sit in this chair ? Or what about if at 09:00 they shouldn’t have any free chair in the breakfast lounge and forced to returned at 09:30 without being the basics on buffet?

disappointing hotel. Food was cold at the restaurant every time we ate there. Breakfast and dinner.. Had issues with the shower as well as the air conditioner.

Outstanding team. Got late for the Breakfast, and the team was very helpful and understanding. Reception very friendly and helpful ( all of the team members) Housekeeping team was amazing friendly, quick and accurate. Great hotel. Thank you.

It was my 3rd stay at this hotel and it was a pleasure. Great spa, great breakfast, pretty rooms. I will recommend it in the future.

Very good hotel, near to Otopeni Airport. Comfortable and large, a lot of space for parking. Nice staff and wellness area.

Generally good, but a quite unpleasant experience for the reception. One day the mini bar has problem and the reception staff tells me I can't put a box of milk I bought in super market in it, means I made the problem. Meanhwhile correct me that their mini bar, not a refrigerator. Quite unpolite attidud! The reception manager is very nice and helpful, but the staff really need to know how to communicate with their customers.

I was denied the check in for not having a vaccine passport (which was not mentioned when I did the reservation and when I made the payment) and they won’t give me a refund

Nice hotel close to business areas & both airports

Grrat servive and facilities, water pressure fluctuated slightly in bathroom, maybe because i was on 1qyh floor. Not worth tbe rxtra for a room with Executive Lounge admission, nithing executive about it.

Fabulous but far away

the Hotel is amazing , the Room , Pool and the Sauna are wonderful , the breakfast is excellent . but the location is far from the city center

Nice spa and free breakfast. Service and quality of food in restaurant for dinner needs improvement.

The bathroom was not clean. There were other people's hairs in the shower, no slippers when we entered the room, no bags in the bins. The staff did not exchange towels for us, just folded them and put them in the bath again.

The spa was excellent and a really nice option after a long day of travelling. Service/food in the restaurant wasn't the greatest but the waiter was trying. Overall, I would return just for use of the spa facilities.

Everything it is at the expected standards as stated, Worthing the money although it is not that close to town centre... Fell like in the sea side resort.

Friendly and polite stuff, great view to the lake, huge parking, subterranean too. Everything as expected, no any suprises.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. My only complaint is that housekeeping comes earlier than anywhere else I've ever stayed, which isn't ideal for traveling for vacation especially when jetlagged. Reception/concierge/waitstaff in the restaurant also always acted a little annoyed if I asked for anything at all, but it might just be a cultural thing.

Awful experience

Worst of the worst hotel I have been to. They are always harassing customers. Trying to find any possible thing to charge you. The room they gave does not match the advertising pic, and I have been to Ramada hotels around the world , this hotel is a total disgrace to the Ramada chain a pure insult . Their manager was insulting, a bunch of racists . Really there are so many more amazing other and better hotels in Sofia , this hotel is giving such a bad name to this town , would not recommend it even if it was the only hotel on a deserted island..

Overall Very Good

Overall a very nice stay, I’d stay again, convenient for the airport (15/20 min cab ride),and 10/15 mins from the city centre, also very close to Herestrau Parc. Excellent : Pool, Spa and the fantastic buffet breakfast (and free room service breakfast!) Good: The Room - overall nice, slightly firm bed Average - Not very comfortable pillows, and I didn’t like the menu much in the main restaurant for dinner. The executive lounge isn’t really worth it (compared to others that I’ve been to)

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. Staff wanted to argue about things that were messed up. Called our room at 1045pm to discuss and woke us up when we were getting up at 3 for 6am flight.

We stayed in this hotel for first time and we were very happy with nice helpful staff. The room has very comfortable bed and nice breakfast every morning with clean facilities outdoor and indoor pool and sauna. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very clan and well organised hotel. Easy access and full of all the amnesties required.Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone looking for quiet and relaxed stay.

Staff was rude. Stayed 12 nights and air conditioning got fixed on night 10. Room service lied about closing time. Had to go after laundry service to return my clothes when they stated same day service.

Excellent all round

Comfortable bed, good temperature control in the room. Good breakfast buffet, and you can have breakfast in your room for no extra cost. Fantastic gym and pool included. Highly recommended.

Decent choice for business travellers

The hotel is a decent choice for business travelers. Check-in and checkout and room service is efficient and helpful. The pool and gym are generous (full length for sport swimmers) but not the luxury spa type you would seek for example as a couple. The dining experience was rather disappointing, if you look for high quality food and service you may opt for other places. Cosy bar.

Good value for business travellers

It takes around 15-20 mins to airport. The rooms are clean, good condition, the staff is friendly, the fitness center is good, there is a swimming pool if you like, parking available, airport pick up is available. The only concerns: the breakfast can be better w better quality, the menus for restaurant and room service can include more items. Overall good value what you pay for.

My hotel of choice in Bucharest!

For the past six years, whenever I visited Bucharest, I stayed at Ramada Plaza. The staff is very couteous, friendly, and welcoming. Rooms are modern and well designed. Breakfast is excellent. The newly opened spa and fitness center is state of the art. I particulary enjoy their swimming pool and dry sauna.

Best hotel ever

There wasn't one part of this hotel that was the best ever but they put it all together with great service and maybe the 30 degree days out by the pool helped. I would stay again every time I'm in Bucharest!

Best value of anywhere I have been

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, beautiful pool and spa. Food at the restaurant was decent. Room air conditioning was not the best so it was warmer than i like. Bed was comfy and internet connection was excellent. About a 6 euro taxi from airport or central Bucharest

Good choice

I stayed 2 days, the hotel is confortable great gym facilities, very clean, friendly staff. Room was good, smaller than I thought but great service. The breakfast was nothing special.

Quiet hotel, which is hard to find in Bucharest

This is my favourite hotel in Bucharest. I like everything about it, from its location ( away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the Herastrau parc and to public transit), to the friendliness of its staff, to the great buffet style breakfast which caters to all eating styles (meat lovers as well as vegetarians and vegans), and to the well equipped, brand new gym and swimming pool.

The room was ok not so big.. Outside there is nice pool for summer time and brand new gym

Overall the experience at this hotel was good but was marred by power failures on 2 days of my 4 day stay. This may have been due to the very hot temperatures experienced in Bucharest at that time. I ate at the restaurant and the food was good.

Good location for ending a tour

The Ramada was a good location for completing our Romania tour. It is near the airport for returning home to the US. It was easy to get a taxi to the Old Quarter of Bucharest and Revolution Square so we could explore the sights of interest, nearby museums,restaurants, etc. Ramada Plaza's beds are very comfortable; our room was quiet; all was good except the bathroom is small and the towel rack over the tub is so high, I could hardly reach the towels.

excellent hotel

I love the new fitness center and spa, it is super clean, and super modern. The swimming pool has non-clorinated water, and the sauna is the best that I have ever used at a hotel. The breakfast buffet is also great. The resaturant staff are not super friendly though. However, the reception desk and fitness staff are very welcoming and professional.

easy to get to must see sights by taxi

The hotel is a 15 mins ( about US$ 4.00 ) taxi ride to old town, where most of the attractions are. The hotel is newer and very clean. Hugh pool area. The staffs are amazing, they help us to find taxi, location of restaurants, English speaking and very pleasant . Breakfast was included and good choices.

Great service in a modern hotel

this is a new hotel linked to an old Ramada hotel. In the complex there are 2 restaurants one selling traditional Romanian food and the other focussed on standard international grilled meat & pasta. The evening meal at both was good and the service excellent. At breakfast there was a wide variety of hot and cold dishes. Rooms are very clean. The location is the only negative being on a dual carriageway between the airport and the old town so easy to get to but a taxi ride away from any shops/restaurants/tourist attractions. Taxis are normally cheap (€3 for a 15 minute journey into the old town) unless you get one of the cowboy drivers; although numerous they mainly operate from the airport.

great hotel at great price

I have stayed at the hotel a few times now, and it does not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom suite is nicely done and the beds are great in size and comfort. Hotel service is also fantastic, and the restaurant food is great, too at reasonable prices. A very enjoyable stay.

What I would expect in a business hotel EXCEPT, there hotel system was down some of the time and it was not possible to charge dinner to my room.

Good hotel for business travelers

Although the hotel catered well to business clients, average travelers may not be as comfortable there. The staff was less attentive and the other guests were even a bit rude to anyone walking in with a backpack, such as myself. The hotel is located in what has been called "no man's land", so unless you arrive on a tour bus, getting to the hotel is a big hassle. If you don't know the bus system, it is a 75-90 minute walk from the train station. Also, the hotel staff was very lacking in concierge skills and information. If it wasn't inside the walls of their hotel, the staff really didn't know much about stuff in the outside world.

pleasant surprise of our early arrival for our GCT cruise

Staff was very good. Our room was ready for our early check in. room and amenities were fine. hotel is located near the biggest park with an outdoor museum showing different cultures from all over romania. The restaurant Casa Moina of the Ramada La Parc next door is excellent. The Bass fish we got was excellent.

Courtesy and cleanliness

A* rating for courtesy, cleanliness and service. Slightly out of the centre, but easily compensated by taxis! Will stay again.

Great Hotel in Bucharest

The staff there are friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are up to-date and have a nice decor the bed was very comfortable and we had a great view of the city from our room. We will most likely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Bucharest. It was a good experience.

Expensive Hotel - Quality not so good

Value for money

Being a repeat customer, was happily surprised by the new add in room service: coffee machine in the room with 4 capsules free of charge! So far I believe that it’s value for money regarding Bucharest accommodation options.
