Excellent service Good hotel

This was my second visit to ramada. I am so despondent about theare memegnent. Room i had witch is bathroom was stuck something i have no idea. Bad smell was coming to room. I went to the desk .i explained them. After all girl say theare is no plumber in house. She cant help me. Well i said change the room She was quite unhappy abt the change room. After she cahnge the room . It was quite arguments.

Great staff great hotel.

Hi I booked this hotel online and when I checked in, they over charge me again and didn't give me any explanation. The service is so bad, none of their health facilities are working. Pool was out of order and Gym, most of the machines are out of order.. Not a good place to stay.......

Though the family suite was large, the room space could have been made much more practical.

Things are especially swimming pool area very rusty , lockers are out of orders , if you need information or help not possible at all . Equipments are limited .

The staff is very friendly. The cleaning lady always did a great job!

We were 3 persons . They gave us room with two beds and they bring extra bed .the extra bed was so uncomfortable and it has bed bug .everything was just for 2 persons like cup and tea .

Aircondition was not working. Was provided portable unit but water started leaking and floor got wet. Staff tried to help in whatever they could. Staff need more training. Hotel otherwise is not bad

The BEST hotel in Istanbul

This hotels deserves the highest rating. I stayed at many hotels in Istanbul but this one is the BEST. The manager Buraak (Brock) is a rock star! I do not think you can get a better service anywhere. Special thank for Buran and all the reception staff. I will be back again.

Very nice hotel

Nice but in a neighborhood noisy no facilities to go anywhere

The actual room is very nice and the hotel is comfortable and clean. The only gripe i have is with the staff of the hotel, they are not very welcoming amd dont have smiles on their faces and talk to you as if you are a burden on them. They also dont charge you together. I paid the rate i booked with using Expedia on the day i checked in. When i checked out the next day they go to me by the way you owe another 38 lira..we undercharged you yesterday..not much money but its the principle..they should of taken all the money at the point of checking in and not decided the next day i owe them more..kind of seems like robbery to me

Services are not good, rooms are breakfast options are limited, No coffee / tea bags, they even charge you if need some glass for drink, if you are Indian avoid this hotel.

الفندق جيد جدا الموظفين فقط موظفة من مصر تتكلم التركية والإنجليزية اسمها عايدة كل الشكر لهاهناك ملاحظة حول شراشف السرير لم يتم تغييرها مدة اسبوع كامل علما اني قمت بوضع علامة على الشراشف لاتاكد من تغييرها لاكن للأسف والفوط كذالك كانت وسخة

Located in a crowded area. Very difficult to get in and out by car. Very bad smell in the toilet coming from the sinks, Dirty carpet, Slow lifts, very crowded breakfast lounge, etc.

3.5 star hotel not a 5 star

Definitely not a 5 star hotel type. This hotel is comparable with 3.5 star hotels. Location is good, close to shopping centre and tram🚊is just a minute or two walk. accessibility for families with stroller isn’t available! you have to lift the stroller and carry it up the stairs to the lobby. service was ok to good range. But rooms are not 100% smoke free. Even the smoke free floors smell smoke. You can’t control the AC/heat from the room is central which is a down side. In my opinion this hotel is 3.5 star hotel not a 5 star hotel level I’m used to or stayed in before.

Horrible experience

This hotel is definitely the worst one I have ever seen. Firstly very dirty, all the floor is in dust and stains. Curtains looks black even their own colors is white. And I ordered pizza from outside, they were telling me it is forbidden to order delivery because hotel has a restaurant!!!

Close to tram and mall

Our welcome was not so good, we were treated horribly, they said we were not to have breakfast as it was not included in the booking when it actually was.

That was my third time to stay in this hotel,so it is very convenient to stay there because it is very close to a shopping centre and to the textile wholesalers

Ich war für 8 Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Preise für das Essen oder Getränke sind für ein 5 Sterne völlig in Ordnung. Es ist alles zufuß erreichbar.

Otel genel olarak çok güzel odalar güzel fakat odaya su istedik gelmedi havlular berbat eskimiş morarmış Ramadaya yakışmadı Havluları yenilerlerse tekrar tercih ederim

İdare eder denilebilir ama hizmet kötü

Rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen, temin ettiğimiz Sigara içilebilen ve tek çift kişilik yataklı odayla karşılaşamadım ilk giriş yaptığımızda eşimle. Hava yağmurluydu o yüzden ıslak şekilde çık in yapmak açıkçası uğraştırıcı geldi çünkü daha önceden rezervasyonumuz ve oda seçimimiz belliydi. Resepsiyon ile birkaç konuşmadan sonra odamızı değişti ama yine de temin ettiğimiz oda olmadığı için bir garip hissettim. Onun dışında Otelin dizaynı ve içi temizlik ve görünüş açısından güzel, konforlu. Odamızda temizdi. Odamızın içindeki Kettle’ da bozuktu arayıp değiştirilene kadar 1 saat geçmişti. Yani kısacası hizmet ve alaka gerçekten kötü ancak Otel için temizlik olsun, konfor olsun memnun ediciydi.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Besonders die Rezeption/Concierge/Page sind hervorzuheben. Die Speisekarte könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten. Das Housekeeping war auch hervorragend. Da aber gegenüber eine Großbaustelle ist, ist es im A-Block des Hotels sehr laut. Oft wurde rund um die Uhr gebaut. Ich empfehle beim buchen im hinteren Teil, also im B-Block zu übernachten.

oda her zaman soğuk ve sürekli çalışan bir havalandırma sesi vardı. yatamadığım için odayı değişmek zorunda kaldım. personel sürekli bahşiş alabilmek için abartılı hareketlerle yardımcı olmaya çalışıyordu.

Otel gayet konforlu, sessiz ve temiz odalar gayet güzel dizyan edilmiş ve çok rahat, ısıtmalı havuz, sauna ve hamam çok keyifliydi. Soyunma odalarındaki kilitlerin bazıları çalışmıyordu hizmet güzel, resepsiyon ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Loksayın avm ye ve ulaşıma yakın olmasıda ayrıca artı bir durum. O bölgede kalmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Nicely done. A little oldy style one, the surrounding is mainly construction sites, heavy traffic. Quite good breakfast!

El personal de la recepción son muy fríos y despotas para mi parecer no son amables para el tipo de servicio que dan. Los clientes deben ser tratados con amabilidad y esas personas no lo son.

Man wurde wortwörtlich mit offenen Armen empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang (vor allem der Herr mit der Brille und der Concierge mit den zwei Töchtern waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Den Kindern (5,1) wurde durch das gesamte Personal sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt.

Odanın kliması merkezi sistemden kapatılmıştı, açılmasını rica ettiğimizde ancak 1gün sonra açıldı fakat kontrol panelinden klima yönetilmediği için yine klimadan faydalanamadık(klimayı açtığınızda sıcaklık ve mod değiştirilemiyordu ve klimayı kapattığınız an merkezi sistem yine klimayı kitliyordu yine klima çalışmaz hale geliyordu.) dolayısıyla oda çok sıcak olduğu için 2gece de uyuyamadık. Ayrıca odanın penceresi arızalıydı ilk gece pencere kapanmadığı için yolun sesi direk odadaydı. Allahtan ertesi gün pencere tamir edildi. Çok güzel diyebileceğim bir konaklama tecrubesi değildi. 5yıldızlı olmasından ötürü konforlu bir konaklamam olur diye umuyordum fakat pek öyle olmadı.
