Location is good. A/c fan was very disturbing. Paking staff not good. Always looking for Tip. For ladies lighting system is not good. In bathroom should have more brighter lights. Staff is good. Stayed 6 nights breakfast is same every morning. Should pay more attention on morning breakfast variety. I was supposed to pay my dues at checkout time but at checkin time I was asked to pay full due amount. This is sad situation. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Ramada encore jallandhar

Satisfactory only Sanitation in rooms was poor Cleaners need training as remnants of hair in shower from previous occupant was present and not cleaned even after request . The rooms were dusty and not cleaned well; towels were threadbare I feel it is not the cleaners fault but the volume of work that they are given which reduces the standards as they are forced to skimp Noise from events and lack of sound proofing made the stay worse Request for a room change were dismissed by one of the receptionist I sensed apathy in staff and lack of motivation in Reception There were very good staff like Sachan in the breakfast lounge who worked tirelessly to help the guests and meet their food requests The friendly man who cleaned reception and guided me via stairs on first day was always a joy to see The management team helped with printing and luggage weighing I stayed at another hotel nearby a few months previous and had a totally brilliant experience where staff could not do enough to accommodate guests and standard of cleanliness and food selection was so much more superior and the cost of room was similar Overall this hotel is in a good location and in satisfactory condition but could improve significantly and benefit from its prime location by addressing the concerns of its guests to encourage them to rebook The first impression needs to be stellar for guests to inspire immediate confidence and security with motivated and accommodating reception staff

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Washroom was ok but there was not enough light there. Soap dispensers wasn’t working at all. Breakfast was at average level.

Good/top hotel/4* in Jalandhar. Fairly good location. Good value for cost/Package. Well run/clean/Modern/Good wiFi/Good bedding. My 2nd Or 3rd stay @ this hotel. Getting TukTuk/ElectricRickshaw but tricky @ night & hotel needs more of its own cars. I prefer the smaller family orientated hotel to "local loutish" Radisson nearby which i book for boys only trips

Almost perfect

Located in an almost great location (apart from the quick right turn right off the property which I had to take every time, something the hotel can't help), with a great staff and with clean and comfortable rooms, this hotel is the perfect stay. Their breakfast is wonderful too, lots of choices. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the air conditioning system - they have a per floor central system. We were here in December, which is still hot for us but cold for the locals, so they had our floor (5th) set to heat. With the AC set to the lowest temp possible, it was still blowing hot air. For 2 nights, I would wake up in the middle of the night sweating. Finally asked the reception desk and they turned off the entire heating system and I got some decent sleep. Other than this issue, everything else was great. This will not be an issue in the summer, when everything is on fire outside and you just want some cold air.

Nice but don't eat anything here!

The hotel looks nice and rooms are nice. However one huge downfall is the fact we saw a cockroach on the counter in the breakfast room where all the bread and food is visible. Instantly put us off! Its a shame as the rooms were actually decent. Maybe if you stay here just dont include breakfast would be my advise.

Fair hotel for price/cost package

Fair hotel for price/cost package. Service rather slow typical off all India hotels. Nothing is done imm. Fast internet.Good restaurant/cost/quality. Rooms quite small conpared with other Ramada(original) but booking suite is worth extra.I had most family taking ~10rooms(& suites) for family wedding. Upper floors best for noise from function rooms .Parties always start @ 9.30pm & continue past 01.00.

THIS IS A RUN DOWN HOTEL WITH EXTREMELY SMALL ROOMS AND TINY BATHROOM,,,WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. GOOD ONLY IF YOU ON A BUDGET BUT STILL OVERPRICED HOTEL FOR WHAT IT IS AND THE LOCATION NOT DESIRABLE. BOOKED TWO ROOMS UPON CHECKING ONE GOT FLOODED WITH A DOWN POUR OF RAIN.

Average hotel. Worst Customer Service Experience!

Average hotel. Has all the necessary amenities, but nothing spectacular to shout about. Room was on 3rd floor right above where their function room is. Parties every night meant no peace and quiet for the two weeks my parents were here. Complained to front desk 3 times, yet they did nothing to change rooms. Tried to overcharge for room service on checkout (which btw took 1.5 hours because they couldn't produce all the receipts for "charges"). Floor manager at the time, a chap called Rajinder was a useful as a chocolate teapot. Stuck up attitude, refused to do anything about the charges except discount 10% off a bill which wasn't even ours. After nearly an hour of being passed from person to person I just got fed up, paid and left. The worst checkout and general customer service experience ever at a hotel! A disgrace to the Ramada/Wyndham brand in my eyes. I'd be ashamed to call this place my business due to their dodgy practices and ethics. I would certainly not recommend my family/friends to stay here. If you do have the unfortunate experience of spending a few nights in this place keep a record of all of your room service and laundry receipts so you know what to expect.

Comfortable hotel, pleasant staff

Reasonable hotel with comfortable rooms. Food was ok and staff were pleasant. Downside, housekeeping was poor and regular loud music from the first floor function room kept you up until midnight. Door staff did not always help with heavy luggage. Our 12 day stay was comfortable in a mostly clean and friendly environment. The service provided met our needs.

Please hire professional people for night shifts

There was no one to Park the car at night and I was asked to leave the car at front. In the morning they took 20 mins to get my car back from the lot and asked for my id to verify- just a mess.

Helt ok hotell

Hotellet i seg selv er fint og rent, men var veldig skuffet over personalet i resepsjonen. De hadde generelt problemer med å forstå oss og det var kommunikasjonsproblemer. Jeg ringte f.eks. fra hotellrommet til resepsjonen og spurte om de kunne bestille transport for oss hvor de bare la på røret da de ikke forstod hva jeg ville. Jeg ringte de opp igjen og fikk til svar "at de ikke vasket rommet". Endte opp med at jeg måtte gå ned i resepsjonen for å få bestilt transport. Ellers hadde de ypperlig service på restauranten og frokosten var god.
