All perfect for stay with family

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights with 2 kids and enjoyed a lot our stay! Room- The superior suite was very spacious and clean and perfect for a family stay Food- we booked half pension and enjoyed the food a lot. It was fresh and high quality. each one can find something they like. In the morning there is also additional a la carte for some dishes. Kids playroom - was a good addition where kids could play and interact with other kids. During summer holidays kids enjoyed the evening activities with a variety of themes. The swimming pool - was nice and clean, kids loved it, also we, especially the big jacuzzi area. The slide was a great addition! They had some floating accessories for kids if you forgot to bring them, which you can borrow. Parking- for 7 nights there we paid an additional almost 100€ which was a bit annoying since you don't have other options for parking. This was quite an expensive addition just for parking. Wish it was included in the room cost. Service- was great from the restaurant to reception and room service. Everyone was kind and nice. One disadvantage to note- the road to the hotel was not appropriate for this kind of hotel level, I would expect some investment here (see photo) Overall, we would recommend it!

Great hotel & spa! Hard to reach on the phone.

A really lovely hotel a short ride away from the town center. Great views from breakfast and excellent rooms. I did have trouble getting the front desk to answer the phone and it took a while to find a taxi. I suggest booking a taxi ahead of time if you don’t have a car. Staff were friendly and helpful otherwise!

Brilliant hotel in great location

Beautiful location. Hotel is well maintained, staff are very attentive. Room was well equipped with stunning east Mountain View. Breakfast had excellent choices. Spa was great with saunas, swimming pool, water slide, heated pool with hydro massage and outdoor jacuzzi. Would definitely come back. Amazing for families with kids

Pokoje małe, komfortowe, śniadania 7/10, jadalnia mała, basen przepełniony, parking płatny, lokalizacja słaba, daleko od centrum, na piechotę około 15 minut z górki. Obsługa zakręcona.

We had a short, but relaxing stay. Our room was comfortable and tidy. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities and wonderful views from the spacious balcony.

Amazing breakfast, decent dinner. Hotel is new, rooms are luxurious. Forest Wellness and Spa highly recommended. My only negative feedback would be the paid parking on the premises of the hotel. This should have been free for all guests staying at the hotel.

Fantastic Hotel by the mountains, amazing facilities, great breakfast buffet, dinner and cocktails. Lovely stay for family with kids as there is a kids club as well.

Really nice hotel out of the crowdy part of the city. The only thing I would suggest to change or improve is restaurant-good from the card not the best one, rest really fine. Bar and coffee outstanding Great for kids as well

Ein sehr schönes, unaufgeregtes Hotel. Der Pool und die Saunen waren wirklich entspannend und das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich zusätzlich noch verschiedene Eierspeisen ohne Extragebühr bestellen. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Ich habe beide Schlafgelegenheiten ausprobiert. Die Schlafsessel waren genau so bequem wie das Bett.

Very quite and beautiful view into the valley

Leider war trotz vorheriger Kommunikation es nicht möglich, Zimmer auf der gleichen Etage mit Bekannten zu bekommen. Man erreicht mit seiner Zimmerkarte nur seine eigene Etage. Die Zimmer wurden sehr lieblos gesäubert. Betten waren nur zugedeckt oder auch garnicht gemacht. Auch die benutzten Tassen und Gläser waren oft nicht ordentlich gereinigt! Anscheinend nur unter dem Wasserhahn abgespült und nass, sowie mit Kaffeeresten wieder hingestellt. Durch die Strassenverhältnisse ist es ziemlich laut, wenn man vorn zu schläft.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Pool und Saunalandschaft. Nettes Personal. Das einzige was zu bedenken ist, dass man den Parkplatz vom Hotel für ca. 12 € pro Tag gezwungen ist diesen zu nehmen, da es keine anderen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gibt. Besser wäre wenn der Parkplatz gleich im Preis der Übernachtung inklusive wäre.

Language is an issue. A lot of the service team members are not speaking English. The reception team is speaking better English, but it was also not so easy everytime. The hotel has different chargers for electric vehicles. That is really good. It is not possible to book a space there, so you have to wait until one is free. That is not so good. There was a New Year’s Eve party in the hotel we did not want to participate. The hotel was not really flexible so we had to pay for it. That was

Sehr schönes Design-Hotel mit anspruchsvollem Badebereich. Wir waren schon öfters da und hatten immer eine tolle Zeit. Diesmal jedoch waren wir etwas verwundert über den neuen Restaurantleiter vom Frühstück. Folgte man seinem Anweisungen nicht und setzte sich nicht auf den zugewiesenen Tisch wurde man sehr aggressiv zurechtgewiesen. Er wurde sehr laut und drehte fast durch, da wir den Tisch mitten im Raum nicht nehmen wollten. Ein Tisch am Fenster war noch frei, musste aber neu eingedeckt und gesäubert werden. Wir haben den Restaurantleiter dazu aufgefordert. Dazu war er nicht bereit und zog beleidigt ab. Wir mussten dann den Service selbst übernehmen. Die schlechte Laune des Restaurantleiters setzte sich auch an den folgenden Tagen fort. Wir wurde absichtlich ignoriert und mit übellaunigen Kommentaren belegt.

Wunderschönes Anlage

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen und modernen Hotel. Das Frühstück ist ist außerordentlich gut. Wir sind mit Elektroauto dort gewesen umd wollten dieses auch laden, jedoch waren die vorhandenen Ladestationen nicht betriebsbereit! Leider hat es auch niemand geschafft uns eine Schukosteckdose zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ein wenig überrascht war ich über die Tatsache, dass es nicht ohne weiteres möglich war, zwei Cocktails auf das Zimmer schreiben zu lassen. Der Barkeeper musste zunächst einen "Kredit" einrichten lassen. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, insbesondere da unser gesamter Aufenthalt bereits bezahlt war. Wir aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Als Familie mit 2 Jungs 10 und 12 Jahre hatten wir viel Platz in einer Superior Suite!

Die Türen zum Zimmer und innerhalb zum Bad schließen jedesmal mit einem gehörigen‘ rumms‘, nicht nur die des eigenen Zimmers sondern auch gegenüber , über uns , unter uns....... Hier sollte überlegt werden den Schliessmechanismus anders einzustellen.

Hotel super, !! TYLKO Parking za drogi!!! i za maly ciezko znalesc miejsce. Gdziekolwiek w europie w hotelach Radisson parkingi sa w cenie juz dość drogiego pobytu. Maz mowi jeszcze: brak masla przy sniadaniu.😀 Ale poza tym obsługa bardzo mila.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie i zaangażowani w zabawę z dziećmi ratownicy na basenie, bardzo czysto. Przemiła obsługa.

Świetny hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania , pomocna obsługa, codzienne sprzątanie pokoju , super spa. Jedyna wada to drogi i mały parking (powinien być w cenie )

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat im Ort eine erhöhte Lage, die zumindest auf der Bergseite einen schönen Ausblick und Ruhe mit sich bringt. Hat man ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite, blickt man zur Zeit jedoch auf eine große Baustelle und hat tagsüber eine gewisse Lärmbelästigung. Man sollte auch bedenken, dass es zum Ortszentrum mit den zahlreichen Shops und Lokalitäten einen gewissen Fußweg erfordert, sofern man nicht auf ein Auto zurückgreift. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sowohl Frühstücks- als auch Abendbuffet sind von guter Qualität. Beim Abendbuffet könnten die Speisen aber etwas wärmer sein. Der Service hat uns alles in allem auch sehr gut gefallen - wie auch der Wellnessbereich und Pool des Hotels.

Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel to opinia jak najbardziej pozytywna. Jeśli chodzi o otoczenie to już gorzej ogólny plac budowy, mało miejsc parkingowych, przy pełnym obłożeniu nie wszyscy znajdą tutaj miejsce.

Hotel nowoczesny,czysciutki,jedzenie super..Jedyny minus ktory jest w tym hotelu to bardzo mala strefa Spa..szczegolnie basen..jak na taki duzy hotel i przy braku pogody na jaka my akurat trafilismy basen byl przepelniony dziećmi, do tego brak lezakow..bylo ich moze z 4..Zbyt ciasto, malo komfortowo..Poza tym sam hotel super..Plus za duze i przestronne pokoje.

Wysoki standard, czyste pokoje i pyszne jedzenie. Na pewno wrócimy !

Dobry hotel z nie do konca zagospodarowana okolicą

Pobyt udany. Hotel nowy, zadbany wewnatrz. Fajny basen, sauny. Restauracja z widokiem na góry. Warto wziąć pokój z widokiem na gory. Standartowy pokój z widokiem nieciekawym na budowę apartamentowcow. Pokoje dobrze wyposazone. Uwaga - jeden wspolny balkon bez wydzielenia tarasu dla danego pokoju. Choc w sumie nie jest to uciążliwe pod warunkiem, ze sasiedzi przestrzegaja swoich umownych granic. Generalnie hotel godny polecenia. Okolica nie jest do konca zagospodarowana, trwaja prace nad zewnerznymi częsciami przylegajacymi do hotelu.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer Traumhaften Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit Bergblick. Das Personal war über die Gesamte Zeit stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze für alle Hotelgäste, wir konnten trotzdem ohne Probleme in direkter nähe zum Hotel Parken

Bardzo dobry wybór

Hotel jest nowy , czysty i dość ładny. Absolutną rewelacja jest obsługa. Personel nie jest jeszcze doświadczony, lecz nadrabia to zaangażowaniem i nadzwyczajną uprzejmością. Miły uśmiech na każdym kroku wprawia w dobry humor nawet podczas deszczowego dnia. Bardzo czysta i oferująca usługi na bardzo dobrym poziomie część spa też zachęca do korzystania. Mogę jedynie ponarzekać na śniadania, bo jako osoba, która dba o dietę cierpiałem strasznie przytłoczony wyborem i jakością pyszności w bufecie. Okolica hotelu jest w budowie, ale piękne widoki są całkiem blisko, więc to nie przeszkadza. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania, spacerów i relaksowania się.
