Great airport hotel

Wonderful stay. Made a stressful long lay over and transit very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely gift and note waiting for us inside. The shuttle was smooth and driver very lovely. Overall the staff were very thoughtful and considerate. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

What a value! Best hotel we stayed at in China. Great service, clean and large, amenities and a good restaurant. Highly recommend. Oh and free airport transfer.

Smelly room and urinating security staff

The hotel seemed nice, and check in was friendly and quick. Unfortunately the bedroom smelt of stale cigarette smoke. While waiting for the hotel transport, the hotel security guard left his cabin, walked into the main street and urinated against tge hotel wall. I attempted to speak to the staff on the front desk, they were dismissive.

The property is a good value for money. Rooms are clean and big. Unfortunately the property is a bit runned down. Restaurant needs an urgent improvement in menu and decoration. Location is great if you’re going for a trade show

Good rooms, close to airport but not the best communication, frequent loud planes and some unhelpful staff. Anne Tong was there when I checked out and it was really nice to speak to someone friendly. She also helped me work out the GBP to Yuen exchange rate which I really appreciated. But Cindy Li at 2am when I checked in was not very nice at all. She was abrupt and not welcoming. She came across very rude. was very tired and distressed after a difficult time getting to the hotel from the airport, after having random men in the parking lot follow me to try and get me to book them for a taxi and a delayed flight. Poor first impression for this hotel, as I would expect someone at reception to at least say 'how was your journey' or 'welcome' or even just 'hello.' She just said 'checking in' and then raised her voice several times when I didn't understand how to access the WiFi. She then pointed to the left when she gave me the key, without explaining where to go, if there was a restaurant etc. I was so disgusted, I just left and found the elevators to my room. FYI, this was not a language barrier, she spoke English. My room was very big, with a very comfortable bed, good large shower, toothbrush, soap and other toiletries. They provide earplugs for the plane noise. Aircon in the room is good but not good in reception. I didn't have breakfast. I had to remove a 2 stars for the unfriendly welcome when I arrived and the fact that no one responded to airport transfer message.

The staff were not very welcoming - they made me (and another customer) feel as though we were a disturbance to their personal conversations etc. I was told the room number and left to find it by myself. I got to the room only to find I needed a code for the WiFi. I then had to go back to reception to enquire and was again treated like a nuisance. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It was spacial and the bathroom was lovely

Dirty and Dated

Dirty and dated. The foyer looks lovely. But the room carpet was dirty and i could write my name in the dust on the bedside lamp. The tiles were filthy and had a massive clump of someones hair lying on the bathroom floor! Yuck!

It was close to where i needed to be.

We had a late flight & our son organised this hotel so we could get a nice rest before we headed to Tianjin for our cruise. The hotel was nice and once we found the Shuttle Bus location, we got to the hotel fairly swiftly. When we awoke for breakfast however, we were charged and told we were also late. None of that information was given to us and our son insisted he booked a hotel that included breakfast as he used the filter on Expedia. It appears the system tricked us and said 'breakfast was available, rather included even though thats not an option when filtering hotels. Alas, they took the money and we enjoyed a breakfast.

Near airport stayed for an overnight layover it was worth it, they have a bus from and to the airport.

Ok hotel, but the noise from planes is constant. It’s right under the flight path, so don’t expect a quiet stay.

A great option for long layovers

We did not stay a full night as we had a late night layover at PEK. The hotel was really accommodating and allowed us to check in early despite our staying being on a busy weekend night. You need to book the shuttle bus by calling the hotel when you arrive at the airport. You can also ride Airport bus 3 four spots to just outside the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant is exceptional and reasonably priced. If you don’t speak Chinese and are staying at the hotel, please be respectful to the staff.

Very nice place to stay and a wonderful first impression of Beijing

A brilliant location, close to the airport with a free transfer bus. Staff were lovely and helpful. They booked us a taxi so we could do a quick visit to The Great Wall. Rooms were very nice and big.

Hotel is under runway approach way. Every 2 minutes you hear heavy noise from the aircrafts in your room. Not recommended for people with sensitive sleep.

Great hotel, with freindly, helpful staff and large, comfortable rooms. A shuttle bus was provided, although it was a little crowded - it would be better if there were more shuttle times available for guests.

Nice stay

Airport shuttle bus never arrived, despite us calling to confirm this with the hotel. Staff were impolite, not willing to help and treated us as an inconvenience when asking basic questions. Did not even greet us when checking in, just asked for passports and provided room cards. Did not advise where the lifts, restaurants or amenities were situated. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Would not recommend staying here.

The place is 5-10mins from the airport if you take taxi. The room is clean and tidy and very spacious. The staff are friendly.

A nice hotel 8 minutes' drive from Beijing Airport

The hotel is very close to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), less than 8 minutes' drive from Terminal 2 of PEK. The hotel shuttle runs every hour to the airport. There are bar, restaurant, gym, 24 hr self service store and laundry room inside the hotel and they take credit cards. The room is clean with free wifi, a refrigerator, an electric tea kettle and a money safe. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Transfer hotel

I arrived in the early hours of the morning, I managed to find an employee to assit with contacting the hotel to find out where to meet the shuttle bus. The hotel never responded to my email query regarding this. They pick up from level 1, door 5, middle row. The drive was less than 10 mins so convenient for my transfer time. Check in was straightforward, and booked the return shuttle time with no problems. The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, they do provide ear plugs as the planes were loud. The wifi wouldn't work and reception was unable to help. It did finally work when I woke up. I didn’t use any of the hotel facilities so unable to comment. There was a McDonald's across the road, not sure what time they operate.

Hello there, I sent several requests to the hotel, no answers from this one. I could not reach the place being late evening, and away about 60 kms. Even EXPEDIA agent helped. Therefore, the hotel remained mute, but did not hesitate to bank reservation full amount as penalties. Thank you Expedia team for your help, and I do not thank the hotel at all. I understand terms and conditions but the hotel does not understand humanity.

This hotel was extremely clean and only 10minutes from the airport. Unfortunately due to a language barrier we were unable to use it to its full potential and book hotel transfer for arrival. However, they have a little cafe in the lobby and a small shop which they can help you get into for drinks and snacks. Also, if late arrival or for convenience their is a McDonald’s opposite or several nice looking Chinese restaurants in a very short walking distance. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Some staff were exceptionally friendly, but many struggle with English, which was my overall experience with China. Surprised at aircraft noise and 24 hour operation of Beijing airport. Airconditioning unit / smoke eating unit in room too bright for sleeping

Firstly this hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport, however as I was travelling I messaged the hotel via the Expedia App, the hotel website twice and had to response to a request to book this free shuttle. Instead I had to rely on airport staff to help me call them on arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, it is a lovely hotel however despite there being four members of staff at the check in desk there were only two checking people in. I requested that they open up another desk and they refused. The room itself was spacious however smelt of smoke, and travelling with a toddler it was not good. The bathroom had a paperclip on the floor again not good for my toddler and the shower floor is super slippery when wet. There are signs warning you of this and a non slip mat provided however who on earth did not think of this when they first built the shower rooms I have no idea. The hotel restaurant closes at 10pm and offers no room service. There is a cafe like place in the foyer but it appears to be separate to the hotel. This was the one redeeming feature of the hotel as we were able to order food and drinks and for them to be brought up to the room but this closes at 12. The area surrounding the property is a bit sad and to note no restaurants accept Mastercard, so be prepared to withdraw cash if you plan to eat locally. Finally there were people smoking in the lobby and when told no smoking simply smirked. This was not strictly enforced by members of staff- shocking

Really enjoyed our stay with here. The bed was huge and comfy; had an amazing night sleep. The room and bathroom were super clean. The onsen was a lovely bonus and popular with guests. Nice touch with the vending machine and appreciated being able to clean our clothes during our stay in Japan. The staff were lovely, so efficient and keen to help you with any enquiries :). Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The location is about 15 min ride from T2. They provide 24 hours shuttle service (every 30 min.) which is very convenient; just need a reservation in advance. They upgraded my room for my 6- hour staying that was nice and I wish I could enjoy more. Will go back next time for flight connection at PEK.

I needed to contact the hotel to arrange pick up by shuttle bus from the airports , that was the rule of booking, but no email could't be found. Hotel.com's chat doesn't work in Beijing airport. (I have tried from Japan, but no answer was received.) I have skype credit, so i could talk to the reception finally from Beijing airport. It was not a good system without email address nor no help from Hotel.com chat. Hotel room was clean. And staff were helpful at least.

I could smell the previous person who slept in my bed. Terrible experience. In addition although close to the airport, the planes fly right above, my window could not close properly so it was very noisy.

Front desk was especially kind and accommodating. Free shuttle to/from airport is super convenient!

There was NO airport shuttle, contrary to Hotels.com’s description, Ang the hotel turned off power to the room early in the morning! DO NOT STAY THERE!
