I don’t like that smell sauna. Only hotel guests can use few hours AM and PM not daytime.

A wonderful boutique hotel experience right by the water. This hotel is decorated in a very modern style and is very well kept. The staff was friendly and attentive and we had a nice view of the water from our room. But the highlight definitely had to be the breakfast they offered. DE-LI-CIOUS. One of the best hotel breakfasts we had ever had. They offered everything from salmon, to eggs and bacon, to fresh bread and fruit. Everything was outstanding.

Exceptional Hotel in a Great Location

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and came with two comfortable king size beds. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped. We sauna was spacious. The hotel is in a great location. There is a tram stop steps from the hotel. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

While the desk staff and restaurant staff were lovely and helpful, it did not make up for the ambiance of the passages and shabbiness of the hotel. A definite coat of paint and cleaning of carpets is required. As a member I have stayed in a few Radisson’s but this was a poor example of the hotel product.

The price was really good for a family room and the breakfast buffet was awesome with lots of choices and variety. Overall a good stay and would definitely recommend for families.

We loved that there were two king size beds, which made it much easier to sleep for our family with two children. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Everything else was a bonus; the super cute restaurant downstairs; the water and coffee downstairs; friendly staff; and wonderful location. We walked to some great restaurants and I liked walking around the area.

The tram stop was very close so we didn’t need a car to get around. There were several food options in the area except for breakfast. The weird thing was we had this huge column in our room that we had to walk around coming in the door and going to the bathroom.

The room, bath and balcony were wonderful, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. However, our dinner experience at the restaurant was less satisfactory. Although the food quality was excellent, the ambiance was disrupted by preparations for the next morning's breakfast service, which began as early as 8:30 PM. Our table was situated directly opposite the waiters' workstation, where the collection of cutlery and plates created noticeable noise. This activity, particularly in a quiet restaurant, detracted from the dining atmosphere and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, while there were salt mills on the table, there was no separate provision for pepper; surprisingly, pepper was provided from a mill labeled "salt," which added to the confusion. Furthermore, we encountered issues in the bathroom, where we were unable to use the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel due to the incorrect installation of the holders. This inconvenience affected the overall experience. Overall, while the stay had its highlights, improvements in both the dining experience and bathroom amenities would enhance guest satisfaction.

AMAZING STAY

Everything was good Staff are friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast. The best are their commitment to resolve any issues. My bathroom light was not working they immediately upgraded me to a superior room. Also they allowed me to checkin early

Lovely hotel a bit away from downtown

Breakfast was fantastic. The room is well sized and comfortable. The sea view room does overlook water but it’s really a working harbour and a city view. Compared to the location of other city hotels, it’s a bit out of the way but the downtown remains walkable from here. There is a great grocery store nearby.

We were traveling with my elderly parents, and we were unable to get a room on the same floor.

We were unexpectedly in Finland due to my sister experiencing a medical emergency and subsequently being diagnosed with a brain tumor. The staff at this hotel were SUPER kind and accommodating to our family; one member of the staff even recognized my brother in law on the street and asked how my sister was doing. The hotel itself was great but the staff were AMAZING! You’re in good hands here.

Nice and close to the port and also close to the main train station. Room was comfortable and modern.

Decent hotel

You’re right on tram line 7 from the ferry terminal to the city centre. It is also served by two other tram lines as well (6&9). Our room was very comfortable thanks to those fluffy Radisson Blu pillows. Breakfast buffet was busy but there were actually lots of tables. All in all a decent location albeit not right in the centre.

Nice place, very clean & friendly staff! The only thing I didn’t like was that there’s no access to the rooftop terrace, which is shown in the property details/pictures. I asked & was told it’s only for business events. I might have booked elsewhere if I’d known as that was one of my attractions to this hotel.

Lovely hotel near warehouse dock area

We are delighted that we chose to stay at this hotel. The staff provided a welcoming and accommodating service, and the breakfast buffet offered exceptional value for money (gluten-free options, etc). Although we stayed for only one night, we would definitely consider returning with our family. While the hotel is situated a little bit outside the city center, public transport options are widely available. Our modern and well-equipped room even had a fantastic view of the Helsinki Port. Highly recommend this hotel!

I was close to the city center and it was very clean hotel.. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The only thing is that I left my nook at the room and they will not ship it to me.

Dirty

The pictures are deceiving. Hotel was not clean at all. Bed sheet had yellow stains all over, there was a dust on the ceiling from the A/C, the carpets on the hotel entrance were dirty. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. Overall, I would not stay there again. Too expensive for lack of cleanliness

Everything at this hotel is fantastic. The room was huge, modern, very comfy, and had more than anyone would need. Staff were fantastic, hotel.location is excellent and views of harbour are a big plus. Access to city center by tram only takes 7-10minutes.

Very pleasant stay at Helsinki

The beautiful view outside our room overlooking the canal was breathtaking. I was very glad to see that they had blackout curtains for when we were wanting to sleep in. The gym was clean and had plentiful space and machines to use at all times. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating no matter the request. I also loved the breakfast buffet that they offered for only 17€ a day! Amazing stay and would love to come back again

One of the best hotels in Finland

This hotel and all the service it provides is really good. Its a shame that the sauna was not open and so was the sky bar, but still. The view is stunning and thoroughly recommend it.

A very decent stay but would not return

It was a good and uneventful stay, but there is nothing exceptional about the hotel. Room, including the bathroom, small and lacking charm or comfort. Finishes on cheap side and aesthetic.. But a good value for the product and clean enough. I was less impressed by the location. Not ideal. And the bed was not so comfortable. Mattress not great and sheets loosened. Staff friendly and helpful. Opted for no cleaning, which is less eco friendly and more in favor of the hotel, it seems. Breakfast was good but not great. And far too crowded on Sunday. But the staff very good natured and caring.

Lights issues

We were at room 709, the room is a quite big for two king size bed for a family overnight stay. However, we had a difficult sleep since the led lights on both walls are on all the time and there is not off switch on it! I called the front desk, and the only way to turn it off is turn off the main switch in the electric panel, in which all lights even from the bathroom will be off! Then it will be a total darkness! So we did not get a good night sleep unfortunately. Eventhough the bed is really soft and of high quality. Breakfast was okay, but small area. I hope they will fix the lighting in room 709, my kids even complain of waking up from time to time.

The hotel was very much what I expected. The room needed a bit of new paint but was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.

I was extremely disappointed to the service from the hotel. They promised to deliver certain things I.e. baby bed and cleaning but that never happened even if I called multiple times to the reception. The receptionist just told me things will be delivered but they never were and it is unacceptable that the guest needs to chase for multiple times.

The location is misleading. It is not a seaside hotel, just in an area close to an industrial dockyard with very few bars/restaurants nearby. It also mentions a terrace bar, which sounded attractive, but when I enquired, I found out it is only open to guests staying on the top two floors, which are premium rooms. Also, the bar closed far too early.

I fell down from the bed im the middle of the night and touched the side table on my face so now I have a black eye. The reason is that the over mattress is very thin and move when I move too. Not a good experience

Pay close attention to deceptive marketing

Unfortunately, with this hotel, there is a need to double-check everything. Upon arrival, and after check-in at room 355 on 31 December 2024, it became clear that the room had no in-room sauna – despite what was marketed. When bringing this to the attention of the reception desk, we were informed that this amenity only applies to some rooms of this category (premium/business), not all. This comes across as a clear example of deceptive marketing, as regulated in Finland under the supervision of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority(KKV). Without this particular misleading marketing, we would not have booked this category room, but stuck to a less expensive one, and likely would also have chosen a competing hotel. Because the room was pre-paid, we were also not able to cancel the product/order, despite not getting what was marketed and paid for. It should be noted that several of the receptionists showed understanding and were eventually able to swift us into a room of the type originally booked for the second of two nights. In and of itself, this was appreciated. Still, despite the issue being brought to the attention of management: This deceptive marketing practice remains, and should be kept in mind for anyone considering this hotel. Management, in its response, claimed that the fact that not all rooms of this type has saunas is apparently mentioned somewhere. But if so, it is not clear enough across platforms for the big difference it represents.

Trevligt hotell

Väldigt trevligt hotell. Upplevde det som rent och fräscht. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Frukostmaten var väldigt god. Jag har bara två saker att klaga på egentligen. Dåligt utbud av te vid frukosten för mig som tedrickare. Det andra var att det hördes bra när folk smällde i sina rumsdörrar vilket väckte mig vid minst ett tillfälle. Vi behövde själva smälla igen dörren någon gång för att den skulle gå i lås, så det kanske inte bara var grannarnas oaktsamhet.

Huone hieman kulahtanut, erityisesti kylpyhuone. Huoneessamme oli kylpyamme, suihkusta tuli joko kylmää tai polttavan kuumaa vettä. Kun aamulla toin tämän esiin vastaanotossa avainta palauttaessa, asia kuitattiin olan kohautuksella, tuntui jo olevan tiedossa. Aamupala oli runsas ja erinomainen.

Ensinnäkin, hotellilla on parkkihalli, sisäänkirjautuminen oli jouhevaa, ystävällinen henkilökunta neuvoi lyhyemmän reitin huoneeseen, huoneluokitustakin korotettiin. Ruoka oli hyvää ja ruokailu meni hyvin, vaikka jouduimme syömään ala-aula tilassa, kun ravintola oli yksityistilaisuuden takia suljettu, aula on siisti ja viihtyisä. Aamiaista emme syöneet hotellissa, kun olimme varanneet aamiaisen Tallinnan lautalta. Huone oli siisti ja viihtyisä, tänne tulemme uudemman kerran. 👍

Wir haben kurzfristig diese Unterkunft gebucht, da wir noch eine Nacht in Helsinki verbringen mussten, da unser Flug erst am nächsten Tag ging. Der Check-in ging schnell und der Hotelmitarbeiter war freundlich. Am nächsten Tag haben wir kein Frühstück in Anspruch genommen und mein Partner wollte nur mittags einen Kaffee haben. Dies wurde jedoch verweigert, da die Kaffeemaschine grade sauber gemacht wird. Insgesamt gesehen war der Aufenthalt aber gut.

Wonderful hotel near with many restaurants and pharmacies and groceries near by. Very spacious rooms with fridge, safe, kettle etc. Friendly staff and a fantastic buffet breakfast with lots and lots of items to choose from.

Erittäin siisti ja mukava huone. Hyvä aamupala. Menu ravintolassa illalla keskinkertainen. Baari sulkeutuu liian aikaisin. Olisi kiva ollut otta muutama olut. Olut ja viini valikoima suppea. Tullaan toistekkin kun lastenkin mielestä perhehuone oli kiva.
