I loved everything. The hotel was beautiful ,staff were friendly and veryhelpful, breakfast was amazing.
Everything was absolutely fine, except the fact our room was quite cold. It was the last room on our floor and probably didn't help either, however the main issue was there was no heating, the AC wasn't working. We did speak to the reception and we've been provided with the heater. The room was in a great condition and the bed was very comfy, nothing else to fault.
The standard of quality of the room was disappointing. We had to ask multiple times for the right amount of towels (4 people, 2 towels given). Sofa bed not made one day. Kettle full of limescale. Broken bathroom bin. Tissue box not replaced for 2 days. No robes or slippers provided until requested. Complained 3 times. Reception hung up on us once and didn't answer the next call. Had to visit reception at 11:30pm in person to receive attention. A complimentary dinner offered as an apology with a promise to put our problems right. Dinner service was lovely. Broken bin was never replaced. Towels had to be requested again. Kettle partially cleaned. No one available at reception at check out to express our disappointment. Will not be participating in the rewards system as we will not be interested in staying here again and would not recommend to our friends.
Fantastic 3 night stay.
Lovely hotel, located just 20 minutes walk in to the city centre. There is a bus service just outside and a metro just a 5 minute walk. The view from our “Lake view” room on 20th floor was amazing! All areas of the hotel were kept clean, daily room cleaning services. They have outstanding customer service! From reception to all staff we met during our stay. Just to mention, a Thai restaurant situated on the ground floor is a must. Please try it, you will not regret!
Hotel aesthetics and common area cleanliness is great and actual rooms are large. But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled. Pillows were paper thin. We didn’t care for the self service check in kiosk, it didn't feel welcoming. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Lounge was great! Metro is 5-6 minutes walk. Very convenient.
Great location to explore Copenhagen with family
Excellent!!!
Brilliant in every way
Great stay, staff are very friendly and nice city too
friendly and helpful staff
The tv didn’t work right, turned off every 15 minutes and they didn’t fix it. One blinking light on ceiling. Everything is online. I like a little old fashioned service better with a front desk but everyone was very friendly
Nice hotel but reception staff bed managed better
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and before we had no issues. This time unfortunately the lack of staff at reception caused us and other guests long delays.
Beautiful room all round , so clean . Pillow were so comfy lovely sleep
The room was not cleaned. The walls are very thin...there is no way to control the temperature which in Scandinavia in December is a problem.
Nice hotel close to city centre
It’s a good location, only a 5 minute walk to a metro station where you can be in the centre of copenhagen in another 5 minutes or so or the walk across the river isn’t bad either. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean the only downside to the rooms are that you can’t control the temperature and it was way too hot in there, we left the window open the whole time in December and it was still far too hot in the room. The bed is comfortable but I used my own clothes as pillows because the pillows aren’t good.
Bad internet
Internet quality was very poor
Good hotel in good location, 20min walk to centre, bus stop opposite hotel
Easy walking distance of central Copenhagen.
Lovely hotel well situated. Staff not always available quickly, on 2 occasions they were stood in a staffing area chatting. Rooms comfortable with good amenities.
We enjoyed the views from our room on the 24th floor of this beautiful hotel. Bus stop just a few minutes walk from the hotel entrance and the hotel is very visible from anywhere around the area so hard to miss it. Breakfast was ok. Enough options. Room was ok too. Ordered a mocktail at the bar and was grossly disappointed. Bartender automatically assumed we wouldn’t tip and pressed no on my behalf on the pos. Not sure why he would think that just by looking at us. Anyway still tipped even though drink was very substandard. Everyone else was lovely and we enjoyed our 3 nights stay.
Ideal location for a copenhagen weekend with great transport options straight outside (bus direct to airport) or metro (5min walk). Fabulous views across the water from our 14th floor room. Very easy check in and out. Would happily book again.
Liked overall
Staff welcoming and friendly. Great view acriss the city. Lovely meal in hotel. Only nighle was the cooked food at breakfast wasn't hot
I would recommend to friend and anyone with kids.
Easy access to everything. Friendly staff and the place is clean.
Great hotel that is walkable into the centre of Copenhagen. Easy to get to via the bus from the airport. Excellent views and scenery around the hotel. Staff were excellent and our room was great. We would stay at another Radisson Hotel based on our experience here.
We had problems using the self checkin but were helped by a very courteous staff member. Pricy but comfortable.
Excellent location for visiting Copenhagen Extremely friendly staff for such a big hotel Fantastic breakfast selection
Many faults for a 4*
Not sure if 3* is too much So the positive: *location is good. Close to metro, walking distance to city centre. *Staff the lady who helped me with the check-in was great so friendly I was impressed and in general everyone is very nice. *Breakfast: my rate was with breakfast and was very good. *Views: if you are on the top floor I got amazing views *Good mattress The downside points: *WiFi in the rooms is almost non existent. You have to come down to reception and use the desks *TV doesn't work. This is 4*+ hotel a bit unacceptable for the TV not to be working *Although the staff are friendly they just don't give a dam about the WiFi not working. They tell you to ring reception so they can call the IT, we'll the number is always engaged. *Reception is just automatic machines like the supermarket. I was lucky I had the most amazing lady checking me in *The price for the bikes are too high I think *Pillows not the best I have seen *Noisy road
very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived from overseas expecting a basic service at this hotel. There was no internet in the room but good in the lobby. I called reception twice, then put through to IT who could not give me an eta(we where there for three days). we spoke to reception twice the first time we where lied too, the second time on leaving said we will organise something for you. i guess after three weeks that was rubbish as well. conclusion if you are are relying on the staff to do what they say or you rely on hotel internet give this place a miss.
Great hotel
Very nice spacious hotel room which a luxury feel for an affordable price. Hotel was close to the main bus stop and/or metro station which main moving around very easy. Many bikes and e-bikes around the hotel to get you to the main attractions. I preferer the bikea over public transportation because it was fun :)
Very beautiful and clean hotel in a good location. The breakfast was very basic not impressive at all. I was expecting variety of options but it was very basic and limited. The Thai restaurant on the other hand was very good and reasonably priced.
Really good location
Room service problem.
I asked for a room service for dinner. called the restaurant a few times with my cell phone because the rooms has no phones after four or fifth try I wanted to call reception directly. They took my order and told me that they are busy and cannot bring the food upstairs to my room, so I got dressed again go down and show that the restaurant isn’t crowded at all and three waiters are just standing there, I took the tray and went up to my room by myself without any apologies or something, I am a VIP customer of Radisson and stayed this hotel maybe 10 times. And the breakfast quality and buffet wasn’t good as before.
Nice location & good rooms
Parking was overly complex, staff was rude on several occasions, housekeeping walked in the room while I was sleeping, ordered 2 drinks at the bar and they closed before serving us. Wouldn’t stay again.
Excellent
A good two nights rest…
It was a pleasant two night stay to get over the jet lag. It’s a large, busy property and self check-in seems to be the norm, luckily I had some assistance. I got a complimentary upgrade; the view from my room was spectacular. The concierge suggested I take a seaplane to Aarhus, which I ended up doing, and it was fantastic!
Very nice hotel, check in took a while but perfect otherwise
Great outlook
Great lookout over Copenhagen. 20 minute walk to city centre. We would probly stay closer to the city centre next time
Great Stay!
Lovely hotel, very modern with incredible service from staff. When we stayed it was very warm and the room we were in you couldn’t open the window and there was no air con but staff brought up a fan at our first request. Location is a short walk from metro stations and the city centre. Would definitely stay here again.
It was great! Would highly recommend!
A comfortable stay . Generic styling
The hotel has a self check in but I couldn’t find their booking reference on any confirmation email, eventually helped by a very helpful trainee but then had to fill in all my details which they already had. Air conditioning in the room was too hot and wouldn’t let me turn it down so had to leave the window open which made it very noisy. Hotel was very clean, the staff were good and it has lots of facilities and the food snacks we ordered were very good. Just let down by a couple of annoying but important details.
Radisson Blu was close to the train station and the city was just 2 stations away. Had a good view of Copenhagen CBD.
Nice view
Great clean hotel. However system error upon check-in and took over 45 mins to check-in. Staff were great though. Need to get better tech.
Not good experience.
Unfortunately not the best experience. Check-in is done via self service screens, which require that you complete lots of information and -in our case- the reservation was not found so we needed to wait again for someone to assist. This adds a lot of unnecessary friction to the process and dampens the arrival experience. Once the room was assigned, we arrived to a room with separate beds. Our reservation clearly stated “queen bed”, but we were told we needed to specify a preference in our booking reservation notes (!?). Very odd process - usually you get the room you reserve. Ultimately, after seeing the room, we had to go back down to the reception and they changed our room to a smaller room with a car park view - but with a queen bed. In the room, the TV did not work, shower gel was empty for 3 full days out the 4 of our stay and we had to leave a note to the cleaning crew for them to refill it, even though they were in the room every day for general cleaning, and finally the duvet cover was ripped (photo attached) which you don’t expect in a hotel. As a pro, the food in the lobby bar was nice and you can reserve bikes in advance.
Appreciated easy walk into central Copenhagen. Only negative note was lack of body wash in shower. Breakfast superb, staff very friendly.
WiFi system was very poor.
Very clean, can walk to the city, public transportation across the road to and from the airport and the city
The location is a bit away from the tourist-attractions, but there are bus lines right in from of the hotel and it's still walkable. The area is quiet with nice views. Cleaning team could have been more detailed. We had a pleasant stay in overall.
We had a fantastic stay and the staff were very helpful.
Much nicer and more amenities than some very pricey hotels which are more central. Really good routes both transport and walking.
Welcoming staff at the reception and front desk who were keen to help with any assistance or requests needed. Housekeeping was excellent. Gas station nearby had F&B options which was a plus. Taxis were always available on site. Would absolutely stay here again !
Very nice hotel, helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Easy transfer to the airport and walkable to the city center.
Bad experience
Not great. Arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and the room wasn’t ready. I was told it would be ready in 1-2 hours. Fine, we go out and return at 2:30. Room is still not ready… it’ll be another 15-20 minutes. No problem, check-in is at 3…. We end up waiting in the lobby until almost 5pm for our room, with young kids, all after a red-eye flight. We were told at check-in that breakfast was open until 10:30am. The next morning, we show up just after 10am (4am our time) but breakfast is closed. The server tells us if the front desk told you that “then they’re crazy”. Lots of snark from wait staff, ignored us, etc, but to their credit, one cook took pity on us and scrounged up a decent breakfast for us (that we had pre-paid for). Finally, the mattresses in the room are VERY firm. Probably the firmest I’ve ever had a hotel. Painful, for me. Might as well sleep on the floor. And yet, the pillows are so soft… absolutely no support whatsoever. I don’t generally leave hotel reviews, and overall, it’s been renovated and decorated well, but I had a pretty poor experience here and probably continue to stick to the other bigger hotel chain in the future…
The lift/elevator makes lots of noise. My room was next to the lifts, you can hear the noise made by the lifts every time it goes up or down.
I didn’t like that upon check in I was charged for the complete stay but when tried to order room service they denied it because they didn’t give me credit, I had to go downstairs to pick up my order, very uncomfortable situation. Specially when you just want to relax in your room after a long tiring day!!
The bed was comfortable. The room was lovely and clean. There was no swimming pool. The location is a little bit far from the city center.
Just amazing!
We stayed at Radisson Blu Copenhagen for 4 nights. Check in was seamless and friendly staff made it very enjoyable. The room was spacious and the bed nice and big and comfortable. The view from our room was amazing and the central location, just a short walk to the CBD, was brilliant for experiencing what Copenhagen has to offer. Metro and busses were also close although we just used the Metro. Breakfast was also amazing and lots of food to choose from. Check out was also seemless and they provided us with a breakfast box in the morning as we leaving very early (before breakfast was served). It contained a juice, fruit, yogurt, sandwich and pastry. Brilliant. We will definitely be back to stay there again.
Great location and easy to get to
We were in a family suite, which was perfect with 2 little kids as we all didn’t have to go to bed at the same time, my only issue was that there no extra pillows in the room as the ones provided were super soft and thin, easily rectified though, everything else was on point
Just amazing!

Worth upgrading to a room with a view - really interesting perspective on Copenhagen. A little put of the way - not very good for tourists looking to be really close to facilities if you have limited mobility, although the 5c bus and Metro are close by and the hotel. Otherwise, very good place.
An okay stay
The hotel lobby is really nice, and the location of this hotel is very convenient. Even the staff was nice and helped us get an early check in. However, the rooms are very stuffy (even with the window cracked open). There is not any proper ventilation in the room, which at night can be uncomfortable. Proper amenities were not stocked up in the bathroom, even after asking housekeeping for them.
No cleaning of rhe room. Had to ask for it
Did not clean the room. Asked for it to be cleaned but they still only did half of the job. Did not replenish the mini bar etc.
Very good location. Very expensive breakfast, so if you’re booking on Expedia, pay for the breakfast in advance. It is only $20 in advance while $35 at the hotel.
Great stay in Copenhagen
Great stay at the Radisson Blu. Room was lovely, overlooking the lake. The only thing that would have made it exceptional would have been 2 comfortable chairs in the room - 2 people= 2 nics chairs please!! Breakfast was very good. Very easy to get to via regular public transport.
Walking around area beautiful parks
Very comfortable and centrally located.
Nothing to remember. Most like a 3 stars.
Very helpful staff
I loved the property, staff were very pleasant and property was clean.
Hotel is beautiful however rooms were extremely small for price, no bellman or concierge
Lovely Hotel for weekend break
Great welcome by staff, very friendly.Lovely hotel, the rooms are nice size and very clean.Easy access to the underground which is just a short walk from the hotel, or there are taxis at the door 24/7
Far from everything.
Copenhagen transit is excellent with a Day pass. Walkable city with hotel accessible with transit.
Convenient hotel just outside the city centre. Easy taxi journey from the airport and a pleasant walk to the city centre sites.
Superb hotel. Lovely bar area and a good location being a short walk across the bridge into the main town. Very nice hotel
Amazing property closer to the metro line M1 and direct Airport bus with bus stops infront of the hotel.Excellent staff and very good breakfast fast.Very clean and safe place to stay
All the staff were super friendly especially Melissa and Christian who helped us. Room was comfortable and clean.
Little out of the way, but still close to downtown and very quiet.
Nice place to stay but limited dining
The decor in the rooms were, clean & modern. The shower was absolutely beautiful. Chefs kiss.
The hotel and room are great
Great location and view overlooking the lake.
Beautiful decoration
TV handset kaput
Would not recommend - stay elsewhere
Would not recommend. I landed at 1am in Copenhagen and requested a room with King or queen size bed. End up with two single beds. Fine. i was thirsty and tired, i opened the minifridge it was all empty. I call the reception and mentioned there s nothing in the fridge and was told they only have drinks/food for Suites. So she could upgrade me but at an extra fee. But if i need some refreshments i can go down (16 floors) and grab something from the casino. I was too tired for that. No business common sense of upgrading me for messing up my initial ask so i can maybe some day be a repeat customer. My room was next to a family, a baby was crying his/her head off at 6am. Walls are thin so if you need tranquility, not sure this is for you either.
No extra towels?
Hotel is beautiful! The plus is having taxis outside and ready to go at all times. The only thing that bothered me was when I checked into my room there was no bath towels. Not a huge problem went downstairs to grab three because I’m also traveling with my husband. The representatives told me no that I can only have two towels. I asked if I could pay for the extra towel, but again the answer is no. Personally this sucks because I’m a guest at the hotel and a woman with long hair. I just needed one extra towel, I really don’t see an issue. Nonetheless I had a great stay and got to eat some great food.
Overall the hotel is great. Clean and modern feel to it. What let it down was housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights but were only given two coffee pods. Everyday when we returned to the hotel housekeeping hadn’t replenished the coffee pods, milk and sugar. They took the mugs and glasses that were used but didn’t replace them so we couldn’t have made a coffee even if we had the coffee etc. they also removed a hand towel and didn’t replace it. Seems all they really did was make the bed. Hotel food menu really lacked options. Other than the poor housekeeping and menu, the rest of the hotel and team were great.
We had a very good stay here. The room was comfortable clean and the bed was soooo comfy. A big choice of foods for breakfast and really helpful attentive staff. It’s a good base for stayin in Copenhagen. A nice walk into the centre across the river. We usually stay more centrally but would recommend here to anyone coming for the first time ☺️
We don’t like anything there
Poor standards
Terrible hotel, looks nice but service is poor. Really bad customer service and the rooms have no aircon that you can control. The only way to cool the room down, is to open a window and put up with lots of traffic noise. The room had a broken telephone despite it being reported on the fist day of arrival.
I stayed two nights with family, the room was clean, comfortable bed. The room was next to the elevator lot of elevator noise during the night being stayed on weekend lot people using elevator whole night. Hardly had sleep during night so had to wake up late in the day which destroyed my plan to visit places.
Excellent service from staff fantastic breakfast and really great location. Very easy to get to places
Superb
Stunning hotel 👍
Great hotel but location a bit out
Modern, clean hotel. Plenty of room. Location is a bit out of old town, a long walk home from most sights in Winter. I was at a conference otherwise would have stayed in old town.
The hotel is renovated and make a modern family suite for us. The front desk is really helpfulon the self check in system and provide some wondeful idea for sightseeing.
Don’t use do not disturb sign, or they’ll disturb
The room itself was very nice and comfortable, view was great. Unfortunately my stay went downhill when 2 members of staff turned up at my door knocking repeatedly at 8pm, after a few knocks i gathered it wasn’t just housekeeping, upon answering the door i was met by a male and female member of staff who said they were checking everything was okay as my do not disturb sign had been on my door for a long time… seems ironic? As a solo traveller i leave the sign up always when I'm in my room and tale it down when i head out, as i had done earlier that day. This interaction quite frankly creeped me out and made me feel very closely watched and quite paranoid for the rest of the night wondering why they had been watching my door.
Staff at the reception were not welcoming at all. Didn’t show any empathy towards the guests as we couldn’t load our email confirmation even though their internet service was down they expected us to have everything ready for them. We had to walkaround for couple of hours until they have service

Wonderful hotel well located
