Good location and Good service. Food si Good (room service). Breakfast sì ok. Just average but quite pricey. For 130 zl you can definitely have a way better breakfast around the corner. The hotel is located in the center of Warsaw, so you’ll find multiple options. Wonder why o didn’t get the Expedia VIP upgrade?

Lovely hotel broken air con & expensive breakfast

Lovely Christmassy hotel. Lovely rooms but the air con was rubbish. Room was extremely hot and air con only went down to 22.5 degrees. Spoke to reception who said they will send an engineer whilst out but still not fixed. Had to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast was nice but price was extremely steep at £66 for an adult and 2 children. Only had once due to the price

Chopins shyaway from the music from showrr

The room was okish. Very good view of the castle. I booked the high room but got floor 6 guess that is high enough? Not sure. The room quality as mentioned good but condition is not great as the door for the toilet and the shower makes Chopin shyaway !! I complained but this obviously can't be fixed in the two-day stay I had.

No Benefits, no upgrade even though not that many people staying. They didn’t refill shampoos and soups. Beds not made very nicely. Will never stay there again. Unfriendly stuff

Very nice room - clean and with an iron and coffee machine. Unfortunately no kettle for tea. Black out blinds and sound proof mean an undisturbed sleep! Breakfast was good - but pastries were not too fresh and you have to queue for the coffee machine. One day the queue was 10 minutes! The bar is really nice and great service. You can walk to the old town through the park and some good restaurants nearby. There is no complimentary water in the room - you have to pay €8 for it! So get this from the corner shop. The pool is nice but be warned there are unattended kids screaming and jumping in - even in the jacuzzi (4 years old) no parents and the lifeguard unbothered. Not the peaceful relax you would hope for.

Terrible service , mainly foreigners as staff with very limited native language . Preference given to their own native guests with prompt service at breakfast and completely ignoring guests that do not speak the heir native language. We had breakfast that after 45 minutes wait and avoidance from staff Viktoria and Viktor we just left . In room coffe maker does not work , scale does not work , shower cap box empty ( no shower cap) Definitely not 5 star hotel . Primarily for foreigners that speak same language as most of staff . Doefinitely not for Polish guests . Will not return or recommend

The hotel is in very good location with easy to park underground parking.The hotel is clean and staff very friendly.The gym is well equipped. The pool and jacuzzi are tiny.The spa experience is unpleasant there were 20kids running around the pool, jumping and splashing all over.There were 10 kids and adults occupying jacuzzi non stop.There was no place were to leave a towel.

We enjoyed so much our stay at Radisson collection in Warsaw . We came for the Taylor Swift concert and we appreciate how much the staff helped us to get around. So many restaurants and shops very close to the Hotel , plus the train is a few min away. We had a great experience

Very nice hotel. Had two rooms with a family. Great room service food. Gym is great. Pool is nice, maybe a bit small (fits like 20 people in the chairs) but was a nice break for the kids. I’d definitely stay here again if I come to Warsaw.

Rude front desk

Air conditioning control is just block not possible adjust under any circumstances even the room is hot . Main problem for this hotel is the people in the counter desk they are so rude unfriendly unhelpful they really need some training urgently about how to deal with customers, beds uncomfortable. Positive about this hotel is the location near to many ways to move around the city. For sure i will never go back to this hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. Central to many of the things we were doing in Warsaw, and surrounded by many great food options. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the pool was an excellent way for our kids to burn off some energy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay!

We booked a one night stay at Radisson Collection as part of our longer trip around Europe. From the check in to check out experience, I am struggling to find a fault. The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to old town and short drive to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service was impeccable throughout. Children play area at breakfast a lovely touch with delicious foods to accompany this. We took advantage of the swimming pool which wasn’t busy at all also. Highly recommended.

Stay here again and again

We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Warsaw. It was raining and we did not have an umbrella, the concierge made sure we had one before we left the hotel. Breakfast was a treat every morning!

Nice but not sure worth the premium cost

Second time staying here unfortunately wasn’t as pleasant as the first. Perhaps I had an upgraded room previously as this room was very average and not worth the premium cost compared to other hotels. Other facilities such a as gym still very good for a hotel. On my last day I struggled to find a quiet space to work after check-out before departing. All areas seemed to play excessively loud music which meant it was unsuitable for business calls/meetings and the team at reception were only able to offer 1 hour addition check out time for my room. In the end I left the hotel and went to the Westin Hotel just down road and found a quiet spot to work with free WiFi

We try to always at the Radisson Hotels! We loved this location in Warsaw and also in Gdańsk! Everyone treated us so nicely during this stay! Loved the pool area and the bar! Will definitely come back again!

(Mini) fridge is not working in any of the rooms, and the property is aware of this! I was only able to reach reception once from the room after trying many times. The rooms are pretty average at best. It takes a bit of walking to reach the center from the property.

Our stay at PURO was a bit of a last minute decision due to our car breaking down, but what a happy accident it has been! The hotel itself is lovely and dog friendly, which was great since we were travelling with our dog who was able to join us for a delicious dinner int he restaurant. The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly, and very accommodating of our situation. Lovely hotel & lovely staff!

It was very clean comfortable, the water pressure was amazing and warm, and there were plenty of coffees and teas available in the room.

the staff is at 3 at the reception is always busy, no one answers your requests all the time and you wait for someone to talk on the phone. The hotel is not 5 star. When the staff left, they didn't say goodbye. in general, everything is strange in the same hotel.

Hotel and room was really beatifull, but our check in was teribble. We was waiting in line with kid half our, then the stuff said we don't have a room for you now, so we waited again half our. In first place we was bought room with city view, they was offering room in difrfrent bed and room we got doesn't have good city view. Don't worth money. One more good thing brekfast was amazing.

The hotel was excellent! The rooms are very comfortable, clean and well kept. The food, both for breakfast and in the restaurant, was excellent and the staff were very good. It’s in a great location with busses, trams and a metro very close by. The pool is great to have in a city hotel also.

This was a family trip which we really enjoyed at the hotel. The hotel is in very good condition , think it has been refurbished. Lovely room with very comfortable bed. The pool area is very comfortable and safe , as we used with the grandchildren. We visited the bar which is also very nice and great value for money . The breakfast was very good with everything available. Tea and coffee served at the table. Toaster not very good as usual and you had to order the eggs which was bought to the table which meant I had to go back for the side dishes

nice facility, but no service. it does not match the standard of 5 start hotel when I checked in, there were so rotten fruits from previous guests on the table. then we found one more used wine bottle next to the curtain. but sure how they cleaned the room. crazy bad. no cleaning in between during our stay as well. I'd say so many nice hotels nearby, avoid this one.

Brilliant modern hotel and restaurant

The room was impeccably clean. The restaurant provided a good quality and good value food and beverage experience. Breakfast slightly overpriced in my opinion but that was the only negative. The bed was as comfy as any I have ever slept in. Compared with a hotel i spent the first few nights in Warsaw, the facade sound insulation was brilliant keeping the noise from the busy road out. Ideally located for the Central rail station

Probably my best stay this year

I am traveling frequently but I have to admit that the quality of service in this Radisson was exceptional. From the very check in I was really treated accroding to my expectations and literally can say I am satisfied in 100%. Great staff, very nice room, tasty breakfast with great service. Nice pool area (if I'd be really picky I'd suggest to refurbish common bathrooms in pool area, but that's really minor). Congrats to hotel's managment.
